누적외상병에 관한 연구

  • 반복적인 일의 수행으로 인한 병인 누적외상병에 관해 살펴보고자 한다. 누적외 상병(Cumulative Trauma Disorders)이란 비교적 생소한 질환으로 손이나 어떤 신체 부위를 반복적으로 오래 사용하였을 때 오는 병이다. 이 질환은 200년전 이탈리아 의사인 Benardino Ramazinni에 의해 분류되었으나 최근까지 큰 관심을 끌지 못했 다. 이 병은 Tennis Elbow(테니스 팔꿈치) 또는 Triger Finger(방아쇠 손가락)등 으로 더 잘 알려져 왔다. 그리고 의학계에서는 Ganglions(수종)으로 알려져 왔다. 그러나 80년대의 탁상컴퓨터의 보급으로 많은 사무실에서 반복적인 작업을 연속적 으로 하게 되어 많은 사무원들이 누적외상병(CTD)으로 고통에 시달리게 되고, 심한 경우에는 수술까지 하게된다. 제안자 역시 이 병으로 손목수술을 받은 바 있는 데 이 병은 잠복기가 몇년씩 되는 직업병이다. 이병의 특성상 암과 같이 조기에 발견 하기 어렵고, 이것을 느꼈을 때는 대부분 너무 늦어 수술이 불가피한 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 누적외상병의 실체와 현재까지의 외국에서 수행된 연구결과를 소개하고, 현재 한국에서의 이병의 실태를 파악하기 위해 표본대상을 선정하여 설 문조사와 실측조사를 함께 수행하고자 한다. 표본대상으로 육체노동으로 반복작업 을 하는 (Blue-Color) 집단, 사무실에서 반복작업을 하는 (White-Color) 집단, 그리 고 가정에서 반복작업을 하게 되는 주부집단등으로 나누어 실태조사를 하고자 한다. 설문조사의 통계처리를 바탕으로 한국에서의 누적외상병에 관한 실태조사와 의식구 조까지를 진단해 보고자 한다. 그런 다음 총체적이고 최신의 이론과 연구에 바탕을 둔 해결책과 대안을 제시해 보고자 한다.콘에 대해 일반화시키기는 어려우나 이후에 행해질 Icon-based User Interface 분야의 많은 연구들의 기초가 될 것이다. 더불어 아이콘과 관련된 많은 요인들(문화적 영향, 아이콘 색깔, 크기, 아이콘의 위치등이 인식에 미치는 영향)에 대해서도 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다. 확인하고 각각의 기능을 분명히 했다.가 수월하게 하였고 메모리를 동적으로 관리할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 기존의 smpl에 디버깅용 함수 및 설비(facility) 제어용 함수를 추가하여 시뮬레이션 프로그램 작성을 용이하게 하였다. 예를 들면 who_server(), who_queue(), pop_Q(), push_Q(), pop_server(), push_server(), we(), wf(), printfct() 같은 함수들이다. 또한 동시에 발생되는 사건들의 순서를 조종하기 위해, 동시에 발생할 수 있는 각각의 사건에 우선순위를 두어 이 우선 순위에 의하여 사건 리스트(event list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. A Proposition on Reasonable Termination Procedure in Remaining-oil Recovery Work from a Sunken Tanker in Korean Territory (국내 침몰유조선 잔존유 회수작업의 합리적 종료절차 제안)

  • In case of sunken tankers, remaining-oil recovery operation should be conducted due to possible oil spill accident. However, the deep sea operation make difficulties in checking the completion of remaining oil recovery process, therefore the work termination procedure is very important. In this paper, a reasonable work termination procedure through the comparison and analysis of two cases(Youil No.1 and Osung No.3, Kyung-Shin) which were performed in different method, using disparate equipment. By investigating previously applied methods and techniques, work speed, safety and expenses were compared. The proposed ending procedure of the remaining-oil recovery project is to recover the remaining oil from each cargo tanks and to clean up such tanks whilst an independent surveyor proceeds to a confirmation procedure whereby said surveyor checks out whether any remaining oil exists by putting a stick in each cleaned up tanks and opening up the hatch cover of the tanks or the top place of the tanks to confirm the cleanness of oil. Such procedure shall be done through discussion by the ordering party, contractor and the independent surveyor all together with a flexible application.

Implementation of 3D maintenance manual for Military aircrafts using 3D modeling software (3D모델링 SW를 활용한 군용 항공기 3D 정비매뉴얼 개발)

  • It is well known that any maintenance works for aircrafts must be carried out strictly in accordance with the specified maintenance manuals, especially for military airplanes. According to our previous studies, the largest portion of the maintenance jobs for military aircrafts is found to be related to the assembly/disassembly of various parts, which requires precise understanding of the work procedures as well as correlation between interconnected parts let alone grasping of the exact shapes of parts involved. However, the conventional manuals for aircraft maintenance have failed to provide enough information required for the efficient maintenance except for simple texts and vague pictures, which are far from being sufficient sets of information. On the contrary, unlike incomplete conventional manuals with poor contents, 3D modeling SW could provide us with not only powerful visualization tool even to see through inside any assembly but also freedom to watch parts under test from any angle we want. In addition, the maintenance personnels could learn the precise maintenance procedures through repeatedly watching 3D animated version of the maintenance work as if they were on the field. In this study, we have suggested the efficient procedures to develop 3D manual for aircraft maintenance using 3D modeling SW, Solidworks and implemented a 3D maintenance manual for Integrated Drive Generator(IDG) in Boeing 747. Characteristics of the developed 3D manual has been analyzed in comparison with the conventional ones as well. It is shown that the suggested method could be easily applied to develop a 3D maintenance manual for commercial airplanes since the maintenance works involving assembly/disassembly of major parts are very similar regardless of aircraft types.

