Convergence of the Factors Influencing of Disaster Perception, Disaster Attitudes and Self-Resilience on Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing (재난인식과 재난관련 태도 및 자아탄력성이 재난간호 핵심수행능력에 미치는 융합적 영향요인)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to identify the factors of convergence effect of the University of Nursing on Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing by Disaster Perception, Disaster Attitude and Self-Resilience. The Disaster Perception, Disaster Attitude, and practical ability to prepare for the dangers of nursing students are important in that students as future nurses must perform their duties to prepare for the situation at the forefront of disaster. The most influential factor in Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing was Self-Resiliency, which was identified in order of disaster-related education and Disaster Attitude. In order to foster Core Competencies on Disaster Nursing among nursing students, it was found that the development of a convergence hands-on training program and a program for disaster-related education, which can be experienced through a variety of disaster-related positive and active attitudes focusing on the self-resiliency section.

  • 본 훈련 시스템은 재난유형별 국가재난대응시나리오 기반의 대응체계를 바탕으로 재난의 종류나 규모, 복잡성 등과 무관하게 유관기관의 재난관리 관계자를 위한 교육 평가를 통해 표준화된 교육 훈련 평가체계를 확립한다. 이를 위해 국내와 해외의 사례에서 조사된 내용의 특 장점 및 표출형태를 고려하여 재난대응역량 강화를 위한 재난 발생 시나리오 기반의 텍스트 위주의 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 무엇보다도 현실적으로 지역의 위험과 위협을 대표하는 검증된 유형별 시나리오를 기반으로 예방(Mitigation) 대비(Preparedness) 대응(Response) 복구(Recovery) 단계의 복잡 다양한 재난상황에 대한 재난대응역량 및 상황대처 능력을 향상시키기 위한 훈련지원 교육으로 활용하기 위한 사용자 확장성이 유용한 훈련용 웹 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사전에 유관기관과의 협력강화를 위한 원활한 재난대응 협력체계 강화방안을 수립하고 재난현장 협력업무와 관련된 필요역량을 도출하는 등의 활동과, 이에 대한 실효성 있는 평가로 재난현장의 기관간 상호협력 능력을 제고할 수 있다. 또한 대응기관의 역량수준을 점검하고, 대응역량에 대해 부족한 부분을 보완하여 효율적 재난대비태세 구축하여, 재난피해를 최소화하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Correlation among Nurses' Educational Status, Knowledge and Disaster Preparedness Abilities (종합병원 간호사의 재난대처교육, 지식, 재난대처능력간 상관관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to define the relationships among awareness about the necessity of disaster preparedness education, the actual educational status, preparedness knowledge, and the certainty of knowledge among nurses. The study participants comprised a total of 125 nurses with over 3 months of clinical experience in general hospitals with more than 100 beds in a metropolitan city. Data were collected in January 2016 and analyzed by descriptive statistics, a t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. The results showed meaningful correlations between the existence of educational programs in hospitals and disaster preparedness abilities (r=.29, p=.001). There were also meaningful correlations between educational experience within a year and disaster preparedness abilities (r=.33, p<.001). There was a negative relationship between disaster preparedness abilities and knowledge (r=-.27, p=.003) and a positive relationship with confidence about the correctness of knowledge(r=.23, p=.003). Based on the results, an educational program in a clinical setting is needed to improve the degree of confidence about the correctness of knowledge and ultimately to enhance disaster preparedness abilities.

A Study on Disaster Nursing Core Competencies of Nursing College Students (일 지역 간호대학생의 재난간호 핵심역량에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factor Disaster Nursing Core Competencies in nursing college students. A descriptive correlation study design was used. The subjects were 144 university students of a university located in D and K city. The study used a Educational Needs on Disaster Nursing, Disaster Nursing Knowledge, Disaster Preparedness, Self-efficacy and Disaster Nursing Core Competencies. Data were collected from February 25 to March 15, 2019 and analyzed with t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple response analysis, stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS IBM 22.0 Program. The findings are follows: First, among the disaster nursing education methods, simulation based practice were the highest. Second, Disaster Nursing Core Competencies was positively correlated with Disaster Preparedness, self-efficacy and Disaster Knowledge. Third, the influencing factors in Disaster Nursing Core Competencies were Grade(β=0.343), Self-efficacy(β=0.329), Disaster Preparedness(β=0.282), Experience of practice in ER(β=0.159), adjusted R2=.532. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an Customized Disaster Program that can improve the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies of nursing college students based on the factors affecting the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies and Educational needs.

Comparative Analysis of Disaster Safety Education Contents of National Curriculum in Korea : Focusing on the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum and the 2015 Revised Curriculum (우리나라 국가수준 교육과정의 재난안전 교육내용 비교 분석 : 2019 개정 누리과정과 2015 개정 교육과정을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum and the 2015 Revised Curriculum for the comparative analysis of disaster safety education contents in the national level curriculum. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the content of disaster safety education for preschoolers in the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum was clarified as 'Knowing how to react in case of accident, fire, disaster, abuse, kidnap etc.' in 'Living safety' category of physical exercise and health sections. Second, in the 2015 Revised Curriculum, disaster safety education contents for elementary school students were found to have the difference between school year in same elementary school curriculum. For first and second graders, 'Disaster safety' was cleary presented in one of major categories of 'Living safety', which was newly created at the creative activity in the Revised 2015 Curriculum. On the other hand, for third to sixth graders, safety education is dispersed in the related subjects such as physical education, science, practical courses or in the creativity activity. Third, the safety contents in the Revised 2015 Curriculum for middle school and high school were also found to be dispersed in social studies, physical education, science, technology-home economics and creativity activity. The results of this study showed that the contents of disaster safety education in the national curriculum did not have continuity and systemicity from kindergarten to high school. Therefore, efforts should be made to ensure continuity and systemicity of disaster safety education contents when the national curriculum is revised in the future.

