The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of teachers' motivation for choosing teaching on the relationship with career adaptability through self-directed learning in 271 pre-service early childhood teachers. As a result of the study, first, career adaptability, self-directed learning, and motivation for choosing teaching were high in order. Second, there was a positive correlation that the higher the motivation for choosing a teaching profession, the higher the self-directed learning and career adaptation, and the higher the self-directed learning, the higher the career adaptation. Third, it was found that self-directed learning of pre-service early childhood teachers partially mediated teachers' motivation for choosing teaching and career adaptability. This study is significant in that it sought various perspectives in practicing high-quality early childhood teacher education program and provided basic data on teacher education program.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of older workers career adaptability on turnover intention and to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention and to investigate the effect of perception on older workers on work engagement. A total of 458 cases were analyzed. The major findings were as follows: First, it was found that there was a negative relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention. Second, it was found that work engagement meditated the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention. Third, the mediation effect of work engagement in the relationship between career adaptability and turnover intention did not differ according to perception on older workers. Based on the findings, practical implications about older workers' career adaptability and the way how to hold older workers.

This study is a descriptive research study to conducted the mediating effect of learning flow in the relationship between optimism and career adaptability in order to improve the career adaptability of nursing students. The subjects were students enrolled in the nursing department of 4-year universities in G and M cities. Data were collected from April to May 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Baron and Kenny's regression analysis. As a result of the study, first, optimism showed a positive effect on learning flow. Second, optimism showed a positive effect on career adaptability. Third, learning flow showed a partial mediating effect on the relation between optimism and career adaptability. From this, these findings suggest that strategies to promote a optimism and learning flow should be operated in order to improve the career adaptability of nursing students in the nursing education field.

스트림 데이터를 생성하는 응용의 증가로 스트림 데이터 처리에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 응용의 예로 센서네트워크, 모니터링, Selective dissemination of information(SDI)등이 있다. 특히 SDI와 같은 웹 환경의 응용은 XML을 기반으로 스트림 데이터 처리에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. XML은 웹상의 데이터 교환의 표준으로 웹 응용의 증가로 인해 스트림 데이터 처리 분야에서도 XML을 사용하는 스트림 데이터 처리 시스템에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 XML을 기반으로 하는 기존의 시스템들은 정적인 질의계획을 사용하여 스트림 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 동적으로 변하는 스트림 데이터에 적응력있게 대처할 수 있다. 이와 달리 관계 데이터 모델을 사용하는 스트림 데이터 처리 시스템은 동적인 질의 계획과 질의 처리 연산자의 라우팅(스케쥴링) 기법을 사용하여 적응력있는 질의처리를 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 관계 데이터 모델을 사용하는 시스템의 적응력있는 질의처리 모델을 XML을 기반으로 하는 시스템에 적용하는 기법들에 대하여 설명한다. 그리고 XML을 기반으로 하는 기존의 대표적인 시스템인 YFilter[7]와 본 논문의 제안하는 시스템과의 질의처리 성능을 비교 평가한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool to find out the ability of middle and high school students to adapt to untact instruction. As a result of the extraction, a untact instructional adaptability test paper was created with 24 questions of 6 factors: tool use, responsibility, concentration, confidence, adaptability, and cooperation. The results of the analysis of the goodness of the test are as follows. First, the reliability coefficient of the internal consistency of the item was found to be .888 for the entire Chronbach's α, and the reliability range for each domain was .621 to .854, which was sufficiently reliable. Secondly, the results of Construct Validity by confirmatory factor analysis are in the good categories as absolute fit indices RMSEA=.0108 and SRMR=.0794 in the CFA model. It was confirmed that it properly included the characteristics you want to see.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of creative leadership and self-efficacy on college adaptability of nursing students. For the study, 380 students of G city nursing students were subjected to creative leadership test, self-efficacy test and college adaptability test. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted through SPSS24.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, college adaptability showed a positive correlation with self-efficacy and subordinate factors of creative leadership such as personal leadership, servant leadership, and problem-solving leadership. Second, as a result of the multiple regression analysis on the factors that showed significant difference in correlation, the factors that contribute to college adaptability were personal leadership, servant leadership, and self-efficacy in order of 41.1%.

This study is aimed at verifying the effect of class-based group art therapy program on child's emotional regulation and school adjustment improvement. The target of this study consisted of the lowest-leveled 3rd graders among the students attending A Elementary School, located in 00, Daejeon City, who were tested for school adjustment. The class-based group art therapy program was implemented from October 15, 2014 to November 19, 2014, once a week, for 40 minutes for each session, a total of six rounds. For this study, the scale of emotional regulation and school adjustment was used by pre-post comparison. As an analysis method for verifying the effects of this study, ANCOVA was used in consideration of pre-test, in comparison of post-test results between groups, regarding the scale factors of emotional regulation and school adjustment. As a result of analysis, first, child's emotional regulation was significantly improved after the program performance. Second, child's school adjustment. was significantly improved after the program performance. In conclusion, class-based group art therapy program let children see through the process of emotional change, and properly regulate their emotions. At the same time, the program provided situations in which peers meet together casually, giving a positive change for school adjustment improvement based on the peer relationship. In addition, this study has a meaning to help enjoying school life, by constructing a proper program to be applied at school in a variety of ways.

21세기는 창의력과 적응력이 국가 발전의 척도가 된다. 지식 격차를 줄이고, 창의력과 적응력을 효과적으로 습득하기 위해서는 책읽기가 필요하다. 결국 독서문화의 성숙 없이는 급격하게 변화하는 국제환경에 올바로 적응하기 힘들며 국가 경쟁력을 가지기도 힘들뿐만 아니라 국가 발전도 요원하게 된다. 따라서 책을 읽을 수 있도록 하는 사회, 교육환경을 개선하는 일이야말로 그 어떤 인프라구축보다도 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다.

As we are getting to deal with more applications that generate streaming data such as sensor network, monitoring, and SDI (selective dissemination of information), active research is being conducted to support efficient processing of queries over streaming data. The applications on the Web environment like SDI, among others, require query processing over streaming XML data, and its investigation is very important because XML has been established as the standard for data exchange on the Web. One of the major problems with the previous systems that support query processing over streaming XML data is that they cannot deal adaptively with dynamically changing stream because they rely on static query plans. On the other hand, the stream query processing systems based on relational data model have achieved adaptiveness in query processing due to query operator routing. In this paper, we propose a system of adaptive query processing over streaming XML data in which the model of adaptive query processing over streaming relational data is applied. We compare our system with YFiiter, one of the representative systems that provide XML stream query processing capability, to show efficiency of our system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of career decision making type, career self regulation, self leadership on career adaptability of nursing student. Subjects were 215 nursing students at a university in Chungchung-Namdo. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Career Adaptability had significant positive correlations with self regulation, self leadership, rational decision making type, intuitive decision making type. These variables explained 62.7% of the variance on nursing students career adaptability. Development and provision of intervention programs to increase self leadership, career self regulation and rational decision making type will help to increase nursing students's career adaptability.
