The efficient operation of computerized tax accounting education plan (전산세무회계교육의 효율적 운영방안)

  • This study is to analyze effect of differential education for individual end-user group with regard to the computerized tax accounting on its efficient education strategy. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, independent variables and dependent variables on education of computerized tax accounting are measured. Also, discrepancies among individual end-user group on operational satisfaction of computerized system, educational satisfaction and practical utilization which are measured by Regression Analysis are confirmed. This could verify that each end-user group has different understanding for the computerized tax accounting education. The result of this study could be an important guidelines to find a solution for the efficient operational strategy for computerized tax accounting education in future also expected its wide application on other similar studies.

Design and Implementation of the Menu Navigation using Social Network Analysis among the Menus of Management Information System (사회연결망분석을 이용한 경영정보시스템 화면들의 메뉴 네비게이션 설계 및 구현)

  • Recently enterprises, which posses high-speed internet and high-performance computers, have tried to use MIS(management information systems) to deal with whole task efficiently. This study considers design of menu navigation using SNA(social network analysis) to be able to move between menus of MIS efficiently. We extracted the important menu lists through the high SNA measures such as degree centrality, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality, developed web-pages and investigated its application. The findings will be used for design of web menu navigation and guide of strategic planning for MIS.

  • 연구목적은 CALS와 GIS (Geographic Information Systems)를 융합한 효과적인 전자상거래 운용 및 관리시스템의 개발에 두고 있으며, 이는 CALS와 EC로만 국한된 전자상거래 환경에 융통성 있는 지리정보기술 (Geographic Information Technologies)과의 상호운용에 의한 기법으로 전자상거래를 보완하여 생산과 판매 그리고 판매와 수요간의 비용절감의 효과를 달성하기 위함 에 있다. 전자상거래 분야의 문제점으로서 지역과 지역간에 형성되는 상거래의 공간적인 분포관계나 경제적인 연계관계 등에 대한 구체적인 요인분석이나 대처방안이 제시되고 있지 않고 있으며, 생산지와 분배처 그리고 수요자간의 공간적인 제반문제들에 의한 과도한 물류비용의 부담, 불확실한 수요공급의 추이, 급변하는 경제동향의 이해, 비정형적인 공간거래에 따른 비용의 발생 등이 대상이 되고 있다. 이들 문제점에 대한 해결 방안은 공간간의 상거래 상관관계를 제시해주는 분석기능의 제공, 지역간에 상거래 자료를 기록 관리하게 할 수 있는 공간DB의 도화 편집기능의 제공, 과거에서 현실까지의 자료에 의한 향후의 지리공간에 대한 상거래 추이를 위한 시공간 기능의 제공 등을 들 수 있다. CALS-GIS의 운용에 따른 기대효과는 다음과 같다. GIS의 공간분석기능을 활용하여 상거래 공간간의 지역성이나 경제성에 의한 상호간의 비용발생을 절감한다. GIS의 공간DB의 도화기능을 활용하여 지역사회간의 특성에 대한 자료를 도면에 의한 기록관리로 원활한 운영환경을 만든다. 시공간 모델링 기법 (Spatio-temporal Modeling)으로 과거에서 현재까지의 자료에 의한 향후의 지리공간에 대한 추이를 파악하여 상거래의 전략을 체계적으로 구축한다. 생활지리정보의 제공에 의한 다양한 정보의 접근에 의한 부수적인 관리의 도구로 전환할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. System 개발을 개방형 환경으로 구축하여 CALS-GIS의 운영 이외의 차세대 신기술까지도 접목할 수 있는 시스템 환경으로 구현되어 제공된다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정부출연연구소에서 연구개발된 기술이 민간부문에서 충분히 활용되지 못하고 있다는 문제의식으로부터 출발하여, 원천, 핵심기술의 확보가 국가경쟁력을 좌우하는 첨단기술경제시대에 막대한 국가자금으로 연구개발된 우수한 기술의 사장을 방지하고 궁극적으로 국가경제발전을 위한 전략적 기술이전 촉진 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 현재 국무총리산하 기초, 산업, 공공기술 연구회로 분류 조직되어 있는 3개 연구회 총 1개 정부출연연구소의 지난 10년간(1992-2001)의 연구예산규모, 보유특허수, 기술이전건수, 기술징수액, 기술실시계약서를 방문 조사하고 각 연구소의 기술이전전담조직의 실무자를 대상으로 설문 조사하여 설문 및 통계분석 결과를 토대로 기술이전관련 문제점 파악 및 기술이전 촉진을 위한 전략적 개선방안을 모색해 보았다. 먼저 기술이전 현황을 살펴보면 기술이전건수는 보유특허수의 3%미만, 기술료 징수액은 연구예산규모의 2%미만으로 기술이전 및 기술상업화율이 상당히 저조하다. 설문 및 통계분석 결과로부터 TLO 조직의 비효율적인 운영, 비전문성, 열악한 운영인력, 적극적인 기술이전을 위한 동기부족, 정부의 제도적인 지원부족, 기술실시계약서 조항들의 경직성 등을 기술이전 관련 문제점으로 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하고 기술이전 촉진을 위한 개선방안으로는 첫째, TLO 조직을 전략으로 개편해야 한다. 즉 기술이전 전담인력을 변리사, 전문 협상가, 연구원 둥 전문가들로 구성하여 지적재산권 관리, 기술평가, 시장조사, 기술마케팅, 사후관리 등을 효율적으로 수행해야 한다. 둘째, 정부의 정책적인 지원이 필요하다. 기술이전 전담조직에 대한 인센티브 시스템 기술이전을 위한 특별예산 편성 등을 정책적, 제도적으로 도입하는 등의 적극적인 지원이 요구된다. 셋째, 기술실시계약서 조항들을 기술실시자의 실질적인 기술 상업화에 도움이 되고 기술 유출 및 기술사장화를 방지하는 방향으로 개선하여야 한다. 특히, 전용실시권과 실시대가, 기술실시 및 지적재산권 관리와 관련된 제반 비용의 부담비율 등을 보다 유연하게 개선하여야 한다. 본 연구는 정부출연연구소에서 민간부문으로의 기술이전만을 고려하여 기술이전의 중요한 요소인 민간부문에 대한 고려가 전혀 없다. 따라서 보다 실질적이고 체계적인 결과를 도출하기 위해 민간부문을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 한다고 생각한다.

