This is a study for international competitiveness analysis if korea ship management service using the collected data from the fields in industry. making a comparison if ship management company between domestic ones in Korea and mutinational ones in international market is more suitable for it's purpose. but competitiveness level of korean ship management companies are too low to compare. Therefore in this study, ship management devision in Korea overseas shipping companies are selected as a target of camparision and the representative of Korea ship management industry. The analysis of competitiveness is divided by price competition and non-price competition. The former is consist of element likes as crew management cost, dry-docking cost, repair cos, stores & spares cost, lubricants cost and management free cost, The later os consist of element like as quality of sea & shore personnel, efficiency of company's organization, ability of management system. qualifications & certifications, know -hoe for the ship management, structure of control & support ship and office automation & IT system. According to this analysis the ship management division in korean shipping companied are superior to the foreign specialized ship management companies generally. So, it is necessary that korea ship management industry attempt level-up continously and expand into international ship management market positively.
This study explores the status, characteristics and problems of urban-to-rural migration policy in Gyeongbuk Province, and suggests some improvements based on this analysis. Gyeongbuk Province enacted local ordinances related to urban-to-rural migration for the first time in Korea, and has expanded the area of its own projects in addition to the central government's support projects. Consequently, the degree of satisfaction for the support projects in Gyeongbuk Province is higher than in other provinces. Problems of the support projects for urban-to-rural migration are the lack of role sharing between central and lower level local government, and the lack of connectivity among the relevant departments; the non-reflection of regional characteristics and attributes of urban-to-rural migrants (household); and the insufficient satisfaction of policy demands by non-agricultural urban-to-rural migrants. Improvements for these problems include establishing governance that involves urban-to-rural migrants in addition to the existing policy actors, and institutionalizing the project to properly embed this governance in the region. In addition to economic and physical support, diverse programs based on the adaptive cycle, 'non-agricultural rural jobs' for nonagricultural urban-to-rural migrants, and support programs for professional competency enhancement contributing to rural communities should be developed.

Domestic CERTs are carrying out monitoring and response against cyber attacks using security devices(e.g., IDS, TMS, etc) based on signatures. Particularly, in case of public and research institutes, about 30 security monitoring and response centers are being operated under National Cyber Security Center(NCSC) of National Intelligence Service(NIS). They are mainly using Threat Management System(TMS) for providing security monitoring and response service. Since TMS raises a large amount of security events and most of them are not related to real cyber attacks, security analyst who carries out the security monitoring and response suffers from analyzing all the TMS events and finding out real cyber attacks from them. Also, since the security monitoring and response tasks depend on security analyst's know-how, there is a fatal problem in that they tend to focus on analyzing specific security events, so that it is unable to analyze and respond unknown cyber attacks. Therefore, we propose automated verification method of security events based on their empirical analysis to improve performance of security monitoring and response.
The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for early childhood SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education through a survey on SW·AI education in kindergartens. For this study, data were collected from 194 kindergartens through convenience sampling. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution, and it was found that 44% of kindergartens are conducting SW·AI education. 22% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of regular curriculum, and 70% are conducting SW·AI education in the form of special activities after school. SW·AI education was found to be conducted mainly by external instructors (97%) in the classroom (80%). For SW·AI education, block coding-based programs developed by companies such as Naver and the Clova were used, and all of these programs used programs and teaching aids in a package format, including teaching aids and materials developed by companies. 56% answered that they are not currently conducting SW/AI education, and lack of awareness on SW·AI education and lack of human/environmental infrastructure were the main factors. In order to realize SW·AI education considering the characteristics of early childhood education based on this survey, First, SW·AI education programs should be developed to develop play-centered computational thinking skills. Second, systematic teacher education at the national level should be conducted. Finally, the establishment of a department dedicated to early childhood SW·AI consisting of early childhood education experts and SW·AI education experts and financial support at the national level should be provided.
Delphi technique is widely used to develop consensus on group opinion. It is important to identify the strategic technologies and evaluate technology level for the establishment of national R&D policy to upgrade technology level. The aim of this article was to reflect on Food Safety technology level by using Delphi methodology. And, competitiveness of patents and journal articles is evaluated for Korea, USA, Japan, China and EU. As a result, USA is the most competitive country for all technology categories. The average technology level of Korea was 79.5% of world-top coungry and average technological gap was 6.1 years. Korea is grouped in middle-lower class for overall food safety technology level. However, there are some variances among the level of technologies. As a result of this study, food safety research management needs to expand R&D investment and training of food safety specialist. The results of this research can be utilized to establish a road map for transportation R&D and plans.

