To preserve competitiveness in rapidly changing world military market and to adapt themselves to newly-developed warfare, many developed counties have been readjusting their military organizations and technical procedures. In a private sector, business reengineering and other innovative efforts were made to respond to this change, using structural approaches. In the military sector, the United States is the one leading this move. She has been trying to reorganize her military structure to hold her hegemony in world politics for the coming 21st century. The purpose of this paper, is, (1) to analyze the information technology on the military revolution, (2) to deduce what to be changed, and (3) to infer how to change. The comparison between Korea and U.S. in terms of the real military situation was made to analyze these three research questions. The study was based on the structural contingency theory, one of the environmental analysis models, being introduced to explore the Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) case in United States and Korea. The conclusion may be summarized as follows; First, information-based society which is characterized by the development of information technology and environmental, complexity and weakness in security affairs will affect the military factors such as the issue of holding information superiority, changing warfare in proportion to the military-scientific development and weakness in military security. This trend will be more deep-rooted and multiple in its influence on the military affairs.

이 사례연구는 2002년 10월 15일 칼에 의한 좌상으로 경추 3-4번의 불완전 척수손상을 입은 25세의 남자 환자가 최초 병원에서 2002년 12월 한달 간의 치료를 마친 후, 2003년 1월 3일부터 4월 28일까지 태릉에 위치한 N 재활센터에서 주 5회 2시간의 자세조절 훈련, 심폐지구력 훈련, 웨이트 훈련, 스포츠(축구, 소프트 볼), 여가활동(등산)의 프로그램을 적용하여 척추손상 환자의 사회적응을 돕기위한 재활 프로그램의 다양화를 꾀하기 위한 기초 선행 작업으로 시작되었다. 신체능력을 평가하기 위한 측정도구는 관절가동범위(Range of Motion), 수동근력검사(Muscle Manual Test), 경직(Spasticity), 신체체력(Physical Fitness), 발란스(Balance: one leg stand), 상대적인 등속성 하지근력(Isokinetic Muscle Strength) 그리고 신체조성(Body Composition)로 하였다. 재활기간을 통해 처음 시작 일자에서 45일 간격으로 3차례의 측정을(1월 3일부터 4월 28일까지 실시하였다) 실시하였다. 최초 환자의 상태는 부분적으로 일상생활의 도움을 받아야 하는 상태로 동작을 시작하려 할 때 경직이 발생되어 옷을 입고 벗기, 신발 신고 벗기, 운전, 식사, 보행과 계단보행, 경사보행에서 보조자의 도움이 필요했으며, 작은 물건 잡기와 글씨쓰기, 타이핑 작업은 불가능 한 상태였다. 또한 스포츠 활동과 여가활동 역시 불가능 한 상태였다. 3달 15일간의 기간 동안 환자는 복학을 준비하기 위해 적극적으로 치료에 임했으며, 결과는 다음과 같았다. 신체조성은 재활 훈련을 통해 체중, 체지방율(%), 복부지방율(WHR)의 많은 감소를 가져왔다. 경직을 측정하는 Ashworth Scale은 정상에 가깝게 감소하였다. 관절가동범위는 고관절, 무릎, 발목에서 모두 증가하였다. 수동근력검사(0-9)는 많은 향상을 가져왔다. 신체체력능력 항목에서 근지구력의 윗몸일으키기와 팔굽히기, 악근력, 유연성으로 앉아 체간 숙이기, 민첩성으로 사이드 스텝, 순발력의 서전트는 모두 크게 향상되었다. 환자의 일상능력에서도 옷을 입고 벗기, 신발 신고 벗기, 운전, 식사, 보행과 계단보행, 경사보행에서 보조자의 도움이 필요없었으며, 타이핑 작업은 5손가락을 모두 사용하지는 않았지만, 1분에 80타로 큰 향상을 가져왔다. 또한 축구와 소프트볼, 등산을 달에 1회 정도 실시하여 약간의 도움만으로 가능하게 되었다.

Electronic commerce system must provide convenient interface, easy and fast searching function, and production information satisfying customers. To do this, many kinds of studies are being advanced actively about electronic commerce system using intelligent agent electronic This paper suggests 2-tier electronic commerce system using intelligent multi agent. We propose a combined reasoning agent system which provides production information satisfying customer's needs using both case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning. And this system distribute network and sewer system load based on load balancing and 2-tier agent structure. This system can find production information through teaming of rule-based reasoning method and case-based reasoning method. This system can provide the best suitable production information to customers by using combined reasoning agent system. And we can prevent customer's unexpected long waiting causes by network traffic and server load.

