But It is presented problems about compatability and availability between variable equipment as several protocol. It is able to occur the Problem which is not considered efficiency as monopoly security equipment for the standardization of some vendor As a using of VPN gateway equipment. the same equipments have been actually used only for sale a communication equipment which are not confirmed(authenticate) between of mutual equipments. These problem is remain which are not considered suitable network environment and Position by mutual authentication Processing. Because it is considered for only sale a equipment of several vendor. And You will be remain where is unable to protect from attack of using the same equipment, and You will need a actually Protected method. By authentication system of base on Pn , although there is an intended attack from the third intruder, users can be protected with safe from the physical attacks since he is not a Permitted user by employing CA-VPN gateway that is more viable than the previous VPN connection in its security and certification.

  • In this study, we analyzed risks of the fabrication process equipment and cleanroom for semiconductor/flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing facilities and studied the fundamental safety measures for the risk factors. We examined the explosion proof design models considering the specificity of equipment and environment, and planned to utilize the findings to provide technical standards and grounds for designing and manufacturing related equipment. We believe that this study will contribute to the establishment of technical standards for semiconductor/FPD industry and businesses in many different ways by providing optimized modeling of high-risk explosion site detection, developing safety standards and hazard countermeasures and voluntary activation of safety certification system for operation of fabrication process equipment.

  • This study adopts 'intersectionality' as a key concept of Sheila Levrant de Bretteville's design works. As a method of research, this research suggests the definition of intersectionality, from the idea of black feminism. Analysis of the features are such as 1) Typography of speech, 2) Collection of narrative, and 3) site specific installation. The inclusion of the various situations of the individuals reflected in the design throughout de Bretteville's works has made it possible to guarantee the intersectionality. De Bretteville overthrows the context of the power in which the design is placed, embracing forgotten or less illuminated positions. As a result, this research could derive three implications such as 1) visualization of invisibility, 2) subjectification of object, and 3) demarginalization of marginality. The perspective of the intersectionality are in line with the values of contemporary Korean society and might be an insight for researchers who want to establish a design philosophy.

  • Interest and investment in drones that apply the concept of the 4th industrial revolution and ICT convergence advanced technology are continuing. The purpose of drone operation has been widely spread from the initial military use to the use of various industries such as construction, forestry, facilities, and agricultural support. In these industries, the training of pilots who can actually operate drones is increasing centering on the qualification system. However, the detailed standards including the training place, training place, educational environment, and education method for nurturing pilots are ambiguous, so the education through the oral instruction of the training instructor is continuing at the drone training site. In order to solve this problem, this study conducted a study on a dual control platform in which a training instructor could directly intervene in the pilot's flying drone to execute a map in order to improve the quality of synesthesia, which is essential in the field.

The Process of Archiving Sewol Accident and its Meaning (세월호 사건 기록화의 과정과 의의)

  • The sinking of the Sewol ferry has not only induced an intense conflict in Korean society but also been developed into a sociopolitical issue. This paper divides this accident into five stages and examines the records produced at each stage. The Sewolho Citizen Archive Network and the Ansan Citizen Record Committee began the archiving of Sewol and created the 416 Archives. The records of Sewol are social and political records that hold envidencial and historical value. They can be used to rebuild and recover the wounded community as well as to investigate the truth behind the case. Accident archiving collects materials different to the ones which public archiving does, allowing people to view the incident from a different standpoint. It is also characterized as an archiving of the current issue, social movement and regional community. Accident archiving is a method which ensures credibility and impartiality in memory. In light of Sewol archives, accident archiving can contribute to form mature democracy.

Development Case of Regional Materials for Learning of Geology Units, Primary and Middle School Science at Jaeundo (초·중등과학 지질단원의 학습을 위한 자은도의 지역화 자료 개발 사례)

  • It is generally reported that field learning and a class using regional materials motivate learning and give a positive effect on learning of geology unit, science subject. The purpose of this study is to develop and to suggest regional materials for learning of geology unit, science subject at Jaeundo. The results of this study are as follows. Regional materials were developed at three locations (namjin dockyard area, yangsan beach area and dunjang beach area) of the study area. Namjin dockyard area (A site) is composed of terrain of sea cliff, sand beach and mud flat. Sedimentary rocks, weathering phenomenon of rocks and strata of various shape are distributed in sea cliff of A site. Yangsan beach area (B site) is composed of coastal terrain as sea cliff and sand beach about 1.5km long. Sedimentary rocks and rhyolite are distributed in sea cliff of B site. Tafoni formed by weathering process of rocks are developed on sedimentary rock outcrop of B site. Dunjang beach area (C site) is composed of coastal terrain of sea cliff, sand beach about 2km long and sea stack. Stratified sedimentary rocks are distributed in sea cliff of C site. Sea stack located in near halmi island on the west side of dunjang beach area is a good sample showing erosion process of sea cave for a long time. Unique geomorphology and geology phenomena distributed in 3 sites at Jaeundo can be used as regional materials for learning of geology unit, science subject. And, Regional materials shall be used in conjunction with the text book data of geology units. These 3 sites of the study area are worth using as field learning course for elementary and middle school students.

