According to the 2019-2020 social media usage survey conducted by the Seoul e-commerce center, 5 out of 10 consumers have experienced shopping through social media. The cost of traditional advertising media has been reduced and advertising spending on social media has risen by 74%, indicating that social media is becoming a more important marketing element. While the number of users of social media has increased and corporate marketing activities have increased accordingly, research has been conducted in various aspects of marketing such as user motivation for social media, satisfaction, and purchase intention. There was no subdivided study on the differences in the social media usage frequency of consumers in actual purchasing behavior. This study attempted to identify differences in consumer characteristics by cluster in the agrifood purchase situation by grouping them by type according to the frequency of use of social media for consumers who purchase agri-food online. Product involvement, product need, and online purchase channel Consumer characteristics such as demographic distribution, perceived risk, and eating and lifestyle in each cluster were checked for the three agrifood purchase situations including choice, and types for each cluster were presented. To this end, questionnaire data on the frequency of social media use and online agrifood purchase behavior were collected from 245 consumers, and the validity of the measurement variables was secured through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result of cluster analysis according to the frequency of social media use, it was divided into three clusters. The first cluster was a group that mainly used open social media, and the second cluster was a group that used both open and closed social media and online shopping malls; The third cluster was a group with low online media usage overall, and the characteristics of each cluster appeared. Through regression analysis, the effect on product involvement, product need, and purchase channel selection when purchasing agri-food online through each of the three clusters was confirmed through regression analysis. As a result of the regression analysis, the characteristic of cluster 1 in the situation of purchasing agri-food online is a male in his 30s living in a rural area who has no reluctance to purchase agri-food on social media or online shopping malls. The characteristics of cluster 2 are mainly consumers who are interested in purchasing health food, and the consumer characteristics are represented. In the case of cluster 3, when purchasing products online, they purchase after considering quality and price a lot, and the consumer characteristics are represented as people who are more confident in purchasing offline than online. Through this study, it is judged that by identifying the differences in consumer characteristics that appear in the agri-food purchase situation according to the frequency of social media use, it can be helpful in strategic judgments in marketing practice on social media customer targeting and customer segmentation.
In the IT industry, processing units of IT applications are getting smaller and high efficient. Furthermore, the realization of various smart functions is highly feasible now due to advances in sensing technology. The service infrastructures on high efficient and compact mobile devices are applied to various areas. These also could be possessed by users and is built into the devices. Currently, studies on the UX(User Experience) field to attempt an analysis and prediction of user's information are continuing with reference to the UI(User Interface). However, research on the common framework of classification and storing the user-information, and standardization of form has not been attempted yet. In this study, we proposed the AUX(Associative user Experience) model and process structure to store various empirical data by users. The AUX model expressed a diversity of user's empirical data using extended E-TCPN model. And also, we expressed the data structure using XML with reference to the application of AUX model. This expressed model and separation of process structure guarantee its specialty, productivity and flexibility through the humanistic characteristics of users and the independence of technical process structure. The AUX model maps out the AUX information process architecture and expressed the process with the improved MPP algorithm, to analyze of its performance. The simulation of movements applying to MPP traffic allocation of VOD is used to analyze of its performance. The playback deviation of MPP Graphic Allocation Algorism where the AUX model was applied was improved by 10.41% more than the one where it was not applied. As a result of that, playback performance has improved due to the conversion of AUX with accessing media, content of users and dynamic traffic allocation such as MPI and CPI.
This study explores the implications of increasing cohabitation for the Korean family, by comparing the characteristics of cohabiters with those of married couples and of never-married and divorced people. Data are from the Marriage Registration Files for the years of 1997 through 2005 and Social Statistics Survey conducted in 2006. Results from descriptive statistics and logit analysis generally confirm the predictions of the western literature. First, cohabitation is part of overall changes in the family system. Cohabitation is more prevalent among the previously married than among the never married. Second, the socioeconomic status of cohabiting men is lower than that of married men. Third, according to spouses' employment status, educational levels, and age differences, gender roles are more egalitarian among cohabiting couples than among married couples. The finding that cohabiter characteristics are not similar to those of married couples seems to suggest that cohabitation does not simply represent a trial of marriage out of caution, unlike what most media articles assume. Instead, cohabitation may signify some unconventional circumstances forcing the couple to choose it as an alternative to marriage even temporarily. This and other conjectures discussed in this paper need to be reexamined with more rigorous data, as increasing trend of cohabitation seems to be inevitable in the coming years.

