Home Management Behavioural Patterns of Urban Housewives and Family Life Satisfaction to Their Life Styles (도시주부의 라이프스타일에 따른 가정관리행동유형과 가정생활만족)

  • 본 연구는 주부의 라이프스타일을 유형화하여 구분하고, 유형화된 라이프스타일에 따라 가정관리행동유형 및 가정생활만족에 차이가 있는지를 파악하여 주부의 가정생활의 질적 향상을 증진시킬수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 라이프스타일을 알아보기 위해 주부의 태도, 관심, 의견(A.I.O)에 관해 요인분석과 클러스터 분석을 한 결과 우리나라 도시주부의 라이프스타일은 현대적향유형(28.1%), 보수전통주의형(26.3%), 건전활동형(21.5%), 소극적침체형(24%)으로 분류되었다. 주부의 관리행동유형은 대체로 변화지향적으로 나타났으며 학력이 높을수록 자녀수가 적을수록 변화지향적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 주부의 가정생활만족도는 약간높게 나타났으며 라이프스타일에 따라 전반적인 가정관리행동유형은 의사소통과 계획의 융통성에 있어서는 변화지향적인 관리행동을 보이고 자원활용에서는 안정지향적이고 자원인식에서는 안정, 변화의 중립적인 관리행동을 하는 것으로나타났다. 라이 프스타일에 따라 가정생활만족도는 건전활동형이 높았으며 소극적 침체형이 가장 낮았다가 정관리행동유형이 가정생활만족도에 영향을 미치는데 의사소통, 자원활용 자원인식 등의 하위영역에서 변화지향적일수록 만족도가 높았다.

The Influences of the ICT Used Instruction on Learning Achievement of Home Economics and Resource Management Behavior according to the Learning Ability of Students and Resource Management Behavior of a Mother. (ICT활용 수업이 학습자의 학습능력과 어머니의 자원관리행동에 따라 가정과 학업성취와 자원관리행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of the teacher-directed and the learner-directed ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics and resource management behavior according to the learning ability of students and resource management behavior of a mother. The subjects of this study were middle school students, who was divided into three groups traditional instruction group, teacher-directed ICT used instruction group, and learner-directed ICT used instruction group. This study was carried out the experimental instruction. After experimental instruction, the learning achievement and resource management behavior was estimated by test sheets. The data were processed with two-way ANCOVA and Scheffe test for post-hoc analysis The results of study were as follows : First, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics according to the learning ability. Second, there was significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on learning achievement of home economics according to the resource management behavior of a mother. Third, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on the resource management behavior according to the learning ability. Fourth, there was no significant difference in the influences of the ICT used instruction on the resource management behavior of a student according to the resource management behavior of a mother.

A Study on the Effect of Strategic Human Resource Management on Innovation Behavior and Organizational Performance (전략적 인적자원관리가 혁신행동과 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management perceived by members of SMEs on organizational performance and innovation behavior. In addition, the mediator effect of innovation behavior of organizational members on the relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational performance was verified using the statistical program SPSS 21.0 program. First, the hypothesis 1, strategic human resource management (adoption and compensation, job design, training and career management, participation in decision-making) was adopted by showing positive impact on the positive impact on organizational performance. Second, hypothesis 2, strategic human resource management (recruitment and compensation, job design, training and career management, participation in decision-making) was adopted after demonstrating statistically significant influence on innovation behavior. Third, the innovation behavior perceived by Hypothesis 3 organizational members showed a positive influence on organizational performance. Hypothesis 3 was therefore adopted. Fourth, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of innovation behavior in the relationship between hypothesis 4, strategic human resource management and organizational performance, innovation behavior was analyzed to be partially mediated. In other words, strategic human resource management of organizational members has a direct impact on organizational performance, but it can show a higher positive impact on organizational performance through innovation actions in its performance.

  • This study aims to understand the relation between the perceived social exchange of employees in service industry, which is focused on food service industry, and the organizational citizenship behavior, and to consider the efficiency of human resources management in service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, a documentary study and an empirical study based on a structural equation model analysis were carried out. In this study, the social exchange consist of perceived leader support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organization support. Also the organizational citizenship behavior consist of organizational citizenship behavior for individual and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. And then, the relation between the variables was found out. Finally, based upon the results of analysis, this study was suggested for human resources management in service industry.

