  • The companies need the enterprise-wide support environment to build the competency to gather VOM(Voice of Market) in the process of preparing and implementing the strategy and to help establishing and managing the business process in order to secure the continuous competitive edge The enterprise-wide support environment to establish, operate, improve and evaluate the business process must be carried out. In this paper we define the method to define process and business rule in order to enable accurate execution of the process. Furthermore, collection and refection of accurate data concerning the competency of individuals, the subjects of the process execution, allows prevention of weakness of the process execution result and is the basis for identifying the areas of improvement. Therefore, high visibility can be attained through the work knowledge and processes presented in rules, and it can help firmly establish the process centered work culture (or system) in the organization by process improvement strictly based on data.

A Comparative Study of the Security Prevention Strategies on Arson: Focused on the Behavioral Characteristics between Serial Arsonists and Simple Arsonists (방화범죄의 경비예방 전략에 관한 비교연구 - 연쇄방화범과 단순방화범의 행위적 특성을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare with the general and behavioral characteristics between simple and serial arsonists using the data derived from Scientific Crime Analysis System, Criminal Filing Search System, and Crime Information Management System. The analysis and findings reported here are derived from data extracted from 160 arsonists arrested by police officer. The independent variables included such socio-economic characteristic as arsonists' gender, age, occupation, education level, and previous criminal records of arsonists, and finally the general characteristics of the scene of fire settings. The dependent variable is whether or not serial fire setter. To achieve the purpose, the analysis of frequencies and cross-tab were conducted. According to frequence and cross-tab analysis, there are great differences of the general and behavior characteristics between two groups. In the comparison of simple and serial arsonists, serial arsonists are more likely to have previous criminal records, low socio-economic status, unmarried and no cohabitants than simple arsonists. furthermore, serial arsonists are more likely to use garbage papers for fire setting in the scene of the crime, to have mental or psychological problems, and to get involved in fire setting for the psychological pleasure than simple arsonists do. The present research has some obvious limitations. First, the analysis is based only on arsonists arrested by police officers. These may be considerable differences in arsonists arrested by police officers and fire setters not arrested by them. Additional research is needed to assess the extent to which these findings would apply to fire setters not arrested by police officer in Korea. Secondly, the data in this study are cross-sectional and simple cross-tab analysis are used. Potential limitation of cross-sectional data concerns the inability to specify the changes in measures as arsonists behavioral characteristics. Therefore, further studies need to use longitudinal data and more complicate statistical techniques such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, or LISREL models to specify the casual relationships between dependent and independent variables for fire settings. Even if this study has some limitations, it is meaningful in which it first investigated the comparison of simple and serial arsonists focusing on the general and behavioral characteristics between two groups in Korea.

Smart Factory Policy Measures for Promoting Manufacturing Innovation (제조혁신 촉진을 위한 스마트공장 정책방안)

  • We examine the current status of smart factory deployment and diffusion programs in Korea, and seek to promote manufacturing innovation from the perspective of SMEs. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. First, without additional market creation and supply chain improvement, smart factories are unlikely to raise profitability leading to overinvestment. Second, new business models need to connect "manufacturing process efficiency" with "R&D" and "marketing" in value chain in smart factories. Third, when introducing smart factories, we need to focus on the areas where process-embedded technology is directly linked to corporate competitiveness. Based on the modularity-maturity matrix (Pisano and Shih, 2012) and the examples of U.S. Manufacturing Innovation Institute (MII), we establish the new smart factory deployment policy measures as follows. First, we shift our smart factory strategy from quantitative expansion to qualitative upgrading. Second, we promote by each sector the formation of industrial commons that help SMEs to jointly develop R&D, exchange standardized data and practices, and facilitate supplier-led procurement system. Third, to implement new technology and business models, we encourage partnerships, collaborations, and M&As between conventional SMEs and start-ups and business ventures. Fourth, the whole deployment process of smart factories is indexed in detail to identify the problems and provide appropriate solutions.

  • The purposes of this research are to examine the theoretical background and industrial policy issues with regard to building a Innovation System for encouraging industrial competitiveness and fostering regional industry in Korea. Knowledge has become the driving force of economic growth and the primary source of competitiveness in the world market. So since 1990s, Innovation Systems have been put emphasis on as new industrial development strategy in a knowledge-based economy. It can be understood that Innovation System is composed of National Innovation System(NIS) and Regional Innovation System(RIS) and interrelated the concept of clusters and networks, which are contribute to industry development throughout boosting innovation. As for the Korean industrial policy, when the former centralized policy decision making process became decentralized through the implementation of local autonomy, the role of local or state government in relation to regional industrial promotion intensified. But with the impotance of for fostering strategic industry in the region. new industrial policy issues in Korea are needed as follows; $\circled1$ Building a market-oriented support system for industrial cluster through providing the resource of innovation. $\circled2$ Establishing agency for regional industrial development. $\circled3$ Making a evolutionary vision for broader region including 2 or 3 province, $\circled4$ Fostering strategic industry which is selected in term of specialization and potential of the region. The RIS model for industry development is outlined in this paper but policy initiatives for building a RIS have to be extracted from further case studies.

