Effects of Person-environment Fit on the Job Performance of Public Officials (공무원의 환경 적합성이 직무수행에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effects of person-environment fit on the job performance in the National Assembly legislative support organization. Job performance was classified into task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Impacts of each factors on the job performance were identified through structural equation model. From the results of analysis, it was confirmed that supplementary fit of officials of legislative support organization of the National Assembly had a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. However, complementary-fit does not directly affect task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. Rather complementary-fit affects job performance by the mediating role of variable self-efficacy. The implications of this study confirm that it is important to match between organization members and jobs in order to improve the job performance of civil servants in the legislative support organization. The necessity of introducing self-efficacy enhancement program into the education and training process of the legislative support organization was proposed.

The Influence of Task-Technology Fit on Usage Intention of SNS: Focused on Social Enterprise (과업-기술 적합성이 SNS 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 사회적 기업을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing usage intention of social network service (SNS) in social enterprise. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating the social enterprise, task-technology fit (TTF), technology acceptance model (TAM), and usage intention of SNS. The data were gathered from 84 questionnaire respondents. Smart partial least square (PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, TTF positively influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention of SNS. Second, perceived usefulness positively influence usage intention of SNS. But perceived ease of use does not influence usage intention of SNS. This study will provide theoretical and practical implications of TTF and usage intention of SNS in social enterprise.

  • The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness Among Characteristics of CEO, Company's innovation and Management Control on Organization Performance. CEO characteristics are investigated by the risk-taking propensity, need for achievement. Company's Innovation are measured by product innovation, technological innovation. Management control are applied by action control and result control. Organization performances are analyzed by internal performance, growth performance, financial performance. the research methodology applied in this paper is contingency theory by Drazin and Van de Ven(1985) - selective approach, Interaction approach, system approach. This paper was applied by the Three way interaction term among CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control to analyze the influences to the organization performances. As a result of this paper, there are the differences between Two way interaction terms or three way interaction terms to affect the organization performances. this paper can confirm the desirable combinations between two or three variables(CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control) to affect significantly to the particular organization performance.

  • This paper describes a method of AAL(SSCOP) protocol conformance testing and its result analysis in ATM network. Terminal equipment(TE) that implements protocols for connecting ATM network shall be verified if appropriately implement by conformance testing. The protocol specifications and the testing methodology are recommended or standardized by international standardization organization(ITU-T, ISO, etc.). The ATM AAL (SSCOP) protocol which selected for describing conformance test procedure is standardized in ITU-T Q.2110 and ATM Forum UNI 3.1 which are same in contents. Also Testing standard like ATS for SSCOP is specified in ATM Forum 95-1459R2. Construction of conformance testing environment is necessary to coordinate in relations with standards, then testing must beexecuted at that environment and the results from the test system analyzed. For this, it is necessary to select any test case from standard for testing and to make ETS. The ETS is proted on the test system and conformance testing will execute on that system. Finally the result from the test system is to analyze. This conformance testing procedure is applicable to the same other test cases in SSCOP and protocols in any communcation networks.

  • The relevance feedback process uses information obtained from a user about an initially retrieved set of documents to improve subsequent search formulations and retrieval performance. In the extended Boolean model, the relevance feedback Implies not only that new query terms must be identified, but also that the terms must be connected with the Boolean AND/OR operators properly Salton et al. proposed a relevance feedback method for the extended Boolean model, called the DNF (disjunctive normal form) method. However, this method has a critical problem in generating a reformulated queries. In this study, we investigate the problem of the DNF method and propose a relevance feedback method using hierarchical clustering techniques to solve the problem. We show the results of experiments which are performed on two data sets: the DOE collection in TREC 1 and the Web TREC 10 collection.

  • The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness among entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities and innovation activities on business performance. A survey was conducted and analyzed on small & medium manufacturing companies in Korea with the following result of the study. First, the fitness of entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities, the fitness of dynamic capabilities and innovation activities, the fitness of entrepreneurship and innovation activities have a significant effect on business performance respectively. Second, the fitness of all the three variables also has a significant positive effect on the performance. Additional path analysis shows that dynamic capabilities and innovation activities have mediating roles between entrepreneurship and business performance. The results imply that not only each of the entrepreneurship, dynamic capabilities, and innovation activities has a positive effect on business performance but also the three factors in harmony have a synergic positive effect on the business performance.