The present study attempts to develop the 'Empowering Youth Program' to enhance adolescents' creativity to address a variety of social and relationship issues and verify the effect of the program. The program consists of 12 sessions and each session employs a variety of activities and teaching methods to engender the students' interest. The subjects of this study were 262 middle school students in Seoul and Kyoun99i province. They were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. Several independent t-tests and ANCOVAs were performed for data analyses. The results of the analyses indicated that the 'Empowering Youth Program' was effective in both promoting adolescents' educational performance and enhancing their creativity. Furthermore, the program was found to be very effective in helping adolescents understand themselves, peers, and family members much better.
In leaner-controlled environment where learners can decide and restructure the contents, methods and order of learning by themselves, it is possible to apply individualized learning in consideration of each learner's characteristics. The present study analyzed learners' learning path pattern, which is one of learners' characteristics important in Web-based teaching-learning process, using the Apriori algorithm and grouped learners according to their learning path pattern. Based on the result, we designed and implemented a multi-dimensional learning path pattern analysis system to provide individual learners with teaming paths, learning contents, learning media, supplementary teaming contents, the pattern of material presentation, etc. multi-dimensionally. According to the result of surveying satisfaction with the developed system satisfaction with supplementary learning contents was highest (Highly satisfied '$24.5\%$, Satisfied'$35.7\%$). By learners' level, satisfaction was higher in low-level learners (Highly satisfied'$20.2\%$, Satisfied'$31.2\%$) than in high-level learners (Highly satisfied'$18.4\%$, 'Satisfied'$28.54\%$). The developed system is expected to provide learners with multi-dimensionally meaningful information from various angles using OLAP technologies such as drill-up and drill-down.
Recently, Police integrity has been issued on the media, which cause discredit of police organization. Although high level of morality and integrity are required compared to other occupational groups due to their authority to exert legal force to the citizens and a variety of policies have been enforced by the National Police Agency for the purpose of uplifting the integrity of the officers, in reality, corruption had not yet been eradicated. At this point in time, this study attempted to draw implications for uplifting integrity by utilizing domestic and foreign preceding studies and statistical data related to police corruption and uplifting integrity. The inspection system through whistle-blowing was pointed out as a problem in the institutional framework that hinders uplifting integrity of the police officers and the perception in which police officers are regarded as potential criminals was also pointed out as a problem. Also, vague standards of disciplinary action in examining an offense of a police officer and lack of care for those who were disciplined in the past which affects loyalty to the organization were presented as problems. Based on such suggested concerns, policies for uplifting integrity and restoring citizens' trust in the policies officers were proposed. The proposed agenda were warning the police officers by presenting clear and specific category of corruptive behaviors, expressing the necessity of devising a system that prevents the officers from committing serious crimes by discovering problematic officers earlier through introduction of Early Warning System(EWS) of US and Australian police in order to break away from exposure-oriented inspection system, and reinforcing the testing of integrity in the new employment process.

At present, the characteristics of drivers are not properly considered when informations are provided via VMS even though the Variable Message Signs(VMS) are one of the key information provision medias on the roads. In this study, the driver's psychological response(stress index) was evaluated using a driving simulator for the position of the VMS provided, the contents of the VMS provided, the size of characters on VMS, and types of VMS expression. It was appeared that the stress is the least when the position of the VMS provided 1.5km proceeded from exit, the contents of the VMS provided are time information and types of VMS expression are character form respectively and the size of characters on VMS is appeared not important. In addition, the change of the users' satisfaction level was measured when increasing the numbers of VMS on unit distance and the size of characters. The size of character was almost not effected in similar to the result of stress index and the satisfaction level increased when increasing the number of VMS on the unit distance. The results of this research can be utilized as basic data for the ITS system design and operation stages.
The purpose of this study was to determine the present teaching competency level and the educational needs of electricity electronic communication technical teachers. The population was electricity electronic communication technical teachers, 750 teachers were sampled for this study. A survey questionnaire consisted of teaching competencies scale including 3 domains based on Performance-Based Teacher Education Modules. The professional competencies scale consisted of 5-point Likert-type 30 items for them to rate the importance and also to indicate the teaching competency level. A questionnaire was mailed to the sample and 443 returned questionnaires were analyzed after data cleaning. The educational needs of teachers were calculated by using the Borich's needs assessment formula. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) electricity electronic communication technical teachers perceived all the thirty competencies as highly important ones. 2) They perceived that their current teaching competency level was just beyond the ordinary level but was lower than the good level. 3) The highest needs were 'determining learning level & interests of students', 'applying problem solving techniques', 'reconstructing lesson contents', 'establishing lesson objectives'. 4) They have a different level of educational needs on the competencies according to their gender, terminal education level, year of teaching experience, practical work experience, school type(national public school/private school), and school location.

This study analyzes the actual use data of the websites of university libraries, analyzes the users' usage behavior, and proposes improvement measures for the websites. The study analyzed users' traffic and analyzed their usage behavior from January 2018 to December 2018 on the C University website. The website's analysis tool used 'Google Analytics'. The web traffic variables were analyzed in five categories: user general characteristics, user environment analysis, visit analysis, inflow analysis, site analysis, and site analysis based on the metrics of sessions, users, page views, pages per session, average session time, and bounce rate. As a result, 1) In the analysis results of general characteristics of users, there was some access to the website not only in Korea but also in China. 2) In the user experience analysis, the main browser type appeared as Internet Explorer. The next place was Chrome, with a bounce rate of Safari, third and fourth, double that of the Explore or Chrome. In terms of screen resolution, 1920x1080 resolution accounted for the largest percentage, with access in a variety of other environments. 3) Direct inflow was the highest in the inflow media analysis. 4) The site analysis showed the most page views out of 4,534,084 pages, followed by the main page, followed by the lending/extension/history/booking page, the academic DB page, and the collection page.

Ability to make informed decisions by critically evaluating media information on socioscientific issues (SSI) is one of the crucial elements of scientific literacy that citizens should obtain. This study aims to investigate how middle school students evaluated media information about socioscientific issues (SSI) when they faced two different types of information (i.e., numerical and empathic information). To achieve the aim, 96 middle school students responded to the questionnaires asking them to evaluate reliability and persuasiveness of SSI media information. The questionnaires consisted of two sets of newspaper articles on each SSI (pro-numerical/empathic, against-numerical/empathic). After reading the articles, the students evaluated reliability and persuasiveness of each article and wrote the reasons for their evaluation. The results were as follows: First, the students believed that news articles with numerical information were more reliable than the ones with empathic information in all SSI contexts. They tended to trust scientific evidence and data from numerical information, and real cases, societal problems, expressions, and values from empathic information. In addition, they evaluated their reliability based on the logic of information, accuracy of information, breadth and depth of data, and quantity and quality of sources both numerical and empathic information. Second, in case of evaluating persuasiveness of the articles, they focused more on the values that information contained, richness and logicality of the information, rather than the types of information, regardless of the type of information.
