경영환경과 조직의 분사화의 정도가 증가함에 따라서 의사결정지원시스템 (Decision Support System)에 있어서도 분산화 된 시스템의 요구가 증가되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 분산화 된 환경인 네트웍을 기반으로 하는 의사결정지원시스템을 대상 으로 사용자간의 정보공유와 사용자의 참여의 효과적인 관리를 위한 기능적 설계를 제시한 다. 정보의 공유는 의사결정지원시스템과 그룹의사결정지원시스템을 차별화 하는 가장 큰 특징이다. 이러한 정보의 공유는 과업을 수행하는 그룹단위(WorkGroup)로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 그룹의 구성원들간의 의사소통과 정보를 저장하는 자료저장소(Data Warehouse)와 서버(Server)의 구축, 보다 사용하기 쉬운 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스 (Graphic User Interface)를 포함하는 전자우편(Electronic Mail), 의사결정에 참여한 사용자 에게 의사결정결과에 대한 구체적인 피드백(Feedback)을 제공할 수 있는 시스템의 구축과 같은 방법을 통해서 보다 효과적인 관리가 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 사용자의 관리는 의사결 정지원시스템이 효과를 결정하는데 중요한 요소의 하나로써 보다 많은 참여는 그륩시너지효 과(Group Synergy Effect)를 가능하게 한다. 또한 완전한 익명성(Anonymity)의 확보는 기존 의 물리적인 제한을 가진 의사결정실 GDSS의 불완전한 익명성을 충분히 대체할 수 있을 것이다. 의사결정과정의 지원에 있어서도 사용자에게 회의의 기록을 자동적으로 제공하는 것과 병행하여 회의 중에 자신이 기록해야 할 사항을 추가적으로 기록할 수 있는 모듈 (Module)을 제공하는 것이 보다 효과적일 것이다. 물론 이러한 모듈은 앞서 언급한 정보의 공유의 관점에서 본다면 참여자 자신의 피드백에 도움을 주며, 또한 유사한 수준의 다른 참 여자에게 있어서 문제에 대한 인식을 다른 사용자와의 비교를 통하여 일정수준으로 동질화 시킬 수 있게 된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate activities of sharing learning objectives in mathematics lesson and by doing that, to draw some conclusions on sharing learning objectives in elementary school mathematics lessons. To gather data, 82 pre-service teachers who participated in 4-week teaching practicum were asked to record their mathematics lesson and to transcribe their teaching activities. Specifically by analyzing the data, suggestions on how to share the learning objectives in elementary school mathematics were drawn.

최근 웹의 확산과 더불어 제품개발을 위하여 공동작업 구성원들 사이의 정보 공유와 재사용을 지원하는 웹 기반의 공동작업 지원 시스템 개발에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 기업 및 공공기관의 공동작업은 광범위하게 분산되어 있는 경우가 많으며, 여러 작업그룹 내의 구성원은 이러한 환경에서 효과적으로 서로의 정보를 교환하고 공유할 수 있는 작업공간을 필요로 한다. 또한 공동작업의 결과로서 생성된 기술문서의 체계적인 관리 기능과 실시간 의사전달의 기능 등이 함께 제공되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 공동작업 지원 시스템인 CoWare의 설계와 구현에 대하여 설명한다. CoWare는 통합시스템으로서 CoSpace, CoDocs, CoMail로 명명된 세 개의 관련된 시스템으로 구성된다. CoSpace는 자료의 저장과 공유를 위하여 개인 및 작업그룹을 위한 작업공간을 제공하고, CoDocs는 전자문서의 체계적인 관리를 지원하며, CoMail은 실시간 의사전달의 기능을 제공한다. CoSpace, CoDocs, 그리고 CoMail은 기본적으로 사용자 정보, 사용자 그룹정보, 작업그룹정보의 공유를 통하여 상호 연계되어, 보다 자연스럽고 효율적으로 공동작업을 지원할 수 있다.

This paper explores the relationship between senior workforce's education & training and job satisfaction. Further, the mediating effect of knowledge-sharing practice is also analyzed. We used 970 senior workforce's survey data from Human Capital Corporate Panel. Using structural equation modeling, the results suggest as follows. First, senior workforce's education & training had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, senior workforce's knowledge-sharing practice had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, a mediation analysis reveals that knowledge-sharing practice significantly mediates the relationship between education & training and job satisfaction. Several theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

This study was to identify the effects of shared leadership on team performance and team commitment of Team-Based Learning(TBL) in nursing students and verify the mediating effects of team trust on the relationships between shared leadership and team performance and team commitment. Data were collected via survey from 99 nursing students to participate in TBL for 6weeks, in June 2016. The major findings were as follows: Shared leadership had a significant correlation with team performance and team commitment and team trust. Shared leadership had a positive effect on team performance and team commitment. Team trust had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and team commitment. The results of study show that shared leadership of TBL is very important for high team performance and team commitment and shared leadership make effect on team commitment under the mediation of team trust. Therefore, it is necessary to increase shared leadership and team trust for high team effectiveness in TBL.

Recently, shared dockless e-scooter usage has rapidly increased, rather than the station-based shared mobility service, because of convenience. This transition leads to new social problems in urban areas such as increased traffic accidents and hindrance of pedestrian environments. In this study, we analyze the usage characteristics of shared e-scooters in Seoul, and identify factors influencing demand for shared e-scooters by developing a negative binomial regression model. As a result, the usage characteristics show that the average trip distance, the average trip duration, and the average trip speed were 1.5km, 9.4min, and 10.3km/h, respectively. Demographic factor, transport facility factors, land use factors, and weather factors have statistically significant impacts on demand for shared e-scooters. The results of this study will be used as basic data for suggesting effective operation strategies for areas with higher shared e-scooter demand and for establishing transport policies for facilitating shared e-scooter usage.

