Advanced detection of sentence boundaries based on hybrid method (하이브리드 방법을 이용한 개선된 문장경계인식)

  • 본 논문은 다양한 형태의 웹 문서에 적용하기 위해서, 언어의 통계정보 및 후처리 규칙에 기반 하여 개선된 문장경계 인식 기술을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 구두점 생략 및 띄어쓰기 오류가 빈번한 웹 문서에 적용하기 위해서 문장경계로 사용될 수 있는 모든 음절을 대상으로 학습하여 문장경계 인식을 수행하였고, 문장경계인식 성능을 최대화 하기 위해서 다양한 실험을 통해 최적의 자질 및 학습데이터를 선정하였고, 다양한 기계학습 기반 분류 모델을 비교하여 최적의 분류모델을 선택하였으며, 학습데이터에 의존적인 통계모델의 오류를 규칙에 기반 해서 보정하였다. 성능 실험은 다양한 형태의 문서별 성능 측정을 위해서 문어체와 구어체가 복합적으로 사용된 신문기사와 블로그 문서(평가셋1), 문어체 위주로 구성된 세종말뭉치와 백과사전 본문(평가셋2), 구두점 생략 및 띄어쓰기 오류가 빈번한 웹 사이트의 게시판 글(평가셋3)을 대상으로 성능 측정을 하였다. 성능척도로는 F-measure를 사용하였으며, 구두점만을 대상으로 문장경계 인식 성능을 평가한 결과, 평가셋1에서는 96.5%, 평가셋2에서는 99.4%를 보였는데, 구어체의 문장경계인식이 더 어려움을 알 수 있었다. 평가셋1의 경우에도 규칙으로 후처리한 경우 정확률이 92.1%에서 99.4%로 올라갔으며, 이를 통해 후처리 규칙의 필요성을 알 수 있었다. 최종 성능평가로는 구두점만을 대상으로 학습된 기본 엔진과 모든 문장경계후보를 인식하도록 개선된 엔진을 평가셋3을 사용하여 비교 평가하였고, 기본 엔진(61.1%)에 비해서 개선된 엔진이 32.0% 성능 향상이 있음을 확인함으로써 제안한 방법이 웹 문서에 효과적임을 입증하였다.

Automatic Extract User Intention from Web Search Log (웹 정보 검색 이력을 이용한 사용자 의도 자동 추출)

  • This paper proposes a method to extract a user's intention automatically and implementation of intention map that support a user can appropriate search results using a user' information need accurately. It selects user intention based on searching history obtained from previous users' same queries and extracts user intentions by using clustering algorithm and user intention extraction algorithm, extracted user intentions are represented in an intention map base on a theory of knowledge representation. For the efficiency analysis of intention map, we extracted user intentions using 2,600 search history data which provided by a current domestic commercial search engine. The experimental results using the information intention map search when using general search engines represent more than satisfaction was statistically significant.

The Recognition of the Substitute Teacher System between Substitute Teachers by Public Funds Support and Substitute Teachers by Local Province Funds Support (대체교사 제도에 대한 국비지원과 도비지원 대체교사의 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of the substitute teacher system between public funds support and local province funds support and to search for a policy guideline. The participants were 49 substitute teachers supported by public funds and 53 substitute teachers supported by local province funds. Results were as follows: Firstly, substitute teachers supported by public funds participated through an internet site but substitute teachers supported by local province funds participated through printed materials from the Childcare Information Center and ambient solicitors. The participating motive for substitute teachers were to work together in different roles. Secondly, Substitute teachers thought the most important characteristics of substitute teachers was the flexibility to cope with various situations in childcare centers. Finally, substitute teachers by public funds support were satisfied with no overtime work but substitute teachers by local province funds were satisfied with experiences in various childcare centers.

