최근 웹을 기반으로 한 문서의 전자화가 이루어지면서 기존의 전통적인 펜기반 교정 시스템 또한 온라인 상의 전자 문서 환경에 맞게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 펜기반 입력 기법을 사용하는 교정 시스템에서는 일반 문서와 달리 웹 문서의 구조정보를 고려한 편집이 지원되어야 하며 또한 교정 부호와 텍스트 간의 정확한 영역 인식이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 교정 시스템 모델링을 통하여 온라인 환경에 적합한 교정 부호를 정의하고, 교정 대상 텍스트 영역을 편집 가능한 단위로 구분하여 효율적인 편집 연산이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 웹 기반의 구조문서(HTML/XML) 편집 환경을 고려하여 편집으로 인한 문서의 구조 정보 변경을 지원하기 위하여 텍스트를 비구조 및 구조정보 텍스트로 분류하여 정의하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 모델에 기반하여 교정 부호의 특성에 따른 가변적인 편집 텍스트 영역 인식 규칙 모델을 정의하여 교정 부호와 편집 텍스트 영역간의 모호성을 최소화 하고, 편집으로 인한 문서의 구조 정보 변경을 지원하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 결과적으로 온라인 웹 문서 환경에서 펜기반의 모호한 교정 부호의 입력을 인지적인 관점에서 해석하여 보다 정확한 교정 작업 수행을 지원하도록 하였다.

Recently, so that HSC can secure the fire resistance properties at the time of a fire in super tall building suggested method of combined fiber. Thus, there is the purpose to develop the high fireproof concrete which applied method of combined fiber which can satisfy flowability and the fire resistance properties of HSC for construction of the super tall building.

To activate the use of GIS, it is required to support a reliable digi-tal map. A digital map could be the base for other forms of maps as well as for direct applications, In this paper, the structure of such a basic map is pro¬posed. The structure is designed on the consideration of generality and classifica¬tion. The map data files are all character files and classification codes are pro¬posed.

Blue-light-emitting peiymer/dielectric nanolayer nanocomposites were prepared by the solution intercalation method and employed in electroluminescent device. Their photoluminescence and electroluminescence characteristics suggested that the nanolayers isolate the polymer chains and hinder the formation of excimers and aggregates. By reducing the excimer formation and its deleterious effects on emission efficiency, both the color purity and the luminescence stability were improved. Furthermore, the dielectric nanolayers have an aspect ratio of about 500 and therefore act as efficient barriers to oxygen and moisture diffusion, which produced a dramatic increase in the device stability.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 IT의 눈부신 발전과 더불어 언제, 어디서나, 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사회적 요구가 구체화 되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 부응하고자 국내에서는 200km 이상의 빠른 속도로 이동 중에 있더라도 초고속인터넷이나 방송 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 위성/무선통신 연동 초고속인터넷 시스템기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같이 개발된 연동시스템을 국내 고속철도(KTX)에 적용하여 서비스를 제공할 때, 관련 시설투자에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검토하고자 한다. 경제성 분석을 위해 현재 유럽에서 이미 제공되고 있는 고속철도 인터넷 서비스를 조사하였고, 국내 고속철의 특성을 감안하여 필요시설과 장비의 항목별 비용분석을 수행하였다. 해외 사례와 비행기 등의 다른 운송수단에서 예상되는 수요 및 요금 수준에 근거하여 고속철도 인터넷서비스 매출을 시나리오별로 산정하였으며, 각각에 대한 순현재가와 수익률을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여 위성/무선통신 연동 시스템 기술 개발에 대한 경제적 타당성을 도출할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공 시 마케팅자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

인공위성을 이용한 원격탐사가 일반화되어 있는 선진국의 경우 인공위성의 관측자료를 이용한 여러 가지 분야의 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 국제적 경향은 결과적으로 원격탐사정보와 지리정보시스템 기술의 가져오게 되는 계기가 되었다. 이로 인해 환경조사 및 자원탐사, 홍수, 가뭄, 쓰레기 처리, 농업 식량예측, 사막화 해양오염 등 여러 가지 응용 분야에 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 에쉬론 해석법(Myers et. al., 1997)은 이러한 원격탐사에 의해 얻은 각종 공간 데이터 해석을 위해 개발된 것으로, 공간데이터의 위상적 구조를 계통적이고 객관적으로 발견하기 위한 해석법이다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 시${\cdot}$도별 인구 데이터에 본 해석법을 적용해 본다.

