Oxytocin is a neurohypophyseal hormone which has multiple functions in mammals. Mainly, oxytocin regulates milk ejection and has an effect on uterine contraction and is related to maternal behavior. Maternal behavior is believed to be suppressed by stress and facilitated by oxytocin. In the cesarean section, oxytocin may be administrated into uterus to promote uterine involution. The present study aimed to test the effect of oxytocin into uterus on maternal behavior of rats with cesarean section. It was measured the effects on maternal behavior of oxytocin infused into uterus in rats with cesarean section as a stressor. In the first experiment, pup survival rate of between a control group and a group with laparotomy as a stress in natural parturition rats was compared. In the second experiment, survival rate for 2 weeks and maternal pup searching behavior (MPSV) were observed in one cesarean sectioned group without oxytocin and the other cesarean sectioned group with oxytocin. Infanticide was observed in stressed group in the first experiment while a normal maternal behavior was observed in a control one. In the second experiment, MPSV was only observed in a cesarean sectioned group with oxytocin and infanticide was observed in two groups except one rat which is thought to be affected by oxytocin as operated relatively late. This is the first study to show that the administration of oxytocin into uterus in the cesarean section is not involved in the regulation of maternal behavior in rats. In conclusion, this study proves the needs of oxytocin into brain in cesarean section related rats model and further study of maternal behavior list, like MPSV.

Jeung Wan-yeong expresses his perception of hometown in two ways. First, it is a nature-friendly pastoral place. His geographical hometown, a nature-friendly pastoral place, is Gimcheon; he produced many works in which he longed for nature in the place. These works have a large amount of lyric, pastoral, and bucolic contents, without any conflict, on the basis of peace, longing, and Oriental nature-friendly thought. Second, the hometown perceived by Jeung Wan-yeong is a rest place for both ancestors and descendants. According to his definition, 'Hometown is a village where the living and the dead coexist: Longing for a hometown immediately may be that for parents, and is often expressed as that for siblings and old friends. In other words, a hometown is a place where there are ancestors' graves, and parents, siblings, and relatives; in Jeung Wan-yeong's works where it is perceived as a place with memories for them. the hometown has eternal maternity.

Heterotopic pregnancy is the coexistency of intrauterine and extrauterine pregnancy. The incidence of heterotopic pregnancy is about 1 to 30,000 pregnancy in a natural cycle. However, the frequency of heterotopic pregnancy has steadily increased because of rising incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic surgery and the development of ovulation induction and assisted reproduction. Because heterotopic pregnancy is difficult due to diagnose and it has high morbidity and mortality rate, one should always take this into consideration and should conduct careful and thorough gynecologic evaluation. We have experienced a case of heterotopic pregnancy in a 29-year old woman who presented with acute abdominal pain in a natural cycle and report this case with a brief review of literature.

Purpose: Chromosomal abnormalities of abortuses have been used to investigate common etiologies of spontaneous abortion, but the frequencies and types of spontaneous abortions have demonstrated considerable variation among different countries and races. Materials and Methods: A cytogenetic analysis of 75 abortuses was performed at GenDix, Inc. from January 2006 to December 2007. Results: The frequency of chromosome abnormalities in abortuses was 32.0% (24/75 cases). Among the chromosomal abnormalities, trisomy was present in 62.5% (15/24 cases) of cases and the most frequent trisomy was trisomy 21 with an occurrence rate of 26.6% (4/15 cases). The following was trisomy 22 (3/15 cases) and trisomy 20 (2/15 cases). The average maternal age for abnormal karyotypes was $34.3{\pm}3.3$. Conclusion: Cytogenetic analysis of abortus is important for diagnosis and genetic counseling of patients with spontaneous abortion.

본 연구는 한국전총사회의 아동양육을 알아 보기 위해 고려시대의 문집인 파한집.한국이상국집.보한집을 문헌분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고려시대의 아동에 대한 인식특징으로는 아동의 소질이나 품성은 선천적으로 타고 나는 것으로 보았으며, 또한 아동의 지적 측면에 대한 기초가 높았다는 점을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 고려시대 아동은 가내과업을 통하여 성인생활로 자연스럽게 사회화될 뿐만아니라 행동모방.자연적 친화.도구제작 등의 활동특성을 지닌 놀이 생활을 하였다. 세째, 고려시대에 부성은 아동의 물리적 보호뿐만 아니라 심리적 측면에서의 야육활동을 수행하였고 한편으로 모성에게는 영아 양육에 있어 필연적 관계가 강조되었으며 또한 당시 사회에는 강항 양육책임의식이 있었음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 분집을 통하여 당시 아동의 의식주생활, 출생의례, 가족교육등에 관한 일부 내용이 발견되었다.

