This study aims to propose a lifecycle cost model for electronic records & archival management. For this purpose, the study identified cost elements based on analysing public records & archival management activities and proposed cost factors for management by applying data gathered from records centers & archives. The study employed various methods: desk research, activity analysis, a cost information survey and interviews with experts in digital preservation, and records/archival management. The study made the first step to the cost studies in electronic records management in Korea. It is expected to update the CoMMPER model and redefine activities of electronic records management. Further case studies based on the model is required.

This Study is a qualitative study for new suggestion on accounting teaching. Through this study, I expect accounting professional would take in new accounting circumstance (IFRS ; International Financial Accounting Standards) and make a decision on very complex business cases rationally. It has be n proved that closed teaching skil can not cultivate global talented person who is adaptable to IFRS, the international environment. Also, we look forward to establishing an accounting education that is sufficiently controversial among learners, rather than traditional rote education.

본 연구는 한국 영양사를 위한 급식경영관리교육의 필요성을 파악하고, 4년제 식품영양학과에 적용 할 수 있는 능력중심교육 원칙(competency-based education)을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 각 분야의 급식경영전문가 설문조사$\longrightarrow$영양사 설문조사$\longrightarrow$4년제 대학 식품영양학과 교과과정 검토$\longrightarrow$급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 급식경영전문가 설문조사를 통하여 한국영양사에게 필요한 47개 급식경영관리 수행능력을 결정하였으며, 이를 토대로 영양사 설문조사 (응답자수: 484, 회수율: 65%)에서는 위 수행능력의 중요도와 교육정도에 대한 영양사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 급식경영관리 수행능력이 현재와 미래의 영양사 업무수행에 있어 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 교육은 불충분하다고 대답하였다. 교육 불충분의 이유로는 급식경영관리 분야의 과목 부족, 실무위주 교육의 부족 등을 지적하였다. 교과과정 검토 결과 61개 과목 중 8과목(13%)만이 급식경영관리와 관련된 과목으로 나타났다. 두 가지 설문조사 결과와 교과과정 검토 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구에서는 능력중심교육 원칙을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 모형은 급식경영관리 전문 교육가에 의해 실행 전 평가 및 검토를 거쳤으며, 내용구성, 적용성, 형식 분야의 평가 결과 모든 분야에서 5.0 만점의 평균 4.6점을 획득하여 한국 영양사의 효과적인 급식경영관리 교육과정 개발에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Along with the change of national accounting, the importance of systematic management of assets is emphasized and the awareness that the concept termed Asset Management should be introduced to the construction field too to manage facilities. The present study is a basic study for the introduction of the concept Asset Management and proposed accounting guidelines(proposal) for public building maintenance cost that can clarify maintenance cost accounting. Existing literatures and current accounting standards were examined and the actual states of maintenance cost accounting of public buildings in A metropolitan city were examined to draw problems. For the practice guidelines(proposal), the types and contents of government office building maintenance expenditures were analyzed and items that must be treated as OPEX and CAPEX were presented. Expert interviews were conducted to verify the reliability of the items presented. The practice guidelines(proposal) were applied to the public buildings in A metropolitan city to identify situations of changes in asset values and review the effects of the practice guidelines(proposal) on increases in asset values. When applied to practices, the practice guidelines(proposal) suggested in the present study are considered to increase building asset values and provide consistent financial information to help stakeholders' decision making.

In this study, in order to analyze the current status of the data science curriculum in Korea as of October 2019, we conducted an analysis of the prior studies on the curriculum in the data science field and the competencies required for data professional. This study was conducted on 80 curricula and 2,041 courses, and analyzed from the following perspectives; 1) the analysis of the characteristics of data science domain, 2) the analysis of key competencies in data science, 3) the content analysis of the course titles. As a result, data science program in Korea has become a research-oriented professional curriculum based on an academic approach rather than a technical, vocational, and practitional view. In addition, it was confirmed that various courses were established with a focus on statistical analysis competency, and interdisciplinary characteristics based on information technology, statistics, and business administration were reflected in the curriculum.

There is a strong need to develop a software cost estimation model on economic value perspective. The objective of this research is to improve current software cost estimation method on economic value perspective. We reviewed domestic and foreign researches and practices on software cost estimation with function point method, and derived promising alternative models. Pilot simulation was performed with real project data, and the probable best model was chosen. We collected data from 39 Korean companies, and assesed statistical significance of the model with those data. Empirical data shows that more practical model has better prediction accuracy. That is, the number of input and output modules, the number of tables, and the number of algorithms are chosen to be best set of functions. There exists strong correlation between the calculated function points and project effort. And, the revised set of technical complexity factors and evaluation guidelines show practical usefulness. We suggest that the above result be incorporated in a new improved guideline for software cost estimation. By adopting the results of this research to the guideline, we expect that technology innovation will be expedited, and that overall productivity of software industry will be increased.

