일본인이 지각하는 한국어 자음의 구조 (The Structure of Korean Consonants as Perceived by the Japanese)

  • 한국에 거주하는 일본인 12명을 대상으로 한국어 초성 자음에 대한 지각적 혼동을 조사하여 그들이 한국어 자음을 지각할 때 사용하는 심리적 차원과 특질들을 추출하였다. 개음절들은 비소음(no noise) 조건과 소음 조건에서 제시되고 참여자들은 그 정체를 파악하였다. 실험 결과로 자음들 간의 혼동 행렬(confusion matrix)을 구성하였고 이 행렬 자료로 가산 군집 분석, 개별차이 척도법 및 정보 전달율을 계산했다. 가산 군집 분석 결과, 비소음 조건에서 일본인들은 '다 타'를 가장 유사한 소리로 지각했으며, '가 카', '자 차 짜', '타 따', '파 빠', '사 싸' 순으로 지각적 군집을 형성하였다. 소음 조건에서는 '가 다 바', '마 바', '차 카 타 파' 등 10개의 군집이 추출되었는데, 이 군집들은 같은 청취 조건에서 '싸 짜', '다 자', '파 하' 등 발성 유형(공명, 이완, 기식, 긴장)이 같고 조음 방법이 다른 음소들을 유사한 소리로 지각한 한국인의 군집들과 큰 차이를 보였다. 개별차이 척도법을 적용한 결과, 소음 조건에서 공명음을 포함한 이완음과 나머지 음소를 구분하는 차원(이완성 차원), 기식성의 정도와 관련된 차원(기식성 차원) 및 조음 위치(설정음과 주변음)와 관련된 차원(설정성 차원)을 찾았다. 한국인이 보인 기식성과 긴장성 차원은 이원적인 값을 갖고 있었으나 일본인이 보인 차원은 연속적인 값을 가지는 것으로 드러났다. 정보 전달율을 분석한 결과, 일본인은 한국인에 비해 기식성과 긴장성의 후두 자질은 잘 지각하지 못하지만 순음성과 설정성의 조음 위치 자질은 더 잘 지각하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 각 언어의 음소 범주를 구성하는 기저 표상의 구조적 차이로 다루는 접근의 중요성을 시사한다.

자동차 흡기소음평가 시뮬레이터 개발 및 이를 이용한 소음저감 성능개선 (Development of the Simulator for Estimating Intake Noise of Vehicle and Its Improvement (Part I))

  • The intake noise, a major source of vehicle noises, has rapidly become a noticeable, and has been studied to reduce the level. Traditionally, the intake system has been developed through the road test and the experiment using a engine dynamo, namely, the trial and error process. This approach require very high cost and long time consuming to develop the system. In this study, the simulator which had a speaker in the cylinder head was presented. It was easy to analyze the acoustic characteristic of the intake system in laboratory environment. This study presented a improvement to reduce the level of the intake noise using the Transfer Matrix Method and NIT/SYSNOISE, FE analysis commercial software. It was to select optimum position of a resonator and verified by the simulator. This simulator can be used early in the design stage of development of the intake system.

질량감도 해석에 의한 2차원 연속계의 진동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Identification of Characteristics For The 2 Dimensional Continuous Vibration System By Mass Sensitivity Analysis)

  • Techniques which are able to predict and control dynamic characteristics, not affecting the vibrational characteristics on the modification of structural design, are being studied. As one of these techniques, experimental modal analysis is widely applied by many researchers. In this study, modal analysis is performed using transfer matrix method by a macro computer. The developed program would estimate the structural modal parameters precisely, and the validity of this program is certified by comparing with the experimental results of .GAMMA A. structure. Estimated modal parameters(natural frequency, vibrational mode, equivalent mass, etc.) are in accord with the experimental results. Also, the optimal location of the additive mass is determined by the evaluation of the vibrational mode and the equivalent mass. The relation between the additive mass and the equivalent mass is specified, and we come to know that the ratio of equivalent mass to additive mass alter linearly within the range of 20%.

