The study best image for diagnosis of fracture, dislocation and unilateral degenerative arthritis of the Sacroiliac joint, this study was performed to obtain the best image of the joint space of the hip joint by giving angle change to the pelvis phantom and the x-ray tube. I received evaluation. The results of the Receiver Operating Characteristic that in the case of simple photographs for the detection of joint arthritis and degenerative arthritis in the prone position, the photograph taken in the prone position raises the buttocks of the opposite side of the test by $25^{\circ}{\sim}30^{\circ}$ and the x-ray tube is perpendicular to the sagittal plane passing 2.5 cm inward from the thorny vertebra In the lying position, lift the Sacroiliac joint of the test side by $25^{\circ}{\sim}30^{\circ}$, and take a $5^{\circ}$ angle of the x-ray tube angle toward the foot toward the center of the upper bruch spine from it will be helpful to diagnose arthritis. the center of the upper bruch spine to the side of the ankle joints in the transverse direction And posterior direction, it will be helpful to diagnose arthritis.

For the efficient and stable operation of autonomous vehicles or advanced driver assistance systems being actively studied nowadays, it is important to determine the positions of the vehicle accurately and economically. A satellite based navigation system is mainly used for positioning, but it has a limitation in signal blockage areas. To overcome this limitation, sensor fusion methods including additional sensors such as an inertial navigation system have been mainly proposed but the high sensor cost has been a problem. In this work, we develop a vehicle position estimation algorithm using in-vehicle sensors and a low-cost imaging sensor without any expensive additional sensor. We determine the vehicle positions using the velocity and yaw-rate of a car from the in-vehicle sensors and the position and attitude of the camera based on the single photo resection process. For the evaluation, we built a prototype system, acquired test data using the system, and estimated the trajectory. The proposed algorithm shows the accuracy of about 40% higher than an in-vehicle sensor only method.
The purpose of this study was to investigate correlation between BBS(Berg balance scale), SPPB(short physical performance battery,) TUG(timed up and go) and COP(center of pressure) during quiet standing in elderly women. Ten elderly women aged 65 to 75 years participated in this study. Subjects were measured physical functional test and they were stood in quiet stance on force platform positioned in one of three different fixed positions(flat, downward, upward). The COP range and mean velocity data were calculated using an experimental setup with the ground reaction force system. COP range and mean velocity of AP direction showed significant more expanded than ML direction of all slope types. Physical performance scores were significant correlated between COP range and mean velocity according to surface slopes. After all elderly women get high score of physical performance that brought decreased on one's COP range and mean velocity. This study suggests that clinical therapist have application to COP parameters as well as BBS, SPPB, TUG of balance assessment in elderly women.

The objective grading system for the facial palsy is needed. In this study, the facial palsy grading system was developed with combination of three dimensional image processing and Nottingham scale. The developed system is composed of 4 parts; measurement part, image processing part, computational part, facial palsy evaluation & display part. Two web cam were used to get images. The 8 marker on face were recognized at image processing part. The absolute three dimensional positions of markers were calculated at computational part. Finally, Nottingham scale was calculated and displayed at facial palsy evaluation & display part. The effects of measurement method and position of subject on Nottingham scale were tested. The markers were measured with 2-dimension and 3-dimension. The subject was look at the camera with $0^{\circ}$ and $11^{\circ}$ rotation. The change of Scale was large in the case of $11^{\circ}$ rotation with 2-dimension measurement. So, the developed system with 3-dimension measurement is robust to the orientation change of subject. The developed system showed the robustness of grading error originated from subject posture.