  • The purpose of this study was to change of Psychological skills strategy and Self-management behavior according to the level of Resourcefulness of collegiate fencing-athletes. Methods: This study was a single case for 12-week intervention. and it took about 60-90 minutes, once a week. Participants were 154 Student athletes and 20 fencing-athletes. The effect of this study was utilized a questionnaire. To analyze the responses of research, the paired t-test were used for finding the significances of mean differences(p<.05). After 12 week education session the results are as follows: Firstly, high group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Attention and Image. low group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Will power, Goal Setting, Confidence, Attention, Image. Secondly, high group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Physical management. low group of Resourcefulness showed greater increase in Training management. fencing-athletes were significantly increased of capacity for Performance and self-management according to the level of Resourcefulness, after 12-weeks. This study suggested useful information about sport psychological skills training and intervention of fencing-athletes.

The Time Management Behavior Under the Time Inclination of Housewives (주부의 시간성향에 따른 시간관리행동)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 주부의 시간성향에 따라 시간관리행동에 차이가 있는지를 파악함으로써 시간성향의 중요성을 밝히고, 주부의 생활경영과정에서 시간사요의 효율성을 창조하는 능력으로서의 인적자원계발을 위한 하나의 자료가 되고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주부의 시간성향은 단선적 시간성향이기보다는 복합적 시간성향인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주부의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 시간성향의 차이를 보면 변인은 거주지와 취업여부였다. 세째, 주부의 시간성향에 따른 시간관리행동은 사회하를 제외한 모든관리행동 즉 계획/우선순위(p<.001), 표준설정/단순화(p<.05), 목표설정(p<.001), 심리적 긴장감해소(p<.001), 분담화(p<.05), 기계화(p<.05)에서 차이를 보이고 있다. 유의미한 차이를 보인 모든 관리행동에서 복합적 시간성향의 주부가 관리행동을 더 잘하였고 특히 계획/우선순위와 목 표설정 관리행동에서 월등히 잘하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

Influence of Strategic Human Resource Management of on Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Private Facility Security Guards (시설경비조직의 전략적 인적자원관리가 조직문화 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to find out how strategic human resource management(SHRM) of a facility security firm affects its organizational culture and behaviors of its members. This study was executed in June 2010 with facility security officers(FSO) in four private security firms by using a judgment sampling technique. A total of 343 FSOs were used in final analysis. Coefficient of reliability(Cronbach's coefficient alpha) of the survey was 0.691. The conclusion was as follows: First, SHRM of facility security firms exert its influence on organizational culture. That is, promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development may facilitate settlement of hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement -based and rationality-oriented culture. Second, SHRM of security firms would affect organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB), i.e., the promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development would tend to enhance consideration for others and altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors. On the other hand, if proper compensation is not made, above-mentioned behaviors would decrease. Third, organizational culture of security firms tends to affect OCB. That is, when hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement-based and rationality-oriented culture is settled, consideration for others, altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors tends to be enhanced.

IoT-Based Module Development for Management and Real-time Activity Recognition of Disaster Recovery Resources (사물인터넷 기반 재난복구자원 관리 및 실시간 행동인지 모듈 개발)

  • Globally, frequency and scale of natural disasters are growing, also the damage is increasing. In view of the damage by natural disasters for several years, it is true that Korea is not free from such damages. In this paper, we propose a process to efficiently manage recovery resources in case of disaster damage. We utilize the IoT technology to detect the resource status in real time, and configure the process so that the state and movement of the recovery resource can be grasped in real time through the resource activity recognition module. In addition, we designed the database that is necessary to actualize it, and developed and experimented resource activity recognition module using smart-phone sensors. This will contribute to building a quick and efficient disaster response system.

개입 게임(Intervention Game)을 이용한 네트워크 자원 관리

  • 본고는 개입 게임(Intervention Game)을 이용한 효율적인 자원공유 방법에 대해 알아본다. 무선통신과 같이 제한된 무선자원을 효과적으로 사용하기 위한 자원공유 방법으로 개입 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, 개입 장치에 의해 자원공유가 조절된다. 개입 장치는 사용자의 행동을 관찰하여 행동에 따른 처벌을 제공하는 장치로 모니터링 능력과 사용자들의 행동에 개입 할 수 있는 개입 능력으로 특정지을 수 있다. 개입 장치가 모니터링 할 수 있는 정보량과 개입량에 따라 다양한 개입 게임이 존재할 수 있으며, 개입 게임을 통해 시스템 관점에서 이상적인 자원공유를 이룰 수 있다. 본고에서는 개입 게임에 대해 알아보고, 기존의 접근 방법과의 차이점에 대해 알아본다. 또한, 개입게임을 모델링하고, 개입 게임을 사용한 간단한 통신 시나리오를 소개한다.
