This purpose of this study was to use the meta-summary method to systematically integrate the findings of the heterogeneous qualitative research on the factors influencing the sexual identity formation process of lesbian, gay, and bisexual groups in Korea. The integrative investigation of the universal or unique factors affecting the identity formation of sexual minority is important to understand their internal experiences and support their psychological adaptation. Using a qualitative meta-summary, this study systematically identified and abbriviated the psychological and social factors that promote or impede the sexual identity acceptance and integration of LGB individuals. First, a total of 9 studies which were published in Korea up to 2021 were identified through the research database. The included studies were critically evaluated by using the Critical Appraisal Screening Programme tool. A total of 179 statements were extracted from the findings of each study and 34 abstracted statements were generated. The 34 abstracted statements were categorized into four groups, psychological factors that promote or impede sexual identity formation and social factors that promote or impede it. These four main categories and corresponding factors in each category were explained. The implications and limitations were also discussed.

Recently government is set to expand its policy to promote technical proposal tendering in a dimension of technical competitiveness reinforcement. Because a variety of complicated techniques are applied in technical proposal tendering and variables could be occurred in terms of cost, schedule, constructability and others when techniques are reflected on design document collaboration management among participants is considered insignificantly. So the research would determine primary management factors and presents management direction for collaboration among participants. First action for this is categorization of hindrance factors to collaboration into five factors as 'Poor work processing', 'Communication cap among participants', 'Lack of understanding about technical proposal tendering', 'Difficulty of decision making' and 'Insufficiency in managing the work data'. Second correlation analysis is conducted between the categorized factors and participants according to tasks in technical proposal tendering to figure out the correlation degree of variables. If there is a strong correlation between variables, hindrance factor in that case regarded primary management factor to collaboration and finally management direction is presented at each task.

세계적으로 선박 교통량 증가와 함께 선박 사고 원인의 90% 이상을 차지하는 인적요인에 대한 심층적인 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 해상교통관제 업무는 고도의 주의와 예측능력을 요구하며 이를 저해하는 인적요인 분석 및 관리 필요성이 절실한 분야이다. 특히 관제업무는 교대근무 등의 불규칙한 근무형태로 인해 발생되는 피로와 업무 집중력 저하, 스트레스가 많은 업무이다. 무엇보다 관제 업무는 해상안전에 핵심적인 역할을 하는데, 관제사의 피로와 스트레스로 인한 업무 차질은 자칫 안전사고로까지 이어질 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 이렇듯 인적요인이 중요한 영역임에도 불구하고 관제사들의 체계적인 스트레스 관리에 대한 방안은 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 직무스트레스 유발요인, 유발결과 및 설문조사를 통하여 관제사들의 직무스트레스 현 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 연구결과를 바탕으로 관제사의 피로, 스트레스를 관리하기 위한 방안과 더 나아가 효율적인 인적요인 안전관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This study is intended to analyze the actual condition of operating the full-text information disclosure system of government and Officials' Perceptions. According to the results of analysis, the public servant group's level of full-text information disclosure system was high. With regard to the positive and negative function of full-text information disclosure, an expectation for positive function was high in the aspect of assuring the transparency of administration. And public servants were worried about an increase in the burden of administrative duties. With regard to factors in hindering the development of full-text information disclosure, it was shown that the percentage of clients' abuse and misuse of full-text information was the highest. For the activation of full-text information disclosure system, it is necessary to prepare measures for preventing the abuse and misuse of full-text information.

Recently, in the korean construction industry, the importance of cost management in the building design process has been grown up institutional systems and policies for the cost management of design stages are however weakness. Traditionally, the range of cost management has been limited to the construction stages, and due to inefficiency of the infrastructure such as standards and building cost data for cost management. It has trouble to perform the cost management in building design process. This study intends to derive key influence factors for raising efficiency of cost management. With questionnaire surveys to professionals, we analyze a current situations and the influence of obstacle factors on cost management. Finally, the key influence factors are induced, based on the result of the analysis on influence the obstacle factors.

리니어 모터는 큰 이송속도와 정밀한 위치제어가 가능하여 고정밀도가 요구되는 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 중 리니어 모터의 정밀도를 저해하는 요인 및 측정 방법에 대해서도 연구가 점차로 많이 진행되고 있으며, 현재 시스템이 가지고 있는 기하학적 오차에 관한 연구와 열변형에 관한 연구가 보고되었다. 특히 기하학적 오차는 가공물의 정밀도를 결정하는 중요한 지표이며, 가공된 물체를 결정하는 기본요소이기 때문에 가장 많이 연구되었으며, 이에 대한 다양한 해석 방법과 보상에 관한 연구가 이루어졌다.(중략)

Macrophage migration inhibitory fartor (MIF), known as a cytokine, is a multifunctional protein that is ubiquitously expressed in a variety of cells and tissues; however, enzymatic function of MIF still remains elusive in cells. In this study, we assessed details of the tautomerase activity of MIF. We established rapid purification condition for MIF by using pGEX system and compared the L-dopachrome tautomerase activity of GST-MIF, tMIF, and MIF. The results show that GST (glutathione S-transferase)-epitope tag or N-terminal amino acids flanking the essential $P^{2}$ almost completely abrogated L-dopachrome tautomerase activity of MIF. Subsequently, to determine whether the N-terminal tags have effects on oligomerization of MIF, protein cross-linking products were analyzed on $15\%$ SDS-PACE. The result demonstrates that N-terminal tags are dispensable for the formation of MIF's homooligomers. Thus, the results imply that exposure of If containing hydrophobic pocket in the active site is critical for L-dopachrome tautomerase activity of MIF. In addition, our study suggest that the MIF's tautomerase activity might be influenced by interacting with cellular partners.

아연은 다양한 독성 물질로부터 유도된 아폼토시스를 저해하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 이 기전에 대해서는 명확히 밝혀지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 인간 유방암 세포 MCF-7에 카드뮴을 처리하였을 때 유도되는 아폼토시스에 대한 아연의 저해효과를 살펴보았다. 아연의 아폼토시스 저해 효과는 DNA분절현상, 핵의 쪼개짐 그리고 caspase-9의 발현을 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 아연의 아폼토시스 저해효과가 카드뮴에 의한 산화적 스트레스와 관련이 있는지 확인하기 위하여 활성산소인 peroxide의 농도를 세포내에서 측정하였다. 나아가 superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) 그리고 glutahion redurtase (CR)같은 활성산소에 대한 인체내 방어기작으로 작용하는 항산화 효소의 활성을 측정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 아연이 카드뮴에 의해 생성된 세포내의 활성산소의 양을 감소시키고 항산화 효소를 회복시키는 기전이 카드뮴에 의한 아폼토시스를 저해하는 한 요인으로 사료되어진다.
