본 논문에서는 기존의 그리드 컴퓨팅을 위한 미들웨어인 Globus의 정보 서비스 시스템인 MDS의 확장된 정보시스템 설계를 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 자원 접근 및 발견을 위해 P2P 기반의 결함 포용을 갖는 강건하고 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공한다. MDS 는 가상 조직(Virtual Organization, VO) 으로 이루어진 네트워크 상에 자원의 위치 및 상태 정보를 제공하는 디렉토리 서비스이다. 그러나 현재 MDS 시스템은 결함의 기점(Single-point failure) 및 중복으로 등록된 자원에 대한 추가적인 트래픽을 발생시킨다. P2P 기반 정보 서비스 시스템은 기존의 클라이언트/서버 기반의 정보 서비스에 비해 정보의 가용성이 높고 수동적인 정보 서비스 수행 객체인 VO의 자치성을 보장함으로써 그리드 컴퓨팅 자원에 대한 유효한 실시간 접근을 제공한다. 또한 그리드 컴퓨팅의 확장으로 그리드 컴퓨팅에 참여하는 자원의 수가 증가함에 따라 정보 서비스 시스템의 확장성 및 정보 서비스의 개체인 VO간의 자기 조직화(self-organization)를 지원한다.

정보서비스의 기본목적은 신속 정확하게 최적의 정보를 이용자에게 제공하는 것이며 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 다양하고 효과적인 서비스 방법을 적용하려는 노력이 계속되어 오고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본다면 정부 정보소재 안내 서비스(GILS)는 공공부문 정보자원의 특성을 가장 정확히 파악하여 이에 대한 정보를 가장 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 1998년 서비스를 시작한 '한마당'은 GILS를 기반으로 하여 구축된 시스템으로 국내의 공공기관 정보자원의 소재정보를 파악할 수 있는 창구로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다.

가상화 기술은 물리적 컴퓨팅 자원의 추상화를 통해 다수의 운영 체제나 응용 프로그램이 물리적 서버의 자원을 공유하게 함으로써 소요비용을 절감하고 자원을 통합 관리할 수 있는 기술이다. 그러나 가상화 기반 클러스터에서는 클러스터를 이루는 물리적 서버들이 균형적으로 자원을 활용하지 못하고 특정 서버로 자원 활용률이 집중되는 현상(hotspot)이 발생 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Live migration 기술을 이용하여 가상화 클러스터의 자원 효율을 높이는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘은 hotspot의 원인이 되는 자원의 우선순위를 기반으로 가장 적합한 대상을 선정하여 가상머신을 이동시켜 클러스터의 자원 활용률의 균형을 도모하고 추가적인 hotspot의 발생을 최소화고 불필요한 Live migration을 방지하여 migration시에 발생하는 로드를 줄일 수 있다.

고에너지 물리나 바이오 인포매틱스 연구 분야는 대량의 컴퓨팅 자원을 필요로 한다. 이를 위해서 클러스터 컴퓨팅, 그리드 컴퓨팅, 슈퍼 컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 자원 등의 여러 컴퓨팅 자원이 사용된다. 사용자는 각 컴퓨팅 자원을 이용하기 위해서 각각의 사용 방법을 배우고, 저마다의 방법으로 각 컴퓨팅 자원을 사용한다. 사용자가 각 컴퓨터 자원의 사용 방법을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하다. 사용자가 보다 쉽고 빠르게 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하기 위하여 여러 컴퓨팅 자원을 사용하기 위한 동일 인터페이스 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 타키온 슈퍼컴퓨터를 이용하는 사용자에게 동일한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 Ganga의 원격 SGE 백엔드(Backend) 플러그인을 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 연구에서는 21세기 주된 화두의 하나인 테크노경영을 통한 국방자원 운영혁신 전략을 제시한다. 테크노경영이란 기존의 경영개념에 첨단 기술 지식을 접목시켜 새로운 형태로 발전된 최신 학문분야이다. 이러한 테크노경영이 주목받는 이유는 21세기의 강대국 개념이 군사력과 경제력이 아닌 기술력에 크게 의존할 것으로 예상되기 때문이다. 따라서 국가와 기업의 경영에 이제는 정보기술이 반드시 접목되어야 한다는 추세에 부응하여 본 연구에서는 정보기술(IT)에 기초한 테크노경영을 이용한 국방자원 운영혁신 방안을 군의 핵심자원 요소인 인력자원, 군수자원, 지식자원으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 날로 첨단화 되어가고 있는 무기체계 및 국방정보전력체계를 보다 효율적으로 운영하는데 실질적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Disaster Resources are the resources used in the disaster fields such as fire, typhoon, flood, collapse, flood damage, distress, relief, sanitary, explosion and so forth. The resources are distributed by the several institutes including governmental agencies, public institution, and private sectors. When the large scale disaster is occurred, many kinds of the disaster resources are needed. But it is not easy to know where institutes has the needed resources, because the resource management systems are all distributed in the each institute. To integrate or connect the resource data among the systems, it need the several kinds of coordinations such as terms, classification, and resource exchange protocols. In this paper, we propose the standard specifications and how to connect and exchange the data among the systems.

인터넷의 사용이 보편화되어 가고 있는 현대 정보 사기에서는 다양한 정보들이 인터넷 상에 분산되어 존재하고 있다. 이러한 정보 자원들은 서로 이질적인 형태로 분산되어 존재하기 때문에, 정보론 얻으려 하는 최종 사용자가 이러한 정보 자원들에 대해 단일화된 형태로 접근할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 따라서, 이러한 정보 통합에 대한 말은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 XML Schema를 이용한 정보 홍합에 있어서, 각 정보 자원들의 이질성에 기인하는 충돌문제를 분류하고, XQuerySD를 이용한 뷰 정의 방식의 동한 과정에서 충돌 해결 방안을 제시하며, XQuerySD를 쉽게 생성한 수 있도록 도와주는 저작 도구를 설계한다.

In this study we made a try to define the concept of national information resources in science and technology fields and analyzed the current status through the comprehensive examination. And more detailed current status are investigated about building database for each type of national information resources and distribution through Internet services. To the end we described the problems and suggested the considerations for the future.

The purpose of this paper is to promote the effectiveness of information resources management in corporates or research centers. Every business needs to plan its strategy for the transition from doing business in an industrial economy to doing business in an information economy. Information and information technologies are integral to organizational mission and should play increasingly central role in strategic planning. The production, processing, and distribution of information resources is quickly becoming a major consumer good and an input in the production and decision making of all goods and services. Based upon the questionnaire survey and interview with information managers in information centers, this paper analyze several aspects, such as. the current sutuation, concept, elements and structure, techniques and training models of information resources management for corporates and research centers.

In this study, The matrix method was used with common category concept according to the construction project control system. For the purpose of systematic resource management planning, it should be established on accomplished EVM data for clearing the ordering point according to the attribute procurement analysis. Resource management was presented by connecting the material requirement calculation method and the attribute of procurement method based on the EVM, suggested through analyzing process-data modeling using integrated schedule, cost and material.
