정보통신부와 행정자치부에서 추진중인 지역정보화 사업에는 지방자치제 시대에 발맞추어 지역의 특성을 살린 정보제공을 목표로 한 지역 정보화 센터를 설립하여 지역 주민들에게 생활정보, 산업정보, 행정정보를 제공할 수 있도록 계획하고 있다. 현재 지방자치단체에서는 이러한 업무를 수행할 수 있는 정보화 관련 인력조차 확보하고 있지 못하고 있으며, 또한 업무 개발 경험도 많지 못하여 지방자치단체의 자체 개발은 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 지역에 소재한 중ㆍ소기업들에게 제공할 수 있는 산업정보와 일반 시민들이 필요로 하는 생활정보의 기본적인 내용과 틀을 마련하여 전국의 232개 시 군ㆍ구의 지역 정보화 센터에서 활용할 수 있는 컨텐츠를 개발한다.

전국적으로 도시재생에 대한 연구와 사업이 진행되고 있는 시점에서 창원시의 마을흔적보전사업은 지역 맞춤형 도시재생의 한 가지 사례가 될 수 있다. 마을흔적보전사업은 재개발, 재건축으로 사라지는 옛 마을의 흔적을 보전하여 주민들의 추억과 마을역사, 공동체 문화를 이어주는 도시재생사업의 일환이다. 마을흔적보전사업은 현대산업발전의 시대적 산물이며 주민들의 공통된 추억과 기억이 담긴 공간과 환경이 도시개발과정에서 멸실되는 것을 방지한다. 또 지역의 문화적 가치를 창출함으로서 '지역맞춤형 도시재생'을 실현하는 한 가지 실천적 방법이 될 수 있다.

21세기는 ${\lceil}$지식${\rfloor}$이 국가경쟁력을 좌우하고, ${\lceil}$지식경영${\rfloor}$이 기업의 성패를 가름하는 글로벌 지식경제 시대가 될 것이다. 이에 정부에서는 21세기 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되는 지식기반 경제구축을 위하여 중소$\cdot$벤처기업과 문화$\cdot$관광사업과 같은 지식기반산업을 육성하고 전국민의 신지식화를 추진하는 것을 주요 국정지표로 정하고 경제개혁 노력을 전개하고 있다. 특허청에서는 향후 우리경제의 주체가 대기업이 아닌 고부가가치형 기술개발과 지식경영을 추구하는 중소기업임을 인식하고, 이러한 창의적 중소기업이 기업경영의 핵심자산으로 특허 등 지식재산권을 적극 창출 활용하는 것을 유도하기 위하여 ${\lceil}$중소기업 지식재산권 운동${\rfloor}$을 추진하고 있다. 본문은 특허청에서 ${\lceil}$중소기업 지재권갖기 운동${\rfloor}$을 지원하기 위하여 제작한 자료로 지식재산권에 대한 소개, 지재권관련 정부지원제도, 산업재산권 정보이용, 특허관리 성공사례 등 다양하고 종합적인 내용을 담고 있어 중소기업이 지식재산권 확보를 바탕으로 지식경영를 추구하는데 도움이 되도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 SW교육을 전면 시행함에 따라 공교육 및 최근 늘어나고 있는 전국의 학원 및 교습소 현황을 살펴보았다. 학생 수 규모가 큰 서울과 경기 지역에 학원 및 교습소가 많이 분포되어 있었으며 코딩교육시간 역시 서울과 경기지역이 지방에 비해 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 코딩교육열지수를 살펴보면 제주와 세종이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4차 산업 시대에 꼭 필요한 정보 컴퓨터 교육분야의 코딩교육은 컴퓨터 과학의 기초 원리나 핵심 개념, 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상 등을 위한 교육으로의 방향전환이 필요하며 창의력을 높이기 위한 교육, 융합교육을 위한 코딩 교육 등 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to sort out the plants in "The Book of Songs", and to analyze the cultural significance of plants from the viewpoint of the symbolic elements and the landscape elements in the 3~11 century BC. The conclusions are as follows. First, there were 147 plant names and 136 plant species in "The Book of Songs", and these results can confirm that the plants were existed in the 3~11 century BC. Second, through analyzing the cultural significance of the plants, cattail, lotus, etc. are the symbol of lovers; peony and willow are the symbol of farewell; bamboo is the symbol of gentleman; and Japanese pepper is the symbol of fecundity. Third, at the viewpoint of the landscape elements, the poplar, dwarf elm, etc. can be used as a place of affection; reed and nepenthe can make a place of melancholy, hazel and chestnut tree, etc. can make a place of power and position, celery and water shield etc. can be used as a place of knowledge. Based on the research of "The Book of Songs", it can help to understand the plants culture in 3~11 century BC, and it will be a useful information for the plant design.