  • 안전교육을 위한 방법으로 체험교육은 일반 국민들이 사고예방법이나 사고발생시 올바른 대처방법을 체험하게 함으로서 스스로를 안전하게 지킬 수 있는 능력을 습득하는데 매우효과적인 중재전략이다(강신광, 2003: 142-143 전세중, 2008). 또한 학생들을 대상으로 소방안전교육을 실시하고 있지만 교과서에 수록되어 있는 그림이나 이론 위주의 주입식 교육이 주를 이루고 있어 혼란스러운 응급 상황에서 올바르게 대응하기 위해서는 반드시 실제와 같은 가상 상황에서 반복적인 훈련을 통하여 체험할 수 있어야 한다(김현기, 2006 전세중, 2008). 그리하여 김태환(2001: 83-117)은 국민의 안전의식의 향상을 위한 안전 개선에는 주민 스스로가 안전사고에 대한 예방과 유사시 긴급대응을 할 수 있도록 안전에 대한 적극적이고 능동적인 체험교육을 위한 교육시설이 필요하다고 하였다. 안전체험관 설립을 위한 시민의식 조사 연구(김태환, 2001: 83-117)에서도 대부분의 응답자들은 안전사고 발생에 대한 불안감을 가지고 있으나 대처요령을 잘 모르고 있다고 함으로서, 주입식 안전교육의 한계를 극복하고 일반인의 안전의식 결여를 해결하기 위한 체험식 교육을 시행할 수 있는 재난안전체험관의 설립이 시급하다고 주장하였다. 재난발생시 위기상황에서 적용할 수 있는 현장 체험식 안전교육이 필요하다는 사회적 요구에 따라 2003년 최초로 안전종합체험관 형태의 서울시민안전체험관이 개관되었다. 이를 계기로 여러 지방자치 단체에서도 현장과 유사한 교육상황을 제공할 수 있는 안전체험교육의 필요성을 절감하고 잇달아 안전체험관을 설립하여 운영하고 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내외 재난원인조사기관의 전문인력 교육 사례를 조사하여 조사인력의 전문적 역량을 확대하고 인력 수요에 부응할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 조사자료는 국립과학수사연구원, 안전보건공단, 한국시설안전공단, JNIOSH(일본) 등의 관계자 면접조사를 통해 수집하였다. 조사항목은 사고조사인원의 전문성 정도 및 확보 방안, 사고조사인원의 전문성을 위한 교육 여부/목적/내용/중점 방향/교육체계, 사고조사인원의 관련 자격증, 조사 전문인력의 역량 강화를 위한 전문교육 및 훈련 프로그램 등이다.

A Study on Activating Disaster Management Standard Implementation (재난관리기준 이행 활성화 연구)

  • Disaster management standard has not been invigorated because it usually has documented qualities. Since its enactment and notification, there has been a lack of continual education and publicity that lead to poor awareness on disaster management. The purpose of this study investigates on activating the use of disaster management standards by disaster related agencies and organization during their work. It proposes details on how to distribute and promote disaster management standards, develop textbook, evaluation and feedback. Furthermore, it also developed an organizational structure and legal framework as measure for disaster management.

A Study on the Improvement of the Education Effect through the Analysis of Disaster Safety Education in High Schools in Korea (국내 고등학교 재난안전교육 실태분석을 통한 교육효과 증진 방안 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to objectify the analysis results using the disaster safety awareness survey for high school students, which has been systematically and continuously educated since the Ferry Sewol disaster, and to promote educational effects by identifying the educational status. Method: The 12 questions of the disaster safety awareness survey were answered using the direct entry method on a Likert 5-point scale, and the SPSS 24 and varimax (orthogonal rotation) methods were used to establish and test research hypotheses. Result: As a result of the verification, it was found that the independent variables, knowledge competency and attitude competency, had a positive effect on the dependent variable, behavioral competency, and there was no multicollinearity, so it was verified that it was meaningful. Conclusion: As a result of the survey analysis, domestic disaster safety education showed a significant impact on the level of disaster safety awareness as an education that meets its goals. Various aspects of disasters show that the educational effect can be improved only when education is established as education by life cycle.

  • 학교에서 자연재난으로 인해 학생들의 인명피해가 발생하는 사례가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 학생들에게 발생하는 각 재난상황들에 대하여 학생들 스스로 재난상황에 대응할 수 있는 안전능력배양 중요성이 부각되어지고 학교의 안전교육을 강화해야 한다는 지적이 제기되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 학교에서 학생들에게 실시하는 안전교육은 주로 강의식이고, 안전교육을 위한 시설과 장비, 담당하는 인력의 전문성과 안전교육의 체계가 부족하다는 문제점들이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 가상현실과 피지컬컴퓨팅 기반의 안전교육 프로그램을 통해 학생들은 동작인식컨트롤러를 이용하여 가상현실 속 재난상황을 체험하고 행동요령과 사용법 등을 학습하여 위기대응능력을 배양 하고자 한다.
