본 논문은 한국형 에너지관리시스템에 적용되는 발전계획 응용프로그램 기능중 최적조류계산 기능을 실제 시스템에 적용하기 위한 준비과정을 설명하고 있다. 최적조류계산 기능은 운영자가 정의한 계통모델, 제어요소, 목적함수, 제약요소를 기반으로 운영자가 선택하는 전력계통 BaseCase를 해석하여 계통운영 한계값의 위반을 제거하거나 최소화하여 전력계통의 안정성을 향상시키며, 유효전력 손실 최소화, 연료 비용 최소화 등 목적함수를 최소화하는 해를 생성하고 계통운영상의 주요 제어 및 비용권고 사항 등 계통 해석상태를 제시하는 기능을 수행하는 응용프로그램으로 K-EMS Prototype 개발 기간에 개발되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 언급한 OPF 기능을 실제 계통 데이터를 Interface하는 과정과 검증방법들에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.

본 연구는 오늘날 대학 교육과정의 일부로 중요시되고 있는 봉사학습에 대한 것으로써 봉사학습 교육과정의 하나인 해외봉사활동 프로그램을 어떻게 개발하고 체계적으로 운영하여 교육적 효과를 높일 것인지를 삼육대학교의 사례를 중심으로 제안한다. 대학은 봉사학습의 일환으로 해외봉사프로그램을 운영함에 있어 지도교수, 학생, 학교 봉사관련부서(사회봉사단 혹은 봉사센터)가 역할의 분담과 상호 협력을 통해 일관성 있으면서도 조화롭게 운영되도록 한다. 프로그램 성공의 핵심은 학교의 봉사교육에 대한 분명한 철학과 비전 제시, 지도교수들의 봉사정신과 세밀한 준비, 봉사활동 참여자들에 대한 철저한 사전교육, 봉사자들이나 팀들에 대한 봉사단의 체계적 지원활동 등이다.

In this paper, we propose integrated guidelines of effective e-Learning management system based on LMS(Learning Management System), LCMS(Learning Contents Management System), Authoring Tools by linking e-Learning system to management. The purpose of the study is to describe the present condition and major characteristics of domestic e-Learning System and to recommend quality assurance related to main functions and practical use of the corporate e-learning in multiple ways and implementation strategies to fit facilitator, tutor, learner.

가상 커뮤니티는 짧은 기간에 많은 사용자들을 불러모으면서 대량의 트래픽을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 비즈니스적 기회를 창출할 기회가 빨리 다가온다. 하지만 많은 사용자들을 확보하는 것이 이러한 사용자들을 대상으로 수익모델을 창출하는 것을 의미하지는 않으므로 많은 운영자들이 경제적 면에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그래서 가상 커뮤니티에서 수익을 이끌어내기 위해서는 커뮤니티 운영자의 체계적인 경영전략이 뒤따라야 하며, 회원들이 거부감을 느끼지 않도록 자연스럽게 수익모델로 연결시켜야 한다는 힘겨운 과제가 놓여있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 가상 커뮤니티의 전략적 구축, 운영 및 성장 방법에 대해서 분석하고 커뮤니티의 특성에 맞는 다양한 수익모델들을 제시하여 이를 바탕으로 사례에 대한 적용안을 마련해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to identify web designer's knowledge organization for WWW. Linked web sites were investigated in public library web pages. Independent variable was the supervised offices of public libraries and dependent variables were the web sites of type of public libraries, supervised offices of public libraries, and employment information. Results showed that special library and supervised office web sites were linked differently by public library web pages differently based upon supervised offices. This difference was resulted from geographical factors and types of information on the web sites.

