In this paper, the following facts have been reviewed: First, statistics should have the characteristics of descriptive, inferential, and applicative statistics in "information-Knowledge Society." Second, the computer has been employed in the process data collection and data analysis for producing the statistics with timeliness and efficiency. Third, we have to develop a statistical development plan which lays emphasis on the production of applicative statistics in the coming "Internet Cyber Society." In addition, we investigaated statistical survey methods. The prospects of internet surveys were also investigated here. On the basis of the above review and investigation. we suggested "an integrated system of computer-assisted statistical surveys" that can be applied to all kinds of surveys and statistics.nds of surveys and statistics.

This study is focusing on the establishment of knowledge management framework of library, supposed that library becomes an integrated knowledge system offering various types of knowledge. Knowledge management of library based on knowledge ecology justifies the logical and physical roles of library, as the sustainer of the knowledge ecosystem in which all the types of social factors consisting of knowledge ecosystem are Interacting to continuously circulate knowledge. The library as the center of knowledge ecosystem should make sure the systemized environment in which knowledge producer is supported to timely distribute knowledge to knowledge consumer through information professional accomplishing the role of knowledge facilitator.

본 논문은 V2G를 위한 Bidirectional OBC를 제안한다. 상용화 시 적시 적용 가능한 높은 역/전송 효율의 Bidirectional OBC 전력회로를 제안하고 베터리 전력을 입력원으로 분산형 전력공급 장치에서 요구하는 품질을 만족하는 전력 생산을 위해 계통연계 회로 및 제어 기술을 제안한다. Bidirectional OBC의 PFC Type은 양방향 구현을 위해 기존 MOSFET과 Diode로 구현된 구조와 달리 모두 IGBT를 이용하여 Single Phase Inverter를 구현 하였으며, IGBT 이용 시 예측되는 Reverse Recovery Loss 개선을 위하여 Hybrid Switch 구조를 제안 하였다. Bidirectional OBC의 DC/DC Type은 전송 및 역송에 따라 Buck동작과 Boost 동작이 가능하도록 설계 하였고 Secondary LC Resonant Topology 가변구조법을 사용 하였다.

The supply chain in plant construction project can be defined as a network combined between elements which is engineering, procurement, construction, start-up. For successfully leading construction project, close relation and mutual cooperation should be preceded and Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is needed to improve the relation. In particular, because safety is a top priority for the companies work in the construction of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), it is necessary to control all parties realated with NPP construction systematically. In this situation, it is important to purchase high-quality equipment in timely manner by developing Integrated cooperative systems. Therefore, this study aimed to propose developing solutions of SCM such as JIT and Envelop Design system, which can reduces difficulties of decision making between the parties involved in the project and will increase the efficiency of the engineering process in NPP.

최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

늘어나는 사용자의 요구를 충족시키고, 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 산업 전반에 걸쳐 정보기술의 적용이 확대됨에 따라 임베디드 소프트웨어 제품의 활용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 기업에서는 기존 자사 제품의 생산에서 시장 적시성과 고품질을 달성하기 위한 체계적인 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으나 그에 따른 기술 및 인력의 부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결에 일조하기 위해 한국전자통신연구원에서 최근에 개발한 제품계열기반의 임베디드 시스템 개발 방법론의 개념, 프로세스 등을 제시하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 사회의 도래로 모바일 비즈니스 서비스 수요의 증대와 다양한 사용자 요구사항 및 변경이 빈번해짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 특성을 적시에 반영할 수 있는 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 기술이 필수적이다. 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인은 공통의 유사한 기능을 가지고 있는 소프트웨어 제품 혹은 소프트웨어 시스템 집합으로 특정 영역의 시장과 용도의 요구사항에 따라 재사용 가능한 아키텍처 및 컴포넌트를 구성함으로써 생산성과 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히, 시스템을 분할하고 구조화하여 시스템의 성능과 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 소프트웨어 아키텍처 개념이 중요시 되면서 아키텍처의 개발과 평가에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CBD (Component Based Development)를 기반한 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인(PLD: Product Line based Development)을 도입하여 모바일 비즈니스 도메인에 적합한 모바일 응용 시스템 아키텍처(MASA: Mobile Application System Architecture)를 제시한다.

This paper considers a supply chain consisting of a component manufacturer and a product manufacturer. The component manufacturer provides components for the product manufacturer based on a vendor-managed inventory type of supply contract, and also faces demands from the market with the option of to accept or reject each incoming demand. Using the Markov decision process model, we examine the structure of the optimal production control and inventory rationing policy. Two types of heuristics are presented. One is the fixed-buffer policy and the other uses two linear functions. We implement a computational study and present managerial insights based on the observations.

현재의 우리나라 SI 관련 산업 분류체계는 상세한 수준의 분류가 이루어지지 못하고 있을 뿐 아니라 새로운 기술 및 산업계의 변화를 적시에 반영시키지 못하는 단점이 있다. SI 분야 산업 발전에 따라 보다 정확한 세부분야 별 생산성 및 매출액 등의 데이터가 필요할 뿐만 아니라 적극적인 수출품목으로의 육성을 위하여 국제적인 분류체계와도 일관성을 가져야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 국내 외 SI 산업 분류체계의 장단점을 분석한 후 목적중심적인 새로운 SI 분류체계를 제안한다.