An Exploratory Study on Types of the Social Work Practice of Social Workers by applying Q Methodology (Q 방법론을 활용한 사회복지사의 실천유형에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • The goal of this research is to discover various cognitive types on social work practice by using Q methodology which explores subjectivities of human beings. The researchers selected 40 Q items among 293 Q populations from data through in-depth interviews of eight social workers and literature reviews, and the reliability was r=.816. Twenty-nine social workers sorted Q items and the obtained data was analysed by the QUANL program. The perception types were divided into three patterns and the eigen value was .5849. Three perception types on social workers' practices were 'relationship-centered(type 1)', 'change-centered(type 2)' and 'resource-centered(type 3)' practices. These types were different in perceptions on identification of relationship with clients, key characteristics, skills and strengths as a social worker. According to these results, the researchers offered some significant implications and suggested several following studies.

A Study on the Analysis and Improvement of the University Library Program Participating in ACE Project (ACE 사업에 참여한 대학도서관 프로그램 사례분석 및 개선방안 연구)

  • Universities contribute to the development of the country and society by cultivating professional manpower with knowledge and qualifications as democratic citizens through education and research activities. To this end, the government is improving the basic capabilities of universities and supporting autonomous innovation through university financial support projects. Since the financial support project differentially supports the government's finances limited to universities with a comparative advantage through fair evaluation, the role and function of the university library, a basic educational facility and core institution that supports education and research, is important. However, university libraries have not been able to actively participate in the government's financial support projects due to financial and manpower shortages, poor environments such as facilities, facilities, and spaces, and low participation rates for students. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the program operation cases of 18 university libraries in which libraries participated among 45 universities selected for the ACE project (2010-2016), derived problems and implications, and questioned the roles and achievements of university libraries. Based on the results, strategies and measures to be considered by university libraries in preparation for the government's university financial support projects were proposed.

A Study on the Competency of Workers in the Residential Facilities for a Disabled (장애인생활시설 종사자 역량에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to understand the competency of workers attending to the residential facilities for disabled people. Under the same conditions of residential facilities, a difference of service level to person with disabilities and of facility's operation are due to a great difference between each worker's quality and capability. The Delphi method by 26 experts panel from high rated 13 facilities was employed. According to the study result, as common competency of workers, it comes to the conclusion that workers should be endowed with the ability to settle the matter, the will to improve, and the relationship in the inside and outside, and so on,. In addition, it makes clear that required competency varies with the position and the duty of workers. These results are significant in that the systematic scheme according to individual ability is necessary to improve worker's competency attending to the residential facilities for disabled people.

Nurses' Image perceived by College Nursing Students : Q-Methodological (간호대학생의 간호사 이미지에 대한 인식 : Q 방법론 적용)

  • This study was conducted to examine the nursing image types and characteristics of nurses perceived by nursing college students by applying the Q methodology and to manage effective nursing education and clinical education. The survey was conducted from May 15, 2017 to May 24, 2017, and the data collection for the Q population composition was based on in-depth interviews and literature review. First, nursing college students were searched for convenience and 158 statements were obtained based on open questionnaires and 64 statements extracted from in-depth interviews and after a literature review. To select the Q sample, Q population was categorized by taking several repeated readings. Five categories were developed from these processes: quality and role, social awareness, professionalism, uniqueness, and working conditions. The selected statements were reviewed and revised by experts and 35 Q samples were finally selected. Based on this, 46 students in one nursing college classified 35 Q statements, and analyzed data using PC QUANL program. The results of the study were as follows: 2) Type I-1: Job related anxiety, Type I-2: cold and professional, Type II-1: Complaint of treatment and Type II-2: Profession-Unacceptable. These results are expected to provide useful data for understanding the characteristics of nurses' images and provide data enabling development of image improvement strategies of nursing education and clinical education.