The purpose of this study is to establish the Police Reform Committee on May 10, 2017, with the aim of enforcing the nationwide autonomous police system in 2020. In addition, the government is promoting reforms of autonomous police and investigative structures, On April 5, 2018, a special committee of autonomous police system consisting of academics, civic groups, and legal professors was established. In 1991, the local council was established in Korea. In 1995, the local autonomous government era was launched with the election of local autonomous governors, but the field of security did not bring decentralization. This study suggests direction of organization and manpower management, personnel management and distribution, financial management, and political neutrality in order to introduce autonomous police system considering regional characteristics. Also, it should be promoted in the direction of maximizing the advantages of the decentralization system and national police without causing civil unrest and social disorder caused by the introduction of the rapid system. Self-governing police should reflect on the trend of autonomous decentralization in order to secure the Republic of Korea with a more secure policing policy, along with organic cooperation and mutual competition system with the national police.

The study in the 1980s-1990s, built public library established since the year 2000 centered on public library mutual comparative analysis of space configuration form. Book reading function was the conservation and highlight 1980-1990s and considered by the side of the users culture area extended since the 2000s, public library takes the difference between the ratio of the area of the facility by the area in which you can meet the standards required and the age.

In this study, the Korean Gastric Cancer Association collected 12,152 gastric cancer patients (5,380 in 1995, 6,772 in 1999) from 29 hospitals. Twelve clinicopathological factorssex, age, operation date, tumor location, size, operation method, gross type of early gastric cancer, Borrmann type, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, stage-were summarized in a database file and analyzed. Chronological change has been evaluated between the patients in 1995 and those in 1999. Proportion of early gastric cancer has been increased from $28.6\%$ in 1995 to $32.8\%$ in 1999. The UICC staging was $25.3\%$ (1995), $29.3\%$ (1999) for stage Ia, $12.7\%,\;13.9\%$, for stage Ib, $15.7\%,\;14.8\%$, for stage II, $15.2\%,\;13.2\%$, for stage IIIa, $8.2\%,\;6.3\%$, for stage IIIb, and $20.1\%,\;18.1\%$, for stage IV. The operation of each year was subtotal gastrectomy ($67.6\%,\;67.3\%$), total gastrectomy ($26.6\%,\;24.1\%$), proximalgastrectomy ($0.3\%,\;3.6\%$), wedge resection ($0.1\%,\;0.5\%$), bypass surgery ($2.3\%,\;1.8\%$), and open biopsy ($3.1\%,\;2.7\%$). In early gastric cancer, type IIc was the most common ($44.5\%$ in 1995, $42.8\%$ in 1999). The incidence of upper one-third cancer was slightly increased in 1999 ($12.5\%$) than 1995 ($11.2\%$), which is reflected in the increased prox-imal gastrectomy in 1999 (207 cases, $3.6\%$). There was no significant difference between either groups regarding the regional differences.

This study aims to examine the field of UI/UX being actively adopted in this new media age, investigate and analyze homepages targeting national universities in Korea, and attempt diverse researches on UI/UX applied to mobile webs. First of all, the paper comparatively analyzed PC webs, mobile webs, and mobile apps, investigated the current status of Korean national university homepages, comparatively examined the expressions and use of PC webs and mobile webs in those universities, and analyzed to what extent a certain university's mobile web was applied to the principle of UI/UX. According to the result of this research, most of the mobile web pages considerably lack in user-oriented design applying UI/UX, and it will be needed to optimize a vast amount of data on PC webs for better expression. Moreover, this study intends to figure out ways to apply user experience to be applied to mobile web design by suggesting directions for UI/UX design.

This study attempts to identify the influence factors on the numbers of visitors and reference room users of public libraries through log-log multiple regression models, using the Korean National Libraries Statistical Data 2018. The fact found is summarized as follows; Even though books collection and seating capacities might be the most important factors in attraction of visitors and reference room users to public libraries in the past when the storage and propagation of knowledge and information was the top function of public libraries, very various and compound factors such as cultural or lifetime education programs, library operation, and user activities have an effect on inducing people to visit and use public libraries at present. This means that these days, public libraries are being transformed into some kinds of comprehensive cultural center where software elements such as cultural programs, user education, events, budget, membership, opening days, building style and age, and group activities rather than hardware elements such as books, literature material, and facilities constitute their essential parts in connection with visitor and user induction.