Traditionally, the intake system has been developed through a experiment, namely, the trial and error process. This approach requires very high cost and long time consuming to develop the systm. Recently, FEM and BEM are becoming useful in analysis of the intake system, and the results of analysis are very valid. But because this techniques also require high cost and long analysis time, this technique is generally not practical tool at the early stage of the development. In this study, the software was developed to predict and analyze the acoustic characteristics of the intake system. It was based on the Transfer Matrix Method and operated to analyze a simplified intake system in a personal computer. It can be used early in the design stage of development of the intake system. This study presented a improvement to reduce the level of the intake noise, which modified the specification of the intake system. And the improvement were verified by NIT/SYSNOISE, FE analysis commercial software, and testing a prototype.

이중점근 근사법을 이용한 조화가진 구조물의 방사소음 예측 (Prediction of the Radiated Noise of a Structure Excited by Harmonic Force Using the Doubly Asymptotic Approximation)

  • This paper presents an approach of predicting the radiated noise due to the structural vibration by internal harmonic forces using the doubly asymptotic approximation (DAA). Acoustic transfer vector is derived from the Helmholtz integral equation and the fluid-structure interaction relation of DAA. Numerical results and analytical results of radiated noise for a cylindrical shell were compared and showed that they were consistent in most of frequencies and radiation directions, but showed errors in some radiated directions in the mid-frequency region. Despite these errors, the prediction method will be suitable for practical radiated noise prediction.

  • GF(3)상에서 n변수에 대한 3n개의 서로 다른 극수(Polarity)를 갖는 GRM(Generalized Reed Muller)상수를 구하는 방법을 제안하였다. n개의 입력변수에 대한 일반적인 GRM함수의 생성방법은 단변수에 대한 전달행렬을 구하고 이를 n번의 kronecker 곱을 행한 변환행렬을 이용하여 GRM상수를 구한다. 본 논문에서는 결정도를 이용한 GRM상수의 생성법을 나타내었다. 단 변수에 대한 상수 값의 변화를 결정도에 적용하고 이를 확장하여 n변수에 대한 GRM상수를 구하였다.

  • This paper describes a method for identifying the dynamic characteristics of air foil bearings for high speed turbomachinerys with the LS/IV method. In fact identifying the characteristics of air foil bearings is very difficult work, and it is tried to identify it. Experiments were conducted to determine the structural dynamic and hydrodynamic characteristics of air foil bearings. Numerical predictions compare the static and dynamic force performances. The housing of the bearing on the journal was driven by the impact hammer which were used to simulate impact force acting on air foil bearings. The characteristics of air foil bearings were extracted from the frequency response function (FRF) by LS(Least Square) method and IV(Instrumental Variable) method. The experiment was tested at 0 rpm and $10000\sim16000rpm$. And the test results were introduced about the dynamic characteristics of air foil bearings, and also compared with theoritical results.

  • 30톤 추력급 터보펌프에 대한 회전체 동역학 해석이 수행되었다. 연료펌프와 터빈에 의해서 유발되는 공력 및 수력 하중이 볼 베어링과 비접촉식 실의 강성 및 감쇠 예측을 위하여 고려되었다. 임계 속도의 분리 안전 여유와 회전체 부품의 팁 변위를 예측하기 위하여 임계 속도 해석과 질량 불평형 응답 해석이 수행되었다. 정확한 해석을 위하여 3차원 유한요소법을 사용하였고 1차원 전달함수 행렬법의 결과와 비교하였다. 탄성 링을 추가적으로 장착함으로써 베어링 지지부의 강성 제어를 통하여 충분한 공진 분리 여유의 확보가 가능함을 확인하였다.

영향계수법을 이용한 고속 스핀들의 밸런싱에 관한 연구 (A Study on Balancing of High Speed Spindle using Influence Coefficient Method)

  • The spindle with a built-in motor can be used to simplify the structure of machine tool system, while the rotor has unbalance mass inevitably. A high-speed spindle can be very sensitive to rotating mass unbalance which has harmful effect on many machine tools. Therefore, the balancing procedure to reduce vibration in rotating system is certainly needed for all high-speed spindles. So, it was performed with a spindle-bearing system for CNC automatic lathe by using numerical procedure. The spindle is supported by the angular contact ball bearings and the motor rotor is fixed at the middle of spindle. The spindle-bearing system has been investigated using combined methodologies of finite elements and transfer matrices. The balancing was performed through influence coefficient method and the comparison was made by whirl responses between before balancing and after balancing. As a result, balancing of simple spindle model reduced whirl orbit magnitude in case of a completely assembled spindle model.
