  • 기존의 분산 환경은 단순히 네트워크로 연결된 제한된 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 기술이다. 그러나 자원에 대한 집중적인 관리가 이루어지지 않아 계산 집중적인 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에는 적합하지 않다. 분산 자인들을 효과적으로 이용하여 저렴한 비용으로 사용자가 요구하는 최적의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 자원의 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 변경되기 쉬운 많은 분산 자원들을 관리하기 위해서는 자원에 대한 세부적인 사항을 기술한 메타정보들을 효과적으로 저장, 관리 등을 할 수 있는 정보 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 자원의 위치나 상태정보 등 자원의 메타 정보를 효과적으로 저장하고 관리하는 메타정보 시스템의 전반적인 구조와 이와 관련된 서비스와의 관계를 고려하여 구현한 메타 정보 시스템을 소개한다.

  • The aims of this work are to find the management plans for enhancing the human resource management of hospital organization with more comprehensive approach which are the types of bundles for individual activity in the same medical institution. According to the group clustering with individual system of human resource management based on the above and below average group that is the comprehensive approach of individual human resource management, some differences were shown in the types of jobs for the individual systems of human resource management used for the judgement of affiliated group. However, the system for the supply of career development opportunity and the opening of management information among the human resource management individual system was significance variable for discriminant function to all types of jobs.

  • In traditional environments we have called the data life cycle DIKW, which represents data-information-knowledge-wisdom. In big data environments, on the other hand, we call it DIA, which represents data-insight-action. The difference between the two data life cycles results in new architecture of data resource management. In this paper, we study data resource management architecture for big data environments. Especially main components of the architecture are proposed in this paper.

  • 본 논문에서는 WLAN의 여러 가지 문제점을 해결하기 위해 WLAN망에서 유무선의 중계기 역할을 하고 있는 AP에 사용자 인증과 자원관리 기능을 지원하는 확장형의 AP를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 WLAN망 AP에서 사용자 인증과 자원관리 프로토콜의 메시지 및 동작 절차를 설계하고 구현하였다. 사용자 인증과 자원관리 프로토콜을 포함하고 있는 AP의 테스트를 위해 WLAN망에 구현한 두 대의 Main AP 및 Sub AP를 위치시키고, PC형 라우터를 통해 외부망과 연결하여 테스트망을 구축하였다. 이동단말과 테스트를 수행한 결과 본 논문에서 구현한 사용자 인증 모듈과 자원관리 모듈이 정상적으로 동작함을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 WLAN AP와 이동단말 간에 경제적이면서 신뢰적인 사용자 인증을 위한 기초 기반 기술로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, WLAN 자원들을 효율적으로 관리하는데 일익을 담당할 것으로 사료된다.

  • Tendencies such as the increasing spread of market globalization, new technological developments, the reduction of product life cycles and aggressive competition, are generating high levels of environmental changes and uncertainty for organizations of all types. these circumstances require rapid responses through adaptation of organizational attitudes and capabilities, which lead to innovative management approaches and organizational methods. Human resource management researchers have struggled to elaborate the underlying mechanism explaining how human resource systems relate to organizational performance after universalistic perspectives were supported by a majority of studies investigating the positive relationship between human resource management system and firm performance. To fill the void, hypotheses in this study predicted human resource flexibility that would mediate the relationship between human resource management system and firm performance. The research model among the variables in this study was as follows: These theoretical models were tested with a sample of 138 firms in Korea. The analysis of data was undertaken by using AMOS. The Summary of the verification results is follows: Firstly, most of human resource management system and human resource flexibility had positive effects on human resource performance Secondly, most of human resource management system and human resource flexibility had positive effects on firm's financial performance Thirdly, human resource flexibility had mediated the relationship between human resource management system and firm performance The results of the present research may be demonstrated that organizations or managers could achieve a high level of management practices that lead to firm performance by enabling human resource to be flexible through high performance human resource management system.

  • The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulative and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for Integrating resource management environment.

Research on Human Resource Management in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business: A Comprehensive Review and Future Research Directions (「중소기업연구」 40년 인적자원관리 연구 동향과 향후 방향성)

  • The purposes of this study are to summarize the past studies on human resource management (HRM) published in Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business and to propose the future research directions. This study selected 33 HRM papers (3.1 % of all published papers) and classified them depending three yardsticks. First, this study investigated the frequency and the trend of each year and, as a result, it demonstrated the variations in published papers depending on the publication year. Next, on the basis of the research theme, this study divided 33 papers into two parts; a general HRM vs. a specific HRM practice. The result showed that most studies focused on the specific HRM practice. Lastly, with regard to methodology, this study classified them into a conceptual paper, a case-study, and empirical research, and the result showed that most studies are empirical-based papers. Based on the trends, this study proposed three issues in terms of the number of research, research theme, and methodology, and suggested future research directions for HRM in small-medium enterprises.

  • Construction managers need to pay a close attention to the resource utilization in order to deliver the construction project successfully. Construction scheduling is crucial for resource control in that it provides information when and how much to bring down work force to sites. In scheduling, activity duration is projected based on the productivity of historical data or the intuition of scheduler. This paper studies the opportunity of applying cost-based productivity for estimating activity duration. For cost-based productivity, the cost of resource is used as an input and the work quantities as an output. Out of historical data, regression model has been developed to understand the validity of applying cost-based productivity in projecting activity duration. The result of study will work as a prerequisite for implementing the environment of database-based construction scheduling.