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of elderly education in the age of science and technology. The research contents to achieve the research purpose are, first, to examine the current status of elderly education, and second, to suggest the direction of elderly education in the age of science and technology. Due to the current status of education for the elderly, education for the elderly continues to change and develop, and various programs and activities are provided to help the elderly enjoy a richer retirement life. According to the survey report on the elderly, 11.9% of all elderly people participate in learning activities. Senior welfare centers accounted for the largest number of institutions conducting learning activities for elderly education learning activities participants at 35.5%. First, in the direction of elderly education in the age of science and technology, education on the use of digital technology and information is necessary in the composition of elderly education contents. Second, in the case of elderly education methods, customized elderly education methods are needed. Third, in the case of operating elderly education institutions, specialized education centers for elderly education must be further strengthened and supported. The international community is already forming a consensus that the establishment of new social systems and financial investment due to the increase in the elderly population should be considered a new growth engine rather than a social crisis. Although there is a burden on the social security sector due to the increase in the elderly population, there is a shift in the direction of recognizing the potential capabilities and experiences of the elderly and returning them to social resources. Elderly education in the age of science and technology needs to change to a direction that can build a healthy and progressive society in the future.

This study conducted an exploratory study based on in-depth interviews to understand the characteristics and capabilities of female entrepreneurs to promote women entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this study, through in-depth interviews with eight female entrepreneurs, the main contents of entrepreneurial attitudes (need for independence, development desire, favorable conditions), start-up entry rate, start-up motivation, start-up activities and constraints were analyzed. As a result, first, it was found that the entrepreneurial attitude of female entrepreneurs has a strong motivation for successful management based on a feeling of self-satisfaction, has characteristics that prioritize independence and self-actualization, and favorable conditions for starting a business are important. Second, it was found that women's individual differences from men and social structural factors had no significant effect on the entry rate of women. Third, it was found that the most important entrepreneurship motivation for women is the spirit of challenge, self-satisfaction, and the desire to balance work and family. Fourth, female entrepreneurs showed little difference in perception between male and female entrepreneurs in terms of resource access, but there was some discrimination in the network. Fifth, the main industries of female entrepreneurs are small businesses, and there is a tendency to be concentrated in industries with low profit margins and low growth and sales. Finally, it was found that barriers to women's entrepreneurship still exist. Based on the results of this study, the following implications are suggested. First, this study is differentiated in that it mainly identified the characteristics of women's experiences and social environments while starting a business and running a business. Second, in the case of female entrepreneurs, there is a need to spread a positive awareness of women entrepreneurship by arguing that the barriers to entrepreneurship unique to women are not high and can be sufficiently overcome. Lastly, although opportunistic start-ups based on women's social experience or management ability in work life are important for women's entrepreneurship, government support policies are needed to promote professional technology start-ups.

