2 Component Adhesive Leakage Repair Sealant Evaluation (2액형 점착 실링재의 누수보수재 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study is based on the evaluation of a single component injection type adhesive repair material and a new 2 component type used in leakage of underground concrete structures. The studies showed that based on different mix ratio of the 2 component type adhesive sealant comprised of an asphalt main and latex mixture agent the viscosity of the material compound differed significantly. Based on a permeability testing, injection and economic efficiency, and performance, the appropriate ratio was determined to be 6:1 and was proceeded to the KS F 4935 evaluation method. The 2 component type adhesive sealant uses a static mixer and a cartridge type container for the injection procedure and was able to satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the KS F 4935 standard.

Adhesive and Removable Characteristics of UV Curable Adhesive (자외선 경화형 점착제의 접착 및 재박리 특성)

  • UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was made by blending the di-functional or hexa-functional urethane-acrylate oligomer with synthesized acrylic PSA. The change of adhesive property and removability were investigated at various oligomer contents under each oligomer. As the content of oligomer increased, the peel strength was increased before UV irradiation, but it was decreased after UV irradiation. Also, it was observed that the peel strength increased with decrease of storage modulus (G'), and that loss factor (tan ${\delta}$) of the adhesive material affected the adhesive properties and removability.

  • It is one of the most effective methods for performance improvement of electric railway vehicle to make better the wheel-rail adhesion character. In order to research adhesion character, adhesion system is developed. The experiment system makes it possible to change various adhesion parameters. This paper studied to restrain vibration of slip speed using torque control gy means of slip speed.

  • In electric motor coaches, the rolling stocks move by the adhesive effort between rail and driving wheel. Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the weight of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a re-adhesion control algorithm which uses the maximum adhesive effort by instantaneous estimation of adhesion force using load torque disturbance observer. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the re-adhesion control is performed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.

  • 본 논문은 전동차용 추진제어장치의 재점착제어에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 공전검지 방법에 대하여 기술하고, 등가 관성량을 이용한 추정재점착제어에 관하여 제시한다. 서울시 6호선 국산화 전동차(609편성)와 광주도시철도 1호선 전동차에 적용하여 재점착 제어성의 우수함과 안정성을 검증 하고자 한다.

  • 점착성 유사는 응집 현상을 겪는 유사로, 응집 현상(Flocculation Process)는 응집 과정(Aggregation Process)와 파괴 과정(Breakup Process)의 경쟁으로 이루어진다고 여겨진다. 응집 현상을 통해 점착성 유사는 물과 점착성을 띠는 작은 입자들의 덩어리인 플럭(Floc)을 형성하여 흐름 내에서는 대부분이 플럭의 형태로 이동한다. 점착성 유사의 응집 모형 중 하나인 플럭 성장모형(Floc Growth Model, FGM)은 상미분 방정식으로 시간에 따른 플럭의 크기를 계산하는 모형이다. 응집과 파괴의 평형 상태에서 평균 입경을 얻는다. 이러한 FGM은 낮은 수치 계산 비용으로 합리적인 계산 결과를 얻을 수 있으며, 유사 이동 모형 혹은 흐름 모형과의 결합이 수월한 장점을 가진다. 또한, 닫힌 계(Closed System)에서 질량이 보존되는 특징이 있다. 반면, 결정론적인 특성을 띠면서 특정 플럭 크기만을 계산하기 때문에 점착성 유사의 입도 분포에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 없다. 결정론적 특성을 띠는 FGM에 추계학적 방법을 적용함으로써 특정 확률 분포형을 가지는 플럭의 입도 분포를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 추계학적 FGM과 유사 이동 모형의 결합을 통해 변화하는 유수동역학적 조건에서 플럭의 입도 분포를 산정하고자 한다. 이전의 많은 실험실 실험 결과들은 부유가 발생한 상태를 유지하면서 수행되는 것으로, 특정 난류 특성(난류 소산 매개변수)와 특정 유사 농도 조건에서의 입도 분포를 얻는다. 그러나 하구부 및 하천의 하류는 조류의 영향을 받는 구간으로, 점착성 유사의 특성을 분석하기 위해서는 변화하는 유수동역학적 특성에 관한 고려가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 결합된 점착성 유사 입도 분포 모형은 플럭의 침강과 재부유를 고려할 수 있는 특징을 가지며, 실측자료와의 비교를 통해 입도 분포를 합리적으로 모의하는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구에서 개발된 점착성 유사 입도 분포 모형은 나아가 비점착성 유사의 입도 분포 모형과의 결합을 통해 두 종류의 유사가 혼재하는 구간에서도 합리적인 입도분포와 유사의 이동을 모의할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

Environment-Friendly Bonding of Decorative Veneer by SIS-Based Hotmelt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (환경친화성 SIS계 핫멜트 점착제를 이용한 무늬목 접착)

  • The overlaid panels are important materials in interior and construction with added surface layers (PVC films, decorative paper, decorative veneer). Generally, the adhesive for decorative veneer to wood-based panel is urea-formaldehyde (UF) adhesive which cause the emission of formaldehyde during not only the manufacturing process, but also service life. In this study, environment-friendly SIS-based hotmelt pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) was evaluated as a adhesive for bonding a decorative veneer. The various SIS-based hotmelt PSA was blended as a function of diblock content, softening point of tackifier, tackifier content, and applied to bonding the decorative veneer.

  • The pressure-sensitive adhesive(PSA) tapes are widely used as floor-sealing material in Korean constructive industry. However, the general PSA tapes can not seal the apertures completely. This is one of main reasons to cause imperfect finishing. In order to solve the problems, the asphalts were modified by FKM powder and SBS in this study. The physical properties of modified asphalts were examined by measuring the softening point, viscosity, tensile strength and adhesion strength of FKM and SBS modified asphalt. The softening point of SBS modified asphalt was increased greatly due to the formation of network structure in asphalt. Also, the change of adhesion strength of SBS modified asphalt with temperature was not so great comparing to those of pure asphalt and FKM modified asphalt. The best results of pressure-sensitive adhesion could be obtained by the SBS(linear) modified asphalt containing 6 wt.% of linear type SBS.

  • 유망식생공을 실시한 사면에 집중강우가 유입되면 단위중량이 증가하여 중력방향으로 이동을 하게 되며, 그에 따라 망이 유실되는 경우가 많아, 이를 고려한 점착력 확보가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 강우와 사고사례에 따른 분석을 통하여 적절한 점착력을 확보하기 위한 기준마련 및 제시를 통해 국도이용의 안정성을 확보하고자 한다.

  • In this stduy, we will references to provide reasonable basis for the test environments applicable to the chemical resistance test covered by KS F 4935 『Injection-type Sealing Materials for Water Leakage Crack of Adhesive and Flexible Rubber Asphalt』, analyze the problems with the current test methods in consideration of the features of materials. As a result, we assured more objective data in improved chemical resistance test methods.