최근 모바일 앱이 중요해지는 만큼, 모바일 앱의 쉽고 빠른 개발 및 유지보수, 모바일 서비스의 편리한 운영관리의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 모바일 앱 개발자의 부족, 개발 시 높은 비용, 기존의 모바일 앱 유지보수와 운영관리에 소요되는 많은 자원 때문에 모바일 앱 개발 및 관리는 상당히 어려운 상태이다, 본 프로젝트는 다양한 모바일 앱 개발환경, 운영관리환경을 개발자에게 제공하여 빠르고 편리하게 모바일 앱 개발을 지원해 주고, 모바일 앱의 쉬운 운영관리를 지원할 수 있는'모바일 하이브리드 앱개발 플랫폼'을 구축하고자 한다.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업은 고용보험법과 근로자직업능력 개발법에 근거하여 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하여 운영되는 사업으로서 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하기 때문에 고용보험료를 납부하는 기업이나 교육생은 전액무료로 수강이 가능하나 경영진의 무관심과 근로자의 필요성 인식 저조, 시간 지리적 제약 등의 이유로 일부 분야에서는 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 사례는 보건산업 분야 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업을 운영하고 있는 한국보건복지인력개발원 사례이다. 한국보건복지인력개발원 역시 초기에는 기업의 참여도 저조 등으로 교육에 어려움을 겪었으나 조직혁신과 수요자 니즈 충족을 통해 급속한 성장과 성과를 내고 있다. 한국보건복지인력개발원은 컨소시엄사업을 수행하기 위해 기관 위상 제고 및 조직 안정화 노력을 하였고, 교육 참여기업 및 교육생 수요에 기반한 교육과정 개편, 사업 운영 조직 및 인프라 개편 등 사업 운영 혁신을 통해 교육확대 등 교육사업 성과향상의 결과를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 혁신사례는 국가인적자원개발 컨소시업사업은 물론 정부지원 교육훈련사업 전반에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

수력발전기의 운전중 신뢰성 및 장기 사용된 발전기의 경우 노후도 평가를 위한 지표로 고정자권선의 물리적 절연상태를 평가하는 방법이 일반적으로 이용되고 있다. 시험방법은 크게 부분방전 특성을 검출하는 운전중(On-line) 진단기법과 정지중(Off-line) 진단기법이 있다. 운전중 진단기법은 발전기의 정지없이 상시 상태를 감시할 수 있는 장점이 있으므로 활용도가 증가되고 있고 정지중 진단기법은 고정자권선 절연상태를 정밀하게 평가할 수 있는 잘 알려진 시험법으로 권선의 절연상태를 모니터링하여 운영자에게 고장징후를 알려주고, 예측보전이 가능하도록 도움을 주고 있다. 이 논문에서는 장기간 운영된 대용량 수력발전기의 정지중 절연진단기법(성극지수, 교류전류, 유전정접, 부분방전) 결과의 통계적 추이변화 고찰을 통하여 대용량 수력발전기 고정자 권선의 신뢰성평가를 실시하였다.

Rice production depended on the weed control. The purpose of this study was conducted to evaluate the influence of tillage with chemical amendments + 5 cm flooded, no-tillage without Chinese milk vetch + 5 cm flooded (NTNT 5 cm), no-tillage amended with Chinese milk vetch + 5 cm flooded (NTCM 5 cm), and no-tillage amended with Chinese milk vetch + 10 cm flooded (NTCM 10 cm) on weed occurrence and yield of rice in paddy. Triplicate experimental plots were laid out in a randomized complete block design and compared by employing least significant difference. The dry weights of weeds in NTCM 5 cm and NTCM 10 cm were 11% and 4% level of NTNT 5 cm (p<0.05) and were 3.2 times and 1.2 times more than in conventional tillage system. In addition, the Aneilema keisak and Ludwigia prostrata were significantly increased in NTNT 5 cm (p<0.05). The yield of rice grain in NTCM 10 cm was 2.6 times more than in NTNT 5 cm and was 89% level of conventional tillage system. Our findings suggest that NTCM 10 cm should be enhance of weed control as well as improving of yield of rice in paddy.

With rapid developments in technology and communications' many teachers are increasingly exposed to a variety of e-Learning environments that they must develop new competencies and skills to be successful e-Learning teachers. The purpose of this training program, sponsored by HRD Korea (Human Resources Development Services of Korea), is to provide e-Learning teachers with meaningful opportunities for promoting quality e-Learning teaching. This program covers pedagogical issues as well as technical and practical aspects of the e-Learning environments. Before starting the program development the survey and the current e-Learning program assessments were conducted. The training program is divided into three modules as follows: 1) theoretical issues of e-Learning, 2) development of e-Learning contents, and 3) implementation of e-Learning environments. These three modules can be selectively reorganized in response to teacher requirements and demands. ln each module, there are five subtopics that include creative teaching and interaction strategies for promoting the effective e-Learning teaching. ln conclusion, teachers will gain greater understanding of teacher roles in e-Learning instruction, more flexibility in teaching jobs, increased confidence and knowledge to act as e-Learning facilitators through the completion of this training program.
