The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the public library service for the disabled, by analyzing stakeholders' needs for it. To this end, it analyzed stakeholders' needs, by conducting an analysis on the current condition of the public library service for the disabled, and IPA on and FGI with the disabled, beneficiaries of the service and service provides, employees in charge of it. The findings show that the current condition of the public library service for the disabled is very poor in terms of disabled users, budget for the service for the disabled and special data for the disabled. For the analysis on the needs for the service for the disabled, the results of IPA suggest that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and manage integrated programs reflecting users' needs, and those of FGI indicate that perceptions on disability need to be improved among the disabled, the non-disabled and employees, and that the usage guidance and publicity are required for disabled users to generally use the public library service.

한국증권산업은 최근 5년 동안 증권서비스의 거래방식이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 전환되는 급격한 패러다임의 변화를 겪었다. 이는 온라인 증권서비스가 오프라인에서 제공해 주지 못했던 서비스를 제공해 주었기 때문인 것으로 많은 연구를 통해 밝혀 졌다. 또한 정보통신기술의 급격한 발달과 모바일 기기의 빠른 보급으로 인하여 또다시 증권서비스의 거래 방식이 모바일기기를 이용한 방식으로 점차적으로 전환 될 것이라는 전망이 많이 예측 되었다. 그러나 전문가들이 예상했던 것과는 달리 모바일 증권서비스의 확산 속도는 2003년 온라인 증권 거래 방식 중 모바일 증권서비스의 거래방식이 3% 미만의 비중을 차지하는 등, 그 확산 속도가 정체되거나 매우 느리게 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초기에 많은 전문가들이 예상했던 모바일증권서비스가 활성화 되지 않는 요인을 장애요인으로 정의하고, 사용자들이 모바일증권서비스의 수용의도에 있어서 무엇이 가장 큰 장애요인 인지를 도출해 내고 도출된 장애요인을 실제 온라인 증권서비스 사용자들에게 검증 받는데 그 연구목적이 있다.

다이옥신의 독성은 체중의 감소, 간 대사효소의 증가, 면역억제, 정자 수의 감소, 발암 촉진 등 매우 다양한 양상을 나타내고 있다. 그러나 아직도 다이옥신이 어떻게 다양한 독성을 나타내는지에 대한 설명은 미비한 상태이다. 다만 다이옥신에 의해 증가되는 싸이토크롬 P450 lAl (CYPlAl) 효소 유전자의 전사활성화 기전연구를 통하여 다이옥신의 작용은 생체 내에 존재하는 다이옥신 수용체에 의하여 매개된다는 사실을 알게 되었다. (중략)

한국건강관리협회 서울특별시지부가 지난 해 11월 한달 동안, 성노원 아기집 · 삼성농아원 · 은성기술원 등 10개 사회복지 시설의 수용자들에 대한 무료건강검사를 실시해 추운 겨울을 따듯한 이웃 사랑으로 훈훈하게 해주고 있다. 사회 환원사업의 일원으로 실시된 이번 무료검사에서는 670여명의 아동 · 장애인 · 부녀자 등이 검사를 받았다. 매년 다양한 무료검사사업을 실시해 온 건협 서울지부는 앞으로 이들 사회복지시설 수용자, 저소득층주민에 대한 무료검사를 더욱 확대해 나감으로써 전체 국민의 건강증진에 기여해 나갈 것이라고 밝히고 있다.

This study aimed to analyze characteristics of employment and factors affecting of employment of elderly with disabilities. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests, regression analyses according to the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in Korea. Participants were 452 elderly with disabilities. First, The employment group showed significantly mild disorder, higher health status, absent of chronic disorder, licenses, absent of public employment service, married, absent of basic living security recipient, higher level of household income compared to the unemployed group. Second, Factors affecting employment of elderly with disabilities included public employment service, level of household income. And multi-person factors were acceptance of disabilities and one-person factors were basic living security recipient. Base on these results, suggested for obtaining job of elderly with disabilities.

운동치료는 환자가 자기 자신의 치료에 직접 참여한다는 측면에서 다른 수동적인 치료보다 더 효과적이라고 생각된다. 이 논문의 목적은 관련문헌을 찾아내어 경추의 장애를 치료하는데 운동치료가 효과적이라는 것을 입증하는 증거를 찾아내기 위한 것이다. 경추 장애를 치료하기 위한 여러 가지 형태의 운동치료를 포함하는 연구를 찾아내기 위하여 7가지의 컴퓨터 문헌탐색을 수행하였고 출판된 전문을 아들레이드 내에서 구할 수 있는 것만 검토하였다. 문헌 평가도구를 사용하여 연구의 질을 평가하였고 그 결과를 표로 제시하였다. 111개의 문헌 중 34개가 포함 기준에 합당하였으며 이 중 18개의 임상실험연구를 수집하여 운동치료의 효과를 조사하기 위하여 그 질을 분석하였다. 임상실험연구의 전체적인 질은 "우수"였다. 도수치료와 운동치료를 병행하여 치료를 실시한 5개의 "탁웰"한 질의 임상실험연구에서 근력의 증가와 통증의 감소를 보였다. 3개의 임상연구에서 근력강화운동이 증상의 경감에 효과가 있다고 하였다. 2개의 "우수"와 "중등도"의 질의 문헌에서 집단운동이 개별적인 물리치료만큼 효과가 있다고 하였다. 고유수용성 운동과 다른 형태의 운동 또한 경추의 장애의 치료에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 글의 소견은 경추 장애의 치료에 운동이 효과적이라는 이전의 연구결과를 지지한다. 또한 경추 장애의 치료에 다른 형태의 운동의 상대적인 효과를 확인하기 위한 훌륭한 질의 연구가 더 행해질 필요가 있다고 본다.

