On the Development of Agent-Based Online Game Characters (에이전트 기반 지능형 게임 캐릭터 구현에 관한 연구)

  • 개발적인 측면에서 온라인 게임 환경에서의 NPC(Non Playable Character)들은 환경인식능력, 이동능력, 특수 능력 및 아이템의 소유 배분 등을 원활히 하기 위한 능력들을 소유해야 하며, 게임 환경을 인식, 저장하기 위한 데이터구조와 자신만의 독특한 임무(mission)를 달성하기 위한 계획을 갖고 행위를 해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 NPC는 자신만의 고유한 규칙과 행동 패턴, 그리고 목표(Goal)와 이를 실행하기 위한 계획(plan)을 소유하는 에이전트로 인식되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 기존 게임의 NPC 제어 구조나 구현 방법은 이러한 요구조건에 부합되지 못한 부분이 많았다. C/C++ 같은 컴퓨터 언어들을 이용한 구현은 NPC의 유연성이나, 행위에 많은 문제점이 있었다. 이들 언어의 switch 문법은 NPC의 몇몇 특정 상태를 묘사하고, 그에 대한 행위를 지정하는 방법으로 사용되었으나, 게임 환경이 복잡해지면서, 더욱더 방대한 코드를 만들어야 했고, 해석하는데 많은 어려움을 주었으며, 동일한 NPC에 다른 행동패턴을 적용시키기도 어려웠다. 또한, 대부분의 제어권을 게임 서버 폭에서 도맡아 함으로써, 서버측에 많은 과부하 요인이 되기도 하였다. 이러한 어려움을 제거하기 위해서 게임 스크립트를 사용하기도 하였지만, 그 또한 단순 반복적인 패턴에 사용되거나, 캐릭터의 속성적인 측면만을 기술 할 수 있을 뿐이었다 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해서는 NPC들의 작업에 필요한 지식의 계층적 분화를 해야 하고, 현재 상황과 목표 변화에 적합한 반응을 표현할 수 있는 스크립트의 개발이 필수 적이라 할 수 있다 또한 스크립트의 실행도 게임 서버 측이 아닌 클라이언트 측에서 수행됨으로써, 서버에 걸리는 많은 부하를 줄일 수 있어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는, 대표적인 반응형 에이전트 시스템인 UMPRS/JAM을 이용하여, 에이전트 기반의 게임 캐릭터 구현 방법론에 대해 알아본다.퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. A Study on Performance Measurement of Generational Diversity Company using Balanced Scorecard (BSC): The case of Japanese Companies (균형성과평가(BSC)모델을 활용한 청년·고령자 고용상생기업의 경영성과측정 -일본의 사례분석을 중심으로-)

  • This study aims at analyzing the management strategy and performance of companies that have been pursuing Generational Diversity. The management strategies were examined in terms of production, organizational structure and skill development. Performance was then evaluated using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). We selected four Japanese companies that practice Generational Diversity between the younger(age less then 34) and older generation(age older then 65). Our findings suggest the following. The common management strategies of the four companies include 1) creating generation-diverse teams 2) ensuring flexible work arrangements and 3) providing skill training programs. These strategies have yield positive outcomes such as sales increase, cost reduction (financial perspective) and expansion of the market share (customer perspective). Non-financial performance includes improvement of product and service quality (internal business perspective) and skill improvement of both the young and the old workers (learning and growth perspective). This study provides practical implications to domestic companies for their successful management of generational diversity in workplace.