Individuals gather information online to resolve problems in their daily lives and make various decisions about the purchase of products or services. With the revolutionary development of information technology, Web 2.0 has allowed more people to easily generate and use online reviews such that the volume of information is rapidly increasing, and the usefulness and significance of analyzing the unstructured data have also increased. This paper presents an analysis on the lexical features of expert product reviews to determine their influence on consumers' purchasing decisions. The focus was on how unstructured data can be organized and used in diverse contexts through text mining. In addition, diverse lexical features of expert reviews of contents provided by a third-party review site were extracted and defined. Expert reviews are defined as evaluations by people who have expert knowledge about specific products or services in newspapers or magazines; this type of review is also called a critic review. Consumers who purchased products before the widespread use of the Internet were able to access expert reviews through newspapers or magazines; thus, they were not able to access many of them. Recently, however, major media also now provide online services so that people can more easily and affordably access expert reviews compared to the past. The reason why diverse reviews from experts in several fields are important is that there is an information asymmetry where some information is not shared among consumers and sellers. The information asymmetry can be resolved with information provided by third parties with expertise to consumers. Then, consumers can read expert reviews and make purchasing decisions by considering the abundant information on products or services. Therefore, expert reviews play an important role in consumers' purchasing decisions and the performance of companies across diverse industries. If the influence of qualitative data such as reviews or assessment after the purchase of products can be separately identified from the quantitative data resources, such as the actual quality of products or price, it is possible to identify which aspects of product reviews hamper or promote product sales. Previous studies have focused on the characteristics of the experts themselves, such as the expertise and credibility of sources regarding expert reviews; however, these studies did not suggest the influence of the linguistic features of experts' product reviews on consumers' overall evaluation. However, this study focused on experts' recommendations and evaluations to reveal the lexical features of expert reviews and whether such features influence consumers' overall evaluations and purchasing decisions. Real expert product reviews were analyzed based on the suggested methodology, and five lexical features of expert reviews were ultimately determined. Specifically, the "review depth" (i.e., degree of detail of the expert's product analysis), and "lack of assurance" (i.e., degree of confidence that the expert has in the evaluation) have statistically significant effects on consumers' product evaluations. In contrast, the "positive polarity" (i.e., the degree of positivity of an expert's evaluations) has an insignificant effect, while the "negative polarity" (i.e., the degree of negativity of an expert's evaluations) has a significant negative effect on consumers' product evaluations. Finally, the "social orientation" (i.e., the degree of how many social expressions experts include in their reviews) does not have a significant effect on consumers' product evaluations. In summary, the lexical properties of the product reviews were defined according to each relevant factor. Then, the influence of each linguistic factor of expert reviews on the consumers' final evaluations was tested. In addition, a test was performed on whether each linguistic factor influencing consumers' product evaluations differs depending on the lexical features. The results of these analyses should provide guidelines on how individuals process massive volumes of unstructured data depending on lexical features in various contexts and how companies can use this mechanism from their perspective. This paper provides several theoretical and practical contributions, such as the proposal of a new methodology and its application to real data.

본 연구는 컨테이너터미널의 생산성 최대화를 위한 장비 작업조건(애로공정 및 개선방향) 우선순위를 결정하는 방법을 제시하고자 다기준의사결정법으로 많이 이용되고 있는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층분석과정)기법을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 컨테이너터미널의 주요 요소를 야드장비 영역, 이송장비 영역, 안벽장비 영역, C/CENTER(통제센터) 영역으로 구분하여 터미널 실무전문가를 대상으로 설문을 진행한 후 AHP기법을 활용하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 생산성 최대화를 위한 우선순위는 야드 장비부분이 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났으며 안벽장비, C/CENTER, 이송 장비 순서로 중요도가 나타났다.

한국종합건설기계설비협의회(회장장 이용우)는 지난 2014년 '기계설비시공 개선사례집'을 발간했다. 2004년 초판본 발간에 이어 2008년 1차 개정판이 나온 후 2차 개정판이다. 기계설비시공 개선사례집은 그동안 기계설비 관련 종사자들의 지침이나 교육 등의 참고자료로 적극 활용되어 기계설비업계 발전에 기여해왔다. 그러나 시간이 흐름에 따라 기술의 발전, 새로운 분야 부각, 기존과 다른 다양한 기술적 해결방안이 도출되면서 수정 및 보완의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이에 따라 협의회는 2012년 3월 2차 개정판을 발간키로 의결하고 협의회 회원 중 13명의 전문가를 2차 개정판 편집위원(위원장 이재곤)으로 선임, 개정판 발간작업에 들어가 2년여의 작업 끝에 결실을 맺었다. 본지는 기계설비시공 개선사례집이 전 건설현장에서 정밀시공을 위한 현장 실무가이드로 정착할 수 있도록 연재 중이다.

It is expected that use of groundwater wells for contaminated groundwater remediation, artificial groundwater recharge and geothermal heat pump systems is increasing in the future in Korea. Some practical confusions may be produced due to lack of regulations related to permits and registrations of these types of wells. This short note is intended to draw attention of relevant professionals by shortly introducing some relevant code of state regulations in Missouri, USA.
