Intelligent Agent for Customizable Shopping Mall using Fuzzy Theory (퍼지 이론을 이용한 맞춤형 쇼핑몰을 위한 지능형 에이전트)

  • With the popularization of internet, its application fields are spreading out every industry parts, especially there are great change in marketing areas by the internet. One of them is shopping mall. Assembly PC of old method being sale shopping mall is not consider in compatibility of each devices, because of using the assembling method of it. In this paper, in order to their has not specific knowledge on computer and consider of a compatibility to each devices, our implemented shopping mall that on the provided convenience by using the on-line customer, M implemented intelligent agent can advise compatibility of each devices using Fuzzy value.

  • 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷의 활용분야가 모든 산업 분야에 파급되고 있는데 특히 마케팅 분야도 인터넷에 의해 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그 중에 한 분야가 쇼핑몰인데 기존의 조립 PC를 판매하는 쇼핑몰들은 단순히 부품을 조합하는 방법을 사용하기 때문에 부품간의 호환성을 고려하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터에 전문적인 지식이 없는 사용자를 위하여 부품간의 호환성을 고려해서 온라인을 이용한 구매자에게 PC를 구입하는데 편의를 제공하는 쇼핑몰과 이를 위하여 퍼지이론을 이용하여서 부품간의 호환성을 충고해주는 지능형 에이전트인 퍼지 에이전트를 구현한다.

A Comparative Study on the Structural Interactions Among Customer Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty Based on Types of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 유형에 따른 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객애호도의 구조적 관계에 관한 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty and examine the differences and similarities between specialized and general merchandise internet shopping malls concerning the relationships of these key success factors. The structural model is tested with each of the sub-samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers taken separately) and the data from entire data samples(i.e., specialized and general merchandise shopping customers pooled together). The same research model was used in analysing general merchandise, specialized, and integrated internet shopping mall to reveal and compare the casual path constructs. In the analysis of path coefficients composed of separated taken sample, all research hypothesis is accepted and the model's goodness of fit also shows all high. In the basis of the previous empirical test, multiple sample method was used. Properties of the causal paths, including standardized path coefficients, the significance of difference, latent correlations and variance explained for satisfaction, trust and loyalty in the hypothesized model, have similarities in general. This means that the proper structural management concerned with customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty is very crucial for the success of all kinds of internet shopping malls. Following the model test, I conduct a test of integrated model's path coefficients. Statistical results show that all the hypothesis concerned with internet shopping malls were accepted like the separated sample test. Click and mortar companies should clearly understand and articulate the key requirements of shopping mall satisfaction, trust and loyalty and encourage to establish linkage and interactive relationship among the research variables. In addition, internet marketers are required to customize the interaction considering and adapting the patterns of internet shopping malls. Other interesting results concerning the strategies in internet shopping malls strategy are also presented.

  • The object of this study is to compare the cognitive differences between teenagers who are operating the internet shopping mall and those who are not operating to analyze the effect of the enterprise experience on the career maturity of teenager. And we are to present the operation methods of teenager entrepreneurship education at school by identifying the difficulties of teenager internet shopping malls and investigating demands of teenagers for the entrepreneurship education. The results of this study are as following. First, the internet shopping malls established by teenagers were mostly operated with small scale and capital dealt with clothing and fashion accessories. It is difficult for most of teenagers to inform the shopping malls and understand the flow of fashion and demands of consumers. They acquired the informations on enterprise using internet or acquaintances. This is because there are no professional teenager entrepreneurship education. And they chose the confidence and spirit of challenge which are mostly needed for success of the internet shopping malls. Therefore, they can acquire the confidence and spirit of challenge by effective entrepreneurship education on resource management, team management, business plan and marketing. Second, teenagers who are operating the internet shopping malls got higher scores on career maturity and degree of need in the entrepreneurship education than those who are not. Thus the expansion of the systemed and diversified entrepreneurship education at school is needed to increase business practice and entrepreneurship. Third, most teenagers wanted the entrepreneurship education at school. They preferred external lectures who can teach them with professional experiences and practical knowledges using discretional activity classes or club activity classes. Dividend classes of creative experience activities including career, voluntary and club activities are increased in 2009 revised education curriculum. Using these classes, it requires to operate the entrepreneurship education which make students decide their career themselves through concrete education and experience. Consequently, the expansion of the systemed and diversified teenager entrepreneurship education at school is needed using development of practical entrepreneurship education program, professional teacher training and revitalization of entrepreneurship club activities.

  • In this paper, we study improvement of web accessibility of Korean Internet shopping mall websites. First, we analyze the criteria of Korean web accessibility, and then evaluate the web accessibility level of major Internet shopping mall websites in Korea. Based on the evaluation of web accessibility level, we propose and implement an alternative text enhancement method using Excel VBA to increase the rate of alternative text for improving web accessibility. Using the proposed method, even non-specialists of web programming can check and modify the alternative text of the image included in web pages, which can help improve the web accessibility compliance rate.

  • Nowadays, Internet shopping malls have been popularized since the broadening of users of Internet and the advantage of on-line purchasing, Small and medium-sized enterprises, however, are still having difficulties in building Internet shopping malls due to the lack of technical knowledge and burdensome expenses. In this paper, we present an implementation of the Web Mall Admin Tool System by the integration of admin menus based on a public program. The system has several advantages of (1) reducing expenses for building a mall site, (2) making possible to build an shopping mall well-suited for the work environment of companies (3) providing available maintenance. Therefore, this provides the solution to enterprises that have trouble with building their own web malls because of expenses and maintenance.

  • The internet-based business is considered as a new strategic alternative for small-medium size companies. However, very little research about them has been reported. The objectives of this study are to analyze factors influencing the operation for the sites(we call, 'internet shopping mall') which small-and-medium sized firms have built, and to provide the general directions of the successful internee-based business for the small-and-medium sized firms. This paper reports the case studies in which the internet-based electronic commerce practices of 6 small-and-medium sized firms were examined over a 3 month period. In the meantime, this paper reports their present business condition, system environment, positioning, marketing strategy, forward business expectation, and market barrier. This study also focuses on two environmental dimensions of system development; One dimension is on-line only or off-line widened, and the other is self-built or outsourcing. The results found in this study are as follows: 1. The internet shopping mall broadens the company's activity to new business areas. 2. The degree of system outsourcing of the small-medium size company depends on its IT ability and resource capability 3. The marketing strategies on their internet shopping mall differentiate with their business area and market environment. 4. Each interviewed company has its own success and failure factors, in addition to the general factors. 5. Each interviewed company has a positive response for their internet shopping mall for its future. 6. The lack of capital, technology, and government support is the barrier to the improvement of the internet shopping mall system.

Online Shopping: Satisfaction of Return Services and Return Reasons According to Types of Fashion Shopping Malls (패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에 따른 반품이유와 반품물류서비스 만족도)

  • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

  • Satisfaction of computer internet user in Ubiquitous depends on characters which given from web site. In this paper, studying about characteristic of internet web site that influence internet user's satisfaction. Had a research by interviewing and e-mail for a month, at over the 20 ages person who has experience purchasing S/W from shopping mall in internet purchasing site. The research shows the main factor of the user's satisfaction are that communication business combine, information usability, interaction, personalization, mailing list, over the web site characteristics. Finally, this paper suggest that special features and studying limitation of the enterprise web transactions base on the result of the research.