  • In accordance with the government's stance of actively promoting intelligent administrative service policies through data utilization, in the disaster and safety management field, it also is proceeding with disaster and safety management policies utilizing data and constructing systems for responding efficiently to new and complex disasters and establishing scientific and systematic safety policies. However, it is difficult to quickly and accurately grasp the on-site situation in the event of a disaster, and there are still limitations in providing information necessary for situation judgment and response only by displaying vast data. This paper focuses on deriving specific needs to make disaster situation management work more intelligent and efficient by utilizing intelligent information technology. Through individual interviews with workers at the Central Disaster and Safety Status Control Center, we investigated the scope of disaster situation management work and the main functions and usability of the geographic information system (GIS)-based integrated situation management system by practitioners in this process. In addition, the data built in the system was reclassified according to purpose and characteristics to check the status of data in the GIS-based integrated situation management system. To derive needed to make disaster situation management more intelligent and efficient by utilizing intelligent information technology, 3 strategies were established to quickly and accurately identify on-site situations, make data-based situation judgments, and support efficient situation management tasks, and implementation tasks were defined and task priorities were determined based on the importance of implementation tasks through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis. As a result, 24 implementation tasks were derived, and to make situation management efficient, it is analyzed that the use of intelligent information technology is necessary for collecting, analyzing, and managing video and sensor data and tasks that can take a lot of time of be prone to errors when performed by humans, that is, collecting situation-related data and reporting tasks. We have a conclusion that among situation management intelligence strategies, we can perform to develop technologies for strategies being high important score, that is, quickly and accurately identifying on-site situations and efficient situation management work support.

  • 개념적으로 존재하던 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 본격적으로 심화되면서 기업들의 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 개념과 생각에도 많은 변화가 생기게 되었다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 구축이 더욱 가속화되는 가운데, 그로 인한 비용절감이나 투자수익 창출 효과에 대한 검증이 활발해질 것으로 예측됐다. 시대를 뒤바꾸는 혁신적인 기술도 잇달아 등장할 것이란 기대도 높다. 2013년은 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 발전에 또 한번의 변곡점이 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 2013년 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 관한 예측 몇 가지를 살펴보고자 한다. 첫째, 중소기업에서의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용 및 정착이 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 대기업의 경우에는 기존에 구축되어 있는 IT 시스템에 대한 거버넌스 체계를 완성해 나가고 있는 상황 속에서 중앙집중형과 사용자 편의성이 강화된 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 아직 추구 해야 할 과제가 많다. 하지만 중소기업은 예산을 문제로 대기업과 같은 수준의 IT 인프라를 갖추지 못하고 있기 때문에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입으로 비용대비 고효율의 IT 인프라를 갖출 수 있다. 둘째, CSP, CSB와 통합허브가 성장할 것이다. 플랫폼 전쟁이 시장 점유율 '횡령' 싸움임을 CSP들이 깨닫게 됨에 따라 이러한 가격 경쟁들은 더 잦아질 것으로 전망된다. 그리고 2013년 클라우드 벤더들은 클라우드 가격 책정이 비용-수익 관리(costyield management)의 연장선에 있음도 알게 될 것이다. 핵심은 효율적 설계와 저비용 운영, 그리고 무엇보다 높은 사용률에 있다. 또한 기업들이 점점 많은 애플리케이션을 소프트웨어 형태로 구매하고 있기 때문에 애플리케이션 자체를 통합하는 문제, 애플리케이션에 대한 보안과 감사 프로세스개발 등의 문제가 제기되고 있다. 시스템 통합 서비스와 통합 허브는 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 노력하게 될 것이다 셋째, 2013년은 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 급부상할 것으로 전망된다. 앞으로는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장에서 공급업체끼리 경쟁하는 것은 의미가 없으며 기업들은 절대 한 가지 클라우드 기술이나 공급자에 안주하지 않을 것이다. 이것은 곧 2013년에는 하이브리드 및 이종 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 각광 받을 것을 의미한다. 이러한 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하기 위해서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 단점과 문제 해결을 위해 하나의 목적을 가지고 다양한 산업체들이 모여 경쟁업체이면서도 협력관계를 이루는 것이 중요하다. 넷째, 멀티 디바이스를 이용한 클라우드 사용이 폭발적으로 증가될 것으로 보인다. 1인당 여러 대의 단말 보유, 이동성 향상 요구, 4G 확산 등 모바일 시장을 중심으로 한 환경 변화로 인해 이전보다 한층 진화된 클라우드 기반의 서비스가 다양하게 등장할 것으로 예상된다. 또한 4G 시대가 본격적으로 개막되면서 데이터 및 앱을 저장하는 것뿐만 아니라 앱을 실행하는 프로세싱까지도 모두 인터넷 상의 서버에서 이루어지는 방식인 클라우드 스트리밍(Cloud Streaming)이라는 신기술이 상용화될 것으로 기대된다. 다섯째, 2013년에는 'XaaS(Everything as a Service)' 개념이 보다 확장될 것이다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용이 확산됨에 따라 하드웨어의 도입, 소프트웨어 및 데이터베이스 개발과 구축, IT 서비스 등 IT 인프라 스트럭처의 토대에 많은 변화가 생겼다. 인프라스트럭처는 더 이상 고정불변의 자산으로서가 아니라 유연성과 확장성을 강조하는 서비스로서의 특징으로 점점 부각되고 있다. 따라서 모든 IT 인프라스트럭처가 Ondemand화 서비스로 제공되는 비즈니스 모델들이 부상하고 있으며 플랫폼, 하드웨어 데이터베이스 등 모든 IT 요소를 서비스 형태로 제공하는 XaaS가 2013년 새로운 개념으로 떠오를 것으로 기대된다. 여섯번째로 스토리지를 둘러싼 가격 경쟁이 더욱 심화될 것으로 보인다. 업체들의 가격 인하는 앞으로도 계속될 것이며 사용자들에게도 큰 혜택으로 돌아갈 것이지만 사람들은 가격만으로 서비스를 선택하지 않을 것이기 때문에 가격보다는 차별화된 기능 및 서비스 전략이 필요할 것이다.