  • This study is aim to explore the key variables that can improve the relationship between mentor-mentee fit and the relationship of mentor-mentee fit as a prerequisite in improving entrepreneurial intention. In addition, the mediating effect of entrepreneurship was verified in the process of mentee-mentor suitability inducing entrepreneurial will. To verify this, a survey was conducted on per-founders and early founders. The results of this study are as follows. First, in relation to the measures to improve the entrepreneurial will, mentor-mentee suitability was verified to have a positive effect on entrepreneurial will through entrepreneurship. Second, it was verified that mentor-mentee fit had a positive effect on the formation of entrepreneurship; third, entrepreneurship could have a direct effect on the intention of entrepreneurship. This study suggests that the more mentor-mentee fits entrepreneurs, the better the level of entrepreneurship. In addition, high level of entrepreneurship can play a role in further promoting the will to start a business.

The Impact of Virtual Influencer Formativeness on Advertising Attention and Attitude Toward Advertising: The Dual Parallel Mediating Effects of Attractiveness and Suitability (버츄얼 인플루언서의 조형성이 광고 주목도와 광고 태도에 미치는 영향: 매력성과 적합성의 병렬 이중 매개효과)

  • The study confirmed the relationship between attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between the formativeness of creating the artistic form of a virtual influencer who acts as an advertising model, advertising attention, and advertising attitude. To confirm this, the subjects of the study were the MZ generation and X generation, which have a high rate of SNS use. The analysis method used SPSS statistics 27.0 and SPSS process macro version. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that attractiveness and suitability fully mediate the relationship between formativeness and advertising attention. In the path of formativeness and advertising attention, the total effect was found to be higher than the direct effect, and it was confirmed that there was a double parallel mediation effect through attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between the formativeness of virtual influencers and advertising attention. Second, it was confirmed that formativeness affects the mediating variable, attractiveness, but attractiveness does not affect attitude toward advertising. Since formativeness affects suitability and suitability in turn influences attitude toward advertising, it was confirmed that there is a full mediating effect between these variables. According to these results, the parallel mediating effect of attractiveness and formativeness was not confirmed in the relationship between formativeness and attitude towards advertising. The above study is significant in that it presents academic implications and practical implications by examining the dual and parallel mediating effects of attractiveness and suitability in the relationship between formativeness, advertising attention, and advertising attitude variables, which are considered in the production of virtual influencers.

  • 댐과 같은 구조물의 설계시 큰 강우량에 내한 분포함수의 적합성을 놀일 필요가 있다. 이에 대해 Wang (1997a and b)은 큰 설계량에 내한 적합성을 놀이기 위해 LH 모멘트와 고차 PWM(higher Probability Weighted Moments)방법을 제안하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 자 지역별로 대표적인 4개 지점의 일 강우량 자료를 사용하여 제안된 고차 PWM 방법의 적용성을 살펴보았다. 그 과정으로 가장 낮은 차수인 일반적인 PWM 방법과 더 높은 차수의 PWM 방법을 이용하여, GEV(Generalized Extreme Value) 분포와 Gumbel 분포에 대한 매개변수를 추정한 후 이 추정치를 확률지에 실측치와 함께 도시하여 결과를 비교하였다. 그리고 PPCC(Probability Plot Correlation Coefficient) 적합도 검정결과를 통해 추정된 매개변수의 적합성을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 웹 기반 감성데이터베이스구축 및 보급을 위하여 국내의 감성 관련 주요 연구 결과 및 감성 자료를 수집하고 주요 감성 지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 감성 지표는 사용 적합성 지표로서 수집한 감성 자료들 중 사용 적합성에 관련된 감성 자료를 선별하여 이를 물리적/객관적 적합성 관련 지표와 주관적 적합성 관련 지표, 개발된 측정 시스템, 감성 정보물로 분류하였다. 물리적/객관적 지표는 다시 환경 지표, 생리 지표, 제품설계 지표, 평가척도 지표, 제품평가 기술 지표로 분류 등의 세부지표로 분류하고, 주관적 지표는 언어 지표, 묘사 지표, 심리 지표, 인지 지표로 다시 나누어 분류하였다. 개발된 제품, 측정 시스템, 또는 시뮬레이터 둥은 개발된 측정 시스템으로 분류하고 그 밖의 감성공학적으로 중요한 자료 및 정보는 감성공학 관련 정보물로 분류하였다. 분류한 지표는 전문가의 검증을 통해 타당성을 확인한 후 감성 데이터베이스로 구축될 예정이다. 이를 위하여 전반적인 감성 자료 관리 시스템을 통한 효과적인 감성 자료 관리체제 구축과 감성 자료의 공유가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
