A Study on the price of inpatient's meal by using cost analysis method (원가 분석을 이용한 병원 환자식 적정 가격 산정에 관한 연구)

  • A controversy get more deeply intensified about the price of inpatient's meal provided in hospital as the Ministry of Health and Welfare declared the National Health Insurance will cover inpatient's meal from 2006. By using newly designed cost analysis method and stratification method of the population, the optimal price of inpatient's meal are derived based on the 71 sample hospitals. This study analyzed 71 samples based on the activity based costing(ABC) and the method of relative units value(RUV). The factors influencing the level of cost are found by linking the results of cost and statistical analysis. As the key factors influencing the cost are the number of employees in a nutrition department and a the number of meals provided to the patients, These factors should be considered when the optimal price of inpatient meals is set for the coverage of the National Health Insurance.

  • This paper deals with achieving the optimal quantity of required PKMs to cover the coastal areas divided into the proper size of sectors, and then using Set Cover Model, Clustered Model, etc. It is optimized via "Requirement Optimization Process" to allocate PKMs reasonably which is considered as conducting mission deployment sectors. This "Hybrid Proper Requirement Model" accommodating the optimization process is introduced and testified by examining a requirement problem.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 · 외 인터넷 도메인네임 분쟁의 유형을 사례별로 분석하여 도메인 사용권을 둘러싼 분규를 해소 및 예방하고, 국제적인 도메인네임 분쟁 발생시 국내 기업 등이 불리한 처우를 받지 않도록 하는 적정한 분쟁 해결 방법을 모색하는데 있다. 아직까지는 대부분의 국가에서 도메인네임 분쟁과 관련된 법이 제정되어 있지 않기 때문에 특정 회사명 또는 상표명을 사용하는 경우 분쟁이 발생하면 해당회사 또는 상표권 소유자에게 우선권이 있는 것으로 판결을 하는 추세이지만, 국내 ·외적으로 판결에 일관성이 있는 것은 아니다. 본 논문에서는 도메인네임 분쟁에 관한 법원의 소송 판례를 분석하고, 외국의 도메인네임 분쟁 해결 사례와 국내 사례를 분석하여 향후 분쟁 발생시 대처방안을 모색하도록 한다

  • 호스트가 숙소 가격을 정할 때, 기존 숙박 플랫폼들이 제공하는 최적화된 가격을 참고하기 위해선 숙소의 유형, 편의 시설 제공 여부 등 많은 단계를 거쳐야하므로 불편하다. 본 논문은 호스트가 보다 편리하게 자신의 숙소에 최적화된 가격을 알 수 있도록 하는 '숙소의 적정 가격 결정을 위한 웹 사이트'를 개발하였다. 이 웹을 통해 호스트는 더 간편하게 자신의 숙소에 대한 적정 가격을 알고 가격 산정 시 참고할 수 있다.

  • 건설재난을 줄이기 위한 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 건설기술진흥법의 안전관리비가 실제 현장을 반영하지 못한다는 지적이 제기돼 왔다. 따라서 건설사고 예방을 위한 가장 근본적인 대책으로 삼을 수 있는 안전관리비의 적절한 가이드라인을 연구할 필요가 있다. 또한 합리적인 안전 관리 비용을 확보하기 위해서는 적절한 비율을 계산하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 안전관리비 실행계획에 따른 공사비 및 유형별로 적정 안전관리비율을 제시하였으며, 그 비율은 산업안전보건관리비의 10분의 1로 분석된다. 본 연구결과는 적정 공정등급제 개선 및 시범사업 추진에 대한 지침이 될 것이다.

Normative Standards on Number of Users, Perceived Conflict, and Perceived Interference of Healing Experience by Types of Visitors at 'Healing Field' of 'Jangseong Pyunbaek Healing Forest' (방문객 유형별 이용객수에 대한 규범적 평가기준, 혼잡지각과 치유경험방해 지각: '장성 편백치유의 숲'의 '치유필드'를 대상으로)

  • This study was conducted to determine and compare the perceived number of users (PNU) and evaluative standards for each type of visitors to "Healing Field" of Jangseong Pyunbaek Healing Forest (JPHF). Data were collected from 158 samples selected by convenient sampling method from the users of "Healing Field" in JPHF during September 2017. Visitors to "Healing Field" consisted of 49.3% for recreation (VR), 15.3% for healing (VH), and 35.3% for both recreation and healing (VRH). Respondents' average PNU was 23.8 (median: 20.0), and the range of average PNU by visitor type was 21.1-27.8 (median: 20.0). Respondents' PNU showed low correlations with perceived crowding (PC) (r=0.23) and perceived interference of healing experience (PIHE) (r=0.20). There were no differences in the optimal number of users (ONU) of "Healing Field" among the types of visitors. The overall average ONU was 28.9(median: 25.0), and the range of average ONU by types of visitors was 25.4-31.4 (median: 25.0-27.5). The overall maximum acceptable number of users (MANU) was 38.1, and MANU for VR, VH, and VRH was 36.9, 32.0, and 38.0, respectively. Respondents' mean PC was 2.73 (SD: 3.26, 9-point scale) while mean PIHE was 3.26 (SD: 1.77, 9-point scale). The VRH group showed a higher PC and PIHE than the VR group. The group with greater PNU than ONU showed higher PC and PIHE than the other groups. Based on the results, this paper presented some managerial implications, discussed the limitations of the study, and suggested the further studies.

A Study on Appropriate Traffic Volume Calculation for Revitalizing Roundabout Installation (국내 회전교차로 활성화를 위한 적정교통량 산정에 관한 연구)

  • A roundabout is a form of circular intersection in which traffic travels counterclockwise around a central island and in which entering traffic must yield to circulating traffic. It has been known that a roundabout provides substantially better operational and safety characteristics than other intersections including rotaries. Recently, a roundabout has started to be constructed due to its efficiency, safety, and other advantages of a roundabout comparing other intersections in Korea. However, there has been no guideline to be used to decide appropriate intersection types considering given conditions of the intersections. To solve this problem, the guideline with traffic volume to choose the suitable intersection types was developed based on analysis results using the SIDRA software which is generally used to analyze operational effects of roundabouts. It was found that a roundabout is more efficient than signalized intersection when the traffic volume is between 125 and 450 veh/h on one lane road and roundabout is not recommended when there are more than 30% left turn traffic. The optimal traffic volume provided in this research will be usefully used in planing and designing roundabouts in Korea.

  • This study suggests 3 different elements to develop a rail station-influenced area effectively. Above all, several typical models of TOD (Transit Oriented Development)are suggested. They consider the land use types around a rail station, characteristics of a rail station whether it serves a single line or multiple lines. a method of developing a rail station-influenced area. Secondly, the optimal level of service is suggested for connection facility and access modes. Finally, the allocation criteria of on-and-off facility to provide convenient transfer activity.

National Highway's Design Criteria Based on Analysis of Functional Classification (일반국도의 수행 기능 분석에 의한 적정 설계기준 연구)

  • This study shows that a functional order relationship of national highways in rural areas, which provides the functional system as a principal and minor arterial highways, can be established by the use of statististics. As a result, the adequate functional design criteria of those highways are proposed on the basis of the traffic characteristics in those areas. According to those statistical studies, a function of national highways in the national road network is proved to form three categories broadly. Especially, the survey results based on the traffic characteristics on each road sections show that the initially constructed national highways can not provide an adequate functional role as the arterial highways in the studied areas. In order to operate the intended national highways functionally as the arterial highways, the functional design criteria of highways and the standard order of highway facilities based on the design traffic speed should be considered as an alternative.
