High-density genetic linkage mapping is critical for undertaking marker-assisted selection and confirming quantitative trait loci, as well as helping to build pseudomolecules of genomes. We constructed a genetic map using 94 $F_1$ populations generated from the interspecific cross between Korean cultivar "Wonwhang" (Pyrus pyrifolia, NCBI BioSample SAMN05196235) and European cultivar "Bartlett" (Pyrus communis). We designed a total of 24,267 SSR markers based on the genome sequences of "Wonwhang" for this. To select the markers that are linked to the traits important in pear breeding programs, SSR-containing genomic sequences were subjected to nucleotide sequence homology searches, which resulted in 510 SSR markers with high similarity to genes encoding proteins with putative functions such as transcription factors, resistance proteins, flowering time, and regulatory genes. Of these, 70 markers showed polymorphisms in parents and segregating populations and were used to construct a genetic linkage map, together with the unpublished 579 SNPs obtained from genotyping by sequencing analysis. The genetic linkage map covered 3,784.2 cM and the average distance between adjacent markers was 5.8 cM. Seventy SSR markers were distributed across 17 chromosomes with more than one locus.

연구는 학습 지도안 작성의 효율성을 제고하고 교사 서로간의 수업 아이디어를 공유 할 수 있는 시스템의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째 학습 지도안 구성방식에 대한 기존 연구 및 시스템에 대한 분석을 통하여 학습지도만 작성 지원 시스템이 갖추어야할 시사점을 추출한 후 시스템의 기본 방향을 다양한 수업 모형의 지원, 교사의 수업 아이디어 공유, 작성의 수월성에 두었다. 둘째 응용 프로그램 차원에서 본 시스템의 자원 활용을 원하는 다른 시스템을 위하여 데이터 전송방식을 XML로 서비스하도록 설계하였다. 셋째 실제 현장에서 활용 가능한 학습 지도안 작성 지원시스템을 실험적인 수준에서 구현하였다.

The mobile vector map services for mobile devices, specially for PDA, are being popularized with the advent of KVM (Kilobytes Virtual Machine). However, the services for cellular phone have some problems for implementation, which are the restrictions of bandwidth, resource of the phone, etc. Thus, these restrictions force to develop new map database exclusively for cellular phone services. But, this approach needs high costs and could not support multi user view for a same area. Therefore, we suggest new client/server system for mobile vector map services, using existing general map database, and design and implement the system. The suggested system, which has minimized functions at client and processes map simplification works at sever, makes it possible to serve mobile vector map without developing new map database only for cellular phone.

Recently, a lot of interests are commanding in link practical use of country information and cadastral information for management of efficient country resource and administration of land. As map information, a lot of interests are commanding in construction of synthetic informations system including digital map and cadastral map. In this study, achieves analysis about non-coincidence causes of digital map and cadastral map, and achieve investigation about representative algorithm that is used in conversion of map for correct overlay between two map and opes overlay plan. Also, presented plan that can ready fetters for integration database construction of digital map and cadastral map by achieving study about matching security plan between map and plan elevation of the quality.

In the mobile environments for the vector map services, a map simplification work through the map generalization steps helps improve the readability of the map on a large scale. The generalization operations are various such as selection, aggregation, simplification, displacement, and so on, the formal operation algorithms have not been built yet. Because the algorithms require deep special knowledge and heuristic, which make it hard to automate the processes. This thesis proposes some map generalization algorithms specialized in mobile vector map services, based on previous works. We will show the detail to adapt the approaches on the mobile environment, to display complex spatial objects efficiently on the mobile devices which have restriction on the resources

The objectives of this study were to explore the duties and tasks of educational program operation, to develop the performance model including the duties and tasks, and to construct the action manual of the tasks and duties in related with implementing effectively the educational program. The findings of this study were as follows. First, The identifying duties and tasks was 1,942 related with implementing educational program operation based on theoretical job model through activity analysis and experience sampling techniques. Second, the finding duties and tasks was reconstructed through classifying with 9 duties and 88 tasks, and then it was developed as educational program operation model of Korean Rural HRD Center. Finally Third, the implementing manual was constructed including the contents and task-elements.

Local resources can be employed as an original resource for local revitalization. This study has investigated the local resource, and then categorized these to suggest the implication available to the industrialization. Local resources were classified into 5 categories(with 25 subcategories), including remains and ruins, ethnic custom, manners and customs, people, traditional food and the principal product, and the natural ecology environment. Three phases were carried out in this study. We made lists of local resources and analyzed applicable resources among the lists. Also, we selected the target resources for the survey in Gimpo, and also analyzed the application for industrialization. Of all these resources, 560 cases were first investigated, then 51 local resources were in-depth analyzed. Based on this result, the application plan was investigated, dividing the central resources and the connection resources.

The national goal of wind energy dissemination has to be determined rationally based on technically available wind resource potential. For a reliable and scientific estimation or wind resource potential, a wind map is requisite. This paper presents the national wind map of Korea established by numerical wind simulation. Prediction accuracy of the low-resolution wind map is Improved by nudging QuikSCAT data and is validated by comparing with marine buoy beacon and met-mast measurements. Therefore, quantification of national wind resource potential is now possible and is anticipating to be utilized as a core index for policy and strategy building of wind energy dissemination and technology development.

The objective of this study was to develop the strategies for enhancing activities of the "Korean Rural Leaders' Association" to foster the voluntary leadership in rural area. Literature review and questionnaire survey were carried out. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, for enhancing the organizational competency, it was regarded as the important components that developing an organizational vision, improvement of structure and functions, promotion of the organizational management efficiency including human resource, securing new members and establishment of organizational culture. And secondly, for accelerating the organizational activities, it was expected to give more concern to such activities as public services, spokesman's role for the farmers, organizational / international cooperations and research at central level of the association.

Recently, many of rural villages are pursuing rural tourism to attract citizens and increase nonfarm income. A key of rural village plan utilizing rural amenity resources is to make sustainable villages considering regional character and potential for development that will work for the residents. In this study, we analyzed Rural Amenity Design Competition winning works which will be possible solutions to make proper plans for rural village and applied these contents to study areas. Three villages were selected as study areas and more than two types of amenity utilization were settled for planning direction for each village to have specialized and unique plan. Through Rural Amenity Design Competition which is being held annually, we will be able to get more data throughout rural area and verify trend of rural village planning. By selecting theme of the competition reflects needs of the time, more detailed and original ideas on amenity village planning can be drawn and this will contribute to proper and stable village planning.