This study sought to develop a 'Meaning of Parenting Scale for Mothers(MPS-M)' in order to measure how Korean mothers perceive the meaning of parenting. To this end, in Study I, a preliminary scale was designed, based firstly on socio-cultural and evolutionary psychological perspectives and secondly on the responses from 118 mothers concerning meaning of parenting. This was followed up by the collection of 887 mothers' responses to the preliminary scale, which then underwent exploratory factor analysis for scale revision. In Study 2, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on a collection of responses from 548 mothers using the revised scale. Concurrent validity was tested using a parenting stress scale, and reliability was then checked by conducting calculations for internal consistency. As a result, the MPS-M was finally developed, consisting of 25 items under six factors: 'Internal Maturity', 'Restoration of Naturality', 'Familial Union', 'Physical Burden', 'Affective Disorientation', and 'Comprehensive Loss'. Accordingly, the meaning of parenting was statistically confirmed as a hierarchical two-sided concept possessing six factors under positive and negative meaning categories.

다이아몬드상 카본(Diamond-like Carbon, DLC) 필름은 비정질 재료로서 다이아몬드와 유사한 높은 경도, 내마모성, 화학적 안정성, 그리고 광학적 특성을 가지고 있으며, 낮은 마찰계수와 높은 탄성률 등으로 인해 많은 분야에서 응용이 연구되고 있는 재료이다. 그러나 DLC 필름이 이러한 우수한 특성이 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 수 GPa에 이르는 높은 압축 잔류 응력으로 인해 응용에 제약을 받고 있다. 이러한 압축 잔류 응력이 상당한 값에 이르게 되면 기판의 구속에서 벗어나게 되어, 기판으로부터 떨어지게 되고 굽힘을 받게 되는 delamination buckling 현상이 일어나기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 높은 잔류 응력으로 인해 자연적으로 발생하는 buckling 현상과 식각 과정을 통해 인위적으로 기판의 제한으로부터 필름을 완화시키는 freehang 방법을 이용하여 필름이 기판에 접착되는데 필요한 에너지를 평가하려고 한다. 본 실험에서는 rf-PACVD 장비를 이용하여 필름을 증착하였다. 이때 전극과 플라즈마 사이의 바이어스 음전압은 -100~700 Vb로 변화를 주었으며, 합성압력은 9mTorr로 고정하였다. 사용한 반응 가스는 메탄(CH4)이고, 아르곤(Ar)을 이용하여 모든 실험에서 동일하게 기판을 전처리 하였다. buckling 현상을 관찰하기 위해 사용된 기판은 slide glass이고, freehang을 제작하기 위해 사용된 기판은 (100) p-type Si wafer 이다. freehang 제작시 사용한 식각 용액은 KOH(5.6mol)이며 외부 요인을 제거하기 위해 7$0^{\circ}C$ 항온조를 사용하였다. Buckling 된 필름과 freehang은 광학 현미경과 전자 주사 현미경에 의해 관찰되었으며, 사인 함수 형태의 곡면을 가지고 있었다. 또한 freehang 제작시 각각의 주기와 진폭을 통해, 필름과 기판사이의 계면에너지와 buckling 되면서 새로 생성된 두 표면에너지 차이를 구할 수 있게 되고, 이를 통해 접착에너지를 평가할 수 있었다.

