본 연구에서는 전문직업관이 업무수행 능력에 미치는 영향을 간호 서비스 종사자들을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 간호 서비스 종사자 대상으로 수집한 193부의 설문조사 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전문직업관의 구성 요소 중 전문적 자아개념이 업무수행 능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 그 다음은 업무 전문성인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 사회적 인식은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 업무수행 능력 향상을 위해 전문직업관을 어떻게 관리해 나가야 할 것인지에 대한 기초자료를 제공하엿다는데 의의가 있다.

There have been constant requests for urgently recruiting professionals in the archives to establish archival management systems by reflecting public institutional feature as well as reinforcing expertise and independence of them. However, it is true that some even adequate professional manpower haven't been secured at each level of public institutions due to ambiguous standards for the placement of professionals in the field of records management followed by the current [Public Records Management Act]. Thereupon, this study is to create records management task model for the archival management institutions with the workload of records management induced by the model, and to present reasonable scale of workforce to deal with the assignment. Moreover, here is shown which professional staff should be allocated for better efficiency and systems to carry out the task of records management in each relevant institution.

애완동물의 건강유지, 생산성향상, 질병유발 및 치유경과에 미치는 영양과 식이요법의 중요성은 최근 20여년동안에 수의술에 크게 증대되어왔다. 대부분의 애완동물가는 영양관리에 관하여 관행적인 먹이 급여 이외에는 어떤 전문지식을 가지고 있지 않다. 1988년에 퓨리나코리아가 애견용 고형사료를 생산한 이래 백화점의 식품코너에서 애완동물용 사료를 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 식품으로 급여되는 과잉 영양성 골격계이상과 뇨석증, taurin 결핍과 중심 망막퇴행성 변화및 확장성 심근증의 유발등 소위'nutritional disease',그리고 만성신부전증 치료관리에서 단백질과 인섭취의 제한 ,뇨석증과 간질환의 식이적 조절등은 대표적인 응용예로서 이미 소동물임상에서 일반화되었다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우는 애완동물의 먹이와 식이요법에 관한 전문지식을 학교교육에서 얻지 못함으로 애견가 관리에 많은 문제점이 노출되고 있다. 여기에서는 위와 같은 관점에서 개업수의사에게 필요한 일반지식을 기술하였다.

현재의 네트웍 환경은 다양한 통신 장비와 서비스들의 개발로 망 구성 요소간 이질적인 특성이 증가함에 따라 복잡해지고 어려워진 반면 사용자의 네트웍에 대한 품질 요구는 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경은 고성능의 네트웍 관리시스템과 전문적인 네트웍 진단기술을 필요로 한다. 하지만 기존의 관리시스템들은 네트웍 트래픽 모니터링에 의한 단순 평면적인 통계 기능을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 네트웍 진단 기술 또한 체계화 되지 못하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 전력통신망에서 네트웍 전체를 대상으로 네트웍 성능, 장애 상태를 분석하여 네트웍의 현황을 진단하고 트래픽 특성을 통한 문제자원을 파악한 후 원인과 해결책을 제공하도록 지능적인 네트웍 분석기법을 통한 효과적인 전력통신망 운용 관리 방안을 제시한다.

전문용어는 사전, 시소러스 및 온톨로지를 비롯한 다양한 기반지식자원에서 사용되고 있으며, 해당분야 발전에 민감하게 반응하는 특징을 가진다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 용어를 생명주기 관점에서 바라보고 이를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 연구가 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 한정된 인적${\cdot}$물적 자원을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 가까운 미래에도 유용한 용어들을 선정하고 관리하기 위한 방안으로서 용어지배값 (TDV; Term Dominance Value)을 제안한다. 이를 통해 용어 생명주기의 각 단계를 생성, 성장, 유지, 쇠퇴, 소멸, 재생 등으로 정의함으로써 관리해야 할 대상 용어를 명확히 할 수 있도록 한다. 용어지배값과 Coverage와의 관계 실험을 통해 유망한 용어들을 선정하고 관리해야 하는 당위성을 보여준다.

창업지원시설은 창업의 성공가능성을 높이기 위해 지방자치단체에서 시설과 공간, 교육프로그램 등을 제공하는 것으로 경영, 기술분야 등에 대한 지원을 목적으로 하는 사업장을 의미한다. 많은 지방자치단체에서 이러한 시설을 관련 법령에 따라 꾸준히 개설중이며, A시도 또한 2005년부터 관련 시설을 개설하였다. 본 연구는 국내 A시의 창업지원시설의 문제점을 구조적 문제와 관리상의 문제로 구분하여 조사하고, 그에 대한 해결방안을 각각 제시하였다. 구조적 문제로는 시설의 기능 중복 등이 부족하였으며 관리상 문제로는 외부 민간의 투자 연계와 담당 매니저들의 전문성 등이 한계로 나타났다. 이에 대한 해결을 위하여 A시 창업지원시설의 구조적인 재구조화와 관리상 문제에 대한 해결을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems brought about by applying the case management of prostitution in practice, considering its special characteristics. The study is based on the actual experience and understanding of the hands-on workers toward its case management, who are working at the organization for preventing prostitution. To do this, data collected for the research is analyzed by an inductive approache. Participants are selected in the Counseling Centers for Prostitution, General Supporting Facilities, Supporting Centers for Self-help, and Youth Facilities. Three organizations in each type of the centers or facilities are respectively chosen. Twelve participants are composed of six hands-on workers in charge of the case management and six managers supervising it(called the director of the Center in some Centers). According to the analysis, the main issues of their case management experiences are divided into 5 topics and then sub-divided into 12 ones in 3 areas. Each theme of the topics is 'Steady & ordinary, not special tasks', 'Co-existence of a burden & thrilling', 'Sad, but pretending to be serene', 'Know-hows through practical experiences', 'Nevertheless, fill my future with hopes'. On the basis of the result, some policies and instructions necessary to actively revitalize the case management are suggested: expanding professional training centers based on the field, preparing government level customized-services in medical treatments and laws, creating jobs & intensifying job training, setting up various cooperative systems with local organizations via active networking, establishing super-vision systems, and so on.

This study tried to suggest a plan for an efficient management and utilization of job-related collections closely connected to the job education field of colleges. The data were collected through data inquiry, telephone interview inquiry and questionnaire and based on the results of the analysis, an efficient utilization plan of job-related collections was derived. It reached a result that it is desirable that libraries initiatively operate job-related collections but in consideration of the approachability, use convenience and utilization of students, the display and management of materials are performed jointly with libraries and employment departments. In addition, so as to plan the development of the job-related collections, libraries need to develop the common basic major materials by major to consider the characteristics as well as educational purposes of colleges and develop the core employment major data connected to major related certificates and intensively secure job practice focused materials.
