This paper summarizes findings from investigations into the development and application of English bible study materials for middle school students in two local churches in Seoul, Korea. Six pre-service Christian English teachers have participated in the development of the materials. After the application of the new materials, the pre-service teachers' and bible study teachers' perception of the new materials have been investigated. To analyze the data, the pre-service teachers and bible study teachers were interviewed. The interview data was recorded, transcribed and analyzed based on content analysis method. The findings indicated that the pre-service teachers' church service learning gave them a sense of satisfaction and it also helped them develop professionalism in teacher education. To both the pre-service teachers and bible study teachers, keeping balance between bible teaching and English teaching was found to be a difficult task. The fact that the themes in the new materials are closely related to the lives of the students has been positively evaluated by the bible study teachers.

According to the textbook utilization survey, university students buy 6.4 books and spend 94,000 won per semester. However, nearly half of books are left unused. Therefore many students buy used textbooks instead of buying new books at a fixed price. The existing used textbook trading platforms support basic functions, but don't support textbook recommendation function and reference book recommendation function. In this paper, we developed a used textbook trading platform BookCue that provides textbook recommendation function, reference book recommendation function, and consignment trading function reflecting the regional characteristics. It is expected that will contribute to reduce university students' burden that buying textbook by forming textbooks trading environment and preserve environment. In the near future our platform will need to expand to a platform that deals with a variety of goods, as well as used textbooks in the region.

This study aims to investigate prejudiced descriptions of adoption and adoptive families in the major textbooks in the field of child and family welfare studies. To this end, we analyzed the compositions and contents of eleven different textbooks and found four necessary changes to recommend: first, we found it essential for authors to have a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of the open adoption culture and adoptive families. Second, we observed the need for the revision of prejudiced terminology found in textbooks' descriptions of adoptive families - about adopters, adoptees, and adoption institutions. Third, we advise an enhancement in the understanding of adoptive families reflecting both qualitative and quantitative understandings of the open adoption culture and perspective about social prejudice against adoptive families. Finally, we advocate for the inclusion adoptive families as one of the diverse forms a family can take, not only in the curriculum of child (children's rights) studies but also in the curricula of other family-related disciplines such as family welfare and healthy family theory. Based on these four changes, we propose a new approach to authoring including a multifaceted review of the subject composition and the content of the major textbooks and revision of the overall contents of the textbooks.

일반적으로 대학생들은 연간 약 50만원이 소요되는 전공 서적 구매비용에 부담감이 있는 것으로 조사된다. 이러한 대학생들을 위해 비교적 저렴한 교재용 전자책 서비스를 전문적으로 제공해 주는 애플리케이션이 없다. 본 논문에서는 대학생들을 위한 전공 및 교양 교재를 대상으로 대여를 포함한 전자책 제공 서비스가 가능한 모바일 앱을 설계한다. 제시하는 서비스 앱은 교재용 전자책을 대상으로 온라인 서점, 출판사, 도선관 등으로부터 전자책 정보를 수집하여 사용자에게 제공하고, 이를 대상으로 대여 또는 구매가 가능한 서비스를 제공한다. 제공되는 전자책 파일은 불법 배포를 방지하기 위해 DRM 방식을 사용하여 전용 뷰어를 통해 제공되어지도록 설계한다. 개발되는 앱을 통해서 대학생이 겪는 문제 중 하나인 교재비용 경감과 더불어, 종이책 생산을 줄임으로써 지구환경 보존에 기여할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 실용음악 전공자의 시창청음 교육을 위한 프로그램 방향을 제시하였다. 실용음악 전공학생들을 대상으로 한 설문을 통한 내부 환경 및 기존 교재에 관한 분석을 바탕으로 통합교과적 학습을 지향하는 시창청음 프로그램 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 시창과 청음 수업의 연계가 가능한 워크북 개념의 통합 교재로 문제의 방향을 설정하였으며 다양한 악곡의 활용을 통한 동기 유발과 학습 효과의 증대를 지향하였다. 교과 내용의 단순성을 지양하고 섹션별 학습을 추구하며 문제지와 답지를 교재 내에 포함시킬 것과 청음 워크북의 정답 부분을 음원 녹음한 오디오 CD를 제작하여 반복적 자기주도 학습이 가능하도록 하는 것이 주요 개발 방향이다.