The purpose of this study was to examine the area, theme and method of domestic articles on the successful establishment of venture companies, which were presented between 1998 and 2014, according to related basic classification criteria in an effort to shed light on the characteristics of these studies. It's basically meant to make a contribution to the development of research on the success of venture business and to be of practical use for the success of venture companies in our country. After related earlier studies were analyzed, 164 articles were collected, and 64 articles were selected from among them. The articles that were overlapped, not presented or not registered were excluded. The related studies had been conducted by different learned societies that were interested in the same research themes, and the studies were primarily led by the Korean Society of Business Venturing as of 2014, especially by Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship that was a journal published by this society. This society seemed to have taken the initiative in this field. There was a tendency that the related studies increased in number due to the shifts of modern industrial society and the changing policies of the government, as the number of the studies has been on the steady rise since 2012. In terms of method, quantitative research methods, especially descriptive studies, were prevailing. To step up the development of research into this field, a wide variety of research methods should be utilized in the future. As for the sphere of research, the characteristics of founders, strategic characteristics and environmental characteristics were mainly covered as the success factors of venture business. More diverse variables should be explored as well to make more advanced, extended research in the years to come. The findings of the study are expected to provide both theoretical and practical information on the establishment and success of venture business to make a contribution to the development of research.
As the global market environment changes, the domestic ICT industry has a growing influence on the world economy. This industry is regarded as an important driving force in the national economy from a technological and social point of view. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the ICT industry are regarded as essential actors of domestic economic development in terms of company diversity, technology development and job creation. However, since it is small compared to large-sized enterprises, it is difficult for SMEs to survive with a differentiated strategy in an incomplete and rapidly changing environment. Therefore, SMEs must make a lot of efforts to improve their own capabilities, and the government needs to provide the desirable help suitable for corporate internal resources so that they can continue to be competitive. This study classifies the types of ICT SMEs participating in government support programs, and analyzes the relationship between resources and performance creation of each type. The data from the "ICT Small and Medium Enterprises Survey" conducted annually by the Ministry of Science and ICT was used. In the first stage, ICT SMEs were clustered based on common factors according to their experiences with government support programs. Three clusters were meaningfully classified, and each cluster was named "active participation type," "initial support type," and "soloist type." As a second step, this study compared the characteristics of each cluster through profiling analysis for each cluster. The third step carried out in this study was to find out the mechanism of R&D performance creation for each cluster through regression analysis. Different factors affected performance creation for each cluster, and the magnitude of the influence was also different. Specifically, for "active participation type", "current manpower", "technology competitiveness", and "R&D investment in the previous year" were found to be important factors in creating R&D performance. "Initial support type" was identified as "whether or not a dedicated R&D organization exists", "R&D investment amount in the previous year", "Ratio of sales to large companies", and "Ratio of vendors supplied to large companies" contributed to the performance. Lastly, in the case of "soloist type", "current workforce" and "future recruitment plan", "technological competitiveness", "R&D investment", "large company sales ratio", and "overseas sales ratio" showed a significant relationship with the performance. This study has practical implications of showing what strategy should be established when supporting SMEs in the future according to the government's participation in the startup program and providing a guide on what kind of support should be provided.

As getting in 4th Industrial Revolution Times, Continuing Education Enrolled Students(CEES) trying to find loophole for jepordized current life and need job transfer have surged their interest significantly on starting new business to bring up their post career after retirement through self-improvement. Government and university have actively initiated diverse policies of promoting startup for CEES in kicking off entrepreneurship courses and programs. However, relevant main policy, 'The 2nd University Startup Education Five-Year Plan (draft)' have too chiefly focused on theoretical start-up education rather than practical courses, causing the problem of inappropriate support for implementing real startup and business (Ministry of Education, 2018). This study is brought to empirically investigate the effect of self-efficacy as perspective of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention and behavior to come up with problem of poor entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education to CEES. As to empirical research, this paper deliver on-line survey to CEES from September to October 2022, collect 207 effective feedbacks, In order to verify the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient (Cronbach's α) was calculated, analyzed, and measured. For hypothesis test, this paper utilize the multiple regression analysis statistical analysis method and use the SPSS 22.0 statistical processing program. Empirical results show, first, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on start-up education. Second, start-up education had a significant effect on the intention to start a business of adult learners. Third, start-up education had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Fourth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the intention of adult learners to start a business. Fifth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Sixth, self-efficacy had a mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and adult learners' intention to start a business. Seventh, self-efficacy had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between start-up education and adult learners' start-up behavior. This paper is brought three significant implications. First, main consideration developing entrepreneurship education tools for CEES need to falls on defining potential needs of CEES as segmenting as to coming up with diversity of CEES's characteristics such as gender, age, experience, education, and occupation. Second, as to design specific entrepreneurship education program, both practical training program of utilizing CEES's career field experience benchmarking best practice startup and venture cases from domestic and global, and professional startup program of CEES initiating directly startup from ideation to develop business plan with pitching and discussing. Third, entrepreneurship education for CEES should be designed to incubate self-efficacy to enhance entrepreneurial intention of implementing entrepreneurial behavior as a real, eventually leading solid support system of self-improvement for CEES' Retirement life planning.
