경사지 활용 저층 집합주택의 개발가능성과 경사도별 모델 제안 (The Feasibility Study of Low-rise Housing Plans on Hilly Site and Design Model Proposals)

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development on the hilly site in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of low-rise housing as an alternative housing plan on hilly sites. Several generic solutions of the combination of building type and road pattern are tested for a simulation process, and evaluated in terms of crucial design issues; development density, parking space and open space. As a result, four reasonable models are selected for making full use of geographical features of hilly site, two models each land slope of $18^{\circ}$ and $26^{\circ}$. Several design techniques for each model are also suggested, in ensuring the development feasibility by considering land slope, vehicular access and parking, common open space, and community facilities.

저층 RC 필로티형 집합 주택의 내진 성능 평가 (Seismic performance evaluation of piloti-type low-rise RC apartment building)

  • 본 연구는 목적은 1층에 연층/약층 및 비틀림 비정형성을 동시에 보유한 우리나라 비내진 현존 필로티형 저층 집합주택의 내진 취약성을 평가하는 것이다. 해석 구조물로서 4층 RC 집합 주택이 선정되었고, 선형 동적 해석법을 사용하여 해석되었으며, FEMA356에 의하여 평가되었다. 해석 결과 본 구조물은 FEMA356의 선형 동적 해석법 규정을 만족하였다.

  • This research starts from the questioning of current housing development situation on hilly sites in Korea. It aims to investigate various design techniques of row-rise housing as an alternative housing type on hilly sites. Several generic solutions are proposed by considering the density of dwelling, parking plans, exterior space and access patterns, making full use of geographical features of hilly site and existing facilities. In order to promote development feasibility of proposed plans, the efficiency of the proposed techniques are verified in terms of development density, enhancement of community space, habitability of housing.

도시단독주택지 저층고밀형 집합주택 모델의 적용에 관한 연구 - 우이동 국민주택단지를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Application of Low-Rise and High-Density Multiple Dwelling Housing Model in Urban Individual Residential Area - Focused on Ui-dong Public Detached Housing Area -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the indiscriminate development occuring as a result of high-density land use per lot in residential areas of Seoul, which mainly consist of detached houses. The primary goals of this study were: (1) to suggest a block unit development method as an alternative architectural method of the current uniform development, in which high-rise and high-density apartments are usually built; and (2) to check the feasibility of the suggested method. Based on the analyses of the existing block composition types of residential areas, the prerequisite planning indices for applying a collective housing model were investigated. Subsequent to applying a collective housing type within each unit block, the collective housing model was analyzed. The results of the analyses showed that indiscriminate development was rampant in detached urban houses areas, and more than 70% of the buildings constructed before the 1980s needed re-development. The feasibility of the models was investigated depending on the models of low-rise and high-density collective housing, which utilize various block arrangements such as the court type, linear type, villa type, and composite type. The results of this study showed that the newly applied low-rise and highdensity multiple dwelling housing model in urban individual residential area significantly contributed to creating a good living environment in terms of both physical and psychological aspects.

  • 1층에 필로티를 가지는 저층 RC 집합주택의 표준대상구조물을 선정하여 비선형 정적해석에 의해 우리나라 내진 기준에 정하는 최대 지진과 설계 지진에 대하여 내진성능을 평가하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 FEMA356 (혹은 ASCE/SEI-41) 보고서에 의해 목표 변위를 산정한 후 이 목표 변위에 대한 주요 부재(기둥, 벽체)의 상태를 검토하였다. 이 결과 (1) 기둥은 생명안전수준(LS)과 붕괴 방지 수준(CP)의 요구 조건을 전부 만족하고 있지만 (2) 벽체의 경우 단변 방향은 LS는 만족하였지만, CP는 만족하지 못하였고, 장변 방향의 경우 LS와 CP 공히 만족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The residence means a given place. It is repeated that process of overcome, protection, assimilation and adaptation has applied to environmental condition. Architecture is part of environment and various. Thus there are lots of types. We need the place with uniqueness, and it is suitable for biological and humanistic environment. The living space turned to be meaningful place with design, and people start to live with nature together. Therefore design restructures whole environment and makes people to be closed with nature. We have to understand nature of environment to connect one place with the other place, and people start to put down roots certain place. Coping with social needs, we have to develop the architectural alternative which can be applied to natural condition. This study suggest sound high-density urban residential model as it function social mix.

  • In Korea, most of the historic city became a deteriorated area with low-rise settlement. It is revaluated as a s great potential in spite of slum clearance and redevelopment for a long while after 1970s. A great achievement for low rise multi family housing, in spite of these social change, is not easy to find the cases and social commonness. In the view points, this article deals a ideal model in historic areas, and the model should be get the understanding from the people, because acceptance from people is the beginning for making historic housing areas. The facade model for evaluation prepared as three types, and responses for the models processed by AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process).

  • Modular housing has many advantages such as economy, flexibility and reusability. The domestic modular housing of a continuous stacking method has been built in military facilities, and dormitories. However, there is a limit to present diversity of low-rise multi-family housing. A cross stacking method is a way to pursue diversity of that but there is a difficulty to apply it owe to lack of cases and related technologies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest application techniques in design phase of applying the crossing stacking method in advance.

판상형 공동주택의 동 배치 및 종횡비에 따른 풍압계수 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wind Pressure Coefficients of Flat-type Apartment Complexes Considering Building Layout and Aspect Ratio)

  • 건축물의 환기성능 평가를 위한 모델링 과정에서 핵심 경계조건으로 활용되는 풍압계수는 통상 저층형 단일 건물에 대해서만 자료화되어 있어, 공동주택 단지와 같은 고층형 집합주택의 모델링 시에는 적용할 수 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)해석을 통해 건물의 배치 및 종횡비가 다른 판상형 공동주택에 대하여 풍향각에 따른 풍압계수의 특성을 분석하고 유형화함으로써 환기 모델링 시 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다. 풍향각 0도의 경우 가장 풍상측에 위치한 건물의 정면에서는 좌우가 반전된 S자 형태의 풍압계수 분포가 나타났으며, 최하층, 최상층 및 2개의 변곡점에 해당하는 풍압계수는 건물의 높이와 관계없이 비교적 근사한 값을 보였다. 저층부의 변곡점은 약 11m 높이에 형성되었으며, 고층부 변곡점의 높이는 건물의 높이에 비례하는 추세식을 통해 산출가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 풍향각 45도 조건을 제외하면 대부분의 조건에서 풍압계수의 평균값을 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.
