본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 알아보고 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구대상자는 일 지역 4년제 간호대학생을 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, multiple regressions을 하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사이미지는 성격과 간호직에 대한 생각에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 자아탄력성은 연령, 성별, 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 지원동기, 입원경험, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호전문직관은 학년, 성격, 간호직에 대한 생각, 가족 중 간호사 유무에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관의 관계를 분석한 결과 간호전문직관은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성과 유의하게 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 간호사이미지와 자아탄력성도 유의하게 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 간호전문직관 영향요인은 간호사이미지, 자아탄력성으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify differences of nursing professionalism and nurse's image before and after convergence-based nursing history and culture program. Study subjects were 29 juniors in B nursing college. The convergence-based nursing history and culture programs had been provided 6 times. In this study, the score of nursing professionalism and nurses' image were significantly increased after program. Among the sub-items of nursing professionalism, the self-concept of professionalism, the social awareness, the professionalism of nursing showed significant improvement, and among the sub-items of nurse's image, the role of nurse, the interpersonal relationship of nurse were statistically significant improvement after program. Nursing professionalism and Nurse's image had significant positive relationship with each other. Therefore this program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between image of nurses and nursing professional values in nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire using convenient sampling methods survey from 147 students enrolled in the nursing department from March 11 to March 22, 2013. There was a significant difference in the image of nurses on the club activities, satisfaction with major, satisfaction with college life. There was a significant difference in the nursing professional values according to the satisfaction with major. Image of nurses has positively correlation with nursing professional values. 'Social participation' domain of image of nurses has a strong positive correlation with nursing professional values. 'Self concept of profession' domain of nursing professional values has a strong positive correlation with image of nurses. Therefore, it is thought that developing various teaching strategies, promoting club activities, paying attention to the student, and guiding them for raising degree of satisfaction with major and college life would be helpful to improve nurse' image and nursing professional values of nursing students.

The Purpose of this study was to exam the relationships among nurse image, nursing professionalism and major satisfaction and mediating effect. A convenience sample of 200 nursing students were recruited from a college in G city, from May 12 to 16. 2014. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS/PC ver 21.0 programs. There were significantly positive correlations between nurse image, nursing professionalism and major satisfaction. Nursing professionalism fully mediated the relationship between nurse image and major satisfaction. These findings indicate that increasing nursing professionalism can be an effective way to change nurse image more positive among nursing students, especially before clinical practice. A collaborative effort among nursing education and nursing leaders in practice is needed to change nurse image more positive.

The purpose of this study was to investigate major satisfaction, communication skills, image of nurses and nursing professionalism, and to identify the influencing factors on nursing professionalism of nursing students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 214 students who were 3rd years in the nursing university in Gwangju, June 2019. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The mean scores for the major satisfaction(3.71±0.53), communication skills(3.50±0.38), image of nurses(3.80±0.52), nursing professionalism(3.70±0.56) were above average. It was found that there were significant differences in the nursing professionalism depending on age, motivation for nursing clinical practice. Significant relationships were found among major satisfaction(r=.531, p=.000), communication skills(r=.531, p=.000), image of nurses(r=.836, p=.000) and nursing professionalism in nursing students. The results of stepwise multiple regression indicates that image of nurses(β=.705, p=.000) and communication skill(β=.136, p=.001) and major satisfaction(β=.133, p=.002) and predicts 72.8% in clinical practice competency(F=191.248, p<.001). In conclusion, to enhance nursing professionalism for nursing students, it is necessary to develop and utilize a program that enhances image of nurses, communication skills and major satisfaction.

This study examined the influence of nurse image, job value on the nursing professionalism of first year nursing students. Data were collected from May 7 to May 14, 2018 for 306 first year nursing students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The average degree of nursing image at 4.12, job value score of 3.12, and nursing professionalism score of 3.98. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with the nursing image(r=.823, p<.001) and job value(r=.492, p<.001). The significant variables explaining nursing image(${\beta}=.760$, p=.000) and job value(${\beta}=.134$, p=.000) These factors explained 69% of nursing professionalism. It is necessary to provide education that consider the nursing image, job value of nursing students to help them establish an acceptable view of nursing professionalism.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between nurse image, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and anxiety of nursing students who experienced COVID-19. Data was collected from May to July 2022. The participants were 230 nursing students in S-city, Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the study, the participantt's nurse image showed a positive correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.635, p<.001) and major satisfaction (r=.581 p<.001), and nursing professionalism and major satisfaction (r=.504, p<.001) was found to be positively correlated. There was a negative correlation between nursing professionalism and anxiety (r=-.143, p=.030). As a result of this study, nursing students who experienced COVID-19 should seek various intervention programs to increase nurse image, major satisfaction, and nursing professionalism and lower anxiety.

The purpose of this study investigates the relationships between nurses' image, professional self-concept and nursing professionalism in nursing students, and explore the plan of nursing education for the establishment of exemplary nursing professionalism in nursing students. A convenience sample of 292 subjects were recruited from one university in G city. And data were collected from November 11 to November 15, 2015. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation, Stepwise Multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS 21.0 Program. The nursing professionalism of nursing students showed a significantly positive correlation of nurses' image(r=.821, p<.001) professional self-concept(r=.701, p<.001). Fifty-seven percentage of the variance was explained by nurses' image, professional self-concept and grade. Therefore, on the basis of this study's result, when nursing educational programs are developed to make positive professionalism, these factors need to be consider.

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of the first clinical practice on the image of nurse and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19 situation. The data were collected from 36 nursing college students using a structured questionnaire from June to July 2020 and analyzed by PASW 22.0. After the first clinical practice in the COVID-19 pandemic, the nurse image (t=-2.219, p=.034) and nursing professionalism(t=-3.444, p=.002) increased significantly compared to before practice. Social image (t=-3.113, p=.004), self-concept of the profession(t=-2.442, p=.021), social awareness(t=-3.829, p=.001) and professionalism of nursing(t=-2.299, p=.028) significantly increased after the first clinical practice. After the first clinical practice, nursing professionalism showed a significant positive correlation with image of nurse(r=.831, p<.001). The attitude of nurses to cope with COVID-19 positively influenced nursing students' nurse image and nursing professionalism. Therefore, it is expected that will be used as basic data for preparing educational strategies after COVID-19.

This study examined the influence of satisfaction with clinical practice and the image of nurses on the nursing professionalism of nursing students. The subjects were 184 nursing students in B city who had experienced clinical practice. The data were collected from November 15 to December 15, 2014 and, analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheff's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Significant differences in the nursing professionalism by gender, religion, age, and school record were observed. Nursing professionalism was positively related to the satisfaction with clinical practice. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the nursing professionalism and image of nurses. Meaningful variables that influenced the nursing professionalism were satisfaction with the contents of clinical practice, image of nurses, satisfaction with the course of clinical practice, satisfaction with the environment of clinical practice, and school record. These factors comprised 75.8% of the total variance in the nursing professionalism of nursing students, and the satisfaction with contents of clinical practice was the most influential factor. In conclusion, to increase the nursing professionalism of nursing students, it is necessary to develop educational programs and institutional strategies to improve the satisfaction with clinical practice and the image of nurses.