  • In this paper, we present a network-based integrated nesting system, that is adapted a current engineering concept. Generally, sheet cutting processes proceed in turn following an existing order In this study, however, the special characteristics of these processes were analyzed and the processes were redesigned with distributed design so that they could be operated in a client/server environment. Also, the necessary sheet material cutting processes, part CAD, nesting, part CAM, and NC post-processor capabilities, were implemented so that many workers could handle them all on the Web. Compared to existing commonly used systems, the developed system can provide integrated work environment for cutting automation, allow job collaboration between workers, and it has proved that it can shorten the standby time for work. By grafting computer system technologies to sheet material cutting automation field, this research expects to contribute to the enhancement of factory automation efficiency and productivity.

  • Submarine optical fiber cable construction consists of marine survey, PLGR(Pre Lay Grapnel Run), shore-end-work, laying the submarine optical cable. This PLGR is work to ease the cable lay safely in seabed, improve the performance of Plough and ROV (Remotely-Operated Vehicle) laying work, and protect laying equipment. This paper presents the design and implementation of real-time monitoring system for PLGR work in submarine optical fiber cable construction enterprise. In this paper, we designe overall real-time monitoring system. For this purpose, the modules such as serial multiport communication module, real-time processing module, environment configuration module, real-time graph and a printout modules are designed and implemented. For the validity evaluation of this paper, serial multi port communication module, data parsing, realtime graph output are implemented and tested.

Development of Framework for Integrated Work-Risk Breakdown Structurebased on Fatal Incident Cases in Construction Industry (중대재해 사례에 기반한 건설업의 작업 및 위험분류체계 통합 프레임워크 개발)

  • Since an accident in construction industry has been higher than others for decades, the accident in construction industry should be decreased. To prevention this problem, the work breakdown structure (WBS) and risk breakdown structure (RBS) are presented. the WBS and RBS, are hierarchy structure which can find fatal incident considering type of building and type of work easily and quickly. So, this study aims to develop framework for the integrated WBS-RBS to prevent fatal incident on construction industry. The research process is conducted by following 3 steps: (I) collection of data; (II) classification of data; and (III) development of the integrated WBS-RBS. The result of this study can propose the most dangerous fatal incident aspect of type of building, type of work, and type of accident. Through the result, the decision maker can reduce or eliminate fatal incident considering type of building, type of work and type of accident in construction industry.

  • This paper focuses on disassembly sequencing, which is the problem of determining the optimum disassembly level and the corresponding disassembly sequence for a product at its end-of-life with the objective of maximizing the overall profit. In particular, sequence-dependent operation times, which frequently occur in practice due to tool-changeover, part reorientation, etc, are considered in the parallel disassembly environment. To represent the problem, a modified directed graph of assembly states is suggested as an extension of the existing extended process graph. Based on the directed graph, the problem is transformed into the shortest path problem and formulated as a linear programming model that can be solved straightforwardly with standard techniques. A case study on a photocopier was done and the results are reported.

  • Workflow mining is a newly emerging research issue for rediscovering and reengineering workflow models from workflow logs containing information about workflow being executed on the workflow engine. This paper newly defines a workflow process reduction mechanism that formally and automatically reduces an original workflow process to a minimal set of activities, which was used proposed 'E-walk series analysis algorithm'. Main purpose of this paper is to minimize discrepancies between the workflow process modeled and the enacted workflow process as it is actually being executed. That means, we compare a complete set of activity firing sequences on buildtime with workflow execution logs which was generate on runtime. For this purpose we proposed two algorithm, the one is 'Activity-Dependent Net Algorithm' and the other is 'E-Walk Series Analysis Algorithm'.

Effects of CO-OP Interventions on Affected Upper Extremity Use, Execution Function and Occupational Performance in Patients With Stroke (CO-OP 중재 적용이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능과 실행기능 및 작업 수행 증진에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : In this study, the upper extremity use, executive function, and occupational performance effects of cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance (CO-OP) interventions for patients with stroke were assessed. Methods : The study was designed as a single-group pre-post test with 20 sessions. The participants were five hospitalized patients with stroke who were present in a rehabilitation setting, and their onsets were more than 3 months previously. Outcomes were measured using the Canadian Occupation Performance Measure (COPM), Performance Quality Rating Scale (PQRS), Executive Function performance Test - Korean version (EFPT-K), and Motor Activity Log (MAL). The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted to determine the difference between the pre-and-post of CO-OP interventions. The statistical significance level was p<.05. Results : The upper extremity function showed significant changes and the execution function showed significant changes in preparation, sequencing, judgment and safety, and closing, except for items to be started. The performance of the task also showed significant changes. Conclusion : Through 20 sessions of CO-OP interventions, especially in patients with chronic stroke, the upper extremity function, execution function, and task performance were improved. We found that CO-OP intervention had a positive effect on the improvement of detailed task elements as well as the performance of tasks overall, in patients with stroke.

  • Development of digital information and internet technology causes the changes of technology environments and companies, and the variety of customers needs has been dynamically changed in terms of integrating information system with customers satisfaction. Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. Many research papers on transportation studies have focused on the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and Vehicle Scheduling Problem (VSP). However in the real world, it is known that it takes long time to build vehicle scheduling in the process of transporting the amount of orders from the logistics center to the vendors due to the realistic constraints. This paper presents a framework design for each process enabling delivery planning automatically using heuristic algorithm. In addition, an interactive delivery planning system is implemented utilizing the proposed algorithm.
