익명 통신로는 사용자가 자신의 정보를 임의의 통신로에 보내었을 경우에 제 3자가 사용자와 사용자가 보낸 메시지의 대응관계를 알 수 없도록 하는 기술이다. 이러한 익명 통신로의 기술은 전자선거, 전자화폐, 전자우편 등의 프라이버시의 기능을 제공해야 하는 분야에서 널리 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 익명 통신로에 관한 최신 연구 흐름을 Mix-net과 DC(Dining Cryptographers)-net 중심으로 살펴본다. 또한 향후 연구 방향에 대해서 소개한다.

EasySoft(이하:ES)는 컴퓨터를 처음 배우는 초급자에서부터 프로그래밍 가능자에 이르기까지 다양한 범위의 학습자에게 통합 교과적인 지식을 토대로 알고리즘 교육을 제공하여, 창의성과 논리성 계발의 효과를 거둘 수 있도록 만들어진 학습기자재이다. ES는 EasyLab, EasyC, Visual Basic과 같이 ActiveX를 지원하는 툴과 연동하여 사용한 수 있는 ActiveX 제어도구(EasyOCX)로 구성되어 있다. 학습자는 ES를 통하여 자신의 생각을 구성, 알고리즘화 시켜 프로그래밍하고 코드를 로봇으로 전송하여, 로봇의 움직임과 자신의 의도를 비교, 연구, 반복하는 작업으로 학습하게 된다. ES는 학습기자재가 부족한 교실현장에서 직접 활용할 수 있도록 구성된 것으로, 흥미적 요소와 교육적 요소를 적절하게 조화 시킨 소프트웨어이다. EasyLab은 컴퓨터를 모르는 학습자도 알기쉬운 GUI식 흐름도 기반 S/W를 표방하므로 초등학교에서, EasyOCX나 EasyC의 경우는 EasyLab과 유사한 방식을 추구하되 직접 프로그래밍 하게 되어있어 한 단계 높은 중 고등학교의 교수장면에서 직접 활용이 가능하다.

Community creates, receives and preserves the records, which made the community members and the entire society remember their history. As for community archives, archival appraisal is very political activity because appraisal of community records means whose memory remain alive in history. This study aims to analyze archival appraisal theories from the perspective of community and community archives, and suggest appraisal model for community archives. This study begins with examining the meaning of community archives and appraisal related issues including; i) community identity and independence of archives, ii) struggle of memory and multiple narratives, iii) uniqueness of each community and its archives, and iv) community archives as memory process and social inclusion. At the next stage, it deals with the archival theories from Schellenberg's archival values theory to macro-appraisal, to investigate possible application of theories for community records appraisal. It finds that the societal approach of macro-appraisal have advantage to appraise the community records. This study finally suggests the appraisal model for community archives by modifying the macro-appraisal components as well as by complying the principles of community archives. The model consists of the purpose and object of appraisal, principle and basis of valuation, and cooperation model between mainstream repository and community.

한 산업에서 인력 수급을 전망하는 것은 인력의 수요자인 기업의 측면에서는 안정적인 인력 확보 전략을 수립하기 위해서, 공급자인 산업 종사자들에게 있어서는 자신들이 앞으로 진출해야할 산업의 매력도를 파악하기 위해서, 그리고 정부 차원에서는 관련 산업에 있어서 중복 투자의 방지와 효율적이고 균형된 산업 발전을 위한 정책 수립을 위해서 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이러한 인력 수급 전망들은 종종 잘못된 시장 분석으로 인하여 인력의 과소 공급 또는 과잉 공급이라는 의도하지 않은 결과를 가져오는 경우가 있다. 이는 전체적인 시각에서 시장의 구조적 특성을 분석하기보다는 현상을 조사하는 수준에 머물거나 현재의 상황 또는 단일 산업만을 고려할 뿐 시간의 흐름에 따른 동태적 변화와 지연된 피드백의 효과, 그리고 관련 산업간의 유기적 연관관계를 반영하지 못한 채 단기적이고 단선적인 관점에서 인력 수급을 전망하는데 그 원인이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 특히, 다른 산업과의 연관 관계가 복잡하고 인력의 수요의 급증에도 불구하고 산업에서 요구하는 인력을 양성하기까지 많은 시간이 소요되는 첨단 산업 및 신생 산업에서의 경우 이러한 현상은 더욱 두드러지게 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 변수간의 상호 동태적인 관계와 시간의 흐름에 따른 행태를 분석하는 데 용이한 SD 방법론에 기초하여 최근 빠르게 성장하고 있는 정보보호산업에서의 동태적인 인력 수급 모델을 구현하여 향후 국내 정보 보호 인력의 수급 행태가 어떻게 전개될 것인지를 분석해 보았으며 이를 통하여 동태적 시각에서 인력 수급 불균형 현상의 원인을 파악하고 문제해결을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

The determination of total chlorine residuals in drinking water by flow injection analysis(FIA) with iodometric UV detection was investigated. The pH of the acid stream, the concentration of the iodide ion,the length of the mixing and reaction coils, the injection sample size, and flowrate were optimized as parameters for determining total chlorine residuals by FIA method. lodide was selectively oxidized to iodine by hypochlorite at pH 8.3 Ethylenediamine as masking agent for masking interference ions from the sample was given the best efficency. Calibration curve presented linear range of 0.03-3 mg/L for hypochlorite ion with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 or better. The detection limit was found to be 0.007 mg/L for hypochlorite ion. Under these analytical conditions, total chlorine residuals in several tap water sampled in the city of Jeonju were analyzed.

