Development of Travel Time Estimation Algorithm for National Highway by using Self-Organizing Neural Networks (자기조직형 신경망 이론을 이용한 국도 통행시간 추정 알고리즘)

  • The aim of this study is to develop travel time estimation model by using Self-Organized Neural network(in brief, SON) algorithm. Travel time data based on vehicles equipped with GPS and number-plate matching collected from National road number 3 (between Jangji-IC and Gonjiam-IC), which is pilot section of National Highway Traffic Management System were employed. We found that the accuracies of travel time are related to location of detector, the length of road section and land-use properties. In this paper, we try to develop travel time estimation using SON to remedy defects of existing neural network method, which could not additional learning and efficient structure modification. Furthermore, we knew that the estimation accuracy of travel time is superior to optimum located detectors than based on existing located detectors. We can expect the results of this study will make use of location allocation of detectors in highway.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷을 활용하여 도서관의 이용자가 편리한 웹 환경에서 스스로 이용자교육을 실행할 수 있는 개별학습 시스템을 개발한 후, 이용자 만족도 조사를 통하여 그 효율성을 평가하였다. 이 시스템은 도서관 자료검색시스템의 이용절차 뿐 아니라 정보검색이나 자료조직에 대해 이용자가 더욱 폭 넓게 이해할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

  • Companies with ethical management can be said to influence the performance of an organization based on the ethical judgment of its members. In this study, ethical judgment was set up as the subject of the ethical judgment, and the ethical judgment was set up by bosses and colleagues who are members of the business and organization as the factors of ethical judgment. The research was designed to examine the impact of ethical judgment on job satisfaction and organizational civic behavior, the impact of ethical judgment on organizational trust, and analyzed the medium effect of organizational trust in the relationship between ethical judgment and job satisfaction and organized civic action. The target of this study was to survey 450 workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and South Chungnam Province from October 7, 2019 to November 2, using them as empirical data. The SPS 24.0 Statistical Analysis Program was used for the analysis of data. The study confirmed that ethical judgment was affecting task satisfaction, organizational civic behavior, and organizational trust, and that parameters such as organizational trust affected task satisfaction and organizational civic behavior depending on how individuals perceive the organization. Ethical judgment has a high impact on organized citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and ethical management of how to improve ethical judgment is absolutely necessary to enhance organizational citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that enable a sense of unity with the organization.

  • This study is a research on the influential factor of R&D (Research and Development) personnel's job stress on their organizational effectiveness, and defined its purposes as the following in order to find out in detail what effect the R&D personnel's job stress has and what difference it makes with respect to the relation with their organizational effectiveness. As a result of testing the relation between organizational members' job stress and their organizational effectiveness through this empirical research, the following results were derived. First, job stress according to demographic characteristics has an important effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, it was revealed that job stress has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness according to organizational members' personal characteristics. Third, it was found that organizational members' job stress has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Finally, it was found that each variable such as role-conflict, role-ambiguity and career development has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness independently.

  • The purpose of this research is to explain what affects the volunteer center's performance on the basis on the program logic model. We assume that internal factors and external factors influence the organizational performance. For the empirical analysis, we use SUR(seemingly unrelated regression). The major findings of this research are as follows: Frist, organizational budget as internal factors are important influential factors. Second, civil society's capacity variable and stakeholder's support variable affect positively volunteer center's performance. Third, the contract out variable's effect as an operation types is not proven statistically. In case of estimating the multi organizational performance, lastly, the SUR method is prefer to the OLS method in the aspect methodology. However, more systemic study is complemented the panel data for organizational performance.

  • This study derives the main areas of information organization that should be covered in the formal curriculum of Library and Information Science, and suggests content elements for each area. Literature research, content analysis, survey and expert evaluation were conducted. Based upon these, information organization field was composed of four areas: information organization in general, classification, inventory, and practice, and a total of 31 content elements were presented. The content elements derived from each area through this study can be used as basic and helpful data when designing syllabus or teaching subjects in the field. In addition, it is possible to expand the content elements of each area of the information organization field through the research method used in this study. Finally, the results of this study will be used as basic materials when conducting the educational contents of information organization field.

Structural Relationships of GRIT, Job Crafting and Organizational Effectiveness; Focusing on Medical Center Employees (구성원의 그릿(GRIT)과 잡 크래프팅, 조직효과성의 구조적 관계: 대학병원 종사자를 대상으로)

  • This study explored a structural model that predicted the influencing factors of GRIT and job crafting on the organizational effectiveness of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical center employees and verified the relationship between them. This study was conducted on 450 subjects, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and technical health service staff working at a university-affiliated hospital, from June 1, 2020 to June 15, 2020, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study showed that the higher the GRIT, the more active the job crafting(β=.751, p<.001), which appeared to have a positive effect on organizational commitment (β=.297, p=.005) and job satisfaction(β=.353, p<.001). Although the GRIT of medical center employees did not show a direct effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, indicators of organizational effectiveness and employees' job crafting thoroughly played an intermediary role in the relationship between GRIT and organizational effectiveness. These results are expected to be utilized as useful information in developing measures for human resources management of medical center employees.

Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment (요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on the organization commitment. For this study, 230 care workers were surveyed via mail who were working at the long-term recuperation institutes for the elderly located in the eastern part of Jeollanam-do. 141 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding those with missing data. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t/F-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of analysis suggested the followings : First, the difference in organization commitment based on individual characteristics and job characteristics of care workers was found to exist, depending on the age related to individual characteristics and types of institutes and work types related to the job characteristics. Second, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on organization commitment. With the individual characteristics and occupation environment variables of care workers being controlled, it was found that the job satisfaction of care workers had the greatest effect on organization commitment. This implies that the extent of job satisfaction determines the commitment level of care workers for the concerned job.
