  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the concept of the fitness and the way of the inspection in the Leadership study. Although the study of the fitness is recently increased, however, the concept recognition and the positive analysis on the inspection of the fitness isn't in the saddle and by inspecting after the operationalization, the theory and the result don't often correspond. So, This study is to help the following study and provide the conception and the problem of the analysis on the centering the fitness of the moderator and the mediation.

  • This study has tested by positive analysis to investigate use intention of self service shop offered by franchisee. The independent variable of self service shop consisted of technology based self service and feature of shop largely. Convenience of technology based self service, speed, functionality of shop feature, suitability, and cost of self service shop had been selected. As parameter, expectation confirmation and satisfaction by using Expectation confirmation theory had been selected and a dependent variable had been selected use intention lastly. The study conducted a survey of self service shop customers and 181's answers out of them had been used. According to the analysis result, convenience, speed, functionality, and suitability had a positive effect on expectation and convenience and suitability variables only had positive effect on satisfaction. The cost did not have an effect on use intention and expectation confirmation and satisfaction had a positive effect on use intention lastly.

  • The objective of this research was to develop habitat suitability models for wild boar (Sus Scrafa) in Mt. Sulak National Park and Mt. Jumbong Natural Forest Reserve. The study area is covered-with climax temperate hardwood forests ot'mainly Mongolian oak ($\textit{Quercus mongolica}$), and has diverse wildlife species including wild boars. Three suitability models - summer, fall, and annual models - were developed. These models were based on slope, aspect, forest types, forest year classes, distance from streams and trails. Habitat data collected through telemetry were used for the models. The accuracy of the models was tested by comparing observed traces of wild boar in Mt. Jurnbong, and most traces were on suitable areas on the suitability maps.

  • SyncML은 무선 분산환경에서 멀티플 네트웍과 플랫폼, 그리고 장치간 공유 데이터를 서로 일치(동기)시키는 산업계 표준 프로토콜로 떠오르고 있는 신기숱이다. 지금까지 무선 데이터 동기화는 지역적인 제약이 따라왔고 서로 다른 프로토콜을 사용하는 플랫폼간의 동신이나 데이터 교환이 불가능하였다. 이에 SyncML 기술을 이용한 무선 데이터 동기 방식의 표준이 제정 되었으며 이를 구현한 서로 다른 플랫폼간의 연동성과 적합성을 테스트 하는 것이 필수적인 요소로 떠오르고 있다. 이 논문에서 는 SyncML 을 구현한 멀티플 플랫폼간의 적합성 및 연동성을 테스트하기 위한 방안과 사례를 제시한다.

Effect of Job Search Channels on Occupational Adaptation of College Graduates : Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Person-Job Fit (대졸자의 구직경로가 첫 일자리 직업적응에 미치는 영향 : 개인-직무 적합성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This paper analyzed the effect of job search channels on the occupational adaptation of college graduates, with the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS) data. The analysis results are as follows: First, when using human networks for getting jobs, not only the educational level and major adequacy, but also the workplace satisfaction and the job satisfaction were higher than when using non-human networks. Second, as in the mediating effect of the relationship between job search channels and occupational adaptation by Sobel-test, it was found that there was a partial mediating effect of educational level and major adequacy, excluding skill level adequacy. The results of this study shows that human networks, by serving as an effective information transmitter on person-job fit between job search and recruitment, contribute significantly to improve occupational adaptation of college graduates. These results imply that strategic utilization of human networks in job search activities is important, and that it is necessary that career-related programs in the universities or the employment service institutions systematically include the importance and methods of using human networks.

Mutual Perceptions among Clients, Agencies, and Consumers on the Evaluation of Ad Creativity: Extending Application of the Co-Orientation Model (광고 창의성 평가에 대한 광고주, 광고 제작자, 소비자 간의 상호인식 연구: 상호지향성 모델의 확장 적용)

  • This study explored mutual perceptions among clients, agencies, and consumers on the evaluation of ad creativity applying the co-orientation model. In order to investigate agreement, congruence, accuracy among three groups, they exposed to real commercials as stimuli and evaluated ad creativity of them in terms of four dimensions, such as originality, appropriateness, clarity, and relevance. Results indicated that agreement between agencies and consumers is relatively high, whereas one between clients and agencies is relatively low. Also, clients show relatively higher level of congruence, but agencies have relatively lower level of one. Accuracy between agencies' evaluation of ad creativity and clients' perception of agencies' view on ad creativity, and between consumers' evaluation of ad creativity and clients' perception of consumers' view on ad creativity would be relatively high. On the other hand, accuracy between clients' evaluation of ad creativity and agencies' perception of clients' view on ad creativity would be relatively low. Results showed that there is a need clients and agencies to consider on consumers' viewpoints on ad creativity.

  • Analysis technique of flight compatibility test results using instrumented pod for external store is studied. Raw data of sensors and MIL-STD-1553B acquired from instrumented pod are analyzed separately. Besides, tuning and synchronization of sensor data enable the analysis of those two type of data simultaneously. Evaluation of analysis result shows that the analyzed data represent maneuvers of the aircraft successfully and agree the values of the real flight tests.

An Experimental Study on the Effect of Domain Expertise on the Consistency of Relevance Judgements (주제전문지식이 적합성판정의 일관성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • An online experiment was conducted to test the subject-knowledge view of relevance theory in order to find evidence of a conceptual basis for relevance. Six experts in Library and Information Science (LIS), nine Master's students of LIS, and twelve non-experts judged the relevance of 14 abstracts within and outside of the LIS domain. Consistency among the judges was calculated by joint-probability agreement (PA) and interclass correlation coefficients (ICC). When using PA to analyze the judgements, non-experts had a higher consensus regardless of the task or division of groups. However, ICC calculations found Master's candidates had a higher level of consensus than non-experts within LIS, although the experts did not; and the agreement rates on the non-LIS task for all groups were only poor to moderate. It was only when the groups were analyzed as two groups (experts including Master's candidates and non-experts) that the expected trend of higher consistency among experts in the LIS task was seen.

Effects of Person-environment Fit on the Job Performance of Public Officials (공무원의 환경 적합성이 직무수행에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effects of person-environment fit on the job performance in the National Assembly legislative support organization. Job performance was classified into task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Impacts of each factors on the job performance were identified through structural equation model. From the results of analysis, it was confirmed that supplementary fit of officials of legislative support organization of the National Assembly had a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. However, complementary-fit does not directly affect task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Rather complementary-fit affects job performance by the mediating role of variable self-efficacy. The implications of this study confirm that it is important to match between organization members and jobs in order to improve the job performance of civil servants in the legislative support organization. The necessity of introducing self-efficacy enhancement program into the education and training process of the legislative support organization was proposed.

Customer Satisfaction and the Fit between Supply Chain Context and Postponement-Speculation Strategies -The Case of Electronic Products- (공급체인의 투기 및 순연 전략 적합성이 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향 -전자제품을 중심으로-)

  • Supply chain (SC) strategies will influence corporate performance and customer satisfaction. However, few empirical research has investigated the impact of the gap between prescriptive and current strategy on customer satisfaction. Based on the profile analysis with data from 31 products, the results of this study show the significant relationship between customer satisfaction and the fit between SC context and speculation-postponement strategies. The results imply that different SC strategies should be applied in accordance with product attributes and supply environments.
