Prior studies have conducted both FGI and specialist workshops to explore and define the necessary competencies for bancassurance personnel. As a result, 17 such competencies have been identified. A survey involving 105 bancassurance personnel from affiliated banks was conducted to compare perceived importance with retention levels of the aforementioned required competencies. SPSS 20.0, T-test, Borich analysis, and The Locus for Focus model were utilized to confirm education priority and for statistical analysis. The bancassurance personnel competencies that were rated as high in importance and retention were as follows: relationship building, interpersonal understanding, proactive execution of duties, and introspective self-confidence. In chronological order, the educational priorities for the required competencies were found to be as follows: professionalism, proposal capability, achievement orientation, and relationship building.

  • If we analyze games and game communities which are mostly consumed by the young, we can get the meaningful analysis result of youth culture. The content analysis and the discourse analysis methods were used in this study since the relationship between media and culture was exquisitely reciprocal. The object of analysis is the domestic community of the simulation game, Sims 2, which reflects the identities of the game players. I was searching for the social and cultural meaning of the game activities, and could find the content's characteristics of 'Sims 2' players' discourses. The results showed that the game media has social and cultural significance by providing the players a self-realization, identity workshop, virtual identity that diverges from their own ones with an alternative sex, constructing a cultural property with the involved game players, and increasing their virtual consumption and self-examination of antisocial behaviors in the game.

  • When we lose our memories or when our self-identity becomes blurred, we may feel as if our mind has split into multiple minds. If someone makes another 'me' by copying my body and mind, how should two conscious 'I's change their credences? In this article, we present a new thought experiment that can be called the 'Two Adams Problem'. This thought experiment represents a piece of philosophical inquiry that speculates on the nature of self-consciousness information that 'I am awake now'. On Sunday evening, as soon as Adam falls asleep, the philosopher Roro makes another Adam by copying Adam's original body and mind. They sleep separately in another room. Within a minute, Roro throws a fair coin. If the coin lands heads up Roro wakes just one of the Adams up on Monday. If the coin lands tails up Roro wakes both Adams up. On Monday, at least one of the Adams will wake up. To what degree ought they believe that the outcome of the coin toss is heads? We will argue that the correct answer to this question is 1/2.

  • This study is an autoethnography from the perspective of Erikson's psychosocial development to investigate how gender discrimination has affected the development of one person. Research materials were diaries, essays, phone interviews, and interviews. As a result, this study indicated that the wounds suffered during infancy persisted for a long time. After growing up, although it was possible to change one's ideas of gender discrimination by learning, it seemed difficult to overcome from trauma completely. Therefore, this study is meaningful to show the understanding of the development of an individual through a social problem and can be expanded to research the same subject by combining other categories.

Total 128 items were developed. Through reliability testing, factor analysis, 60 preliminary items, and 4-points scale were selected. By a means of the internal consistency for 60 items, 33 items were deleted. Finally, 27 items were remained. To verity 27 items, factor analysis, reliability testing, and correlation were done. Data were collected from 480 elderly subjects in Daegu, Kyungpook Province, and Busan, Kyungnam Province from August, 2008 to February, 2009. Results: From the results of the factor analysis for 27 items, 3 factors were extracted. These factors were labeled as 'empathic emotion', 'self-reflection', and 'bitter experience of life'. Cronbach's Alpha for the 27 items was .921 and correlation coefficient of ego-integrity was .69. Conclusion: An exploratory study of the variables related to wisdom among the elderly is needed for criterion validity of this scale. A study on wisdom for different age groups is needed for re-verification.

  • This paper investigates how narrative folk songs have been transmitted and enjoyed through literature data and field research, and discusses their educational significance. Narrative folk songs have changed from songs that were enjoyed by common women to songs enjoyed by upper class men according to the times. They have ranged from tragic songs lamenting hardships to comic songs that relieve oppression, depending on the performance situation. Moreover, narrative folk songs have been enjoyed through media transmission beyond traditional custom. Narrative folk songs have not been enjoyed in one fixed way, but rather in various ways depending on the situation, so they have functioned to enable common women, who are their main singers, to share emotions, communicate, and maintain their community. Therefore, in literature education, narrative folk songs can be used as very appropriate materials for learners to reflect on themselves, communicate with others and contribute to desirable community life. By experiencing the various ways of enjoying narrative folk songs, learners will be able to grow into subjects who actively solve their own problems and those of their communities.

The study results were as follows: first, among four dark tourism visiting motivation including, motivation to research, historicalness, deviation, and self-examination, first two variables motivation to research and historicalness showed positive effect on authenticity and emotion. Second, the study found that visitors' satisfaction influenced positively towards attitude change. Finally, authenticity and emotion positively influenced attitude change. This study empirically suggests a change in attitude toward history due to the dark tour. Since historicality has been shown to have a significant influence on the attitude of history through authenticity and emotion, it is necessary to strengthen story-based experience programs at historical sites.

  • Animations characterize space as a strategy to effectively show the inner conflicts of characters and to highlight the theme. During the process of inner conflict, characters unconsciously use defense mechanism to protect their egos from the fear that came from deficiency, and because of the self-deceptive quality of self-defense mechanism, the reality is distorted and conflicts get intensified. This study focuses on the concept of anti-house, the space where conflicts get intensified, analyzes animations to find out the aspect of inner conflict, and interprets the characteristic of space that is used for metaphoric structure frame. Also, it aims to reveal how the defense mechanism, which intensifies the inner conflict of characters, is characterized as anti-house. The analysis in this study was mainly done with the TV series, , and the theater version of . It is because the characters have serious deficiency from broken home and have a psychological quality of closed boundary that is symbolized as 'A.T. field'. Especially, the core character, 'Shinji Ikari', shows how a character uses compulsive self-defense mechanism to deal with inner conflict and as a result, goes through ego-collapse and then introspection. This process of the character's experience is the core of the whole plot. Through analysis, the relationship between the character's self-defense mechanism and the space, anti-house(which expands to Anti-city), was inferred. The space is made up of three axes, x-axis of horizontal space, y-axis of vertical space, and in the sense that all the space has no exit, z-axis of deeper contradictory space. This thesis started with the decision that is the most suitable work in analyzing the metaphorical relationship between self-defense mechanism and anti-house. There was limitation, however, as the typical characteristics of Japanese animations, pedantic composition and the possibility of broad interpretation, hindered clear verification. Hopefully, this limitation will be overcome by following studies and this study is expected to show the importance of space in interpreting the text of animations, and to serve as database for other creative works.

When operating service learning, the service period at the visiting institution is increased to 6 weeks or more, and based on close interaction and detailed analysis of the educational environment in the planning stage, Suggest to develop and operate a plan. In addition, if you have the opportunity to receive feedback from your professors and colleagues through demonstrations and mock presentations in the classroom before visiting the institution, and finally have the opportunity to visit the institution again after the results of service learning are announced, more quality service learning education will be operated. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that more valuable and meaningful service learning education opportunities will be provided to learners by designing and operating a practical and sophisticated service learning curriculum.
