In recent years, digital data has been generated in all areas of human activity, and there are many attempts to safely store and process the data to develop useful services. A data lake refers to a data repository that is independent of the source of the data and the analytical framework that leverages the data. In this paper, we designed a tool to safely store various big data generated by smart cities in a data lake and ETL it so that it can be used in services, and a web-based tool necessary to use it effectively. Implement. A series of processes (ETLs) that quality-check and refine source data, store it safely in a data lake, and manage it according to data life cycle policies are often significant for costly infrastructure and development and maintenance. It is a labor-intensive technology. The mounting technology makes it possible to set and execute ETL work monitoring and data life cycle management visually and efficiently without specialized knowledge in the IT field. Separately, a data quality checklist guide is needed to store and use reliable data in the data lake. In addition, it is necessary to set and reserve data migration and deletion cycles using the data life cycle management tool to reduce data management costs.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-leadership of teachers who conduct free-selection activities in kindergartens. In addition, we analyze the mediating effect of teacher self-efficacy. This study was conducted using data gathered through a survey conducted on 325 kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas from September 17 to 28, 2018. To analyze the data, the author used SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs to conduct reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The result of the verification of the hypothesis showed that self-leadership of kindergarten teachers who engaged in free-selection activities positively influenced self-efficacy. Self-leadership of teachers who employed free-selection activities had a positive effect on the expertise of teachers as well. Also, self-efficacy of kindergarten teachers positively affected expertise of these teachers. In addition, the self-leadership of kindergarten teachers mediated self-efficacy, so that the indirect effect on teacher expertise was statistically significant. Also, the direct effect of self-leadership on expertise of teachers was significant, which showed that the self-efficacy of the kindergarten teachers indirectly mediated the relationship between self-leadership and expertise of the teachers. This study showed that to enhance expertise of kindergarten teachers, this requires enhancing self-leadership of teachers. Also, in order to enhance the level of self-efficacy of teachers, necessary knowledge and skills that can enhance self-efficacy of these teachers in their working environment should be provided. In addition, someone who can play the role of active facilitator or helper is needed in order to enhance expertise of these teachers.

Technology evaluation is to assess the ability of technology commercialization entities to generate profits by using the subject technology, and domestic technology evaluation agencies have established and implemented their own evaluation systems. In particular, the recently developed technology evaluation model in the fields of marine and fishery does not sufficiently reflect the poor environment for technology development compared to other industries, so it does not pass the level of T4 rating, which is considered appropriate for investment. This is recognized as a challenge that occurs when the common evaluation indicators and evaluation scales used in other industries, and when the scoring system for T1 to T10 grading is similarly or identically utilized. Therefore, through this study, we intend to secure the appropriateness and reliability of the results of the comprehensive rating calculation by developing technology evaluation models and indicators that well explain the nine marine and fisheries industry classification systems. Based on KED and technology evaluation case data, AHP-based index weighting and Monte Carlo simulation-based rating system are applied and the results of case studies are verified. Through the proposed model, we aim to enhance the usability of R&D and commercialization support programs based on fast, convenient and objective evaluation results by applying to upcoming technology evaluation cases.
An "OpenNote" can be defined as the sharing of medical records between patient and doctors by online, and is a new trial to allow patients to access their medical records any time. To identify the need for the introduction of OpenNotes, which is expanding medical recrods, this study has researched the awareness and attitude towards medical records and OpenNotes among hospital workers in charge of part of medical servises. One of the results in this study is that recognizing his or her own records can impact his or her understanding his or her health status. Also, the subjects who were participated in this study generally agreed with the usefulness of the OpenNote and were willing to participate in the OpenNote. Meanwhile the subjects are admitting counterfeiting the medical records or falsifying them. The conclusion has been shown that patient-doctor sharing of medical records could help patients better understand their health information and encourage their self-care. When patients can access their own medical records easily, Unnecessary misunderstandings and distrust of records between patients and medical staff can be markedly reduced then it can help to build up the trust in a doctor-patient relationship. Considering not only the health utility of OpenNotes but also the impact on the trust of doctors, the pilot project of OpneNotes for experimental verification is proposed.
Most humans live at work and continue their lives through work. This study aims to understand the influence of job crafting on job satisfaction and knowledge sharing behavior, innovation behavior, and smart work environment variables in the rapidly changing labor market. In addition, a study was conducted on the effect of job crafting on job satisfaction by dividing it into male and female groups. The study was conducted on 453 office workers who responded to the survey, and SPSS 26.0 and Amos 26.0 were used. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, structural model analysis and Multi-group analysis were performed. Multiple mediating effects were analyzed and Process macro model 7 was used as the smart work environment effect. As a result of the analysis, first, job crafting had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and second, job crafting had a significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior and innovation behavior. Third, knowledge sharing behavior had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but innovation behavior did not affect job satisfaction. Fourth, for the parameters of knowledge sharing behavior and innovation behavior, knowledge sharing behavior had a partial mediating effect, but innovation behavior did not affect it. Fifth, it was found that the moderating effect of the smart work environment had no effect, and sixth, the results of a study on the effect of job crafting on job satisfaction divided into men and women had a greater effect than men.