당뇨병과 정신건강은 어떤 관련성이 있을까? 당뇨병이 스트레스나 우울증과 관련이 있다는 것은 비교적 잘 알려져 있는데 다른 정신건강 문제와도 관련이 있을까? 당뇨병을 꾸준히 관리하는 것만도 수월하지 않은 당뇨병 환자에게 정신건강 관리를 하라는 것은 또 다른 부담을 가중시킬 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 효과적인 당뇨병 관리를 위해서는 정신건강에 관심을 기울이고 함께 관리하지 않을 수 없다. 건강하고 안정적인 정신건강 상태는 당뇨병 관리의 뒷받침이 되므로 당뇨병의 효과적인 관리를 위해 선행되어야 할 요소이다. 종종 정신건강 문제는 당뇨병 관리의 방해요인이 되기 때문에 이를 방지하기 위해서도 정신건강 관리는 당뇨병 관리와 함께 이루어져야 한다. 스트레스, 우울, 불안 등 정신건강 문제들이 어느 정도 해결될 때, 비로소 당뇨병 자가관리를 지속할 수 있으며 그 효과를 거둘 수 있는 것이다. 대부분의 당뇨병 환자는 진단기준을 충족시키지는 않더라도 적어도 가끔은 정신장애 증상을 경험할 수 있다. 일부 환자는 진단기준에 부합하는 장기간의 심각한 정신과적 증상으로 고통을 받기도 한다. 당뇨병 진단 후 당뇨병을 심리적으로 수용하고 관리하는 과정에서 정신장애를 경험하게 될 가능성이 높아진다. 정신장애도 만성질환의 속성을 가지므로 정신장애를 동반한 당뇨병 환자는 만성질환 관리의 부담이 가중될 수 있다. 따라서 정신장애를 최대한 예방하고 적시에 적절한 치료를 통해 심화되지 않도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 당뇨병과 관련 있는 정신장애에 대한 이해와 지식을 갖추는 것이 필요하다.

It is a research study to look at the satisfaction of disabled persons are using a specific transportation system, and displays to see what effect the quality of life and the acceptance of disability. The survey of disabled persons in a moving vehicle assistance support Jeju vulnerable road users, using the final 81. Analysis, STS reason to use that vehicle wheelchair lift is the most common response, STS safety-related satisfaction was highest in the wheelchair. However, satisfaction of convenience associated with the use of the procedure was the lowest. The more stable satisfaction of STS is high, a positive impact on the quality of life(satisfaction and the food, clothing and housing)was confirmed. Therefore, in order to increase the satisfaction of STS and to improve the quality of life, it is necessary to improve the utilization procedures and safe operations and additional support of the wheelchair lift car to ensure rights of mobility.

This study conducted in-depth interviews of seven parents with autistic adults and analyzed them using qualitative case study methods in order to understand overall meaning of care experiences of parents with autistic adult children. Thus, four key topics which are 'experience of embracement', 'experience of anticipation', 'experience of despair', 'experience of resistance' were constructed. Under these key topics, 12 subcategories which are 'accepting reality', 'positive experience', 'gradual improvement', 'desire to provide better quality of life', 'expectation towards the society', 'strenuous lives', 'psychological exhaustion', 'predicted anxiety', 'defensive attitude', 'distrust of social welfare', 'confronting injustice', 'active behaviors' were constructed. According to the analysis, care experiences of parents with autistic adults are not segmentary, but they are intertwined which make them more dynamic. Thus, easing their despair, empowering positiveness to them, and assisting them to have healthy resistant voice are needed to support the parents with autistic adults. Based on the analysis, we suggest an intervention plan to support autistic adults and their parents.

Geron-technology contributing to successful "Aging in place" increases the quality of life for the elderly and decreases the social caring cost. This study aims to identify influencing factors on pre-implementation acceptance of geron-technology for the elderly residing in a community. Data for 129 participants were analyzed. Results indicated that location, physical function, lack of technical support by family members, and the high financial cost as a 28% power were identified as the influencing factors on pre-implementation acceptance of geron-technology. Therefore, in the development of health and welfare strategy, these influencing factors should be considered in order to archive 'aging in place' for the elderly.
