purpose: Image Guide System offers therapy precise, especially Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy. However, organs at pelvis have variation and uncertainties each therapy. it brings IG system for verifying patient's position. In this study, analysis the variation at pelvis during rectal cancer radiation therapy. Moreover design the patient re-setup technique and apply to patients. Material and Method: 40 rectal cancer patient who have radiation therapy. The 530 image which acquired from IG system are analyzed. The bone structure, bladder, gas in the rectum, small bowel, soft tissue, weigh loss are evaluated by the criterion. The criterion are classified by best, good, bad and figure out the ratio with count. The re-setup proceed in case of one or over the two get the bad criterion and figure out the ratio of re-setup results: The ideal of therapy ratio is 19.2 % each criterion. And the good for therapy ratio is 54.9 %, the cases of bad for therapy is 25.8 %. The bad cases are have therapy after re-setup with post process. conclusion: Each pre-treatment image that acquired IG system has different results despite of same patients. The 25.8 % need to re-setup in order to unsuitable therapy. It is implies that the IG system is necessary establishing precise treatment plan like IMRT especially rectal cancer.

Total body irradiation (TBI) requires large radiation field and extended source to axis distance (SAD), therefore in needs large size treatment room and it needs compensators which components. Appropriate thickness beam spoiler should be used to raise skin dose. Treatment machine, photon energy, total dose, dose rate, dose fractionation, patient position, shield of normal tissues and organs were known to important parameters for TBI. TBI disturbes regular daily treatment schedule and significantly overloads Radiation on oncology departments and during the treatment session it requires accurate reproduction of radiation field and patient position. We were enable to TBI in small size treatment room and short SAD with parallel opposing lateral fields technique and achieved homogenious whole body dose distribution using pb compensators and controled lung dose by lung shield blocks. Drawing a patient shadow on the wall, we could shortened set up time and possible to accurate reproduction of radiation field and patient position.

A sub-munition which has low aspect ratio does not have flight stability and control of drag force under free-fall condition. In order to satisfy those problems, fin, which is called grid-fin, is designed instead of conventional flight fins and adapted to the sub-munition. The base model of the sub-munition is firstly set and numerical simulation of the model is conducted under transonic condition that is free-fall range of the sub-munition. Wind test is secondly performed to verify the simulation result. The result shows that grid fin adapted sub-munition has high drag force, but the flight stability is still needed. In order to enhance the flight stability, two additional grid-fins are designed which modify web-thickness and numerical simulations of modified models are conducted. As the results, the thinnest web-thickness grid-fin has the highest flight stability and still maintains high drag coefficient. Based on these results, design of grid-fin adapted sub-munition is completed, the path trajectory of the sub-munition can be predicted with acquired aerodynamic datum and it is expected that grid fin can be used to various shape of the flight vehicle and bomb.