We will investigate in depth the reasons why companies have a negative mindset and produce complaints about the internship system itself. On the other hand, we try to find out the success factors of domestic companies that have introduced and operate the exemplary internship system, and prepare policies to disseminate them. In order to do this, I would like to diagnose the problems related to the internship system in the current industry through questionnaires or interviews with existing internship students. It is hoped that this will help the participating students to have a positive mindset about the company and further contribute to the career search and adaptation to the firm from the university to the firm.

This paper is aimed at defining items of fault, and then constructing rules of fault diagnosis and recovery using INBANCA technology for the purpose of managing the weh server. The fault items of web server consist of the process fault, server overload, network interface fault, configuration and performance fault. Based on these items, the actual fault management is carried out fault referencing. In order to reference the fault, we have formulated the system-level fault diagnosis production rule and the service-level fault diagnosis rule, conjunction with translating management knowledge into active network. Also, adaptive recovery mechanism of web server is applied to defining recovery rule and constructing case library for case-based web server fault recovery. Finally, through the experiment, fault environment and applicability of each proposed production rule and recovering scheme are presented to verify justification of proposed diagnosis rules and recovery mechanism for fault management. An intelligent case-based fault management scheme proposed in this paper can minimize an effort of web master to remove fault incurred web administration and operation.

The changing Agenda of the family policy is to be influenced by many factors. The structural change of population and aging problem in modern society are generally included in main factors which produce political needs. Therefore, migrant family is recognized as a alternative which is to resolve the socioeconomic problems of aging industrial societies. In Germany, Gerhard Schroeder who leads the SPD governs since 1998. The Schroeder's new conception of welfare policy is known as the third way("neue Mitte") which the social economic structure intends to neo-liberalistic trend. The concern on the welfare policy for the migrant families has grown recently in neo-liberalistic age, but research on german welfare policy for migrant families is very limited in quantity and Depth. The main purpose of this study is to examine how the welfare policy for the migrant families of Schroeder-government has been developed in Germany. And this paper evaluates the results of transforming policy. Based on this evaluation, this paper attempts to be manifest the problem of korean family policy for the migrant population and to find out implications of german model.

The blast demolition technology has been used to demolish various industrial facilities and tall buildings since 1950s in the advanced countries such as USA and U.K. It is now considered as one of safe demolition methods in the above countries. In Korea, several companies have tried to introduce blast demolition technology in the early days of the 1990s. However, this technology is still at the beginning stage and not fully adopted due to situation of avoiding technology transfer by overseas technical tie-up companies, lack of objects to be demolished and low level recognition on blast demolition. This technology shall be considered as a cutting edge technology to be applicable to demolition of skyscrapers, various industrial structures and factory buildings in the near future. Blast demolition of a pier structure was carried out under the site condition where there were already the constructed 2 pier structures of up and down line which had safety problems in an expressway construction project. The pier structures need to be demolished and reconstructed for a short period of time in consideration of the construction work process to be followed.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the results & performance of the optimized human resource development program, which was progressed by Gachon University in the past three years. Gachon University since 2009, with the support of the government, has launched a "Game Project Track" and also has carried out curriculum development and student education with cooperative companies in the field of game industry. Furthermore, Game Project Track, with companies, has pursued special lecture & intern training during vacation in order to strengthen students' ability to adapt on-site. As a results of co-education, 25 students have received the award in the external competitions, and also 39 students(97.5%) of 40 graduated from this course have been employed by cooperative companies.

Objectives: We did this study to summarize and review and charcterize the community-wide early response to COVID-19 in Dongnae-gu of Busan Metropolitan City where first confirmed case of COVID_19 occurred in Busan. Methods: Research team from college of medicine participated as advisor to response team of local government. Research team consulted and educated and interviewed response team and wrote and reviewed COVID-19 white paper of local government. Results: Political commitment of District mayor made possible community-wide co-operation between public-private section. Early mobilization of District-wide resource was possible through political commitment. Whole-of-government response developoed to whole-of-society approach including economic support. Conclusions: Proactive community-wide response were mobilized under commitment of city mayor of local government to address the first CIVID-19 incidence in Busan Metropolitan City.

By examining the experience of residential child care staffs, this study explored the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care and discussed the direction of successful inclusive education implementation in residential child care facilities. Interviews were conducted with 10 care staffs experienced inclusive education at residential child care facilities, and qualitative case study method was used to analyze transcribing data. Care staffs were reluctant to carry out inclusive education. They felt guilty due to not enough care either for disabled or non-disabled children in the process of adapting to inclusive education. They were calling for immediate communication channels to get the necessary support on time. They also recognized needs for professional education for care staffs regarding care of disabled children, and to dispatch special education teachers. It was found that all participants in the study disagreed on three-shift policy. Lastly, the support measures according to the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care in residential child care facilities were discussed.