Digital transformation is taking place rapidly around the world. As the development of digital technology becomes very fast, more information is expected to be digitized. Therefore, the possibility of cyber threats is increasing in transmitting and storing sensitive information such as personal and financial information online. In this paper, we compared and analyzed information security textbooks for elementary and secondary school students in China, where the recent development of artificial intelligence and digital transformation are rapidly occurring. After we collected related textbooks, textbooks suitable for analysis were selected. Then, we analyzed the external and internal systems of the textbooks separately. As a result of the external system analysis, all the textbook covers were properly produced, but the quality difference was significant among textbooks. In the case of textbooks for elementary school students, the excellence of layout and content placement was noticed. On the other hand, due to the internal system analysis, various contents were not included evenly when looking at the learning contents based on the "information society responsibility" learning goals presented in China. Through this paper, we hope to provide implications for information security-related education and textbook development research.

Several researchers in the early days have studied the concept of creativity and its definition, but with the emergence of an unprecedented infectious disease, creativity attracts more attention in the academic world these days. It is because the ability to respond to change and create something that did not exist before has become an essential competency for survival. Therefore, we proposes a creativity textbook that can be used for teacher training based on a creative education practical strategy model for the purpose of enhancing the creativity of teachers in the field through analysis of various prior studies on creative education. And also, we developed the textbook to teach the principles of information security using creative storytelling techniques. In the teacher training using the textbook, the survey was conducted with 40 questions consisting of originality, fluency, elaboration, synthesis and organization factors in order to confirm the change in the teacher's creativity, and all factors were significantly improved. The textbooks developed in this study are meaningful in that it has increased the utilization of teachers' field education. We hope that this thesis will provide implications for the development of creative fusion textbooks, and related research will be actively conducted in the future.

This study was focused on whether secondary science teachers have consistent, integrative scheme on the definition of atmospheric pressure and phenomena caused by air pressure. We had made questionnaire and let 94 science teachers answer. We sorted the responses according to their major, school and compared them with the description in textbooks. The result can be summarized into three findings. First of all, teachers whose major is chemistry have strong tendency to understand that atmospheric pressure is caused by molecular motion though it, in textbooks, is defined as the pressure by weight of air mass. The half of respondents believed that decreasing of atmospheric pressure in high altitude is due to molecular motions, while most textbook says decrease in the weight of air mass. Secondly, many science textbooks show that air mass expands, rises, becomes less dense and the pressure of atmosphere becomes low when it receives heat. So, most of respondents explained low pressure is formed by lower density. Thirdly, they answered that they just teach the phenomena of air pressure by using the textbooks which mainly deal with the present state rather than a principle. In conclusion, the science textbooks should present the exact description and consolidated structures of those concepts to prevent students from having misconceptions on air pressure. In addition, training program for science teachers would be necessary to reconsider and explore the natural phenomena in various viewpoints.

본 논문에서는 기존에 제공 되고 있는 애플리케이션의 기능을 향상시켜 새로운 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 해마다 시작되는 학기에 따라 학생들은 전공 서적을 사야하고 한 학기 평균으로 2~4권의 교재 구매한다. 전공 서적의 평균 가격은 서적 당 2만원이 넘는 가격으로서 학생들에겐 부담이 되는 가격이다. 최근에 부상하고 있는 '애브리타임'이라는 애플리케이션은 각 대학교별 정보를 공유하거나 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 애플리케이션이다. 해당 애플리케이션은 '책방'이라는 서비스를 통해 교내에 있는 학생들 간에 중고서적을 거래할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다. '책방'서비스는 전공 서적뿐만이 아닌 교양서적, 타 학부 전공서적 등 다양한 서적을 구매할 수 있으나 사용자가 필요한 전공서적을 한 눈에 확인하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있고 직관적으로 원하는 서적을 찾거나 구매할 수 있게 쉬운 UI구성의 애플리케이션과 언제 어디서나 접근이 가능하고 정보의 보안이 높은 클라우드 서비스를 융합하여 사용자들의 편의성을 높이고 다양한 카테고리 구성을 통해 교내에 편리한 커뮤니케이션과 정보를 공유할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 개발한다.

It is possible to solve many structural problems such as the occurrence of a lot of errors involving misspelling which may occur during the learning of existing programming language, difficulty in grammatical expression and understanding, and difficulty in the expression of algorithm if the program learning tool of the department of computer education in a college of education is utilized as an educational robot. This study developed a learning model (curriculum and a textbook) so that students who major in computer education may easily learn programming by using the NXT software of a Mindstorms robot.
