Recently IoT named Internet of Things technology is widely used throughout the industry. In this paper, a smart vending machine system is proposed to solve inconvenience of vending machine which is commonly seen. This allows users to purchase goods without cash and saves management costs by allowing vending machine managers to stock and sell conveniently. For the production of this smart vending machine, Analysis example using UML which is object-oriented analysis method and flowchart and screen design applying it are presented. Also this presented method is shown to being applied usefully for a guideline of building smart vending machine commercialization system based on IoT.

In this study, focusing on workers wholesale optical frame, analyze the distribution of the optical frame, we studied the improvement of distribution. Has a work in the distribution industry and education in the various age groups, size of the company was small-scale. For the inventory management of the optical frame, systematic management is not performed, expectations for a better distribution system also was not large. In order to ensure better sales, wholesale optical frame company role intermediate of the spectacle manufacturers optical frame consumer deemed it is necessary to ensure the activation of internet sales and joint sale.

본 논문에서는 일반문서 작성 에디터와 동일한 방식으로 웹 문서 작성이 가능한 일반문서와 웹 문서 동시작성 에디터의 설계 및 구현을 통하여 효율적인 웹 문서 작성에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 문서의 파싱한 결과를 데이터베이스에 저장함으로써 웹 문서를 유지하지 않고도 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 웹 어플리케이션이 필요에 따라 동적으로 문서를 생성함으로써 웹 문서 생성과 유지 및 관리를 통합하는 방법을 제시한다. 마지막으로 ASP 컴포넌트의 개념과 컴포넌트 사용의 필요성 및 이점에 대하여 재고하고 본 연구의 수행과정에서 개발한 ASP 컴포넌트(dll)를 통한 효율적인 웹 어플리케이션 및 컴포넌트 개발 방법을 개한다.

제조업의 e-Transformation을 통한 경쟁력 향상 방안은 닷컴 기업의 수익성 향상 등과 함께 e-비즈니스 모델 설계의 주요 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 제조기업의 e-Business화라는 포괄적인 주제에 대하여 철강산업을 대상으로 변화에 대한 주요 요소와 관련된 실증적 사례를 제시하는데 초점을 두었다. 주요 변화관리(Change Management) 요소로는 기업의 내,외부 공급사슬 최적화, 고객관계관리, 구매 및 판매 관련 전자상거래와 정보시스템 활용 등을 정의하고, 이와 관련된 AS-IS 대비 TO-BE의 성과 향상을 위한 개선가능요인(Improvement Potential)과 달성방안을 전개하였다. 본 논문의 특징은 재고 등 내부 효율성 관련 성과 및 고객과 관련된 서비스 수준 향상을 위한 공급사슬 상에서의 Electronic 가치사슬의 재구성과 Logic 개선요소를 철강산업의 실증적 사례를 통하여 제시한데 있다.

지역적으로 분산된 생산 시설을 가지는 업체의 전산화는 업무 프로그램의 개발뿐만 아니라 업체의 분산된 환경에 적합한 정보 공유 네트워크 인프라의 구축 또한 요구된다. 본 연구는 주 생산지는 정보 처리량이 많고 지역적으로 멀리 위치한 생산지들은 정보 유통량이 다소 적은 특수한 분산 환경에 적합하고, 유연하게 확장 가능한 경제적인 네트워크를 구축하였다. 이러한 이질적으로 분산된 환경의 네트워킹은 서버를 근간으로 하는 근거리 네트워크, 인터넷을 통한 서버 접속 네트워크, 전화 모뎀을 통한 서버 접속 네트워크 둥을 포함한다. 업체에 특수한 이질적 분산 환경을 효과적으로 연결하는 이러한 네트워크를 기반으로, 경제적이고 효과적인 분산 재고 관리 전산화 시스템을 개발하여 업체의 생산 관리 효율의 향상을 기대한다.

Operational strategy for inventory control in the distribution system has been given attention. If an individual enterprise implements the strategy, it is not easy to gain scale merits because of limited quantity or burden of inventory. In this study, we propose an operational strategy for inventory control that considers managerial integration of regional distribution centers (RDCs) and present a model of it. In a network of several RDCs, they could share inventory information and supply parts for others in case of an inventory shortage. And a numerical example of the network is illustrated, which compares two operational strategies, integration management of RDCs and individual management of them. The result shows total cost reduction in the strategy of integration management through the efficient inventory control of multi-echelon distribution.

통신환경이 유선에서 무선으로 빠르게 변화되면서, 기업내의 그룹웨어도 무선환경을 지원하는 형태로 점차 변화되고 있다. 그룹웨어는 산재되어 있는 컴퓨터를 네트워킹 방식으로 편성하여, 시너지 효과를 극대화하자는 데서 출발한 것으로 업무의 질을 높일 수 있으며, 이러한 점을 이용하여 기업에서의 영업지원은 물론, 창고 및 재고 관리까지 그 사용의 폭이 넓어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 종류의 기업 가운데, 출판 기업을 대상으로 모바일 그룹웨어의 특징을 활용하여 보다 효율적으로 영업 지원을 수행할 수 있는 유무선 환경에서의 그룹웨어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

This paper makes a detailed comparison between two metrics designed for measuring customer's satisfaction in the retail industry. The first metric, which is called the customer service level, has not been widely used due to the intrinsic requirement on the parameter assumption(s) of the demand distribution. Unlike the customer service level metric the in stock ratio metric does not require any requirements on the demand distribution. And the in stock ratio metric is also very easy to understand the meaning. To develop the detailed planning activities for business with the in stock ratio metric on hand one should collect some information as following : 1) POS (Point of sales) data, 2) Inventory Data 3) Inventory Trend.

The traditional barcode based medicine logistics system have the problems such as loss, management error, online track, public information due to the hand-operated logistic process. Otherwise, quick response allows that the company observe the requests consistently and design medicine and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the product stocked. In this paper, we analyzed how to process medicine circulation logistics and information steps practically and proposed the RFID based medicine logistics system for the quick response in hospital. The proposed method provided the medical history tracing service, the traditional system connection, the efficiency logistic service, and the narcotic specified management service using the medicine logistics information from RFID tag. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the productivity will be improved the efficient medicine logistics by reducing the loss as well as the management error.

It is a very important to manage inventory quickly and accurately in Refrigerated commercial warehouses in which a lot of logistics are often shipping and receiving. Because most of systems for managing refrigerated warehouses consist of COBOL, it will be raised maintenance costs. There is no service for consignees who are consumer of refrigerated warehouses and they use only a fax or a phone for orders. In this paper, we design a mobile framework based on smart phones and supporting a variety of value-added services which are fit consignees, solving problem of outdated legacy systems and no services for consignees. We also implement the mobile framework which is consists of the JSP server and the android clients.