A controller who is responsible for visiter's safety makes a decision about measures for visiter safety in human-based decision making process. Many potential accidents that are caused by human error lurk in results of the process. The accidents can be decreased by changing the decision making process from human-based into technology-based. Technology-based decision making process can catch a controller's attention through data filtering, alarm filtering, and so on. So, the controller can get information on occurrence of an unforeseen accident pro-actively. The objective of this study is to suggest a concept of 3D spatial information control system for visitor flow control in multi complex building using technology-based decision making process. This study shows utilization of the system and contribution.

Providing Quality-of-Service (QoS) guarantee requires for each router on the path of a traffic flow not to violate the flow's delay budget allocated to itself. Since the amount of load being offered to the router is determined by the budget, some imbalance in load among routers on the path may be alleviated by means of adjusting the budget. The equal allocation applied to the resource reservation protocol (RSVP) is simple to implement, but it has the drawback of a poor resource utilization. A load balancing method in which the delay budget being allocated to a router depends on its load state was developed to improve the drawback, but it's too complex to apply to the RSVP. This paper proposes an intra-path load balancing method not only applicable to the RSVP but also more effective in improving the drawback. The proposed method first partitions the end-to-end delay bound of a flow to routers by the RSVP and then let them adjust their budgets according to both the bottleneck state of the path and their links' bandwidth availabilities. The results of the simulation applying the proposed method to an evaluation network showed that the proposed method may provide the gain of 4 ${\sim}$ 17 % compared to that in the legacy one in terms of the number of maximally admittable flows.

The determination of chlorite ion by flow injection analysis(FIA) with iodometric UV detection were investigated. Under rather acidic condition, chlorite ion react with iodide ion to form iodine and itself is reduced to chloride ion. The chlorite ion was determined indirectly by measuring absorbance of yellow colored iodine at 370 nm. The lengths of the mixing coil and the reaction coil, the pH of the acid stream, the concentration of the iodide ion, the injection loop volume, temperature, and flowrate were optimized as parameters for selectively determining a sort of inorganic disinfection by-product, chlorite ion by using FIA-UV detection setup. Masking agents for removing oxidants or interferences from the prepared water were tested. Independent calibration curve presented linear range of 0.002-0.2 mg/L for chlorite ion with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 or better. The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.18 ${\mu}g/L$ for chlorite ion.

Bergson's second work, matter and memory, shows a considerable change in his understanding of time's nature. There, time is no more something indivisible, the distinction of past and present being taken as it's essential feature. Bergson asserts that the past, by it's nature, is something that never ceases to be. His assertion of this immortality of the past leads many people to think that, for him, it's by virtue of the past that duration is possible. Deleuze, an excellent commentator of Bergson's thinking, constructs a really sophisticated argumentation to explain how this immortal ontological past makes possible the passage of time. But we think that the past, as well as the present, tends only to be spatialized, if it is left alone without the help of the future: the ontological past can not make possible time. We try to show how the future can save past and present from their inherent tendency of spatialization : it is by virtue of the future that time(duration) is possible.

In this article, the women as the subject of the family management in the 19th century cataclysm, In particular, I tried to reconstruct the specific life course of a woman who has a status as a jongbu(종부) in the Korean language through the Hangul letter. The Haenam Yoon's the 8th jongbu(종부) Gwangju Lee attempted to find her own unique identity, not the male-centered social order she had learned. Because she had to live a life outside the traditional environment of traditional society because her husband died at the beginning of her marriage. She perceived herself as an independent subject that she had to find and maintain. When Gwangju Lee married and came to the family of Haenam Yun, the economic power of jong-ga(종가) was much inclined. This economic difficulty was caused by the conflict with the slaves and the decrease of tallage(地代) to the change of the slavery system which was the social flow at that time. And uncles of her husband's intervention made the economic situation of the family more difficult. She established her position as a jongbu(종부) and used the right of Adoption option(입후권) of the jongbu(종부) to establish the impoverished family. She chose adoption from distant relatives who were not children of her husband's uncles. Therefore, I was free from her husband uncle's interests. She also believed that it was most important to take control of the economic interests of her family in order to secure her authority as a jongbu(종부). She believed that she had to exercise her economic rights in order to bring slave labor, which is the most important means of sustaining the domestic economy at the time, In the absence of her husband, she established her family in the social upheaval of the nineteenth century, and took her place as a master of a family, not just a family name.
