EPA(Electric Power Automation IT Infra) is a System for Protective Information Transmitter & Receiver and network service. KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) is building up a high-speed communication network to accept Smart Grid Infra expansion and various terminal communication media characteristic. Recently, MSPP(Multi Service Provisioning Platform) System is establishted to network service. But there are many considerations for optimal design of network service for the Electric Power Automation IT Infra.

There are regulations on each building for its classification and It is corresponding determined contract demand. For transformer's capability calculation algorithm, cumulated power information of each customer is used to analysis the correlation between power usage and Demand Rate. By modeling this using Least Square Method, it can be targeted to recognize the pattern of transformer use in the past and make a prediction on it in the future.

In this study, a new implementation of an adaptive noise filter is proposed to eliminate timevarying 60Hz noise and its harmonics in ECG signal. The new technique was applied to the ECG and it was found in the experiment that it showed much better characteristics than conventional method.

We T.E.C. have commenced to develop the O.F. cable in April, 1977. Now we have finished the Type-Test and produced in full-operation of 154KV 1x600mm$^{2}$ and 154KV 1x1200mm$^{2}$ O.F. cables. Especially we have completed pulling and splicing of the 24.82kms O.F. cable in KaeBong-OuRyu Route, and now it is operating well. This has important meaning that Extra High Voltage Under Ground Transmission Line has constructed by domastic engineers for the first time in Korea. Thank to arrange and publish it, and hope it can be helpful to the related.

We introduce a technique for designing homogeneous magnets using linear programming. The method has several advantages over existing techniques including: it allows complete flexibility in arbitrary geometric constraints on both the coil locations and the shape of the homogeneous volume; it guarantees a globally optimal solution, and it automatically choose the minimum number of coils necessary for the constraints.

As further Studies on 4th generation mobile telecommunication are progressed, the importance of a Cross-Layer is being increased. However, it has focused on coordination model only between MAC layer and PHY layer. It is necessary to expand into II' layer and upper layers. In this paper, we introduce a Cross-layer optimization which can be used to transmit video data with effect by managing resources among layers. It can gives further more adaptive method to solve QoS model problem than single layer.

Power transformer is an important apparatus in transforming and delivering the power in a power system. It shows less accident ratio than other system apparatus, but once the accident occurs, it causes long-term operation stoppage and economic loss. It brings high bad spillover effects. Therefore, the role of protective relaying, which is to prevent internal fault a power transformer is highly important. This study proposed advanced algorithm that can clearly determine internal fault of the power transformer and magnetizing inrush, through numerical analysis by using the terminal voltage and input output current.

It is important to estimate the hand skin temperature because it reveals not only physiological properties of a certain diseases but also it can estimate even human mental-stress conditions. In this study, we try to estimate the temporal skin temperature distribution of human hand by applying stress-cold test to possibly apply to estimate a subject's blood circulation condition in his or her hand in terms of normal or abnormal state.

It is difficult to find for analysis solution of the synchronous generator exciter system. Recently, it had good performance UPS converter system using CRA method. The single converter of synchronous generator excitor system under considerations : (i) the overall system shall keep very low AC-voltage tracking error as well as no phase delay over different load condition, and (ii) the digital controller shall be employed at a fixed sampling. It is shown that the synchronous exciter system can be achieved by the proposed controller using Characteristic Ratio Assignment.