Making a Civil War Surrounding History in Cyber Space Focused on 5·18 Discourses in Ilbe Storehouse (사이버 공간에서의 역사의 내전(內戰)화 '일간베스트저장소'의 5·18 언설을 중심으로)

  • Officially given a historical signifier as Gwangju Democratic Movement since 1987, far-right and conservative group have restated that $5{\cdot}18$ is a rebellion and a riot that was committed by rebellious elements who obeyed North Korea's command or who were connected with North Korea. As those who had been responsible for the rebellion, revolt and riot were rewarded, far-right and conservatives' collective narrative that a country was born where the pro-North Korea left became dominated aroused extreme hostility towards $5{\cdot}18$. Far-right and conservatives involved in many different fields such as political party, university, press and media and civil group carry out incendiary discourse politics with intention to reestablish history and memory of $5{\cdot}18$ in their own story. Many people at online sites such as Ilbe Storehouse who are considered 'young right wing' is a main route to spread the far-right groups' remarks on $5{\cdot}18$. Ilbe is a main channel to reconstitute and reproduce the far-right conservatives' remarks and information on $5{\cdot}18$. Ilbe is one of main area where remarks of disparagement and ridicule, hostility and hatred on $5{\cdot}18$ unfurl. This study collects $5{\cdot}18$-related remarks and stories unfolded at Ilbe and examines how these remarks and stories make significance as to $5{\cdot}18$ and how information resources which remarks are dependent upon are connected each other. In this process, this study intends to find implications of incendiary politics that echoed of remarks on $5{\cdot}18$ have which at the online site Ilbe and by the far-right conservatives.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 위치인식기술의 중요성이 대두 되고 있다. 기존에 많이 이용되어 왔던 위치인식기술에는 인공위성을 이용한 GPS, 초음파를 이용한 Cricket, 적외선을 이용한 Active Badge, RF를 이용한 RFDAR등이 있다. 하지만 이러한 기술들은 시스템을 위해 기반 시설을 전제 조건으로 하기 때문에 이용에 어려움이 따른다. 기존의 위치인식기술의 단점을 보안하기 위한 방법으로 제시된 것이 GSM과 무선 LAN을 이용한 위치인식기술들이다. 현재는 차량용 네비게이션, 물류시스템의 상품 운반 현황 추적 등 위치인식기술을 바탕으로 한 다양한 서비스들이 상용화되어 가고 있다. 상용화된 서비스들의 특성에 따라 개인화된 위치 정보를 필요로 하는 것들이 많아 지고 있으며, 개인화된 정보를 획득하고 이를 서비스에 적용하려는 시도가 여러 곳에서 진행 중이다. 개인화된 정보를 얻기 위해서는 사람이 이해하고 사용할 수 있는 장소라는 개념을 확보해야 하며, 인공지능적인 기술들을 필요로 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 기반시설(AP: Access Point)이 충분한 무선 LAN을 이용하여 위치인식 기술애 대해 연구하였다. 기존의 무선 LAN 장비를 통하여 얻어진 위치 데이터를 가공하여 검색 기술의 고전적인 방법인 벡터 유사도와 확률 기반 유사도를 적용하여 인식률의 추이를 실험해 보고, 인식률 증가를 위한 방법들을 모색해 보겠다. 또 위치기반 알리미를 통하여 개인화 정보에 대한 적용 방향에 대해 연구해 보고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 풍력발전기의 회전속도센서의 고장 발생 시 고장을 검출하고 회전속도센서의 사용 없이 Sensorless 제어로의 전환에 관한 연구를 기술하였다. 최근 풍력발전은 급속한 성장함에 따라 풍력발전기의 대형화 및 해상풍력화 추세에 있다. 특히 해상풍력발전은 바람 및 설치장소의 제약에서 벗어나는 이점에 반해 염해, 습도 및 파도에 의한 진동 발생으로 센서의 고장 발생률이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 풍력발전기의 회전속도센서 고장 발생 시 이를 검출하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 회전속도센서의 고장이 검출되면 회전속도센서를 이용한 풍력발전기 제어방식에서 Sensorless 제어로의 전환을 통해 안전하게 풍력발전기를 운전할 수 있도록 하였다. 연구된 제어기법은 PSIM을 이용한 시물레이션을 통해 결과를 검증하였다.

IP 카메라를 이용한 항만보안용 PDA 기반의 영상보안시스템 설계 및 구현

  • 현재 각 나라의 항만관련 부서는 자국의 항만을 국제항으로 발돋움시키기 위하여 항만보안 시스템을 구축하고 있는 실정이다. 최근 인천항에서도 감시체제가 인력경비에 의존하던 방식에서 벗어나 영상보안 시스템을 활용하는 중앙감시체제로 바뀔 전망이다. 이러한 인천항의 항만보안 시스템은 각 출입문과 인천항 보안 울타리에 CCTV 카메라를 설치하여 영상보안 시스템을 구축하여 인력과 비용을 크게 줄이며, 감시체제의 효율화를 꽤하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 IP카메라를 활용한 PDA 기반의 영상보안시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 중앙통제실을 벗어난 요원도 PDA를 통하여 어떤 장소, 어떤 시간에서도 실시간 영상모니터링이 가능하기 때문에 기존의 시스템에 비해 비상체계 운영에서 효율을 극대화 할 수 있으며, 인력과 비용에 있어서도 큰 장점을 가지고 있다.