Background: Visual and somatosensory integration processing is needed to reduce pusher behavior (PB) and improve postural control in hemiplegic patients with acute stroke. Objects: This study aimed to investigate the effects of game-based postural vertical training (GPVT) on PB, postural control, and activity daily living (ADL) in acute stroke patients. Methods: Fourteen participants with acute stroke (<2 months post-stroke) who had PB according to the Burke lateropulsion scale (BLS) (score>2) were randomly divided into the GPVT group ($n_1=7$) and conventional postural vertical training (CPVT) group ($n_2=7$). The GPVT group performed game-based postural vertical training using a whole-body tilt apparatus. while the CPVT group performed conventional postural vertical training to reduce PB (30 minutes/session, 2 times/day, 5 days/week for 3 consecutive weeks). The BLS was evaluated to assess the severity of PB. And each subject's postural control ability and ADL level were assessed using the postural assessment scale for stroke (PASS), balance posture ratio (BPR), and Korean-modified Barthel index (K-MBI). Outcomes were measured pre- and post-intervention. Results: Comparison of the pre- and post-intervention assessment results showed that both interventions led to the following significant changes: decreased severity of PB scores and increased PASS, BPR, and K-MBI scores (p<.05). In particular, statistical analysis between the two groups, the BLS score was significantly decreased in the GPVT group (p<.05). And PASS, BPR, and K-MBI scores were significantly improved in the GPVT group than in the CPVT group (p<.01, respectively). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that GPVT lessened PB severity and improved postural control ability and ADL levels in acute stroke patients.
The main purpose of this study is to develop and empirically validate the research model that examines the relationship between technostress and employees' continuance commitment at their jobs. In addition, the moderating effects of involvement facilitation and technical support provision were examined as enhancing factors on the relationship among the proposed constructs. The data from 179 employees at various organizations were analyzed to test proposed hypotheses. Results show that all proposed hypotheses were supported. This study contributes to IS community in terms of theoretically research framework as well as understanding of technostress at a workplace.
Purpose: Coracoid impingement syndrome refers to subscapularis impingement between the coracoid process and lesser tuberosity of the humerus, and pain may occur when the arm is positioned in forward flexion, internal rotation and adduction. This position is common for archers. Material and methods: A female archer with coracoid impingement syndrome that was uncontrolled by conservative therapy underwent arthroscopic subcoracoid decompression. At the 20th postoperative month of follow up, she complained of painful rotator interval widening and so she underwent arthroscopic rotator interval plication. Results: At the postoperative 6th month of follow up after the second operation, she showed no pain and good functional results, and she returned to competing as an archer. Conclusion: We have reported here on a case of successful treatment of painful rotator widening after subcoracoid decompression in an elite archer.
With the increase in use of the computer, the VCT syndrome has occured as a new socialJhea/health problem. ErgonomicaI design standards are a for the users to reduce stress and poor physical posture in the human body. In this study. we have suggested design dimensions recommended from previous studies. We also have reviewed users' preference dimenision, and analyzed differences between users' preference dimenision. and the previous design aiteria to verify physical appropriateness. We analyzed how each design dimension was reached and affected the tunan body by objective EMG evaluation. and subjective evaluation of physical discomfort and oorrIort. We have found that keyboard height is very important in a workstation. If the elbow's height is lower than the keyboard's height. it effedS the hand and wrist. If higher, it brings fatigue to the shoulder and neck. As a result of this experiment. we suggested that the height of a keyboard desk for Koreans be 660mm for the fixed type and 540-774mm for the adjustable type. Also other design reoommendations were suggested in the thesis. In ooncIusion, our research will be very important in the database because it provides adjustable ranges to fit user's body types in the various design flekIs.

$CO_2$ welding is used widely in the field. On the other hand, welding defects occur when welders cannot adjust the current and voltage needed for welding and have to stop working to adjust the current and voltage, causing sudden cooling down of the welding structure inside a vehicle or tank where the control panel is invisible or when work site is far. This study used three types of existing $CO_2$ welders. This also applied SS400 rolled steel for welding structural purposes for remote control torch welding, perform a welding test through v-groove butt welding with a remote control torch and existing $CO_2$ welding torch, conducted visual inspection on the appearance of a welded top bead. In addition, the appearance quality of the welding part was monitored mainly through penetrant testing and a bending test to evaluate the welding defect reduction and the effect on the performance and compatibility by replacing the existing welder.
The zebrafish is an emerging vertebrate model organism in reproductive biology. The oocyte maturation of zebrafish is triggered by maturation inducing hormone (MIH, 17α,20β-Dihydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one). In almost all animals, the oocyte maturation is governed by activation of pre-MPF which consists of cyclinB and inactive Cdk1. In the oocyte of Xenopus and mice, the activity of Cdk1 is regulated in two ways, one is the interaction with cyclinB and the other is phosphorylation/dephosphorylation of T14/Y15 residues on the Cdk1 by Wee1 and Cdc25. Unlike Xenopus and mice that have a sufficient amount of pre-MPF, pre-MPF is absent in GV oocyte of most teleost including zebrafish. Therefore, the activation of MPF during zebrafish oocyte maturation might totally depend on de novo synthesis of cyclinB proteins. It is reported that the translation of maternal mRNA is regulated by combination of several RNA binding proteins such as CPEB, Dazl, Pum1/Pum2, and insulin-like growth factor2 mRNA-binding protein 3 in the zebrafish oocytes. However, the definitive mechanism of these proteins to regulate the translation of stored maternal mRNAs remains to be elucidated. Therefore, the investigation of the maturation process of the zebrafish oocyte will provide new information that can help identify the role of translational control in early vertebrate oocyte maturation.