Hexagram Bi (比 ䷇ 8) is one of the hexagrams comprised of one-unbroken line and five-broken lines. The hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines symbolize the relationship and dynamics between one yang-consciousness and the five-yin unconsciousness. The hexagram of one-unbroken line and five-broken lines has six different images depending on the position of the one unbroken line from the beginning line to the top line. In terms of psychology, this means that the position change of one yang line in relation to five yin lines may symbolize the function of consciousness which clarifies and determines the content of the psyche. In addition, the flow of psychic energy can be examined through the process of one unbroken line's movement. In other words, the psychic contents of the beginning line of hexagram Bok (復 ䷗ 24), which is the beginning of the hexagram of one-unbroken line and five-broken lines, proceed sequentially, and then arrive at the process of the last sixth, hexagram Bak (剝 ䷖ 23) through the fifth, the hexagram Bi (8). That is, it can be said that the content of the hexagram and the line determined according to the position of one unbroken line show a certain psychic flow. As a result, the first hexagram Bok (復 ䷗ 24), after recovering and starting newly, means the beginning of consciousness. After that the process of proceeding with the second, third, and fourth lines represents the flow of consciousness. And in the fifth place, the fifth line of hexagram Bi, it reaches its peak and is placed in the optimal state of consciousness because of its right and centered position at this hexagram Bi. Like nature, the psyche gradually enters the path of decline from the highest state, which leads to the last sixth, the top line of hexagram Bak. However, the top line of the hexagram Bak, where everything falls off, contains the content of starting again in its top line. It is the beginning line of hexagram Bok to inherit this. This means the circumambulation of the psyche that changes from a psychologically difficult state of depression to a stage of recovery. There is a stage that must be passed in this circulation process, and that is the hexagram Gon (坤 ䷁ 2). October(tenth month)'s hexagram Gon is placed between hexagram Bak, the ninth month of the lunar calendar, and hexagram Bok, the eleventh month of the lunar calendar. This represents that the flow of recovery must go through a maternal process of hexagram Gon. The retreat to the psychological uterus is inevitable in regenerating the psyche. This process flows from the hexagram Bak and through hexagram Gon to the hexagram Bok. At this situation the hexagram Gon acts the absolutely necessary role. In addition, the main body of the hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines, including the Bi hexagram, is also the Gon hexagram composed of six-broken lines. In other words, all six hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines have a certain relationship with the Gon hexagram, and it would be meaningful to look at the correlation between the unbroken lines of the hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines and the corresponding broken lines of the hexagram Gon. This can be said to be the dynamics of the maternal unconscious connected to the state of consciousness in six forms. Therefore, each hexagram of one-unbroken and five-broken lines symbolizes the expression of the integration the mother archetype with the consciousness. Revealing this well is the meaning of the hexagram of one-unbroken and five-broken lines. Its hexagram image consists of a combination of Gon (☷), which symbolizes the mother, and the thunder (☳) the eldest son, the water (☵) the middle son and the mountain (☶) the third son. As a result, the hexagram Bok (復 ䷗ 24), Sa (師 ䷆ 7), Gyeom (謙 ䷠ 15), Ye (豫 ䷏ 16), Bi (比 ䷇ 8) and Bak (剝 ䷖ 23) are sequentially created in the order of the unbroken line. This is symbolically the evolutionary process of consciousness. In this way, the hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines, which mean the conjunction of mother and son, represent the advancing relationship between the maternal unconscious and consciousness. In addition, the relationship with the mother according to the position of the son is related to the dynamics of mother archetype to the attitude of consciousness. The psychological meaning can be deduced from the flow of six lines of hexagrams of one-unbroken and five-broken lines. And the state in which the activation of the consciousness is at its peak is the fifth line of the hexagram Bi, and comparing it with the contents of the corresponding fifth line of hexagram Gon not only can find the state and meaning of the conjunction of consciousness and the maternal unconscious, but the entire flow can be compared to the individuation process.

At present, waterproof is absolutely needed to minimize the carbonation of bridge decks in Kor ea. In this research indoor experiments for penetrative waterproof admixture out of available methods are carried out to evaluate the resisting characteristics against natural arid artificial car bona ting conditions. The test results show that the optimal time of waterproof is 14 days after the concrete construc. tion but reconsideration is necessary for the application to high strength concrete because of the reduction in penetration of waterproof admixture. The results also show that the penetrat ive waterproof admixture has srrong resistance to the acid rain. However the waterproof capability of the admixture is not permanent especially under the natural exposure. Therefore the slab of a bridge should be paved with asphalt concrete. Other noticeable effects are the increase of heat and abrasion resistances from the use of the waterproof agents.