Consequently, adequacy and helpfulness of education and training significantly affected job performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of the recognition of education and training on enhancing job performance in tax accounting industry.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find out useful radiological projection of shoulder subluxation in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods : A total of 33 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were included(20 men and 13 women, mean age 62.3 years) and having the subluxed shoulder over one finger breath. The shoulder subluxation was determined as the ratio of the radiographic vertical and horizontal distance. The vertical distance was determined by measuring the distance between the most inferolateral point of the acromion and the central point of the humeral head. The horizontal distance was determined by measuring the distance between the central point of the glenoid fossa and the central point of the humeral head. To measure of the shoulder subluxation, the shoulder AP, axial and transthoracic lateral projections were taken on both affected and unaffected shoulders. We analyzed the difference of subluxation distance by t-test. Results : When patients was in sitting position, the average time of being shoulder subluxation was 123 second. There was significant difference between supine($49.90{\pm}13.6\;mm$) and sitting position($60.72{\pm}16.3\;mm$) in the vertical distance of shoulder anterior-posterior projection. Also, there was significant difference on transthoracic lateral projections, Affected $35.92{\pm}6.2\;mm$, Unaffected $28.76{\pm}5.4\;mm$. But in case of shoulder axial projection(supine position), there was no significant difference (Unaffected and affected was $23.01{\pm}9.0\;mm$, $22.45{\pm}8.2\;mm$ each). Conclusion : Radiological projection of shoulder subluxation has diagnostic value when it goes after check out the process of subluxation through finger breadth test. For this, patients must be in sitting and shoulder neutral position about 2 minutes. In addition, Shoulder anterior-posterior and transthoracic projection were significant to diagnose subluxation. But in axial projection, there wasn't meaningful differences.
Purpose: Accurate clinical evaluation of the alignment of the calcaneus relative to the tibia in the coronal plane is essential in the evaluation and treatment of hindfoot pathologic condition. Previously described standard anteroposterior, lateral, and oblique radiographic methods of the foot or ankle do not demonstrate alignment of the tibia relation to the calcaneus in the coronal plane. The purpose of this study was to introduce hindfoot coronal alignment view. Material : 1) Both feet were imaged simultaneously on an elevated, radiolucent foot stand equipment. 2) Both feet stood on a radiolucent platform with equal weight on both feet. 3) Both feet are located foot axis longitudinal perpendicular to the platform. 4) Silhouette tracing around both feet are made, and line is then drawn to bisect the silhouette of the second toe and the outline of the heel. 5) The x-ray beam is angled down approximately $15^{\circ} to $20^{\circ} Result : 1) This image described tibial axis and medial, lateral tuberosity of calcaneus. 2) Calcaneus do not rotated. 3) The view is showed by talotibial joint space. Conclusion: Although computed tomographic and magnetic resonance imaging techniques are capable of demonstrating coronal hindfoot alignment, they lack usefulness in most clinical situations because the foot is imaged in a non-weight bearing position. But hindfoot coronal alignment view is obtained for evaluating position changing of inversion, eversion of the hindfoot and varus, valgus deformity of calcaneus.

In this paper, We investigated the characteristic analysis of flexibility and muscle strength for exercise to verify capacity in rehabilitation exercise of lumbar using lumbar strengthen exercise instrument. We have experiment in 20th years man and woman who are 20 subject with no medical history, we divided subjects into control group with no exercise and training group with lumbar strengthen exercise. We used Hi-Spine(Medicalscience.korea) also, provided exercise 40 minute a day, three days a week and progressed total four weeks. Moreover in our experiment, subjects exercised four postural position as lay down, sit, stand and stretch each ten minute. We measured trunk extension backward, trunk flexion forward, evaluation of based physical fitness and lumbar joint torque. The reults have shown that there more improved all for flexibility, based physical fitness and lumbar joint torque in training group than control group. We indicated that by rotating 3-D axis movement flatform of exercise instrument, muscle spindle in subject have been stimulated and these rotation direction and angle caused muscle tonus and contraction that makes muscle, flexibility and based physical fitness improve more. Our study can be used rehabilitation exercise program to aged people and patient with lumbar injury.
In bistatic sonar operation, the scattering strength of a sonar target is characterized by the probe signal frequency, the aspect angle and the bistatic angle. Therefore, the target detection and identification performance of the bistatic sonar may vary depending on how the positions of the target, sound source, and receiver are changed during sonar operation. In this study, it was evaluated which variable is advantageous to change by comparing the target identification performance between the case of changing the aspect angle and the case of changing the bistatic angle during the operation. A scenario of identifying a hollow sphere and a cylinder was assumed, and performance was compared by classifying two targets with a support vector machine and comparing their accuracy using a finite element method-based acoustic scattering simulation. As a result of comparison, using the scattering strength defined by the frequency and the bistatic angle with the aspect angle fixed showed superior average classification accuracy. It means that moving the receiver to change the bistatic angle is more effective than moving the sound source to change the aspect angle for target identification.
