본 논문에서는 VR 시뮬레이션 플랫폼의 프레임 웍에 기반하여 게임 엔진을 활용한 통합훈련 VR 시뮬레이션 플랫폼을 제작하고 그 사례를 소개한다. 본 VR 시뮬레이션 플랫폼을 활용하면 전문 직종 종사자들이 아닌 일반인들이 실생활에서 겪을 수 있는 재난 상황에 대해 행동요령을 훈련할 수 있다. 이 VR 시뮬레이션 플랫폼은 재난 상황에 대해 반복적이고 안전하게 행동요령을 익힐 수 있으며, 본 제작 과정은 VR 시뮬레이션 플랫폼 개발의 제작단계에서 유용하게 참고 될 자료라 사료된다.

The objective of this study is to find out the effect of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program for counselors at child protection agencies. The quasi-experiment design was used for pre-test, post-test, and for follow-up test, performed 3 months after the program. Experimental group consisted of 9 counselors, while the comparison group consisted of 10 counselors. As a result, it was revealed that secondary traumatic stress prevention program was effective in decreasing the secondary traumatic stress and depression of the counselors, and also effective in increasing stress coping even though it was not statistically significant. Follow-up test did not present statistically significant changes in secondary traumatic stress, depression, and stress coping. It was found that, to achieve continued effect of the program, much longer and sustained program is required. Based on these findings, the necessity and application of the secondary traumatic stress prevention program were suggested.

본 연구는 하퇴의지 착용자와 정상 성인간의 시간-거리, 운동형상학 변수를 조사하고 비교하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 외상으로 인한 하퇴 절단자로서 내골격식 하퇴의지를 착용하고 독립적으로 보행이 가능한 20명과 연령, 신장으로 짝짓기한 대조군(matched control group) 20명이 참여하였다. 보행분석은 Vicon Clinical Manager Software (VCM)를 내장한 PC에 5개의 카메라가 연결되어 있는 Vicon 512 Motion Analysis System (MAS, Oxford Metrics Inc.)을 이용하였다. 하퇴의지 착용군의 단하지 지지시간이 정상 성인군에 비해 유의하게 짧았으며(p<.05), 하퇴의지 착용군에서 슬관절의 선전이 증가되었으며 족관절의 저측굴곡이 감소되었다(p<.05). 하퇴절단자들의 보행개선을 위해서는 하퇴절단자 개인의 보행능력에 알맞은 부품의 선택, 체계적인 보행훈련 및 평가, 보행능력 향상을 위한 근력강화 프로그램 등 체계적인 재활훈련 프로그램이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 연구대상자의 수가 제한되어 있으므로 연구의 결과를 일반화하기에는 제한점이 있으나, 향후 편측 하퇴절단자의 보행연구에 대한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

The professional workers with a sophisticated knowledge, skill and ability are core human resources to sustain firm's competitiveness. It is very crucial to provide professional workers with an appropriate education and training to get them have organizational commitment. Thus, this study examines the relationship between appropriateness of education/training for IT professionals and organizational commitment, and explores the moderating effects that top talent management and trust have on the association between appropriateness of education/training (AET) and organizational commitment (OC). The 379 responses from firm panel survey of human capitals, which was conducted by KRIVET on 2009, were used to assess construct validity and research hypotheses. The findings show that appropriateness of education/training has a positive impact on organizational commitment. It is also found that respecting top talent has a moderating effect on the AET-OC relationship whereas trust doesn't moderate the AET-OC relationship.

Nowadays, first objectives of business activity is to develop competitive power by means of satisfying customer's needs. So, it is necessary to educate and train personnel in call-center in order to develop their job ability and latent ability. Especially departments of call-marketing or tele-marketing in domestic university have established for support of professionals had systematic and professional abilities In this paper, we analyze curricula in university for training call-center. Also, we analyze important subjects in similar departments of university and course descriptions based on educational objectives in college and university.

요약하건데 ICN은 종합적 기초간호교육의 근본원리를 인정하고 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 회원국들을 도와주어야 한다. ICN의 교육부 간부가 고문과 working party의 도움으로 현재 만든 ''기초 간호교육에 대한 국제적 질의''는 국제적인 견해를 근거로 하여 가치있는 결론과 건의를 가져와야 한다. 이것은 전체의 결말이 회원국을 적극적으로 후원하는 결과를 초래하여야 한다. ICN의 Grand Council은 이외로 표명된 의견을 주의 깊게 귀를 기울이고 종합적 기초간호교육을 강요해서는 안 된다. 최후로 Grand Council.은 일반 간호원이 아닌 소아과 간호원 등과 같은 특수분야 하나만을 훈련받은 간호원들의 지위를 재 고려하여야 할 것이다. 자기 나라에서 ''전문 간호원''으로 간주된다면 그 간호원들을 전문부(specialized section)에 ICN회원으로 받아 들일 수 있다는 것이 내 의견이다. 이것은 궁극적으로 ICN을 보다 강화할 것이며 경쟁적인 단체의 형성을 방지할 것이다.

Loss has been expanded to include not only death but also the change that take place in the transition of life. In addition, the rate of direct and indirect experience of death around us has increased due to natural disasters and unexpected accidents. Therefore, there is a growing demand for grief counseling and a need for professional grief counseling. The purpose of this study was to investigate the competency of grief counselors and to review on the literatures what grief counselors should be trained to improve their professional competences. Specifically, there were grief counseling theory, evaluation of grief, death education, and counselor self-care. There were suggested that how to integrate into existing counselor curriculum and introduced experiential practice. This study can be used as a basic data for encouraging the attention of grief counselor education and competency model.

This study empirically analyzed how technological innovation performance of venture business is affected by utilization of external resources, especially utilization of external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, using '2008 Venture Business Investigation'. This study further analyzed how the effect of utilization of external resources on technological innovation performance varies according to growth stage. Analysis results show that all variables related to utilization of external resources, i.e. external cooperative network, government's policy funds and venture capital funds, were observed as affecting positively to technological innovation performance. However, adjustment effect was not observed as statistically meaningful according to growth stage of venture business. Further analysis just observed that the effect on technological innovation performance at each growth stage varies according to type of utilization of external resources.

This study analyzed military personnel survivability in regards to offensive operations according to the scientific military training data of a reinforced infantry battalion. Scientific battle training was conducted at the Korea Combat Training Center (KCTC) training facility and utilized scientific military training equipment that included MILES and the main exercise control system. The training audience freely engaged an OPFOR who is an expert at tactics and weapon systems. It provides a statistical analysis of data in regards to state-of-the-art military training because the scientific battle training system saves and utilizes all training zone data for analysis and after action review as well as offers training control during the training period. The methodologies used the Cox PH modeling (which does not require parametric distribution assumptions) and decision tree modeling for survival data such as CART, GUIDE, and CTREE for richer and easier interpretation. The variables that violate the PH assumption were stratified and analyzed. Since the Cox PH model result was not easy to interpret the period of service, additional interpretation was attempted through univariate local regression. CART, GUIDE, and CTREE formed different tree models which allow for various interpretations.