  • As knowledge is paid attention as a new production factor that generates added value, studies continue to apply knowledge management to business environment. In addition, as ICT (Information Communication Technology) was engrafted in business environment, it leads to increasing task efficiency and productivity of individual workers. Accordingly, the way that a business achieves its goal has changed to one in which its individual members are willing to take part in the organization and share information to create new values (Han, 2003) and studies for the system and service to support such transition are carrying out. Of late, a new concept called 'Enterprise 2.0' newly appears. It is the extension of Wen 2.0 and its technology, which focus on participation, sharing and openness, to the work environment of a business (Jung, 2013). Enterprise 2.0 is being used as a collaborative tool to prop up individual creativity and group brain power by combining Web 2.0 technologies such as blog, Wiki, RSS and tag with business software (McAfee, 2006). As Tweeter gets popular, Enterprise Microblog (EMB), which is an example of Enterprise 2.0 for business, has been developed as equivalent to Tweeter in business circle and SaaS (Software as a Service) such as Yammer was introduced The studies of EMB mainly focus on demonstrating its usability in terms of intra-firm communication and knowledge management. However existing studies lean too much towards large-sized companies and certain departments, rather than a company as a whole. Therefore, few studies have been conducted on small and medium-sized companies that have difficulty preparing separate resources and supplying exclusive workforce to introduce knowledge management. In this respect, the present study placed its analytic focus on small-sized companies actually equipped with EMB to know how they use it. And, based on the findings, this study examined their knowledge management strategies for EMB from the point of codification and personalization. Hypothesis -"as a company grows, it shifts EMB strategy from codification to personalization'- was established on the basis of reviewing precedent studies and literature. To demonstrate the hypothesis, this study analyzed the usage of EMB by small companies that have used it from foundation. For case study, the duration of the use was divided into 2 spans and longitudinal analysis was employed to examine the contents of the blogs. Using the key findings of the analysis, this study is aimed to propose practical implications for the operation of knowledge management of small-sized company and the suitable application of knowledge management system for operation Knowledge Management Strategy can be classified by codification strategy and personalization strategy (Hansen et. al., 1999), and how to manage the two strategies were always studied. Also, current studies regarding the knowledge management strategy were targeted mostly for major companies, resulting in lack of studies in how it can be applied on SMEs. This research, with the knowledge management strategy suited for SMEs, sets an Enterprise Microblog (EMB), and with the EMB applied on SMEs' Knowledge Management Strategy, it is reviewed on the perspective of SMEs' Codification and Personalization Strategies. Through the advanced research regarding Knowledge Management Strategy and EMB, the hypothesis is set that "Depending on the development of the company, the main application of EMB alters from Codification Strategy to Personalization Strategy". To check the hypothesis, SME that have used the EMB called 'Yammer' was analyzed from the date of their foundation until today. The case study has implemented longitudinal analysis which divides the period when the EMBs were used into three stages and analyzes the contents. As the result of the study, this suggests a substantial implication regarding the application of Knowledge Management Strategy and its Knowledge Management System that is suitable for SME.