This study is a case study comparing and examining the effects of non-face-to-face(NFTF) classes in the 2021-2 semester and face-to-face(FTF) classes in the 2022-2 semester on learning immersion, learning stress, and learning satisfaction. The learning immersion and learning satisfaction of 240 students were analyzed in NFTF and FTF classes of department S of C junior college where the same textbook, same subject, and same professor were taught. For data processing, SPSS Ver. 23.0 was used. The data is used to measure reliability by Cronbach's α, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, learners' learning immersion was higher in FTF than NFTF classes among engineering major subjects. Second, it was found that there was a difference in learning stress according to the types of FTF and NFTF classes in engineering major subjects. Third, it was found that there were differences in practice content, communication, and task performance of sub-factors of learning satisfaction according to FTF and NFTF class types in engineering major subjects. In conclusion, it was found that FTF classes had a more positive effect on learning immersion and satisfaction, and NFTF classes had a more negative effect on learning stress.

The purpose of this study was to examine parental perceptions on the importance, performance level, and satisfaction with foodservice quality at daycare centers in the Compensation and Welfare Service institute. The questionnaire was developed to measure thirty-two attributes of foodservice operations are administered to 598 parents and 23 foodservice supervisors from June 22, 2009 to July 10, 2009. The parents placed a high importance on the need for foodservices, earning 4.70 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality menu, foodservice ingredients and effects, facilities, sanitation, and service scored even higher than performance. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice compared to performance was 4.33 and 4.03 points out of 5 points, respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that 98.6% of the variance in parents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by six dimensions.

On July 31, 2008, the Government issued the construction and operation permit for the first low and intermediate level radioactive waste disposal facility in the Republic of Korea. In this paper, the fundamental regulatory framework, regulatory requirements and technical standards of the disposal facility are introduced, and the phased review process adopted for evaluation of the safety of the facility is briefly described. The Atomic Energy Act sets forth a stepwise regulatory framework for the whole life-cycle of the disposal facility such as siting, design, construction, operation, closure and institutional control. More detailed regulatory requirements and technical standards are stipulated in the subsequent regulations of the Atomic Energy Act and a series of Notices issued by the Ministry of Eduction, Science and Technology. The Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety, as entrusted by the Ministry under the Atomic Energy Act, conducted safety review on the disposal facility, and evaluated the compliance with relevant criteria in all technical elements(i.e. siting and structural safety, radiological environmental impact, operational safety, systems and components, quality assurance, and total systematic performance assessment, etc.). The overall safety review process can be phased into inception phase, initial review phase, main review phase and completion phase. The review results were reported to and deliberated by the five Sub-committees of the Special Committee on Nuclear Safety, and then reported to the Ministry. The Ministry issued the construction and operation permit of the disposal facility through the deliberation of the review results by the Nuclear Safety Commission. Hereafter, the safety of the repository will be reassured by a series of subsequent regulatory inspections and reviews under the Atomic Energy Act. In addition, the licensee's continuous implementation of the "Safety Promotion Plan" may also enhance the long-term safety of the repository and contribute to build-up the confidence of the safety case.

The purposes of the study were to identify a comprehensive competency list related to the jobs of nutrition teachers and to compare the competency needs for nutrition teachers and dieticians' competency levels. Job functional areas and a competency list for nutrition teachers were developed based on a review of literature and revised through expert panel reviews. A total of 53 competency statements associated with 11 job functional areas were specified. Questionnaires were distributed to 457 dieticians engaged in school food service and 148 responses were returned (response rate: 32.4%). Excluding incomplete responses, 142 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Approximately half of the respondents were enrolled in an 1-year nutrition teacher certificate program, 25% in a graduate school of nutrition education, and 19% had completed an 1-year nutrition teacher certificate program. The dieticians highly rated requirements of the competencies related to sanitation and employee safety, nutrition counseling, nutrition education, and teaching practices; in contrary, their competency levels for nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and teaching practices were low. Respondents' competency levels were significantly lower than the required competency levels of effective nutrition teachers in all functional areas. A quadratic analysis based on the requirement and self-evaluation of the competencies revealed that priorities of education programs targeting school nutrition teachers or students preparing to be nutrition teachers should be placed on improving competencies related to nutrition education, nutrition counseling, teaching practices, sanitation and employee safety, menu management, and human resource management. These results can be used to develop curriculum materials for basic and continuing professional education for nutrition teachers. It is necessary to review and update competencies regularly to reflect environmental changes in school food service programs.
Background and Objectives: The prevalence of dementia is steadily increasing each year, and preceding studies continue to explore the association between dementia and oral health. Dental hygienists require specialized competencies to provide appropriate dental healthcare services, necessitating the development of a tool for the objective measurement of their knowledge levels. This study aimed to develop a knowledge assessment tool for dental hygienists concerning considerations for dental care for patients with dementia. Methods: The study constructed preliminary items based on a literature review and then conducted expert validation, a pilot survey, and the main survey. The main survey was conducted among 220 dental hygienists. Validity and reliability analyses were conducted with the collected data to select the final items, and the correctness rates for each selected item were verified. Results: As a result of the analysis of the collected data, 18 items were eliminated out of a total of 40 preliminary items, leaving a total of 6 factors and 22 items. The Cronbach's α value for the selected items was 0.791. The six factors are as follows: 'Considerations during dental treatment for dementia patients' (5 items), 'medication side effects in dementia patients' (4 items), 'oral care methods for dementia patients' (4 items), 'communication with dementia patients' (4 items), 'psychological reactions of dementia patients' (3 items), and 'guidance for dementia patients' (2 items). The item with the highest correctness rate was item 2 of the 'guidance for dementia patients' category at 98.6%, while the item with the lowest correctness rate was item 2 of the 'psychological reactions of dementia patients' category at 5.9%. Conclusion: This study validated the reliability and validity of the knowledge assessment tool, which lays the foundation for future research on dental hygienists and dementia. It contributes essential data for ongoing education, development of educational programs, and establishing operational guidelines in healthcare institutions.
