The Joint Steering Committee has been preparing for RDA that can be a new rule with revising AACR completely aimed at 2009. RDA can be used not only in traditional library catalogue, but in web-based environment as well. Furthermore it follows up the standard of international contents for the purpose of providing the bibliographic description and the access point of all media. This study investigates the establishing background, the features and the contents structure of RDA including famous scholars' comments.

최근 스마트폰의 폭팔적인 증가와 함께 사용 환경개선도 이루어 지고 있다. 또한 Wi-Fi 존의 증가와 LTE같은 빠른 네트워크 환경은 사용자 중심의 수 많은 앱을 탄생시키고 있다. 안드로이드는 애플의 iOS와는 다른 오픈소스 정책으로 플랫폼 소스가 공개되어 있어 많은 개발자가 쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 그러나 안드로이드는 앱(App) 검증 체계가 미흡하기 때문에 악성코드 등으로 인한 위협요소가 존재하고 있다. 또한 파일 시스템은 임의적 접근제어방식으로 공격자가 취약점을 통해 관리자 권한을 얻어 시스템 자원을 제어할 수 있기 때문에 위협요소가 다분하다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 앱이 호출하는 시스템 API 및 네트워크 자원사용 패턴을 분석하여 부정 앱을 차단하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안 방법으로 실험한 결과 API호출 빈도 및 자원 사용률이 최소 기준치 이하로 검출된 경우를 제외한 평가대상은 모두 검출하여 보안성 강화에 효과적인 것으로 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

최초 19세기말 빙해역으로 둘러싸인 북유럽의 핀랜드 등지에서 쇄빙선을 건조하는 경험으로부터 출발하여 이제는 북극해 연안의 해저자원 개발과 더불어 극한지에 관한 종합적인 학문의 형태로 변모하고 있다. 이미 선진제국에서는 양극지방의 환경자료와 함께 상당한 양의 극한지 실험결 과를 축척하고 있다. 앞으로 개발의 손길을 기다리는 세계 도처의 빙해지역에서 막대한 양의 해저석유자원이 얻어질 것이라고 확신한다. 우선 시베리아 천연자원의 개발사업 같은 국내의 극지관련 기술수요를 창출하는 것이 급선무이지만 그와 함께 극지 자원 개발에 필요한 구조물의 제작이나 설치, 운용 등 외국으로부터의 기술수요에도 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 준비가 필 요하다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 우리 나라의 제반 경제여건에 맞는 기술부분에 계획적이고도 집중 적으로 투자하는 것만이 효율적인 해결책일 것이다. 이와 함께 선진국의 앞선 극지관련 기술을 습득하기 위한 인적교류를 확대하고 국내에서도 극지공학에 관련된 기술인력을 계속 확보하는 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 극지개발은 이론적 접근과 함께 실험에 의한 신뢰성 있는 자료를 축 적해야 한다. 국내의 조선해양산업의 경험과 기술수준으로 판단 할 때 극지관련 공학기술을 가장 빨리 정립할 수 있는 분야는 극지용 해양구조물과 빙해항행선박의 설계 및 건조기술이라 볼 수 있다.

The service oriented architecture (SOA) is gaining more momentum with the advent of Web services on internet. A programmable and machine accessible Web is the vision of many, and might represent a step towards the semantic Web. However, security is a crucial requirement for the serious usage and adoption of the Web services technology. This paper proposes design goals for an distributed access control model for CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce). It then design a processor model for CPC components, along with web services standard and concept that can be used as a basis to design an access control processor independent of a particular CPC service implementation.

정보기술에 대한 투자가 증대되고 그 전략적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템의 효과성 평가문제는 실무적으로나 학문적으로나 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 되었다. 정보시스템의 효과성은 보는 관점에 따라 여러 가지의 개념을 내포하고 있어 단일의 기준으로는 평가될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 효과성을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 평가의 목적에 따라 적절한 기준을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 개념적 틀을 구축하였다. 조직이론에서 제시하고 있는 효과성 평가의 세가지 접근방법인 자원획득 접근법, 내부과정 접근법, 목표달성 접근법을 정보시스템의 기능인 정보기술의 가치부가 활동에 적용하여 정보기술의 획득, 정보기술의 전환, 정보기술의 활용이라는 세가지 평가영역을 도출하였다. 또한 평가기준의 완전성 정도에 따라 각 영역별 세부 평가기준과 대표적인 측정치를 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 인적자원관리 활동이 성과에 미치는 연구를 수행함에 있어, 인적자원관리 개별관행이 어떻게 경영성과에 기여하는 지를 밝혀내는 두 가지 접근방법을 비교하고자 한다. 즉, 각 개별관행별로 각각 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 보는 방법과 이를 총합적으로 보는 방법 두 가지가 과연 차이가 있는지를 비교할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

인터넷의 자원에 접근하기 위해서는 그 정보를 조직화할 필요성이 있으며, 조직화된 자료들은 디지털화되어 서비스될 수 있도록 기술이 발전하고 있다. 따라서, 현존하는 도서관의 편목 기술과 절차를 응용하여 인터넷 자원에 적용한 OCLC 매뉴얼과 네트워크상의 자원에 대한 목록을 메타데이타로 기술한 DUBLIN core 기술법을 비교분석하여, MARC 포맷으로의 변환을 살펴 본 바, 더블린 코아 형태로 제공되는 메타데이타 요소는 MARC포맷의 각 필드로 변환 할 수 있어야 하며, 더블린 코아와 같은 간략형 서지레코드의 요소를 더욱 개발해야 한다. 또한, 여러 유형의 메타데이타 통합에 대한 방법으로 MARC에 대한 수정 및 새로운 필드의 마련이 필요하며, 표준기술규칙의 마련으로 정확하고 대량의 데이터를 구축하며, 특히 이러한 기술법을 익힌 전문가들의 등장이 필요할 것이다.

As the distributed resources in the networks have become increasingly popular, the accesses to these resources having been activated. Especially, the accesses to the distributed resources using the mobile agent technologies provide the mechanisms supporting mobility with mobile users as well as the dynamic accesses to the resources in the fixed networks. Proxy-based mobile agent model is defined as mobile agent network model which allocates the hierarchical domains to the distributed resources changed dynamically, assigns one proxy server for each domain, and promotes the management and the cooperation of the mobile agents. In this paper, we introduce the architecture and the execution scenario for proxy-based mobile agent model which is suitable for the hierarchical management domains. In simulation, we evaluate the proxy server's route optimization functionality and the performance reducing execution time of the mobile agents.

Since embedded software is sensitive to the resources and environment of target system, it should be debugged in the same environment as actual target system. However, existing tools to debug embedded software, in which access to internal signal or resources is limited, are uneconomical. In the thesis, economical and practical JTAG Adapter that can use open GDB is suggested. It can remove existing limitations of environment implementation that have many difficulties in implementing an environment for remote debugging. Hence, the thesis provides economical interfacing environment that can debug ubiquitous embedded software inside remote system.

Though the demand of a leading role of resources technology and fosterage of the resources industry has increased in Korea, it is difficult for the existing investment and management of its R&D to lead to be the same level of those in more advanced countries within a short period. Therefore, in order to strengthen the resources technology system it needs to set up systematic plan or strategy, to resolve shortage of professional human forces, and to expand the investment of private technology development. In this study, we suggest the concept redefinition of resources technology and resources development industry, the establishment of expanded R&D investment system, to offer professional human forces and to reestablishment of the infrastructure for creatively improving resources technology.
