인터넷과 스마트폰의 보편화로 디지털 저작물의 생산이 고품질 콘텐츠로 연계되어 발전함에 따라 저작권은 오늘날 국민의 재산을 지키고 문화산업 등 21세기 산업을 성장시키는 원동력이자 국가경쟁력의 원천으로 주목받고 있다. 이와 같이 저작권의 중요성이 커짐과 동시에 전 세계적으로 저작권 교육의 중요성도 강조되고 있다. 하지만 현재 한국에서는 초등학생에게 적합한 저작권 교육 체계 및 수업 방법에 관한 연구가 미비하여 저작권 교육이 잘 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 저작권 교육의 새로운 방안을 제시하고 학습자 주도의 디지털 스토리 제작 과정을 경험하는 디지털스토리텔링을 기반 저작권 교육 프로그램을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 디지털 스토리텔링 기반 저작권 프로그램을 통해 초등학교 학생들의 저작권에 대한 인식 및 의식 확대와 저작권 보호 실천 의지 강화를 기대하며 초등학교에서의 효과적인 저작권 교육활동이 이루어지길 기대한다.

저작권 콘텐츠의 해외 진출과 함께, 국내·외 저작권 시장 규모가 증가하고 있다. 이와 동시에 등장한 저작권 침해사이트는 메인 페이지에 저작권 침해사이트를 대표하는 이미지를 게시하는 특징이 있다. 이러한 저작권 침해사이트는 음악, 영화, 드라마 등의 저작권 콘텐츠를 불법 유통시키며 저작권 시장에 피해를 입히고 있다. 공공기관에서는 저작권 침해를 방지하기 위해 저작권 침해사이트를 차단하는 등의 대응을 하고 있지만, 저작권 침해사이트의 생성 속도에 비해 침해 여부 판단 속도가 상대적으로 느려서 차단에 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 저작권 침해사이트의 대표 이미지를 활용한 이미지 블랙리스트에 기반하여 저작권 침해 의심 사이트 탐지 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

In information and communications society, the numbers of elementary students who violate copyright law have been growing due to lack of understanding so they are needed to be educated on copyright. However, current education only has focused on copyright infringement, few numbers of educations have instructed copyright oriented examples linked to regular curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to grow elementary students's understanding of copyright and find new ways of education through designed copyright education program oriented regular curriculum.

본 연구는 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보를 본 수용자들의 저작권에 관한 인지도와 저작권 침해가 줄어드는 효과가 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 최근 인터넷의 일상화에 따른 온라인에서의 저작권자와 수용자들 간에 법적 공방이 잦아지고 있고, 디지털 상품의 유통의 경로가 확대되고 있다. 이는 국내 뿐 만아니라 국외에서도 마찬가지로 저작권에 관하여 많은 사회적 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 저작권 보호를 위한 캠페인과 광고를 각종 매체에서 다양한 형태로 홍보를 하고 있다. 하지만 현실상 수용자들은 저작권 침해를 빈번하게 하고 있으며, 저작권법에 대하여 무지한 상태에서 저작권법 위반으로 고소되는 경우가 생겨나고, 강력해진 법적조치에 따른 반감을 사고 있다. 이에 관하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보의 현황을 알아보고, 계획적 행동이론(TPB)에 적용하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보가 저작권 보호 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 홍보 매체에 따른 차이가 있는지 알아본다.

The purpose of the study was to suggest a model for copyright policy development in the academic libraries. For this purpose. the study investigated the relevant literature, performed a questionnaire survey of 200 academic libraries in Korea, and analyzed the provisions of the copyright policies of 14 academic institutions and libraries in America. According to the result of the questionnaire survey, only 5% of the libraries had their own copyright policies, and 95% of the no-policy-libraries were in need of the development of the policies. And based on the result of the case study on the copyright policies, the study categorized the copyright ownership of the works created by community members into 10 cases and suggested policy alternatives in each cases.

In this paper, the author focused on the establishment of structural equation model for cyber copyright ethics based upon literature reviews. And to draw a factors influencing cyber copyright ethics reception, author are applied a human-technology-contents-culture (HTCoC) perspectives. The basic idea is that copyright ethics is one of the most significant solutions to protect copyrighted materials. Among solutions like technology, institution and legal framework, ethics may be the most powerful alternatives to face with copyright infringement. Among variables, copyright culture is appeared that can mediate the other factors in cyberspace. Concluding remarks is that more sound and sustainable cyber copyright ethics is needed to cope with unexpected negative use of information technology in digital convergence era.

In order to adapt the digital rights management community for the standardisation of expressing rights information in the libraries' content for the control of the rights of the digital works, it is necessary to establish rights information, that can build effective system of the distribution structure by the public ownership of the rights information and the interoperability of system. This research developed rights information constructing system in order to protect and enforce their rights over digital assets and embodied utilizing use-process of rights information.

방송 통신 융합 환경의 도래는 뉴미디어 산업 발전의 기회이며 동시에 저작권의 위기이다. 반면 저작권은 오랜 기간 논의된 문제였음에도, 제도적으로 기술적으로 해결되지 못한 미완의 숙제로 남아있다. 이 글은 저작권 보호와 공정 사용이 문화발전이라는 공동의 목적을 가지고 있음을 논증하고 융합 환경에 대한 구조 분석을 시도한다. 이를 통해 저작권 보호 기술이 가지는 한계와 제약을 검토한다. 또한 OWL로 표현된 관계 기반의 저작물 추적 및 통제 기술을 새롭게 제안한다. 특히 접근 통제 기술인 DRM을 시맨틱하게 설계할 수 있는 저작권 보호 기술의 속성과 특성에 대한 분석을 소개함으로 향후 디지털 콘텐츠 관리 및 응용 기술 구현에 도움을 주고자한다.

이 글의 목적은 디지털 저작권과 프라이버시 사이의 경합적 요인을 분석하고 균형을 위한 대안을 제시하는데 있다. 현재 대부분의 디지털 저작권 보호기술의 핵심은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 방법에 있는데, 이러한 사용자 식별은 익명성을 기반으로 하는 프라이버시에 대한 침해요인이 되고 있다. 이와 같은 경합적 요인을 해결하기 위해 익명성을 보장하는 디지털 저작권 관리기술들이 많이 제안되었으나, 그 대부분이 부분적인 문제에 대한 프로토콜의 형태로 이루어진 대안으로, 현재의 인터넷 환경, 사용자의 행동양식, 경제적 요인 등과 부합하지 않는 측면이 많아 적용하기 곤란하다. 한편, 디지털 저작권 보호를 위한 여러 기술적 노력들도 사실상 저작권 보호 효과는 미미한 반면, 사용자의 권리와 프라이버시에 대한 침해요인을 증대시키고 있다. 현재의 상황은 디지털 저작권과 프라이버시의 균형을 위한 기술적 해결이 요원한 상태이다. 이러한 상황에서 균형을 위한 대안으로 법률에 의한 조정과 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 통한 디지털 저작권 보호가 효과적임을 주장하고자 한다. 즉, 기술적 완벽성보다는 사용자 편리성에 의한 실질적인 저작권보호와 법률과 사용자 계도를 통한 프라이버시 보호를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Internet copyright education on ethical consciousness, moral judgement and piracy intention in Internet copyright. The result of empirical research shows that Internet copyright education effects on piracy intention through moral judgement in order to make a right or wrong decision about the actual piracy behavior. On the other hand, the internet copyright education does not effect on ethical consciousness and piracy intention directly. This result implies that internet copyright education do not actually impact on the attitude and consciousness of online piracy, and that right understanding and proper internet ethic education program have to be considered to protect negative consequences by online piracy.
