The purpose of this study are to develop manual of 'Reading Classroom' program through a practical data(ex: schedule. plan paper) and a questionnaire survey of managing librarians this program. The basic aim of 'Reading Classroom' program is based on a nature of reading for a sound reading culture. The Manual provides a various program types(intensive, short-term, long-term etc.) according to library situation(facilities, human resources, budget etc.) and indicates a step-by-step services in detail.

입시위주의 주입식교육에 적응되어있는 대학생들의 기초학력 저하는 대학의 정상적인 교육과정 운영에 심각한 문제를 초래하고 있다. 또한 기초학습 능력의 부족은 학교생활 부적응을 초래하기 때문에 생각보다 심각한 상황이 아닐 수 없다. 자기 스스로 학습 수준을 파악하고 계획적인 학습 습관을 정립 할 수 있는 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동은 교과에 대한 이해와 관심을 끌어올리고 동시에 학습의욕을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 많은 대학이 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동으로 튜터링을 운영하고 있으나 운영방법상의 문제점으로 많은 효과를 보지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동 시스템의 문제점의 하나인 활동보고서의 서면 제출을 안드로이드 기반으로 하여 간단하게 제출 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하였다. 안드로이드 기반 학생주도형 학습공동체 활동 관리 시스템은 튜터의 제출보고서 작성 부담을 줄여주고, 운영기관에서는 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템이다.

금융서비스 분야의 급속한 개방압력하에서 국내은행들은 영업환경의 급변으로 심각한 경영위기에 봉착함에 따라서 어느 때 보다 경쟁력 확보가 급선무가 되었다. 장기적으로는 대형화와 전문화, 전문인력 양성 둥을 통한 경쟁력 확보도 중요하겠지만 우선적으로 과학적인 경영효율성 측정을 통한 은행내부의 비효율원인을 규명하고 문제점을 개선하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시중은행의 각 영업점 경영효율성의 측정방법간의 특성과 문제점을 찾고, 최근에 비영리기관의 경영효율성에 주로 이용되는 BEA기법을 적용하여 비효율의 원인을 규명하는데 중점을 두었다. 연구결과 은행 영업점의 규모를 지나치게 영세하게 운영함으로서 규모의 효율성을 이루지 못하였고, 주로 은행에서 경영성과측정수단으로 이용하고 있는 비율분석이나 회귀분석을 개별적으로 사용하는 것보다는 DEA기법을 병행 사용함으로서 측정상의 오류를 개선할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 또한 비율분석의 규명과 최적 생산규모점을 찾는데 DEA기법의 유용성을 제시하였다.

기술융합은 연구자간 사회적 상호작용의 결과 일어나는 일종의 기술혁신 현상인데, 융합과정에서 수명주기가 존재한다. 기술능력을 가진 개인이나 조직의 학습${\rightarrow}$기술의 통합 및 혁신 ${\rightarrow}$안정화 과정을 거치는 융합 수명주기를 갖는다. 조직학습(집단학습)은 기술융합의 주요한 성공요소로 작용한다. 이 때문에 기술융합의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트 리더의 리더십이 중요하다. 기술융합 프로젝트 리더는 개별연구자나 연구그룹이 보유하는 인지맵(cognitive map)을 통합하는 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 조직 및 개인의 네트워크 구축과 학습역량 강화가 중요하다. 정부는 기술융합 촉진을 위해서 학회, 협회 등 중심연계조직을 육성해야 한다. 그리고 프로젝트 리더의 리더십 함양프로그램을 운영해야 한다. 장기적인 관점에서는 학제간 벽을 뛰어 넘는 대학원 교육의 혁신이 필요하다. 공공부문은 창의적이고 개방적인 연구환경을 조성해야 하겠다.

e-문화가 급격히 확산되고 있음에도 인터넷 익명성의 문제를 전자상거래와 결부하여 접근하는 데에는 다소 소홀한 편이다. 본 논문은 e-문화 측면의 현상들을 익명성 문제에 초점을 맞추어 배경 및 쟁점 등을 점검하고 e-문화의 핵심적 요소라 할 수 있는 익명성 문제가 전자상거래와 관련하여 어떠한 의미가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 인터넷 익명성 문제는 긍정적 부정적 효과를 동시에 안고 있고, 익명과 설명에 대한 네티즌들의 선호도 역시 팽팽한 상태로 유지되고 있어 기업의 전자상거래 과정에서 특별히 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다. 또한 기업은 익명성 수준을 효과적으로 조정하여 쇼핑몰 운영 등 전자상거래에 반영할 필요가 있으며, 장기적으로는 현실 세계에서의 '자기PR 시대'의 추이가 가상 세계에 반영되는 흐름을 잘 읽고 실명 사용을 확대하여 불특정 다수의 네티즌을 충성스런 고객으로 확보해나가는 전략을 실천해 나간다.