  • The measurement of information system (IS) effectiveness is critical to understanding of the value and efficacy of IS actions and IS investments. In this paper, we propose a new model of the user satisfaction index for ISs and present the user satisfaction index which is measured by the proposed model. Based on the representative theories and models in the field of marketing and IS, we propose a new user satisfaction index model and verify the new model through the analysis of structural equation model. The proposed model consists of four basic dimensions : information quality, service quality, systems quality, and user satisfaction. Also, users' royalty and complaint are adopted as the additional dimension in this model. Data was collected from the ITFIND users to measure their satisfaction index. We, then, suggest some strategic guidelines for the better ITFIND which may useful when the system designers consider upgrading of the system in the future.

  • As the learning space has expanded, the distance education has become a recent scholarship in teaching-learning method, and also a great type of media, technologies and strategies to support distance education are attracting a fair amount of attention. However in order to manage a distance education system, it is necessary to be endowed user with technical ability and operational expenses. On the other hand, although a web-based system that makes simple may cut cost, it is difficult to analyze learner's behaviors. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a interactive distance system based on individualized questioning, which relies upon learner's knowledge state and applies a efficient individualized learning method. Additionally, this study is instrument to reduce users' technical ability and operational expenses.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze bibliographic information of Busan and other cities' reports for urban development initiative and identify the strategic fields for future smart city plan. Text mining method is used in this study to extract keywords and identify the characteristics and patterns of information in urban development reports. As a result, in earlier stage, Busan city focused on service creation for industrial development but there are lack of discussions on the linkage of information systems with ICT technology. However, recent urban planning in Busan contained various contents related to integrated connections of infrastructure, ICT system, and operation management of city in the specific fields of traffic, tourism, welfare, port/logistics, culture/MICE. This results of study is expected to provide policy implications for planning the future urban initiatives of smart city development.

A Study on the Success Factors of Partnership in SCM (SCM에서 파트너십의 성공결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of supply chain partnership, and to find the factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. For this, relationship commitment and trust were used as the basic components of the supply chain partnership. Also we identified strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication as determinants of supply chain partnership. Based on the statistical analysis of the sample of Korean corporations, it was found that relationship commitment and trust were shown to be significant factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. In addition, the findings reveal that strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication will facilitate supply chain partnership. More specifically, strategic fit and interdependence have a significant positive influence on relationship commitment. Also, compatibility and communication have a significant positive influence on trust. There result, in short, supported the importance of supply chain partnership for the successful SCM.

  • 고객과의 지속적 관계를 통하여 기업 이익을 극대화시키는 CRM (Custom Relationship Management) 시스템은 국내에서는 고객 정보를 분석하여 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 분석 CRM 중심으로 구축되었다. 하지만 인터넷 및 모바일 기술의 발전으로 고객과의 접점이 다양한 채널을 통해서 이루어지고 있으나, 채널별 고객 정보가 체계적으로 관리되지 못하며, 고객에 즉시 대응할 수 있는 체계가 미흡하여 고객이 원하는 시점에 고객을 만족시켜 주지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 오프라인 중심의 분석 CRM 보다는 운영 CRM이나 협업 CRM 측면을 고려한 실시간(real-time) CRM을 목표로 하며, 다양한 기관과 다양한 채널로 구성된 고객 접점을 체계화하여 고객이 원하는 시점에 고객을 만족시킬 수 있는 CRM 모델을 도출하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모델을 근거로 새로운 관점의 정보기술 아키텍처를 제안한다. 이 아키텍처는 이질적인 유무선 환경을 위하여 XML 기반의 데이터인터페이스를 제시하고, 비즈니스 규칙(rule) 시스템과 데이터마이닝(data mining) 시스템을 포함하고 있다.
