The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.

오늘날 가상화 시스템에 대한 관심은 증대되고 있다. 가상화 시스템은 그 자체가 가지고 있는 가능성과 컴퓨팅 시스템 환경에 가져다줄 이득으로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 환경을 생각한 그린 컴퓨팅 기술, 서버의 유휴 자원에 대한 활용도를 높이기 위한 가상화 서버 시스템의 도입, 서버 가상화를 통한 서버 공간의 활용 등 많은 이득을 취할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 많은 가상화 시스템에 대하여 활용도를 높이기 위해서 이질적인 가상화 시스템의 자원을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 서로 다른 가상화 시스템을 통합 프레임워크에서 관리할 있도록 하여 시스템의 이식성을 향상시키고 관리자가 다른 가상화 시스템을 사용하더라도 쉽게 다가갈 수 있도록 하여 관리의 편의성을 증대시킨다.

Jakarta-Slide는 Tomcat 웹서버의 WebDAV 프로토콜 지원 모듈로서 인터넷을 통하여 다양한 콘텐츠의 비동기적인 협업을 지원한다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 이러한 Jakarta-Slide를 사용하여 효과적으로 협업을 지원하는 시스템이다. CoSlide 협업시스템은 협업을 위한 가상공간을 제공하며 다양한 클라이언트를 통하여 가상공간에 자원을 등록하고 관리할 수 있다. CoSlide 협업시스템을 많은 사용자나 그룹이 사용하게 될 경우 가상공간과 자원에 대한 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 하지만 현재의 CoSlide 협업시스템에서는 이러한 가상공간과 자원에 대한 전문적인 관리 기능을 지원하는 도구가 지원되고 있지 않기 때문에 관리 작업이 비효율적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CoSlide 협업시스템의 관리 도구 개발에 대하여 기술한다. CoSlide 관리 도구는 Tomcat Administrator Tool을 확장하여 구현되었으며, 효과적인 가상공간과 사용자 관리 기능을 제공한다. 시스템 관리자는 CoSlide 관리 도구를 통하여 협업에 참여하는 사용자를 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있으며 이러한 작업에 따라 개인 가상공간이 자동적으로 관리된다. 또한 그룹 가상공간의 정보를 제공하며 참여하고 있는 사용자들을 파악하고 등록된 가상공간에 대한 정보를 제공하여 효과적인 관리 기능을 제공한다.

OSI 망 관리는 TMN의 하부 구조로 채택됨에 따라서 앞으로 더욱 많이 쓰일 것으로 기대된다. OSI 망관리는 관리자-대리인 모델을 기본으로 하는데 , 관리 시스템(관리자 역할) 보다 관리대상 시스템(대리인 역할)이 더 중요한 역할을 수행하는 특징을 가진다. 기존의 관리대상 시스템들은 많은 관리 객체들을 대상으로 하는 CMIS 연산 요구를 받았을 때, 관리 객체들을 순차적으로 처리하기 때문에 빠른 응답시간을 보장할 수 없었다. 본논문에서는 CMIS 연산을 효율적으로 처리하는 관리대상 시스템을 위한 다중 쓰레드 기반의 프로세스 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 OSIMIS TMN플랫폼을 이용해서 솔라리스 운영체계에서 구현되었다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 측정해본결과, 관리대상 시스템 내부의 망 자원들을 관리할 때는 성능이 그리 좋지 않았으나 , 시스템 외부의 망 자원들을 관리 할 때는 뛰어난 성능을 보였다.

In this paper, I have designed and implemented the total management system to integrate PC and communications device operation of elementary, middle, and high school. The proposed system gives system information management, network information management, and remote management for PC and circuit management and performance analysis function for a router. For PC management, it supports system and network configuration information monitoring and current screen view of PC by remote screen capture. For network management, it provides gathering information of a line interface and analysis function such as utilization by polling. Thru total management system, system manager of teacher can have integrated operations of computerized resources in school by collecting and monitoring information of PCs and network elements.

In the last decades, the resource used in the construction process has become much more various in kinds and increased in number as construction has become enlargement and complexity. Resource management on a construction site has been recognized as a detrimental factor to influence project success, therefore various technologies have been applied by the construction industry to streamline resource management. RFID/USN interworking system composed of RFID technology and sensor network supports automation of resource management and real-time information networking. Most of research efforts for RFID technology in the construction industry have been limited to object identification technology. The study proposed herein it to verify the applicability of RFID/USN interworking system to the construction industry. The identification rates of RFID/USN interworking system by distance and degree and by type of materials was identified and analyzed.

Recently, various systems are being developed for efficiently assignment and management of such resources as seats of airplane, train, bus, theater, and library. If it occurs the exceed demand for the limited seat resource, the system has much difficulty for the seat resource management and assignment efficiently. The existed allocation and management methods were processed using the centralization management of the limited seat resource. But these methods cannot consider the preference of each user, and these not support the fairness of usage for each person. Accordingly, we design and implement the seat assignment system based on the customer-driven for the seat management in the reading room of library, customer selects directly for the fairness of seat.

최근 임베디드 시스템 분야에서의 실시간 운영체제는 정보가전을 비롯한 임베디드 시스템 등 적용범위가 점차 확대되는 추세이다. 실시간 운영체제는 다른 범용 운영체제와는 달리 시간 결정성을 보장하는 운영체제로서, 주로 자원(resource)이 한정된 시스템에 탑재되어야 하기 때문에 효율적인 자원관리가 필요하다. 시스템의 자원 중에서도 메모리는 실시간 운영체제의 실행에 있어서 꼭 필요한 자원이므로 이에 대한 효과적인 관리가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 대부분 실시간 운영체제에서는 효율적인 메모리 관리를 위해서 동적 메모리 할당 방법을 채택하고 있다. 그러나 할당된 메모리를 해제하지 않고 종료되는 태스크로 인해 메모리 누수 문제가 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 동적 메모리 할당에서 메모리 누수를 최소화 할 수 있도록 개선한 메모리 관리 기법을 설계 및 구현하였다.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 변화됨에 따라 다양한 디바이스의 등장으로 인하여 컴퓨팅 환경을 유지 관리하는 비용이 증가함에 따라 시스템 자원에 대한 관리가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 클라이언트의 시스템 자원에 대한 모니터링을 통해 다양한 u-응용 서비스 지원을 위한 멀티 자원 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 다양한 클라이언트 디바이스상의 프로세스를 모니터링하여 실시간으로 정보 수집하여 데이터베이스에 저장하며, 또한 각 디바이스의 현재 수행 중에 있는 출력 화면을 확인할 수 있다. 이를 위한 설계 및 구현 환경에 대해 기술하고, 또한 실시간 모니터링을 수행한 결과를 보인다.

해양수산분야의 웹 자원을 포함한 전자정보자원의 효율적인 메타데이터시스템 구축방안을 수립하기 위하여 국내외의 전문분야 메타DB를 조사하였다. 해양연구문헌은 IAMSLIC의 해양웹자원리스트 정보를 주요 컨텐츠로하여 메타데이터 시스템을 구상하며, 해양조사자료는 자료종류 및 특성에 부합하는 메타데이터항목 및 양식을 설정하여 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.