Using Film Music for Second Language, Target Culture, and Ethics Education: With Reference to the OST of The Lion King (제 2언어, 문화 및 윤리 교육 자료로서의 영화 음악 활용: 라이온 킹 OST를 중심으로)

  • This study addresses the effective utilization of film music as learning material for language, target culture, and ethics education. Music is intertwined with language and culture, and even with ethics. This study focuses on the potential power of film music in the processes of teaching and learning in a classroom. For this purpose, five songs are selected from the soundtrack of Disney's famous animation The Lion King: "Circle of life", "I just can't wait to be king", "Be prepared", "Hakuna Matata", and "Can you feel the love tonight?", and concrete learning activities are suggested based on these. Using these five songs, gap-filling and singing-recoding tasks are proposed as listening and speaking activities respectively. Film music is also very useful in learning vocabulary, sentence structure, and grammar. Learners participate in a writing activity involving creating their own lyrics for the tunes reflecting their experiences. Next, for culture education, a teacher asks their students to discuss about, and be aware of, food culture using a specific character's song. Finally, for ethics education, a philosophy of life, natural logic, leadership qualities, and the motto Hakuna Matata("no worries") are explored and discussed through an analysis of the lyrics. The open-ended questionnaire survey is conducted. The result shows that music has a positive effect on culture and ethics education. Film music can be effective in learning a second language, target culture, and ethics.

Development and Complementation of Evaluation Area and Content Elements in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Subject (중등교사 임용후보자선정경쟁시험 표시과목인 전기·전자·통신의 평가영역 및 내용요소 개발·보완 연구)

  • The quality of school education is a key element for national education development. An important factor that determines the quality of school education is qualities of teachers who are in responsible for school education in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to hire competent teachers in the teacher appointment exam for the secondary school. This necessity is evident especially for vocational high schools and Meister high schools with the introduction of 2015-revised curriculum based on NCS that separates each three subjects, "Electrical, Electronics Communication" resulting in the change of question mechanism, which requires new designing of assessment and content area. So, this study analyzes curriculum in college of education for "Electrical", "Electronics", "Communication", 2015-revised curriculum based on NCS and the development of standards for teacher qualifications and assessment area and evaluation of teaching ability in the subjects of the teacher appointment exam, "Electrical, Electronics Communication" Engineering" in 2009. The assessment area and content elements of "Electrical", "Electronics", "Communication are extracted from the analyzed results and they are verified by experts' consultation and presented as follows; First, the assessment area and content elements of the "Electrical" subject were designed to evaluate the NCS - based 2015 revised curriculum by presenting the NCS learning module to the evaluation area and content element in the basic subject "Electrical and Electronics Practice". Second, the section of "Electronics" presented the assessment area and content elements applying the Electronic Circuit, basic subject of the NCS and it also added "Electromagnetics", which is the basic part of Electronics in the Application of Electromagnetic waves that could be applied to the assessment. Third, the assessment area and content elements of "Communication" consist of the communication-related practice that is based on "Electrical" and "Electronic", considering the characteristics of "Communication Engineering". In particular, "Electrical and Electronics practice" which adds network construction practice and communication-related practice makes it to be able to evaluate the communication-related practical education.

A Conceptual Study on the Types of Entrepreneurial Opportunity and Laboratory Start-ups (창업 기회의 유형과 실험실 창업에 대한 개념적 연구)

  • This study focuses on the proposition that the qualities and environmental conditions required for exploring entrepreneurial opportunities and realizing entrepreneurial opportunities depend on the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. In particular, this study aims to identify the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups, which have recently been gaining policy level attention. If the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is identified as discriminative, appropriate start-up support policies and training programs can be established. For this study, eight major papers were identified among the papers of last 30 years related to the types of entrepreneurial opportunities. After, the classification attributes for each opportunity type were derived. Then, the existing theories of recognition, discovery and creative opportunities were organized, critically reviewed and reorganized. In addition, the substance of laboratory start-ups was verified according to the standardized classification attributes of the revised and reorganized opportunity types and newly classified as 'creative opportunity'. This study also presents networking capabilities and market orientation as examples of the capabilities needed for entrepreneurs of creative opportunity type. The implication of this study is that it makes it easy to discriminate ontological typology of entrepreneurial opportunity, derives important classification attributes, and that it organizes them conceptually. In addition, it critically reconstructs the problems of confusion in the existing typology, and based on this, the type of entrepreneurial opportunities for laboratory start-ups is determined as creative opportunity. These achievements can contribute to the improvement of start-up policies and start-up training programs according to the types of entrepreneurial opportunity and laboratory start-ups in the future, resulting in realization of actual results at the start-up sites.