A new Hydrodynamic model for the high energy tail electrons(Tail Electron Hydrodynamic Model : TEHD) is developed using the moment method. The Monte Carlo method is applied to a $n^{+}-n^{-}-n^{+}$ device to calibrate the TEHD equations. the discretization method and numerical procedures are explained. New models for the impact ionization and injection into the gate oxide using the tail electron density are proposed. The simulated results of the impact ionization rate for a $n^{+}-n^{-}-n^{+}$ device and MOSFET devices, and the gate injection experiment are shown to give good agreement with the Monte Carlo simulation and the measurements.

본 논문은 기존 통신용 전원장비를 첨단 통신망에 접속하여 원격제어 및 감시가 가능하게끔 해주는 인터페이스에 관한 연구이다. 인터넷, 휴대폰 등 각종 통신이 발전함에 따라 통신용 전원장비도 날이 갈수록 정밀해지고 고용량화 되어가고 있다. 이와 관련하여 통신장비의 관리 및 유지보수비용 또한 상당한 속도로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 시대적 흐름 속에서 비용절감을 위한 연구와 다양한 운영방법들이 논의 되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 통신장비의 관리 및 유지보수 비용의 절감을 위한 원격 감시 제어 환경 속에서 원격지의 전원장비들과 첨단통신망을 연결해주는 인터페이스 장치의 개발에 관하여 논하였다. 개발된 인터페이스 장치는 통신기능을 통하여 전원의 상태를 감시 및 계측할 뿐 아니라 최적온도 및 습도 등의 유지를 위한 제어도 가능한 다기능을 특징으로 한다. 또한 전원의 계측 값들도 485통신을 통하여 바로 디지털 값으로 변환하여 전원감시장치로 보냄으로써 범용성에도 큰 특징을 갖는다고 할 수 있다.

In the precision point synthesis of mechanisms, it is usually required to solve a system of polynomial equations. With the aid of efficient algorithms such as elimination, it is possible to obtain all the solutions of the equations in the complex domain. But among these solutions only real values can be used fur real mechanisms, while imaginary ones are liable to be discarded. In this article, a method is presented, which leads the imaginary solutions to real domain permitting slight alteration of prescribed positions and eventually increases the number of feasible mechanisms satisfying the desired motion approximately. Two synthesis problems of planar 4-bar path generation and spatial 7-bar motion generation are given to verify the proposed method.

포토닉 결정이란 굴절률(또는 유전률)이 다른 물질들을 빛의 파장 정도의 크기로 주기적으로 배열한 인공적인 결정이다. 포토닉 결정은 1989년 Yabnolovitch에 의해 제안되어, 새로운 광 매체로서의 가능성을 열었다. 1차원 자성 포토닉 결정이란 1차원 포토닉 결정 내에 결함층으로 자성층을 삽입한 것을 말한다. 1996년 Inoue 등에 의해 제안된 1차원 자성 포토닉 결정은 결함층으로 삽입된 자성층에 빛이 국재화되어 거대한 자기광학효과를 나타낸다는 점에서 주목을 받고 있다$^{(1)}$ . 본 논문에서는 1 차원 자성 포토닉 결정과 포토닉 결정과의 차이점 및 1 차원 자성 포토닉 결정의 설계와 그에 따른 특성에 대하여 논하고자 한다 (중략)