  • This study analyzed the effect of the operation system of human resource management. First, the primary operating direction of the goal, talent selection system, and personnel management personnel management affected almost all the performance variables. More than one primary goal of personnel management in the loyalty inspired workers more than the fixed labor costs, and external recruitment of short-term hiring favored internal training scheme for long-term employment, employee training, and development in the long term more than short-term performance improvement the more weight to quality and innovation in the productivity of labor, product and services, employee-driven innovation, reduce turnover, had a positive impact on labor relations. On the other hand, the primary goal of personnel management and personnel selection methods had a positive impact on financial performance. Personnel management operating direction did not significantly affect the financial results. Second, the main type of employee utilization affected the quality of products and services, and labor relations. Trying to take advantage of temporary workers more than regular workers had a positive impact on the quality of products and services, and labor relations. Third, the operating unit of Personnel Management had an impact on the degree of innovation of products and services. Both personal achievements and the performance of the operating units had a positive impact on the degree of innovation of products and services, more than teamwork and personnel management. This study provided practical implications for verifying the effect of detailed characteristics of human resource management on financial/non-financial business performance.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보기술 및 시스템이 제조기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 사전평가, 과정평가, 사후평가의 3단계 성과평가모델을 제안하고 특히, 사후평가에서는 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)의 4가지 관점인 재무, 내부 프로세스 평가영역에 대해 구매, 설계, 생산, 물류, 판매, 서비스, 연구/개발, 환경의 8가지 핵심 업무 영역으로 구분하고, 조직(학습 및 성장), 고객 평가영역에 대해서는 기업전체 또는 각 단위 사업부문별 평가를 바탕으로 각 영역별 KPI(Key Performance Index)와 KPI 영향도를 측정한다. 이러한 평가모델을 통해 시스템 도입과 활용의 전 과정을 고려하여 시스템이 업무 영역간의 재무적, 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있다.

웨이브렛 변환과 재무시계열

  • 한 시계열의 원래 관찰치가 본래 가지고 있는 정보를 하나도 잃지 않고 또한 손상시키지 않고 그대로 보존되며 계산이 용이하고, 뿐만 아니라 가능도함수나 비모수 추정함수를 계산함에 있어 수치적 불안정 잠재성이 존재하지 않도록 변환된 시계열을 얻을 수 있으면, 다시 말해 각종 통계량의 계산에 용이하게 적용 가능하되 원래 시계열이 보유하고 있는 모든 성질들은 추호도 손상시킴이 없이 이 시계열을 변환시킬 수 있는 변환방법이 존재한다면, 모수의 추정치와 검정통계량을 정확히 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이와 같은 변환방법이 웨이브렛 변환이다. 이 변환은 푸리에 분석의 결점을 극복하되 후리에 변환이 적용되는 분야에는 거의 모두 적용 가능한 변환방법이다. 이 논문에서는 시계열의 웨이브렛 변환을 소개하고 이 변환이 재무시계열의 모형화에 한몫을 단단히 할 수 있다는 점을 밝히고자 한다. 그리고 웨이브렛 변환을 성공적으로 적용할 수 있는 주가과정을 하나의 예로 제시하여 웨이브렛 변환의 구체적 적용방법을 탐구하고자 한다. 웨이브렛의 주가 시계열의 적용방법의 한 예로 주가의 장기기억과정을 분석한다. 한국과 외국의 일별 주가지수의 수익률 시계열들이 장기기억과정을 따르는 시계열임이 발견되었다. 여러 형태의 웨이브들을 사용하여 검정하였는데 이 모두가 한결같이 주가지수가 장기기억성과정임을 지지하고 있다.

  • This study is aim to verify the mediating effect of entrepreneurial spirit on non-financial performance and self-efficacy. In this study, data were collected through a survey to investigate the relationship between variables, and empirical analysis of the research hypothesis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on self-efficacy; second, it suggests that the stronger entrepreneurship, the better self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy can produce positive results in various aspects, especially through this study, self-efficacy has resulted in improvement of non-financial performance.The results of this study have a positive effect on the various convergence of start-ups and the establishment of a stable start-up culture in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

