Determining the price of a newly developed game product is a substantial matter affecting many aspects of corporate management. An appropriate pricing based on the proper data encourages consumers to purchase products repeatedly Yet presently most game companies prefer to set a price according to the cost including developing expense, advertising expense and law materials. As a result that price does not reveal the rue value of the product, many corporations face the demerits in the corporate management including the low sales, the loss of client and the poor promotion. This study has emphasis on the evaluating the price according to the consumer view rather than either corporate or industrial view. The price preference research analysis shows that Korean gamers prefer the price ranging around 30 thousand won in the simulation game, RPG game, and arcade game. In the online game, around 20 thousand won is the preferred price. This difference explains well the features of each game categories.

본 논문에서는 경유가격에 의한 시장왜곡의 한 측면으로서 우리나라 기업의 물류 투자가 상대적으로 낮게 이루어지고 있음을 지적하고자 한다. 낮은 경유가격으로 상품의 원가는 당분간 낮게 유지될 수 있었을지 모르나 결국 물류투자의 수준을 낮추어 물류설비 수준을 적정이하로 만든 요인이 되며, 이는 다시 물류비용을 증가시키고 결국 원가상승(原價上昇) 요인으로 작용하여 국제경쟁력에 미치는 종합적 효과는 불분명하다고 할 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 문제점은 비단 경유가격에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 산업용 전력요금 등 여타의 경우에도 적용된다. 산업의 경쟁력과 물가안정을 위해서 특정재화의 가격을 낮게 유지하는 것은 결국 가격구조를 왜곡하게 되고 다른 부수적인 문제점을 수반하게 되어 적정수준이 아닌 자원배분(資源配分)을 일으키게 된다. 따라서 산업정책(産業政策)의 일환으로 추진되어온 경유에 대한 가격규제는 보다 합리적인 자원배분(資源配分)을 위하고 장기적인 산업경쟁력(産業競爭力)을 고려하여 신중히 재검토되어야 할 것이다.

9월중순부터나 하순부터는 새로 도입하는 실지 수입단가에 따라 또는 정부관리양곡 부산물가격 인상여부와 소맥피가격 형성 여하에 따라 결정될 것으로 전망되나 사료가격 안정기금을 수입사료 부담금으로 충당하게 될 경우 배합사료 가격의 하락폭은 예상보다 다소 좁아지겠지만 배합사료 가격은 계속 적정수준으로 유지 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

This study is carried out to find out Chinese cabbage price sensitivity of consumer. Even though Chinese cabbage is the most important vegetable in our country, the price fluctuation continues to be changed ever year. However, there was no price criteria which is low, high, optimum price level for stabilization policies. In this paper, we investigated urban consumer price sensitivity by using the price sensitivity measurement(PSM), and then suggest to farmer and policy maker the results. The purchasing attribute Chinese cabbage of consumer will be provided to farmer. Optimal willingness to pay price of Chinese cabbage was analyzed between 1,991~2,018 won per head. If the consumer price were formated that price range, the costs will be able to satisfied both producers and consumers. The consumer's acceptable price range was from lower price (PMC) 1,472 won to the upper limit price of 2,714 won (PME). So when the market price researched above 2,714 won, import should be considered. The most important attribute when purchasing was a taste of cabbage, and he most suitable size was 3kg per head.

The study was carried out to investigate the optimum marketing weight of broiler to maximize income from broiler rasing. The change of broiler prices between 10% above or below from present base did not affect to net income ratio to income and investment efficiency. In the case of feed price was 10% down from present base, broiler farmer's income was the highest when marketed at 76 days of age, and net income was highest when marketed at 61 days of age. In the case of feed price was 10% rise from present base, broiler farmer's income was highest when marketed at 18 days of age and net income ratios to income and investment efficiency were highest when marketed broilers as 53 and 57 days of age.

The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors affecting official land values and the appropriateness of the assessed land price, to find out what determines the real estate price and to assess the appropriateness of the valuation. This study explored whether actual transaction prices of forest land located in six Gu districts in southern and northern parts of Han river are appropriate using independent sample t-analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results showed that regional differences and shape were adequate for development restriction areas, whether biotope was designated, whether or not to be preserved, differences in pitch, and differences in use, and differences in bearing and approach. Thorough analysis of unique factors that determine forest land prices must be carried out in advance and the findings should be applied to the examination and assessment of official land values. The forest land appraisal system is closely related to the public's economic activity, thus it is necessary to apply forest land value determinants considered to be significant by market participants to the forestland appraisal system. I look forward to seeing variables related to the appropriateness of forest land transactions drawn from this study being used as indices for settlement of forest land transaction orders and market stabilization.

부원료가격이나 제조경비의 앙등요인을 감안, 약간의 거래조건 변동이나 사료의 종류에 따라 약간의 가격변동은 있겠으나 근본적으로 배합사료의 대폭적인 변동은 당분간 없을 것으로 전망되나 양계가는 양계산물의 가격안정을 위해 소비자에 피해를 주지않는 범위내에서 적정수준의 생산조절을 강구해야 할 것이다.