The Effect of Relationship Learning on Recontracting Intention in the Foodservice Franchise Industry (관계 학습이 프랜차이지의 재계약 의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to examine the structural relationships between relationship learning, their antecedents such as transaction specific assets, and environmental uncertainty, and long-term orientation, overall satisfaction and recontracting intention in the context of the foodservice franchise industry. The data is analyzed with structural equation modeling with Amos 5.0 and SPSS 14.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: $x^2=57.75$, df=9, p=0.00, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.81, RMSR=0.03, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.93. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Second, information sharing of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Third, shared interpretation of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fourth, developing memories of relationship learning did not have a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation and overall satisfaction. Fifth, overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. Sixth, long-term orientation and overall satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on recontracting intention. Finally, transaction specific assets and environmental uncertainty had a significantly positive effect on relationship learning. At the end of this paper, limitations, further research directions, and implications are suggested.

  • 본 사업은 1994년부터 1996년까지 3년 간 시범사업으로 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 과제인 창원/마산 지역정보 유통망 구축사업을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 전자상거래 기반의 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\ulcorner$창원/마산 지역정보유통망 구축사업$\lrcorner$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이러한 창원/마산지역 산업체에 대한 지원효과를 이번에 확대하여 그 동안 Multimedia, Graphics, Web 등 정보화 환경이 크게 변화, 발전됨에 따라 현실적이며 현장적용형 패키지의 개발 지원이 대두된 $\ulcorner$경남지역 정보화확산사업$\lrcorner$은 연구개발정보센터와 창원시, 진해시, 한국기계연구원이 매칭 펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템이다. 정보수집대상은 경남지역에 소재하고 있는 20개 산업단지 3,700여 입주기업을 정보수집요원이 직접 방문하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 요구정보를 반영하였다. 신규로 구축한 정보는 산업기반 기업체기본정보 DB 및 기업 기술개발 현장적용형 기술정보 패키지정보를 중심으로 구축하였으며, 인터넷 활용교육을 통한 동종 업종간 정보교류체제 구축하였다. 특히 Cyber Market을 구현하기 위해 1,200여건의 기업체정보 및 제조상품 DB를 응용한 제품 Mall 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 본 사업을 통하여 경남지역 산업단지에 입주한 기업체의 정보 활용을 극대화하여 지역경제 발전에 기여함과 동시에 국내 지역정보화 시범모델로서 위상을 확립하고자 한다.을 기업의 타인자본비용과 자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages. The Effect of Government Corporate Support Projects on Corporate Growth: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Absorption Capacity and Enterprise Support Satisfaction (정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향: 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The government is promoting policies to increase policy efficiency by supporting corporate growth through corporate support and establishing the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as a control tower for corporate support projects. However, opinions on the efficiency of the government's corporate support project are divided, and this study aims to check how the government's corporate support project affects corporate performance and how absorption capacity and satisfaction, which are internal factors, affect corporate growth. Research was conducted on companies receiving government corporate support projects, and previous studies focused on financial support among government corporate support projects, while the effect of government corporate support was analyzed by dividing government support projects into financial and non-financial support, and absorption capabilities and corporate support satisfaction were analyzed. Through this, the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance was empirically analyzed according to the mediating effect of absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction in the government's corporate support project. As a result, both the government's financial and non-financial support had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and it was confirmed that both absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction mediate both financial and non-financial performance, and it was analyzed that it had a positive (+) effect. In order to improve the absorption capacity of a company, it is expected that it will be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the business by defining the problems faced by the company and suggesting solutions through the establishment of a supplier and consumer network.