점증하는 항공교통량의 원활한 수용과 안전한 항공기술 저변확대를 위하여 ICAO는 성능기반의 항공교통관리(ATM) 체계와 시스템을 Upgrade할 구체적 이행계획인 ASBU를 개정하고 체약국들의 수용을 촉구하고 있고, 우리나라는 ICAO의 5연임 이사국으로서 ASBU의 주요 Module에 대응하는 모든 Working Paper에 대하여 적극 수용한다는 입장이다. 본 논문은 ASBU의 PIA 4에 해당하는 CDO 및 관련 Module인 TBO의 개념을 살펴보고, 선도적으로 운용되고 있는 사례를 분석해 봄으로써 미래에 대응하는 방안을 찾고자 하였다. CDO는 새로운 장비와 시스템을 갖추지 않더라도 절차의 보완으로 개선할 수 있는 부문에 속하므로 우리나라의 운영 현황을 리뷰하고 그 영향에 대하여 정리해 보았다. 다만, 항공기 고도 강하 단계에서의 개선효과가 상승 또는 순항 단계에 비하여 효율성이 상대적으로 미미한 편이고, ATM 구분 상 기상 등의 외부 변수에 취약하여 효율성 연구에 접근하기 어려운 면이 있으나, 고밀도 공항의 특화된 CDO 기법 개발을 통하여 연료절감 및 탄소배출량 저감, 소음감소의 성과를 이룬 선진 사례를 들어 국내에 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 장기적으로 연구하고자 한다.

정보기술의 발달과 인터넷의 확산 등의 사회적인 변화에 따라 고객을 효과적으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 기업은 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 구축하는 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)을 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 블로그나 SNS등에 기업이 상품이나 서비스를 팔고자 하는 소비자들이 가득 모여 있기 때문에 실시간으로 소비자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 트위터, 블로그, 카페 등 SNS 상의 빅 데이터를 분석하는 시스템을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 보다 효율적인 피드백 수집분석을 위해 기존의 기업/기관에서 운영 및 관리하는 내부 CRM 데이터와 SNS 상의 외부 데이터를 연동하여 분석할 수 있는 이기종 데이터의 통합 분석엔진 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 의료서비스에 적용하여 내부 데이터인 매출, 방문자 수, 진료과 정보, 환자 정보, 고객 불만 유형 등을 분석하고 소셜데이터를 통해 해당 의료기관에 대한 소비자 경험 (진료, 시설 등) 정보를 수집한다.

The purpose of the study was to compare the outplacement programs for the retiring employees in Korea corporations. We expect that this study will make contributions for increasing the quality of outplacement programs. We conducted the expert interviews and literature review and set a comparing criteria in terms of goal, target audience, program process and contents, operation process. We selected 6 different programs, which were KT, Samsung Electrounic, A consultancy firm specialized in outplacement, Korea labor foundation, and Korea international trade association. In results, we suggested the necessity of programs revision, the decrease of service recipient per a consultant, recommendation of alternative career path, and update of the programs for the service recipients who lacks of motivation. We also suggested that human resource department and chief executive officers made attentions for the outplacement programs as well as the government input more budget on the programs and consulting for the retirng employees.

The purpose of this study was to establish core elements required for the implementation of multicultural library services, to analyze the features of each element, and to develop a model of effective multicultural library services. This model was aimed to improve multicultural services and programs currently managed on a short-term basis by public libraries in Korea and help those libraries develop more systematic and long-term multicultural services. To proceed with this study, the literature review, a case study and a survey(the exploratory factor analysis, T-test and ANOVA analysis) were conducted. In this study, it is found that more effective operation of multicultural services in public libraries requires cooperation and integration with not only other libraries and related social and educational institutions in a community, but also international network. Based on this idea, the model of operating multicultural services in public libraries in Korea was proposed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to identify key factors of Co-opetition through examining the environmental and structural changes in the ports industry and suggest a few Co-opetition strategies for enhancing our ports capabilities in the long-term. In recent years, the trend toward market liberalization and globalization in ports industry has made rapid progress and it made the competition fiercer. To survive in this rapid changes, the ports have traditionally pursed a competitive strategy. However, an alternative strategy replacing the traditional strategy was introduced: namely, 'Co-opetition' a buzzword combining competition and co operation. Policy proposals this study suggests are the construction of a database regarding costs and benefits of ports for more effective analysis and improving the competitive power of a shipping company operating national flag carriers for achieving the purpose of Co-opetition and adoption of selection and concentration strategy for increasing the possibility of Co-opetition success.
