This study suggests ameliorated Library and Information Science education, and its curriculum for education of national subject specialists. For that purpose, this study investigates and compares four internal universities, three American universities along with the figures of the present and future subjects to face updated educational plans and prepare to become a new information specialist at ALA(American Library Association), ALISE(Association for Library and Information Science Education), and other agents. The results of this study can be used as the basic data for training 'subject specialist' in the university curriculum.

Interim immediate denture is fabricated to minimize the period of edentulousness after removal of the patient's remaining teeth and before delivery of final prosthesis. In the case of using the CAD/CAM system, there is an advantage in that the manufacturing process in the clinic and laboratory can be simplified by overcoming some of the limitations of manufacturing interim immediate dentures in the traditional way. However, there are also disadvantages in that errors occur in the process of transmitting information about the patient's intermaxillary relationship to the digital network of the laboratory, resulting in unstable occlusal relationships or non-esthetic prostheses. To overcome this problem, using the simple and accurate POP BOW system's occlusal plane digital transfer method, it was possible to fabricate an esthetic and functional 3D printed interim immediate denture after removal of the remaining upper and lower anterior teeth.

Obejectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the efficacy of pacemaker potentials of interstitial Cells of Cajal (ICC) by Fermented Lotus Root (FLR) in small intestine. Methods : Enzyme digestions were used to separate the ICC. Using electrophysiological methods, pacemaker potentials were measured and intestinal transit rates (ITR) experiments were conducted to identify in vivo gastrointestinal motility. Results : 1. FLR (0.5-10 mg/ml) caused membrane depolarization by electrophysiological methods. 2. In the case of pretreatment with a Ca²⁺ free solution and thapsigargin, the pacemaker potential disappeared and in this case, FLR did not have a membrane depolarization reaction. 3. Lowering the concentration of extracellular Na⁺ concentration stoped the pacemaker potentials and inhibited the reaction caused by FLR. Flufenamic acid also inhibited the reaction by FLR. 4. In mice, ITR was increased by FLR. Conclusions : This study shows that FLR can control ICC by an internal/external Ca²⁺ and Na⁺. It also shows that FLR can be a good candidate for gastrointestinal motility medication development.

Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effects of alcoholic fermentation beverage using pear, Bae Ro Mi In (BRMI) on airway hyperresponsiveness and immunoglobulin production in asthmatic mice Methods : We investigated the effects of BRMI on airway hyperresponsiveness by measurement of enhanced pause (Penh), and also investigated the effects on production levels of antigen specific antibody and subclasses such as IgG1, IgG2a and IgE by using ELISA methods. Prednisolone (PD, 5 mg/kg) was used as positive control. Results : Treatment with BRMI did not lowered airway hyperresponsiveness, but PD lowered significantly. Oral administration of BRMI lowered production level of ovalbumin (OVA) specific total antibody significantly. Especially, BRMI decreased IgE levels compared to non-treated control effectively. Treatment with PD lowered production levels of total antibody, IgG1 and IgE. Conclusions : These result suggest that BRMI can lower production levels of antigen specific total antibody and IgE in asthmatic mice. We also suggest that BRMI has the possibility to prevent or cure asthma through regulation of antigen specific antibody production.

산업 및 무역, 유통 기업들은 수많은 물류자원이 된다. 이러한 기업들은 물류 비용을 절감하기 위해 전문 물류 기업에 물품 운송 부분을 맡긴다. 전문 물류 관리 기업들은 컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발전으로 공급자, 구매자와 타사 기업들간에 인터넷으로 서로 연결된다. 하지만 서로 다른 회사에서 사용하고 관리하는 소프트웨어 때문에 이기종데이터는 타사 기업을 위한 물류 정보시스템에 큰 문제가 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 전문 물류 회사를 위한 도메인 온톨로지 기반의 검색 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안한 도메인 온톨로지 기반의 검색 프레임워크는 통합 환경에서 전문 물류 회사를 위한 다양한 시스템과 프로세스를 포함한 문서로 제공될 수 있고 여러 다양한 문서의 통합 검색을 지원하며 문서 안의 의미 정보를 고려할 수 있다.

Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between nurse image, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and anxiety of nursing students who experienced COVID-19. Data was collected from May to July 2022. The participants were 230 nursing students in S-city, Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the study, the participantt's nurse image showed a positive correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.635, p<.001) and major satisfaction (r=.581 p<.001), and nursing professionalism and major satisfaction (r=.504, p<.001) was found to be positively correlated. There was a negative correlation between nursing professionalism and anxiety (r=-.143, p=.030). As a result of this study, nursing students who experienced COVID-19 should seek various intervention programs to increase nurse image, major satisfaction, and nursing professionalism and lower anxiety.

환자의 의료 및 질환정보는 개인의 프라이버시에 관련되므로 민감하게 취급되어야 하며 이러한 의료 및 질환정보의 유출은 환자의 사회적인 고립뿐 아니라 환자의 생명도 위협하게 되므로 철저한 보안이 필요하다. 따라서, 의료진, 환자, 일반인 등의 사용자 식별을 통한 진료 기록의 접근 통제 및 사용 권한에 따른 정보의 암호화 수준과 해당 정보에 대한 역할 기반의 접근 제어(Role-Based Access Control)를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC 모델을 현재의 의료 및 질환 정보 관리에 적용시켜 각 정보 개체들과 사용자 간의 효율적인 역할 분담과 정보 보호를 위한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 실제 시스템에 적용하고자 한다.