지속적인 학문의 발전을 위해서는 선행연구에 대한 재현성이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터와 소프트웨어의 급속한 발달로 인한 컴퓨터 환경의 다양화, 분석 소프트웨어의 지속적 최신화로 인해서 최근 구축된 모델도 짧게는 몇 달, 길게는 1~2년후면 다양한 에러로 인하여 재현성이 불가능해지고 있다. 이러한 재현성의 극복을 위해서 온라인을 통한 데이터와 소스코드의 공유의 필요성이 제시되고 있으나, 실제로는 개인마다 컴퓨터 환경, 버전, 소프트웨어 설치에 필요한 라이브러리의 버전 또는 디렉토리 등이 달라 단순히 온라인을 통한 데이터와 소스코드의 공유만으로 재현성을 개선하기는 힘든 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이러한 컴퓨터 모델링 환경의 공유는 과거의 형태와 같이 데이터, 소스코드와 매뉴얼의 공유만으로 불가능하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수자원 모델링의 재현성 개선을 위해 1) 온라인 저장소, 2) 클라우드기반 JupyterHub 모델링 환경과 3) 모델 APIs 3개의 핵심 구성요소를 제시하고, 최근 미국에서 개발된SUMMA(Structure for Unifying Multiple Modeling Alternative) 수자원 모델에 적용하여 재현성 달성을 위한 3개의 핵심 구성요소의 필요성과 용이성을 검증하였다. 첫 번째, 데이터와 모델의 온라인 공유는 FAIR(Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) 원칙으로 개발된 수자원분야의 대표적인 온라인 저장소인 HydroShare를 활용하여 모델입력자료를 메타데이터와 함께 공유하였다. 두 번째, HydroShare에서 Web App의 형태로 제공되는 클라우드기반 JupyterHub환경인 CUAHSI JupyterHub(CJH)와 일루노이대학에서 제공하는 CyberGIS-Jupyter for water JupyterHub(CJW)환경에 수자원모델링 환경을 컨테이너(Docker) 환경을 통해 구축·공유하였다. 마지막으로, 클라우드에서 수자원모델의 효율적 이용을 위해 Python기반의SUMMA모델 API인 pySUMMA를 개발·공유하였다. 이와같이 구축된 3개의 핵심 구성요소를 이용하여 2015년 Water Resources Research에 게재된 SUMMA 논문의 9개 Test Cases 중에서 5개를 누구나 쉽게 재현할 수 있음을 증명하였다. 재현성의 중요성에 대한 인식의 증가로 Open과 Transparent Hydrology에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있으며, 이를 위해서 클라우드 기반의 모델링 환경구축 및 제공이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 HydroShare와 같은 온라인 저장소, CJH와 CJW와 같은 클라우드기반 모델링환경, 모델의 효율적 이용을 위한 모델 APIs는 급속도로 발달하고 있는 컴퓨터 및 소프트웨어 환경에서 핵심구성요소이며, 연구의 재현성 개선을 통해 수자원공학 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to design the metadata for sharing and efficiently using the informations of Earth Observations in Korea. Recently the GEO(Group on Earth Observations) has been starting to manage all nation's informations in a way that benefits the environment as well as humanity by taking a pulse of the plants. For that reason, we have to construct the infra-system to manage and integrate the 12 social benefit areas in Korea; disaster, health, energy, climate, water, biodiversity, agriculture, forest, ocean, space information and geographical information system(GIS). But these informations have only been managed with varied metadatas in each area of observation, and then it is difficult to integrate varied informations. In this study, we solve the problem with meta-metadata.

Job crafting has gained prominence in organizational practice as an important factor to cultivate positive performance, the purpose of this study is to present theoretical and practical implications of job crafting by examination of the effective variables that induce job crafting. We verify the correlation between shared leadership and job crafting and the mediating effect of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these two variables. Hypotheses were established on the basis of precedent research and various theories including social cognitive theory and affective events theory. The data were collected by conducting online surveys of 318 office workers who have served in various domestic organizations. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that shared leadership yields positive effects on the learning goal orientation, knowledge sharing and job crafting of participants respectively and that learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and job crafting. The results of this study present the effectiveness of shared leadership to facilitate the job crafting and implications and future research measures for the organization to develop a system for activating shared leadership, and for strengthening learning goals orientation and knowledge sharing.

초등학교에서는 업무의 효율적 추진을 위해 교사별 교무분장이 1년 단위로 실시되고 있다. 새로운 업무를 익혀 효과적으로 처리하는데 많은 시간이 소요되며, 기존에 생성된 자료를 재활용하지 못하여 시간과 비용의 낭비를 초래한다. 학교간의 정보공유에 있어서도 현재의 정보관리 체계로는 그 효율성을 기하기 어려운 상황이다. 현재 초등학교에는 인터넷을 비롯하여 충분한 정보화 인프라가 구축되어 있다. 이러한 정보화의 물적 기반을 충분히 활용하여 업무 수행 과정에서 만들어지는 여러 형태의 자료들을 멀티미디어 데이터의 형태로 제작하고 공유한다면 정보를 효율적으로 주고받고, 정보의 수요자와 공급자 간에도 원활한 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 학교에서 업무처리를 위해 사용되는 멀티미디어 데이터를 시스템으로 구축하여 활용한다면 업무처리에 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.
