Fuzzy Cognitive Map, one of ways to model, describe and infer reasoning relations, is widely used in the field of reasoning knowledge engineering. Despite of the natural and easy understanding of decision and smooth explanation of relation between front and rear, reasoning relation is organized with mathematical haziness and complex algorithm and rarely has an interactive user interface. This paper suggests an interactive Fuzzy Cognitive Map(FCM) construction support system. It builds a FCM increasingly concerning multiple experts' knowledge. Futhermore, it supports user-supportive environment by dynamically displaying the structure of Fuzzy Cognitive Map which is constructed by the interaction between experts and the system.

알코올연구자, 보건정책연구자, 입법관련전문가, 관련 NGO단체 전문가 등을 중심으로 전문가 집단을 2배수(60명) 선정한 후 확률적으로 30명을 선정하였다. 전문가 핵심 집단연구를 위하여 전문가 패널 국내 전문가 30명에게 목적과 취지를 설명한 후 동의를 구한 후 전자메일을 보내 일정기간 내에 응답하도록 한 후 수거하는 방식을 취하였다. 국내 전문가 조사대상자의 특성은 남성이 19명(61.2%)로 여성 12명(38.8%)보다 많았으며, 40대(64.5%)가 주로 응답을 하였고, 대학교수(67.7%)가 가장 많이 응답하였다. 전문가 집단은 한국인 음주문제에 대한 3문항의 모든 문항에 동의를 하였으며, 동의하지 않은 문항은 없는 것으로 나타났다. '인간관계를 술로 해결하는 관습', '업무상 술자리 많은 사업환경'의 경우 모든 전문가가 매우동의 혹은 동의로 응답하였다. '스트레스 많은 경쟁사회' 83.9%, '저렴한 알코올 가격' 64.5%, '술을 쉽게 접할 수 있는 지역 환경' 80.6%, '생활 대소사에 자주 노출되는 음주환경' 93.6%, '과음 통제할 사회적 통제수단 부족한 점' 90.3%의 경우 모두 매우 동의 혹은 동의로 응답하였다. 이 중 동의율이 가장 높은 문항은 '생활 대소사에 자주 노출되는 음주환경'(93.6%)으로 나타났다. '술을 좋아하는 국민기질' 61.3%, '여가활동을 할 수 없는 사회환경' 77.5%로 다른 문항에 비하여 동의율이 낮았고, 동의 안 한다는 응답도 각각 3.2%, 9.7%가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

각종 언론을 포함한 대중매체는 우리나라 국민들이 전통적으로 가장 선호하고 있는 건강관련 정보원이다. 심지어 의사들과 같은 전문가들조차도 자신의 전공분야가 아닌 영역에 대한 의학정보는 주로 대중매체를 통해 얻고 있다. 따라서 어떤 질병에 대한 일반국민들과 의료전문가들의 인식 및 태도는 대중매체에 부여된 사회적 책무이행 여하에 따라 완전히 달라지기도 한다. 이러한 대중매체의 영향력은 새로운 질병문제가 대두되었을 때 더욱 크게 발휘된다.

바이오 인식, 즉 지문, 목소리, 얼굴, 눈동자, 칩, 땀 등 인간이 가진 바이오 인식 정보를 기반으로 한 IT는 많은 응용이 가능하다. IT 전문가들은 모바일을 활용한 바이오 인식 비즈니스야말로 21세기의 새로운 광맥이 된다고 믿고 있다. 바이오 인식 기술은 가트너 그룹 및 미국 MIT 대학의 '21세기 유망 20대 기술' 중 하나로 선정되기도 하였으며 타 IT 산업에 비해 10~20% 이상의 높은 성장률을 보일 것으로 예상하고 있다 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 바이오 인식 기술을 모바일장치에 적용한 최신 사례들을 분석하고 동향을 소개한다.

본 연구에서는 시스템의 대규모 SCADA 시스템들에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 전문가 시스템을 설계한다. 전문가 시스템의 추론기관은 직관적 추론 기능과 논리적 추론기능이 연동되도록 설계한다. 직관적 추론기능은 패턴인식구조로, 논리적 추론기능은 휴리스틱에 근거한 심층추론을 통해 시스템 이벤트별로 다양한 시간제야조건을 만족하는 시스템 제어전략을 결정함과 동시에, 지식 생성자의 역할을 할 수 있도록 다중 추론구조로 설계한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze characteristics of library consortia around the world. This study was done by interviewing 5 library consortia experts from 4 developed countries. Findings are each consortium has unique characteristics in purposes, organizations, funding sources, functions and also perception of consortium by experts were different. Experts recognized the value of library consortia as an economy of scale (mainly buying power) and pointed out open access as one of the alternatives for electronic information price increase. This study could improve understanding current status of library consortia around the world.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the specialist groups' perception and assessment on the urban development impacts by the EXPO 2012 Yeosu Korea, hosted from May 15 to August 15, 2012. In general, the specialist group positively evaluate about the urban development impacts of the 2012 Yeosu EXPO. They assess considerably positively, in particular on the enhancement of accessibility toward the capital region from Yeosu city, the vitalization of the local economy, the improvement of the city image, the invigoration of tourism resulted from the expansion of tourists accommodation facilities. In addition, they appraise that the urban development of Yeosu city would be advanced about 9.5 years in the wider transportation network and about 9.4 years the improvement of urban residential environment through hosting of the EXPO. They agree with that the image of Yeosu city as a site of marine tourism was significantly improved after the EXPO.

Using a Consensus Qualitative Research approach, this study aimed to identify the ageism and explore age-integration as a solution of age discrimination that occurs during the delivery of medical services by nine healthcare professionals who have experience in treating elderly patients. There were two-sided confession has shown by health care professionals about the Ageism. They reported that they don't discriminate by age. However, They also appealed an inconvenience due to the elderly. There were real Ageism in the Healthcare Professional site as a way of Unsuitable care, elderly alienation and dependence on caregivers, polarization of medical service and double discrimination against poor elderly. They found it difficult to offer age integrated health care as a means to mitigate or solve. However they have sought to break barriers to communication, provided a comfortable environment not only for senior citizens but also for all others, and have diversified institutional and service standards. To ensure the healthy life and proper medical service of the rapidly increasing elderly patients, we proposed to do critical review of the factors in the Korean medical system that accelerate the Ageism, reorganization of the health care system for the poor elderly, including the curriculum associated with age-integrating within the health care professional education system, raising the Geriatric Medical Service and the relating professionals and improvements in perception of the health care domains for the elderly and older adults.

최근 전문가의 지식과 경험정보가 데이터베이스로 구축된 전문가 시스템의 지식 정보를 이용하여 안전하고 효율적인 선박운항이 가능한 지능형 선박 시스템에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 인공지능기법을 이용하여 보다 인간 친화적인 시스템을 구현하고, 음성인식기술을 이용하여 원격으로 선박 조타기를 제어하여 조업자의 부담경감 및 인원절감의 효과를 가져올 수 있는 선박 조종시스템의 개발이 절실하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 PC를 기반으로 하여 일격으로 모형 선박의 조타기를 제어하는 시스템을 구축한다. 구체적인 연구방법으로는, 음성인식기술과 지능형 학습 기법을 바탕으로 음성지시기반학습 시스템을 구축하고, 퍼지 조타수 조작모델을 구현하여 PC 기반 원격 제어시스템을 구축한다. 또한, 구축된 원격 조타제어시스템을 축소된 선박모형(Miniature Ship) 시스템에 적용하여 그 효용성을 확인하였다.