  • 지식경? 전략과 기업 성과에 대한 기존 연구는 연구방법 및 대상이 제한적이었다. 본 연구는 전략과 성과에 대한 영향분석을 위해 국내 기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 지식경영 전략은 (ⅰ) 내부 및 외부 지식원천을 이용하고 사람 및 지식 재사용을 모두 강조하는 적극적 전략, (ⅱ) 내부지식을 위주로 한 사람중심 전략(ⅲ) 외부지식 위주의 재사용중심 전략(ⅳ) 지식원천 활용이 저조하고 확실한 지식경영 중심이 미비한 소극적 전략의 4 유형으로 대별된다. 기업성과는 재무적 요소와 비재무적 요소가 고려되었다. 또한 조직구조, 문화, 기술적 특성의 차이도 파악되었는데, 적극적 전략의 기업이 조직구조, 문화, 그리고 정보기술 측면에서 지식경영에 적합하다는 점이 파악되었다. 내부지식 위주의 사람 중심형 기업은 조직 공동의 문화형성에 많은 노력을 기울이는 반면, 외부지식 중심의 재사용 중심형 기업은 정보기술 인프라 구축에서 우수함이 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 기업의 지식경영 전략 수립에 실제적 지침을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the effects of business model and product innovation on the performance of firms in mobile ecosystem (모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the factors that affect business model and product innovation on the enterprise performance of the mobile ecosystem, and to confirm the results of whether they have an effect. To this end, through prior research, business model factors and product innovation factors were defined in the mobile ecosystem that was the mother of the 4th industry, and a hypothesis that each factor will affect corporate performance was established. Through the exploratory surveys and interviews, the value proposition of the business model proved to have a positive (+) effect on the financial and non-disaster performance of the company, and the innovation was proved to have a positive (+) effect on the non-financial performance of the company. It was analyzed that the price competitiveness of product innovation had a positive (+) effect on the financial factors of a company, and the initial market entry had a positive (+) effect on the non-financial factors. With this study, we propose the criteria for reviewing the performance of companies that are rapidly competing in the 4th industrial revolution in terms of business model and product innovation.

  • This paper investigate how transaction cost factors affect organizational performance both directly and indirectly, through cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: First, asset uncertainty directly influenced financial and non-financial performance. Also asset specificity and opportunism did not influence financial and non financial performance directly. Second cooperative relationship lasting factors were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on cooperative relationship lasting factors are asset specificity and uncertainty, but opportunism did not directly influence. Third, degree of relationship satisfaction were connected with transaction cost factors direct variables on degree of relationship satisfaction are asset specificity and opportunism, but uncertainty had not affected degree of relationship satisfaction. Fourth, cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relation satisfaction had affected financial performance and non financial performance. In summary, this study find that transaction cost factors had indirectly influenced organizational performance through mediated variables such as cooperative relationship lasting factors and degree of relationship satisfaction.

An Impact of Startup Business Performance by Entrepreneurs' Perceived Importance, Satisfaction, and Level of Meeting to Expectation over Government Startup Business Aid Programs (창업가가 인식한 정부창업지원사업 중요도와 만족도 및 기대충족도가 창업기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to look at the difference between the importance and the satisfaction with respect to government startup aid programs perceived by entrepreneurs to improve the effectiveness of government startup aid policy and verify the causal relationship between startup aid project and business performance. In this respect, this study aims to look at the impact of entrepreneurs' perceived satisfaction over government startup aid programs on startup business performance. Major study findings from this study are as follows. First, as a result of testing statistical significance of the difference between importance and satisfaction in startup education, facility/space, consulting, or fund support field, respectively in start-up assistance project, it appeared that there was a significant difference in all fields. In addition, fund support was the field that showed the biggest difference between importance and satisfaction. Second, the results of IPA (importance-performance analysis), which displays relative importance and performance of start-up assistance project on four quadrants so that entrepreneurs can evaluate which start-up assistance projects they think important and which projects they are satisfied with by themselves are as follows. Let us summarize the distribution of start-up assistance project on four quadrants in the first place. Facility/space support project is distributed in the 1st quadrant that requires ongoing maintenance; start-up funding program in the 2nd quadrant that requires concentrated improvement; consulting support project in the 3rd quadrant that requires limited use at low priority; and start-up education support project in the boundary between the 3rd quadrant that requires limited use and the 4th quadrant that requires rejection against unnecessary items. Third, the results from multiple regression analysis to identify the impact of satisfaction with government startup aid programs over business performance are as follows. As a result of analyzing the influence relationship between government startup aid program and financial performance, it appeared that satisfaction with facility/space had a positive (+) impact on financial performance. This suggests that the higher the satisfaction with facility/space, the higher the financial performance. As a result of analyzing the influence relationship between start-up assistance project and non-financial performance, it appeared that satisfaction with startup education had a positive (+) impact on non-financial performance. This suggests that the higher the satisfaction with startup education, the higher the non-financial performance.
